Abstract

The article discusses the Public Health Law Research (PHLR) Program of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's (RWJF) National Program Office (NPO) which studies the use of laws to improve public health. It says that the program, aimed at analyzing the relation of law to population health, was funded through the Call for Proposals (CFP) event. PHLR, accordingly, has adopted various research practices, and results were publicized in news media. Also, it offers a table that lists the program researchers.
