Abstract

The article focuses on the impact of changes promulgated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to the designation of critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) on land use for property owners as of May 2016.
