Purpose. Improving the methodology for determining the recirculation power of low and medium specific speed centrifugal pumps in order to determine ways to increase their energy efficiency. Methodology. A numerical simulation based on the physical nature of the phenomena of recirculation power, conducted using the ANSYS CFX software. findings. The dynamics of changes in the integral parameters of the operational process of a centrifugal pump D2000­100­2 at flow rates that deviate from optimal (Qopt) are investigated and presented. Based on the results of the numerical simulation, the values of the theoretical head of the impeller, as well as the head at its outlet, taking into account and excluding recirculation, are determined. Due to the difference in the obtained head values, the value of the power losses for recirculation and their part in the balance of hydraulic losses are determined. Based on the simulation results of the operational process of the centrifugal pump D2000­100­2, it is shown that part of the recirculation losses in the flow rate range (0.7–0.4)·Qopt is 25–30 % of the total hydraulic losses, while in the flow rate range (0.3–0.1)·Qopt it increases to 44 %. originality. Further development of the method for determining the recirculation power which is based on the results of numerical simulation of three­dimensional fluid flow in the flowing part of the centrifugal pump, taking into account the circulation vortex processes at the outlet of the impeller. Practical value. Definition of the recirculation power in the power balance of hydraulic losses at the pump design stage. Taking account of the influence of the design parameters of the impeller on the value of recirculation.

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado propone el estudio del nexo agua-energía en un subsistema de abastecimiento de agua potable que se va a enfrentar a demandas crecientes en escenarios de corto, medio y largo plazo, y cuya infraestructura actual resulta insuficiente para satisfacerlas. El estudio se centra en la zona limítrofe entre las instalaciones de la red de alta presión del Área Metropolitana de València y las de algunas redes de baja de los términos municipales de Paterna y Bétera. Este subsistema cuenta con 5 depósitos de 53000 m3 de volumen total situados entre el Parque Tecnológico de Paterna y la urbanización Mas Camarena y trasiega un caudal de agua de 45000 m3/día. Se trata de instalaciones actualmente operativas. El trabajo se ha desarrollado dentro del marco de una Práctica en Empresa en EMIMET y sus conclusiones servirán de base para futuras acciones a emprender a fin de lograr un funcionamiento óptimo. Para ello se modelará en primer lugar la situación actual para poner de manifiesto las posibles mejoras del subsistema, se plantearán diferentes líneas de actuación, se detallará cada una de ellas en diversas vías de ejecución y, tras una evaluación energética y económica, se determinará qué alternativa (o alternativas) resulta la más atractiva. Un aspecto que no puede quedar descuidado en cualquier sistema de hidráulico, especialmente si este incluye grupos de bombeo, es la protección frente a transitorios hidráulicos. Per aquest motiu, per a la solució (o solucions) determinades com a recomanables es dimensionaran les estructures de protecció necessàries perquè una parada d’emergència o un canvi de mode de funcionament no supose un risc per a la xarxa., [EN] This Final Degree Project proposes the study of the water-energy nexus in a drinking water supply subsystem that is facing growing demands in short, medium and long-term scenarios, and whose current infrastructure is inadequate to satisfy them. The study focuses on the border área between the facilities of the high pressure network of the Metropolitan Area of València and those of some low pressure networks of the municipalties of Paterna and Bétera. This subsystem has 5 tanks with a total volume of 53000 m3 located between the Technology Park of Paterna and the residential area of Mas Camarena and transfers a water flow of 45000 m3/day. This facilities are currently in operation. The Project has been developed within the framework of a Company Internship at EMIMET and its conclusions will serve as a basis for future actions to be carried out in order to achieve optimal operation. To do this, the current situation will first be modeled to highlight the possible improvements of the subsystem, different lines of actions will be set out, each one of them will be detailed in various ways of implementation and, after an energy and economic evaluation, it will be determined which alternative (or which alternatives) turn out to be the most attractive one. One aspect that cannot be neglected in any hydraulic system, especially if it includes pumping groups, is protection against hydraulic transients. For this same reason, the necessary protection structures will be dimensioned for the solution (or solutions) determined as advisable, so that an emergency stop or a change in operating mode does not entail a risk to the network.

A modelling methodology is developed and used to investigate the technoeconomic performance of solar combined cooling, heating and power (S-CCHP) systems based on hybrid PVT collectors. The building energy demands are inputs to a transient system model, which couples PVT solar collectors via thermal store to commercial absorption chillers. The real energy demands of the University Campus of Bari, investment costs, relevant electricity and gas prices are used to estimate payback times. The results are compared to: evacuated tube collectors (ETCs) for heating and cooling provision; and a PV-system for electricity provision. A 1.68-MWp S-CCHP system can cover 20.9%, 55.1% and 16.3% of the space-heating, cooling and electrical demands of the Campus, respectively, with roof-space availability being a major limiting factor. The payback time is 16.7 years, 2.7 times higher than that of a PV system. The lack of electricity generation by the ETC-based system limits its profitability, and leads to 2.3 times longer payback time. The environmental benefits arising from the system’s operation are evaluated. The S-CCHP system can displace 911 tons CO2/year (16% and 1.4 × times more than the PV-system and the ETC-based system, respectively). The influence of utility prices on the systems’ economics is analysed. It is found that the sensitivity to these prices is significant.

The use of renewable and non-renewable energy is often limited in rural areas or non-interconnected areas of Colombia. Hence, by having practical cases on photovoltaic systems for pumping water, they become energy solutions to improve the quality of life in these populations. In this article it can be observed how the useof solar energy represents a sustainable alternative for water pumping systems in rural areas of the country, as environmental impacts are reduced and environmental awareness is generated in the population. The use of solar energy compared to conventional energy reduces greenhouse gasemissions and ontributes to environmental sustainability, representing an alternative to generate environmental awareness against the use of alternative energy in order to provide energy solutions in the country. In thepractical case carried out at the University of Córdoba - Colombia, the efficiency of the system in relation to solar brightness and the power of the pump can be analyzed to guarantee the water pumping system. El uso de energías renovables y no renovables se encuentra limitado muchas veces en las zonas rurales o zonas no interconectadas de Colombia. De allí, que, al tener casos prácticos sobre sistemas fotovoltaicos para bombeo de agua, se constituyen en soluciones energéticas para para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida en dichas poblaciones. En el presente artículo se puede observar como el uso de la energía solar representa una alternativa sostenible para los sistemas de bombeo de agua en zonas rurales del país, en la medida que se disminuyen impactos ambientales y se genera conciencia ambiental en la población. El uso de la energía solar frente a las energías convencionales demanda menos emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y contribuye a la sostenibilidad ambiental, representando una alternativa para generarconciencia ambiental frente al uso de energías alternativas en aras dar de soluciones energéticas en el país. En el caso práctico realizado en la Universidad de Córdoba - Colombia se puede analizar la eficienciadel sistema en relación al brillo solar y la potencia de la bomba para garantizar el sistema de bombeo de agua. L’utilisation des énergies renouvelables et non renouvelables est souvent limitée dans les zones rurales ou non interconnectées de Colombie. Ainsi, en présentant des cas pratiques de systèmes photovoltaïques pour le pompage de l’eau, ils constituent des solutions énergétiques pour l’amélioration de laqualité de vie de ces populations. Cet article montre comment l’utilisation de l’énergie solaire représente une alternative durable pour les systèmes de pompage d’eau dans les zones rurales du pays, dans la mesure où les impacts environnementaux sont réduits et où la population est sensibiliséeà l’environnement. L’utilisation de l’énergie solaire par rapport aux énergies conventionnelles demande moins d’émissions de gaz à effet de serre et contribue à la durabilité environnementale, représentant une alternative pour générer une prise de conscience environnementale concernant l’utilisation des énergies alternatives afin de fournir des solutions énergétiques dans le pays. Dans l’étude de cas réalisée à l’Université de CordobaColombie, l’efficacité du système peut être analysée en fonction de la luminosité solaire et de la puissance de la pompe pour garantir le système de pompage de l’eau. Este artigo mostra como a utilização da energia solar representa uma alternativa sustentável para os sistemas de bombagem de água nas zonas rurais do país, na medida em que os impactos ambientais são reduzidos e a consciência ambiental é gerada na população. A utilização de energia solar em comparação com as energias convencionais exige menos emissões de gases com efeito de estufa e contribui para a sustentabilidade ambiental, representando uma alternativa para gerar uma consciência ambiental relativamente à utilização de energias alternativas, a fim defornecer soluções energéticas no país. No estudo de caso realizado na Universidade de Córdoba - Colômbia, a eficiência do sistema pode ser analisada em relação ao brilho solar e à potência da bomba para garantir o sistema de bombeamento de água.

[ES] El objetivo de este proyecto es doble en una pequeña aldea de Requena (Barrio Arroyo). Como primer objetivo se establece la modificación del abastecimiento de agua potable para los habitantes que residen habitual o esporádicamente en la aldea, extrayendo el agua de un pozo situado en las proximidades de ésta. El segundo objetivo es dar cobertura de riego a una zona rústica muy próxima a la aldea, donde los habitantes de ésta desean implantar una serie de cultivos para su posterior aprovechamiento. Para ello se procede al diseño y dimensionado de la red de abastecimiento que llenará un depósito de agua para su posterior potabilización, el cual se situará en la parte alta de la aldea y está conectado con un pozo situado en la zona rústica. Además, se aprovechará la construcción del pozo para llenar un segundo depósito que almacenará el agua destinada al riego de los cultivos y sus dimensiones se establecen en función de las necesidades hídricas de los cultivos a implantar. Tras obtener las necesidades de agua que requieren los cultivos que los habitantes de la aldea proponen, se procederá al diseño y dimensionado de la red de riego para satisfacer dichas necesidades., [EN] This project objetive is double for a small village near Requena (Barrio Arroyo). The first goal stablishes the modification of the water supply for the inhabitants who live there sporadically or continuosly, by extracting from a well nearby the village. The second one is the irrigation system provides a rustic place close to the village, where the people wants to set up a network for a crops and make the most of it. Therefore we proceed to size and design the supply network that will fill the water tank and its after purification, who will be placed at the highest point in the village also is conected with a well at the rustic place. Besides, taking advantage from the well¿s construction a second tank will be filled destinated to cultivation and its size will be in order to the hidric necessity by the farming that could be introduced After knowing the necessity of water supply that needs the crops, the inhabitants propose to proceed with the size and design of the water supply network for satisfy their needs

Proposed sustainable transition pathways for moving away from natural gas in domestic heating focus on two main energy vectors: electricity and hydrogen. Electrification would be implemented by using vapour-compression heat pumps, which are currently experiencing market growth in many countries. On the other hand, hydrogen could substitute natural gas in boilers or be used in thermally–driven absorption heat pumps. In this paper, a consistent thermodynamic and economic methodology is developed to assess the competitiveness of these options. The three technologies, along with the option of district heating, are for the first time compared for different weather/ambient conditions and fuel-price scenarios, first from a homeowner’s and then from a whole-energy system perspective. For the former, two-dimensional decision maps are generated to identify the most cost-effective technologies for different combinations of fuel prices. It is shown that, in the UK, hydrogen technologies are economically favourable if hydrogen is supplied to domestic end-users at a price below half of the electricity price. Otherwise, electrification and the use of conventional electric heat pumps will be preferred. From a whole-energy system perspective, the total system cost per household (which accounts for upstream generation and storage, as well as technology investment, installation and maintenance) associated with electric heat pumps varies between 790 and 880 £/year for different scenarios, making it the least-cost decarbonisation pathway. If hydrogen is produced by electrolysis, the total system cost associated with hydrogen technologies is notably higher, varying between 1410 and 1880 £/year. However, this total system cost drops to 1150 £/year with hydrogen produced cost-effectively by methane reforming and carbon capture and storage, thus reducing the gap between electricity- and hydrogen-driven technologies.

This report regards evaluating the energy and indoor climate of a pre-school located in Erikslund, Sweden which has undergone several measurers to achieve lower energy usage. The project was done on the orders of the governing municipality of Västerås and tasked to a consulting company for simulating the effects of performing these measures for lowering energy need. The municipal has together with the parliament sat goals to reach in 2020 to reduce the total energy usage by 20 %. The project had earlier installed a total of seven measures (such as new air handling unit, new lightings, adding ceiling insulation) related to energy efficiency was implemented and some ancillary construction of ventilation room. The main purposes for the study are first to analyze the energy and economical calculations and estimations done by the consulting company for the pre-school in the project stage. Then an energy mapping was done by this study to compare the earlier calculations for both the energy and economical part. The results are compared with the real values of both energy and economically data handed by Västerås stad. The theoretically energy usage calculated by the consulting company was before the measures 178 MWh/year to 65 MWh/year after. The energy mapping of this report shows before the measures 216 MWh/year to 108 MWh/year after. To compare with the real energy usage that before was 200 MWh/year, and 113,5 MWh/year after. The total cost of the project summed up to approximately $311K, which is 40 % higher than first estimated by the consulting company. The climate impact of the greenhouse gas CO2 was reduced with 12 ton yearly. Due to complications in the energy follow-up for both heat and electricity there is in the appendix attach instructional guide for Västerås stad to use in future projects regarding energy efficiencies but also evaluating the measures impact on the overall energy usage of the pre-school. The produced guide holds information regarding necessary “setup” for each type of energy efficiency measure making it possible for future evaluation (via measured data). Denna rapport berör en undersökning av Erikslunds förskola, där syftet är att sammanställa data från flera energieffektiviserande åtgärder som har utförts under projektledning av Västerås stad. Med denna data ska det klargöras om hur väl den projekterade energieffektiviseringen stämmer överens mot den verkliga. Det utfördes även en energikartläggning för förskolan för att jämföra mot. Förskolan är belägen i Erikslunds i Västerås och har genomgått totalt sju energieffektiviserande åtgärder samt en omfattande byggåtgärd. De energirelaterade åtgärder som utförts är, tilläggsisolering av kallvind, byte av ventilationssystem (till luftbehandlingsaggregat med roterande värmeväxlare), byte av styrsystem, byte till LED belysning, nya shuntar och cirkulationspumpar, injustering av värme samt varmvattenbesparande åtgärder (perlatorer). En omfattande investering av ventilationssystem med en beräknad energibesparing på ca 80 MWh/år. Analys av investeringen visade en energibesparing på endast 40 MWh under år 2015. I helhet gav åtgärderna en lägre energibesparing än det tidigare beräknade. Den totala energibesparingen var beräknat till ca 120 MWh/år men vid mätning och verifiering uppgick den till ca 60 MWh/år. Utöver energiprestanda undersöktes även det ekonomiska utfallet. Budgeterad investeringskostnaden var ca 1,9 Mkr medan den verkliga kostnaden uppgick till ca 2,6 Mkr. Detta innebar en kostnadsökning på 40 % för projektet. Inomhusklimatet och dess påverkan av energieffektiviserande åtgärder undersöks. Detta gjordes genom en enkätundersökning samt mätningar med temperatur, CO2 och RH (relativ fuktighet) mätloggar. Resultatet av enkätundersökningen visar att det är delade åsikter, men överlag tycker personalen att den har blivit bättre fast fortfarande dålig. Mätresultatet visar att den relativa fukthalten ligger kring det undre gränsvärdet, temperaturerna varierar mellan 18-23 grader och CO2 halten steg maximalt till 825 ppm och håller sig då under gränsvärdet. Det visade sig under projektets gång att projekteringen hade brister både i planering och beräkningar. Det fattades även nödvändiga mätdata för utvärdering av energiprestanda. Slutsatsen blev att investeringarna ej är lönsamma och för att undvika detta i framtida projekt utarbetades en instruktion med tillhörande checklista som finns bifogat under bilagor. Västerås stad kan använda den i framtiden för att undvika att missa viktiga delar som behövs för framtida verifieringar av energiprestanda. Rapporten har i litteraturstudien undersökt redan framtagna guider med checklistor till exempelvis SVEBYS energiavtal 12 som handlar om att i energieffektiviseringsprojekt strukturera upp och öka kvalitén dels för att minska skillnaden mellan projekterad och verkligt utfall, dels för att undvika missar i planeringen. Det har även undersökts liknande energieffektiviseringsprojekt där uppföljning utförts vilket visar att det ofta blir en skillnad mellan projekterad energisimulering samt verkligt utfall, det finns exempel både på när det blir bättre och sämre samt vad det beror på.

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo fin de grado (TFG) es realizar el diseño y dimensionado de una red de riego para una parcela de viñedo de 30ha ubicada en Los Pedrones, Comarca de Requena-Utiel Se realizará un diseño mediante un modelo hidráulico realizado con el programa informático EPAnet. Se dimensionará la red para definir los diámetros de las tuberías, válvulas y necesidades de bombeo. Se determinarán lo diámetros usando la pendiente hidráulica máxima disponible para lograr que todos los nudos de la red tengan la presión mínima requerida. Una vez dimensionada la red de riego, se realizará un análisis de optimización energética en los siguientes supuestos: bombeo mediante un generador diésel, bombeo conectado a la electricidad, bombeo con balsa de riego y uso de paneles fotovoltaicos. Para cada caso se calculará su coste y consumo energético, para poder comprobar el sistema más rentable. Por tanto, el presente TFG contempla el diseño de una red de riego, el dimensionado de toda la instalación y el posterior análisis de optimización energética para varios escenarios. Se realizará análisis de resultados obtenidos y sus conclusiones principales, detallando el presupuesto de la instalación. Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene una gran relación con asignaturas vistas durante el grado de Ingeniería de la Energía como mecánica de fluidos y maquinas hidráulicas ya que vamos a usar programas como EPAnet y aplicar los conocimientos de fluidos para tuberías, bombas y todo el sistema de redes de riego que aprendí en estas, además de otras asignaturas como maquinas térmicas para el motor generador diésel, de fotovoltaica y otras asignaturas para el tema eléctrico y de paneles fotovoltaicos, y de la asignatura Proyectos para el tema de presupuestos y viabilidad de la propuesta., [EN] The objective of this final degree project (TFG) is to design and dimension an irrigation network for a 30ha vineyard plot located in Los Pedrones, Requena-Utiel region. A design will be made using a hydraulic model made with the EPAnet computer program. The network will be dimensioned to define the diameters of the pipes, valves and pumping needs. The diameters will be determined using the maximum hydraulic slope available to achieve that all the nodes of the network have the minimum pressure required. Once the irrigation network has been dimensioned, an energy optimization analysis will be carried out in the following cases: pumping through a diesel generator, pumping connected to electricity, pumping with an irrigation pond and use of photovoltaic panels. For each case, its cost and energy consumption will be calculated, in order to verify the most profitable system. Therefore, this TFG contemplates the design of an irrigation network, the dimensioning of the entire installation and the subsequent energy optimization analysis for various scenarios. An analysis of the results obtained and its main conclusions will be carried out, detailing the installation budget. Examples of such sub-assemblies as the water pump of the cooling system, the drive of the compressor of the air conditioning system of the car interior, the fan of the cooling system, the water pump, the power steering pump and the car generator near. The influence on the output power of the internal combustion engine of each of the listed devices is analyzed and, in the last case, it is determined on how much increase of the power on the drive wheels of the car is possible. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches the conclusions about possibility of optimization of power costs during car operation are made. The highest efficiency is achieved in city conditions. A technique for determining power costs for each drive of auxiliary equipment has been developed, which is very important for taking into account these costs in calculating the traction, dynamic, fuel and economic characteristics of vehicles and creating a control system. Specified conditions for changing the power costs for the drive of the auxiliary units, depending on the change in acceleration of the car. The total energy consumption for a Class 2 car has been calculated, taking into account accepted main attachments of the car., Розглянуто витрати потужності ДВЗ на навісне обладнання для підвищення ефективної енергії двигуна внутрішнього згорання та автомобіля з метою покращення тягово-динамічних показників та паливної економічності при розгоні, сталій швидкості руху, гальмуванні в різних умовах експлуатації. Запропоновано варіант удосконалення конструкції автомобіля шляхом впровадження системи керування споживанням енергії додатковим обладнанням в залежності від режимів руху автомобіля. Завдяки управлінню потоками потужності двигуна внутрішнього згорання, мінімізації споживання енергії накопичувача або перетворювача та самого автомобіля на роботу додаткового обладнання забезпечується збільшення ефективної потужності двигуна. Розглянуто такі допоміжні агрегати як водяний насос системи охолодження, привід компресора системи кондиціювання повітря салону автомобіля, вентилятор системи охолодження, насос гідропідсилювача керма рульового управління та генератора автомобіля. Проаналізовано вплив на вихідну потужність двигуна внутрішнього згорання кожного з перерахованих пристроїв і в кінцевому випадку визначено наскільки можливо підвищення потужності на привід ведучих коліс автомобіля. При розгоні витрати потужності двигуна на приводи навісного обладнання необхідно зменшувати до мінімуму, при гальмуванні – збільшувати до максимуму використовуючи кінетичну енергію автомобіля на привід цього обладнання, а при сталому руху – в залежності від параметрів регулювання і стану систем та агрегатів. Витрати потужності визначаються частотою обертання і регульованим параметром вузла. В роботі з’ясовано залежності витрат потужності наведеного навісного обладнання від обертів колінчастого валу двигуна внутрішнього згорання автомобіля, а для генератора і от струму збудження. На підставі теоретичних і експериментальних досліджень зроблені висновки щодо можливості оптимізації витрат потужності при експлуатації автомобіля. Найбільша ефективність досягається в умовах міста. Задані умови зміни витрат потужності на привід допоміжних агрегатів в залежності від зміни прискорення автомобіля. Підрахована сумарна витрата енергії ДВЗ для автомобіля класу 2 із урахуванням прийнятих основних навісних споживачів автомобіля.

[ES] El trabajo fin de grado consiste un estudio de viabilidad técnico, económico y medioambiental para la construcción de una central hidroeléctrica reversible en el embalse del Molinar, en el municipio de Villa de Ves, provincia de Albacete. El río Júcar, en su curso medio a su paso por la comarca albaceteña de la Manchuela, genera un terreno muy escarpado, en el cual por las condiciones del terreno es posible plantearse la construcción de este tipo de centrales hidroeléctricas. Se pretende estudiar la construcción de una balsa en el margen derecho del embalse, para aprovechar el desnivel de unos 245 metros para un ciclo reversible puro con un caudal equipado a determinar según la capacidad de regulación en Molinar. Practical applications of previously obtained theoretical results on the use of pulsed (cyclic) connection of pumps operating on a network to cover substantially variable loads of a pumping station are considered. The analysis of the efficiency of pumping stations with various units of pumping units and the parameters of water supply systems at variable loads based on the analysis of the developed mathematical dynamic model of the production and distribution of the working medium (water) is carried out. The resulting engineering theory also served as the basis for the development of algorithms for optimizing the system of stepwise regulation of the supply of superchargers by transferring them to idle speed, including deep throttling, or with a complete shutdown of the drive motor, at variable pump station operating conditions when covering uneven load schedules with an estimate of the energy consumption, in order to increase economic efficiency and select a specific pump equipment in the proposed modes. It is determined, that depending on the capacity of the network and storage devices, the amount of fluid consumption and regulation modes and rational layout of pumping equipment with minimizing energy consumption. The effective values of the duration of the pulses of the supply of the working medium by the units of the pumping station and the pause between pulses, as well as the duty cycle of the pulses using various blocks of pumping equipment, are estimated. An important characteristic of the reliability of the “electric drive-pump” system is the frequency of cycles that limit the number of regulated starts of electric motors of the corresponding power. The significant influence of the listed factors and the specified functional parameters on the characteristics of the pulse connection of the superchargers and the intensity of the energy supply at variable loads is shown. It is characteristic that when comparing different pulse supply modes (with and without idle), the more preferable mode is the mode with the pumps completely disconnected from the network. At the same time, the efficiency increases with the increase in the number of operating units and reaches 15% in comparison with the traditional way of supplying a working medium to cover the variable loads of the station. The results obtained can also be useful for solving optimization problems during the operation of a pumping station in variable modes when covering its annual load schedules. Определены, в зависимости от емкости сети и аккумулирующих устройств, величины потребления жидкости и режимов регулирования, рациональные компоновки насосного оборудования с минимизацией потребления электроэнергии. Оценены эффективные значения длительности импульсов подачи рабочей среды агрегатами насосной станции и паузы между импульсами, а также скважности импульсов, при использовании различных блоков насосного оборудования. При этом важной характеристикой надежности системы «электропривод-насос» является частота циклов, лимитирующих число регламентированных включений электродвигателей соответствующей мощности. Показано существенное влияние перечисленных факторов и указанных функциональных параметров на характеристики импульсного подключения нагнетателей и интенсивность подачи энергоносителя при переменных нагрузках. Характерно, что при сравнении различных режимов импульсной подачи (с холостым ходом и без) более предпочтительным режимом является режим с полным отключением насосов от сети. При этом эффективность растет с ростом числа эксплуатируемых агрегатов и достигает 15% по сравнению с традиционным способом подачи рабочей среды для покрытия переменных нагрузок станции. Полученные результаты также могут быть полезны для решения оптимизационных задач при работе насосной станции на переменных режимах при покрытии ее годовых графиков нагрузок. На основе анализа уравнения динамики подачи рабочей среды (энергоносителя) в систему распределения определены рациональные значения длительности подключения нагнетателей и паузы между импульсами, а также скважности импульсов, в зависимости от емкости сети и аккумулирующих устройств и величины потребления жидкости. Показано существенное влияние указанных функциональных параметров на характеристики импульсного подключения нагнетателей и интенсивность подачи энергоносителя. Характерно, что изменение величины давления (напора), как при его росте, так и при его снижении, например при включении и отключении привода нагнетателя, происходит нелинейно. Причем наполненность поля графика изменения давления различна, что существенно влияет на энергетические показатели работы НС в таком режиме. Определены также диапазоны изменения частоты импульсов, в которых может быть эффективен импульсный режим подключения нагнетателей в системах водоснабжения. Визначено також діапазони зміни частоти імпульсів, в яких може бути більш ефективний імпульсний режим підключення нагнітачів в системах водопостачання в порівнянні зі стаціонарним режимом експлуатації. Наведена інженерна теорія може служити основою для розробки алгоритмів системи регулювання нагнітача шляхом перекладу, наприклад, на холостий хід або включення-виключення приводу, аналізу його роботи при часткових режимах з оцінкою витрат споживаної енергії, з метою підвищення економічної ефективності від використання нагнітачів в пропонованих режимах. The subject at hand is the technology of integrated use of secondary combustible and thermal energy resources of oil refining and petrochemicals for power supply and heat supply of industrial and residential urban areas. Currently, combustible secondary energy resources in petrochemicals in through hydrocarbon gases are burned in smokeless flares and technological candles without practical use in the electric and thermal energy industry. In the production of polyethylene, an average of 230 t/h of spent combustible gases is burned in a smokeless flare at an altitude of 105 m with useless dispersion of the resulting heat in the atmosphere. The heat of heated process water during cooling in cooling towers is uselessly dispersed in the atmosphere or leaves with contaminated spillways and non-return condensate into settling tanks without practical useful application. In the construction of new and the energy supply of existing industrial and residential facilities, there is a problem providing them with electric and thermal energy at low prices. The purpose of this study is to develop a technical solution on the technology of integrated use of secondary combustible and thermal energy resources of oil refining and petrochemicals for the electrical and thermal supply of industrial and residential urban areas.
