To analyze the Health Education actions implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic period, through Professional Training in Service on safety and use of Personal Protective Equipment. Experience report developed in a Polyclinic in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Students in the health field, nurses, technicians and nursing assistants presented a higher frequency of evaluations classified as "excellent" for the content covered and the dynamics used; for knowledge acquired, a higher frequency of "excellent" was observed for all middle or elementary professionals, with significance between professional category and dynamics used (p = 0.03). It is concluded that the majority of participants, regardless of the area (nurse, doctor or other health professional) and level of education, pointed out that the knowledge acquired, the dynamics used and the content addressed in the qualification and training were excellent.
