The bachelor thesis deals with selected motor competencies in preschool age children. The theoretical part focuses on actual knowledge in actual literature including soma research. The individual chapters of the theoretical part deal with the characteristics of preschool age, movement development of a child, but also development of motor skills and abilities of children in a kindergarten. The author also deals with deficits in the field of motor functions, which are an important part of testing results. A separate chapter then concerns on possibilities and individual types of testing, where attention is given to possible differences between children and importance and validity of motor tests. The aim of the practical part is to map conditions which support motor development of children in the Kindergarten Prievidzská 1, Šumperk, department Temenická. A partial goal is a screening survey of children's motor level, but also determination of the level of stimulation of children to motor activity by teachers. The diploma thesis is focused on finding the motivational structure for physical aktivity of a specific group of children from a selected private primary school. These students are attending first through ninth grade, therefore attending both lower primary and upper primary school. Based on their classes, they have been divided into three examined groups. The first group consists of pupils of younger school age, pupils of the first through third grade, the second group consists of pupils of middle school age, which includes pupils of the fourth to sixth grade and the last third group consists of pupils of older school age, which corresponds age of pupils in the seventh to ninth year of compulsory school attendance. Due to my pedagogical work as a teacher at this school, the pupils were deliberately chosen from the Private Primary School and Kindergarten Viva Bambini s.r.o. based in České Budějovice. The bachelor thesis deals with education of a healthy lifestyle in preschool children. In the theoretical part, the concept of health is defined and the factors that could threaten it are summarized. Furthermore, general knowledge about a healthy lifestyle and its principles specific to the preschool period are briefly mentioned in the thesis as well. Attention is also given to the influence of the family environment, the kindergarten environment, their interaction with the child and to projects that can become a tool for health promotion in kindergartens. The aim of the practical part was to find out what parents' and teachers' attitudes towards healthy lifestyles are and whether they lead children to them. This was done through a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that both parents and kindergarten teachers lead children to a healthy lifestyle and in most cases try to live an active and healthy lifestyle themselves. This dissertation elaborates on nutritional behavior and physical activity of teachers in selected secondary institutions in the town of Litoměřice as well as the North Bohemia Region. The main aim of this thesis is to determine the teachers' nutritional behavior and the level of their physical activities of the selected schools. The aim of the research is to ascertain whether teachers' eating habits correspond with nutritional recommendations and whether they have sufficient physical activity, its frequency and specifications. The theoretical part elaborates on the teachers' job description, current lifestyle, nutrition and nutritional factors. Actual nutritional recommendations are also mentioned with the purpose of providing explanation of appropriate eating habit principles. It also elaborates on physical activity focusing on the importance of physical activity, describes movement apparatus structure and defines physical endurance. Sokol is a body movement organisation that has undergone many changes during its almost 160 years of existence and has been banned several times by the state power. However, she always cared for and supported Miroslav Tyrš`s legacy. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the offer of exercices for the age category of youngs in Sokol. Using a retrospective method, the history of Sokol over the last almost 160 years of its existence is briefly described. Based on a comparison of the ongoing number of divisions and the development of the membership base, the development from the renewal of Sokol in 1990 to the present years is evaluated, focusing on the selected age category. A questionnaire survey is chosen as the analytical method, which was sent electronically to the individual units. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, previously established hypotheses were disproved or confirmed, which were based on academic work or other available literature. It is confirmed that the membership base of student categories has been growing since the 1990s, despite slight fluctuations. The most significant growth was in the period around the "Sokol slet", in which these age categories regularly participate. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to defining the concept of physical activity and other basic concepts related to it. It deals in more detail with the importance of physical activity for human health and proper development. It mentions the danger of physical inactivity and summarises the current valid knowledge regarding the recommended amount of physical activity. The theoretical part also contains the definition of the school-age period and characterises its specifics, regarding the content of thesis, especially in the field of physical development, which occurs in the younger and older school-age period. Important determinants affecting the state of physical activity are also discussed. Diploma thesis "Yoga as a tool for the conscious body from the perspective of the phenomenological concept of corporeality" deals with corporeality, the phenomenology of the body and yoga as a tool for finding the harmony of the conscious body. The introduction of the thesis explains the importance of this topic from the perspective of the society-wide concept and also explains the motivation of the author to its processing. The historical background dealing with the Cartesian conception of the body based on Descartes' dualism was described in the theoretical part. The next chapter in the theoretical part was devoted to the comparison of concepts from Cartesian and yoga meditation, and description of the phenomenology of corporeality in Merleau-Ponty. The chapters dealing with the issue of increasing psychic tension in children and youth and the resulting need to deal with the care of the soul were emphasized. The importance of yoga as a meaning of restoring stability was explained in a separate chapter. Individual types of asanas and their effect on the human body were described there as well. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of detection of the level of movement activity of students of primary school teaching on the ZU PF Plzeň. Movement activity and its benefits, effects of insufficient movement that result in various health problems or diseases and general recommendations of prevention of the sedentary way of life have been introduced in the theoretical background chapter. In the practical part the author has done a three weeks research of the movement level of students and has gained the numbers of steps. The pedometers Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 have been used for monitoring, measured values had been evaluated and elaborated. The body parameters, height, weight have been discovered and the BMI indexes have been calculated for the right determination of the level of movement.

Methodology: The main method used in this thesis was quantitative analysis which consisted of a semi-structured in-depth interview. These interviews conducted with the heads of the physical education at the selected schools. Three international schools and two czech schools were involved in the study. My bachelor thesis named The level of movement activity of students of the teaching for the 1st st. Elementary School is focused on the level of physical activity in female students of this field and the health benefits of sufficient exercise. The thesis consists of a theoretical explanation of the basic terminology of kinanthropology. It explains the importance of sufficient exercise in the daily routine of an adult. In the practical part I've explained and evaluated data collected from the students which I acquired by the use of the Yamax SV-700 step counter over the period of one week. The students also filled out a detailed questioner regarding their daily physical activities, hobbies and sports which involve physical movement including their height, weight which are crucial for the determination of BMI indexing.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to verify the influence of compensatory and health physical exercise on a group of practicing women, attending group lessons at the Move21 dance center. The proband age range was set between 20 and 35 years. Testing was performed on 5 clients. Physical exercise took place 3 months, training units once a week. Body holding was tested by Jaroš and Lomíček and Matthias. Thomayer's movement skills. Information about abdominal muscles was evaluated by Unifittest. All tests and analyzes were performed again after the last training session. They were then compared and evaluated with the first tests.

This diploma thesis deals with the lifestyle of lower secondary level teachers at the basic schools in Příbram. The theoretical part, which provides the grounding for the empirical part, describes the key term of lifestyle and the selected factors which have an essential impact on the choice of lifestyle considering the influences which directly or indirectly impact the choice. The topic is a very broad one therefore this thesis focuses on the most important aspects which are the subjective and objective agents impacting lifestyle positively or negatively. The empirical part deals with the research which was conducted via a questionnaire which was constructed to obtain the information concerning the lifestyle of teachers of lower secondary level schools in Příbram. The data was then statistically evaluated. The results were compared to the current knowledge in the field. The results show that teachers are threatened by insufficient physical exercise. 66 % or the respondents stated that they do not devote any time to physical exercise, also a high percentage of the respondents stated they can recognize some signs of being stressed. On the other hand, a positive finding was the fact that 76 % of teachers eat four to five times a day and 77 % of the respondents eat fruit and vegetables. Another positive finding was the fact that over half of the respondents do not smoke and 73 % stated there are content in their current job.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyze impact of the program focused on improving physical condition of trainees from 20 to 30 years of age. Research was conducted on 12 women. Physical condition of trainees was tested of a Sporttester. The composition of body (BMI, WHR and BIA) was also analyzed. After that, trainees have undergone a three months fitness program in the form of TRX training.. All tests and analyzes were run again after the last training session. The results were analyzed and compared with the first tests.

The bachelor paper deals with the topic of physical training of parents with children and its possibilities. The theoretical part is divided into three major chapters. The first concerns the psychomotor development of the child since his/her birth focusing on the characteristic and development of the child especially that of preschool age, in particular in the areas of physical, psychic, social and emotional developmen. The second chapter describes briefly the history of physical culture and education. In the third chapter the topic of training of parents with children is analyzed in more details. Here the influence and contribution of training together for the development of the child is described, pedagogical and educational principals are stated so that the training process can be effective and some basic terms regarding the training are mentioned. The practical part deals with a research aimed to finding out the reasons and interest of the parents in Mariánské Lázně in attending or not-attending the courses of the training of parents with children and their satisfaction with the offer of activities in the town. The research investigation was realized by quantitative investigation using the questionnaire method. In this part there are also included practical presentations of training units for different age categories of children attending the course of the training of parents with children. The results of this paper enable the parents, trainers as well as tutors to think of the contributions and possibilities of group training supervised by an expert and its importance for further developing and socializing the child.

Research of children's participation in sport clubs, individual sports and children's interest in various physical activities. The thesis maps the specific sport activities of children in various sport clubs, individual sport activities in their free time and interest of children in various sport activities. It determinates the range of available sport activities (hobby groups, sport teams, clubs, etc.) in the area of interest and it compares it with interest of children. It sets conditions for the functional, ideal sport club and it sets its content based on the interest of children in concrete activities, realizing these activities in experimental sport club and its verification.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyze impact of the program focused on improving physical condition of trainees from 20 to 30 years of age. The theme of this bachelor thesis is about the inclusion of two years old children into kindergarten. The theoretical part points out the developmental specifications of the older toddlers and younger school children including comparing the difference between them, their needs and individual developmental special features. The next part explains the definny conditions of education which is critical to include in the education of two years children into kindergarten. The practical part is the execution of elementary methodology for working with children in this age group including the focus on the entry of such children into kindergarten.

The thesis presents the results of theoretical and empirical study. The thesis deals with primary monitoring of lifestyle of students with special educational needs, the creation of an educational program designed for dormitory of secondary vocational school and the program's impact on quality of life. The work consists of several parts. The theoretical part describes the principles of a healthy lifestyle (healthy eating, physical activity, mental activity), special educational needs, the age period of 15-18 years, secondary vocational school and quality of life. The practical part analyzes the lifestyle of students at secondary vocational school in Soběslav. This part highlights the different attitudes of commuter students and students living in dormitories. The analysis is based on questionnaire my own creation. The results are shown in the graphs. For dormitory of secondary vocational school an educational program "A year in a dorm" was created. The program is aimed at a comprehensive understanding of health and healthy lifestyle. The influence of the educational process on the quality of life we investigated using a standardized questionnaire PedsQl. Data are evaluated by ANOVA and Tukey statistical method. In conclusion we disprove the hypothesis that commuter students have a healthier lifestyle than students staying at the dorms. We confirm the positive effect of educational program on quality of life for boarding students statistically significant in the group of girls. The main goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to investigate the level of physical fitness of 9th grade students in Žďár nad Sázavou. In the theoretical part, we summarized the knowledge for the presented topic. In the practical part, we deal with somatic measurement (body height and weight), from which the Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated. Within the measurement, we also measured the level of speed, strength, endurance and finesse skills. The results are valued by given tables for boys and girls, and compared with each other separately. The results of the work show that the physical fitness of the boys is generally below average, on the contrary the physical fitness of the girls is on average.

This bachelor thesis presents an integration of the physical activities into the weekly regime of older school aged children. The main research is focused at comparing children from two elementary schools, one located in the center of Prague and the other one on the outskirts of the capital city, with considering their sporting and physical interests. The theoretical part deals with the necessity to incorporate the physical activities for this age category into their daily life, describes appropriate (or inappropriate) sports activities and health complications resulting from a lack of movement. In the practical part of the thesis, the questionnaire research compares the frequency of the children's physical activities integration in two mentioned elementary schools. Then follow an analysis of the data collected and a final summary of the thesis issue. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of physical activities on active lifestyle in adult age. The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to find out the influence of active childhood on active lifestyle in adult age. According to many important authors such as Olivares, 2015 or Telama, 2005 the biggest influence on active lifestyle in the adult age has pre school and adolescent age. Therefore this work is focused on these two stages of life. The theoretical part is divided into 4 main chapters. Firstly there is a description of basic terms such as physical activity, sport, lack of physical activity and its consequences. The next part divides the age stages in people's lives, significant from the point of creating active movement habits, into pre school age, adolescence and adult age. Besides life stages psychological aspects have a great importance, motivating people towards movement activities. Therefore following terms are defined: motivation, needs and motives, inheritance and upbringing. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the lifestyle of the current population, describes what active lifestyle and change of active lifestyle mean. Qualitative research survey was used for summarizing the results. Data were gathered using structured interviews carried out with adults aged 40-50. There were 14 interviews made, half of them with men and the other half with women. Based on the answers 8 categories were made and transformed into mind maps, which were subsequently thoroughly described, These two following questions were proposed: Could movement activities carried out during childhood influence the attitude to these activities in adult age? How do respondents evaluate the pros and cons of movement activities carried out during childhood? The interviews were aimed on movement activity of the respondents. The first questions were focused on determining whether the respondents did some sports during their childhood or at least in their youth. Further they were asked who or what led them to sports the most. More than a half stated that their parents led them to sports the most. The second part of the interview gained information leading to solving research questions. There was a presumption that if the person does sport regularly as a child, they will be physically active in adult age. All of the respondents did sports actively in their youth and they do so up to now and they are sure that doing sport in childhood steered them towards an active lifestyle in the present. Therefore the presumption was confirmed. Responds to the second question showed the positive and negative impacts in respondent's childhood. The most mentioned positive ones were positive sporting experiences and meeting friends at the sports grounds. The second most frequent benefit for respondents was their physical condition gained from their regular movement activities. Respondents also mentioned their sporting versatility gained in childhood because they did several sports at the same time and so they have universal skills which they can use while doing sports with friends nowadays. Respondents mostly didn't find any negative aspects of their active childhood. Those who did so mentioned health problems or injuries caused by sport and also less time for socializing. The last part of the interview was focused on current sporting activities. The frequency of physical activities of the respondents was nearly the same as in the childhood. The results of the research show that childhood is a cornerstone of life either physically or psychologically. All 14 respondents claimed that their current active lifestyle was influenced by their childhood based on sports.

This bachelor's work deal with the problem of physical aktivity for women in senior age. Specifically the work investigates the impal of exercise on regenerative tables for the women . The work is dividend into two parts - theoretical part and research. In the theoretical part is explained the terms of "age" and "senior" and discusses further the influence of physiological and pathological effects on health and the movement of seniors. The research was used qualitative with semistructured interview method. The aim of work is to find out the satisfaction of seniors and effectiveness of exercise on regenerative tables.

This diploma thesis is focused on analyzing physical activity among the high school students in Czech Budweis. The Research was focused on monitoring of students using the pedometer for the period of one week in winter and one week in spring season. One of the goals of research was to determine the differences in terms of physical activity according to season of the year, during the school week and weekend. Other points of focus included the difference between physical activity of boys and girls and a day during which students are most active. 55 high school third year degree students took part in the research throughout the internet online system INDARES by filling in their physical activity. The results of measurement were statistically processed and evaluated by Center for Kinanthropology Research in Olomouc, and written down in charts and graphs. The measurement results pointed out the difference between physical activity during weekend within different seasons of the year, whereas school week for the whole 7 days of monitoring showed no significant differences. Furthermore, the results proved higher physical activity for boys during school week, and for girls during weekend. The day with the highest physical activity monitored was Tuesday within the first week of measurement in winter.

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out what leisure time activity options are offered to elementary school students in České Budějovice. Parents can use this thesis as a detailed overview of leisure time activities the city offers. The analytic part focuses on analysis of important concepts such as physical movement, physical activity, leisure time and school age children characteristics. The synthetic part contains views and analysis of elementary schools, sports clubs, P. E. Units and organizations that offer services to school age children. The synthetic part also focuses on research done on on elementary school age children. The research shows what kind and how often children participate in leisure time physical activities and sports. The main source of information in the analytic part was professional literature. The main source of information in the synthetic part came from interviews conducted with representatives of schools and sports organizations. To gain more information, I used questionnaires and used this information in my analysis.

This thesis focuses on the topic: ?The Physical activity of persons with a focus on physician?. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find opinion, relations and knowledge of older school aged children about health, exercise, sport and healthy lifestyle. This work will help us to determine which effect have the Family, school, TV and surroundings. In connection with topics we will find out which extracurricular activities kids prefer to do. All investigation we supported with basics somatometric measurements, while the results we will compare with standards. For the research method we used questionnaires and measurement method and dates with results from measurements we compared with standards. The research passed 176 childrens from eight years gymnasium in Sušice. Research has shown, that children have mostly positive relation to sport. The research give to us the answer, that parents help to develop the right habits for a healthy lifestyle and this kids understand to these terms and meanings. Sport movements is for them still attractive and important.

The thesis deals with the issue of the movement activities of pre-school age children. Movement is built into the plane of an important aspect in the holistic development of the pre- school age child whose absence may endanger this development. In the theoretical part are defined terms of movement, basic motor skills and mapping their development with a focus on the specifics of pre-school age. Also the position of the movement activity is approaching in pre-school education. The practical section compares the results of motor test pre-school age children from selected kindergarten and evaluated in relation to their conditions.

The theoretical part concerns itself with importance of physical activities in human life, particularly in a child's life, and point out to the risks and problems connected to a sedentary lifestyle. The practical part focuses on physical activities of middle school students in chosen parts of the Usti Region. The questionnaire survey in this part of theses detects the extend of physical activities and differences between children living in bigger and smaller towns. Part of this passage is also mapping of current possibilities of physical activities and sports grounds in this region. Finally, there are several recommended changes presented in the paper that would lead to increase in interest of middle school students in physical activities, namely lowering prices of extracurricular physical activities and increase in amount of school physical activities. The main goal of this thesis is to map the knowledge of students, adolescents, including human biology, physical education, sports and nutrition and then compare these results with similar surveys carried out in the territory of the Czech Republic. I also tried to verify, whether the knowledge level of health and physical activity be reflected in our observance of healthy lifestyle of the adolescents. Two high schools were actively involved in the research a grammar school in Milevsko and Tábor. A total number of 132 completed student´s tests of knowledge on the issue of health and physical activity was collected along with the same number of enclosed questionnaires about healthy lifestyles. The results showed that the knowledge levels do not differ dramatically based on students' gender. They also showed that they are proportionally reflected in the life style of the students.

The thesis is focused on leisure-time physical activity pupils in the 9th selected primary schools in České Budějovice. Part of this work is to identify, review and evaluate the state of physical activities in leisure-time students who are in their last year of primary school. Nowadays, more and more talk about reducing children's physical activity, not only in their spare time. As a result of the reduction of physical interests such as sport, leisure physical rings, etc., it is made a condition that can permanently affect the future development of children. For this reason, the work is aimed at pupils of 9th grade. In this age it´s very important to pursue physical activities because movement and active form of spending time directly affects the development of both the physical condition and in terms of mental and social. In the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics and defining concepts of leisure time physical activities, characteristics of the target group influences that have an impact on leisure activities for children, activities and categories of interest also negative and pathological phenomena leisure. The practical part is formed on the basis of the interview survey, the questionnaires are the basis for graphical analysis. The results of the questionnaire are indicative of leisure physical activities pupils 9th grade selected schools in terms of diversity, frequency, motivation, leadership and other aspects.

The aim of my bachelor´s work is to show the importance of physical movement for child´s development in the period since the birth till the entrance to primary-school and to offer teachers in kindergartens some approaches (ways) to motivate kids to move and also positively influence the development of their personality. However, I consider the way of us adults to be the most important part, the part of the way, which is often necessary to change, if we want a child to follow us. This thesis also serves as a means of reflections on ourselves and on our relationship with ourselves, and with the child. In the theoretical part I focus on the search for the essence of inner motivation to move in a child's life, and namely, in two aspects of the human being which are the body and soul. I refer to some of the critical points in the life of a child in the family and in kindergarten, where a turning point often occurs and leads to suppressing or promoting of intrinsic motivation. The practical part provides a perspective on child behave our in kindergarten from a teacher's point of view and looks at the family situation (analysis of questionnaires and interviews with parents) regarding the child's motivation to move, but an overall healthy lifestyle as well. I compare both view sand examine possible causes of physical and psychological problems of children, trying to offer support options for motivation of movement and for healthy living child. The results of my investigation revealed that the problem of child motivation to move originates from the family and is caused by parent?s approach to up bringing and by hereditary predisposition of the child. Kindergarten can provide greater opportunities for developing of child abilities and it can try to guide her or him on the way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but deficit the child comes from a family with is sometimes very significant and the encouraging of the child to acquire attitudes, beliefs and habits so different from those which is drilled, it is very difficult and not always successful.

Title: Leisure-time physical activities of students of FTVS UK specialization TVS Aims: To obtain information about students of 3rd year undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport specialization TVS and their habits in leisure activities and sports. Compare the information about students learning the different specializations. Identify, describe and compare other factors affecting the participation of students on lemure-time physical activities and sports. The Bachelor woks deal with the quality of life in adolescent with regard to health, leisure, movement and media in Prachatice. In the theoretical part I am mapping pubescents as personality. Movement, health and leisure activities, which are typical for adolescent period. Physical and psychological traits teenager. Characterize leisure generally with a specific use in an pubescents. I also deal with youth, sport, inactivity. Environment which acts on the teen. I deal with the main character pubescents, concept of quality of life, and the influence of sports activities in adolescents. I am mapping the Prachatice leisure sports activities, that have positive and negative effects on the health of adolescents. In the practical part I use a method standardized questionnaire ComQol 1997 - translated and adapted for the purposes of my bachelor works. The main objective is to monitor pupils in primary schools in Prachatice. I focus directly the students of 7th - 9th classes of primary school. This section will focus on the lives of adolescent with regard to health, leisure, movement and media. I try to assess leisure activities on adolescent health and movement of Prachatice. Identified research assumptions, I find the practical part with the help of respondents primary school and secondary school in Prachatice. Expected number of statements amounted to 500 questionnaires. The final number was 400 questionnaires. Of these, 160 boys and 240 girls. Of the total research found that more than 80 % of respondents feel healthy without thoroughly knowing your health status , thus confirming the first hypothesis . Research shows that more than 60 % of adolescents engaged in the media and on average 3-6 hours a day. The answers are obvious assumption third, which was not confirmed , since more than 50 % of respondents engaged in leisure-time physical activity.

In this survey I wanted to find out to what extent are parents of preschool children informed about the importance of physical activity for their child and whether and how they support it. I also wanted to find out whether they know of possibilities of organized exercises for this age group and what they think and how they react to Cvičení rodičů s dětmi (organized collective Exercises of Parents and Their Children). The topic of the paper is "Physical Activity of Preschool Children together with Their Parents". It deals with the importance of physical exercise since early childhood. If done by playing and together with parents, physical exercise is associated with pleasing experience and children do it joyfully. Naturalness and enthusiasm of the children can positively influence their parents who, even if they had not done any sport before, can share it with them during common exercises. In the theory part of the paper I accentuate the importance of free time activities, ways people can spend free time, various kinds of exercises, basic characteristics of a toddler and a preschool child and appropriate physical activities and collective exercises of children and parents. This work deals with the effect the natural environment on the development of motor and cognitive abilities of preschool age. The aim is to determine the effect of education in the natural environment to the level of motor skills and knowledge of preschool children. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of preschool age. Acquaints with the development of motor skills and their training in the natural environment. It also deals with the cognitive component of the preschool child's personality and the possibilities of its development in the countryside. Zooms problems of education in a forest environment, types of learnin and methods of training in the various components of the child's personality just in a forest. The practical part is a qualitative research method used is a questionnaire survey among kindergarten teachers to determine the most commonly used educational environment, the method standardized test for 4-6-year old children to determine the level of motor skills of the children, and the method of diagnostic interview, which examined the effect of natural environments on children's knowledge. Results in agreement with reported literature confirm the positive influence of education in the natural environment for the development of several components of the child's personality.

This work is focused on physical activity, diet, daily routine and dietary habits of adolescents at two high schools in České Budějovice. In selected folder also finds occurence of obesity and anorexia. Research was attended by a total of 311 students aged 15 to 19 years. Each of the students has filled a questionnaire on nutrition and exercise and was subject to measure body weight, height and subcutaneous fat. Collected data were processed by BMI and BIA methods and then compared with data from measurements made in 2008. The results indicate 16% of overweight students and only 1% with obesity according to BMI method. BIA method measured 4% with obesity and 9% overweight. Compared to 2008 research there is decrease of students with obesity, but increased numbers with overweight.

My thesis is based on a current trend to support physical movement of children. The theoretical part deals with the importance of physical movement for physical and mental devepment of a child and with the level of motor skills at pre-school age and its development. Conditions, methods and forms of implementation of physical movement in a kindergarten are dealt with in this part. One of subchapters deals with motivation of a child. The practical part deals with a set of motivating exercises for children in a kindergarten which were being tested with the same group of children. Results show that there are differences in children´s reaction to motivating and non-motivating exercises. Tests of exercises were evaluated according to a set of in advance developed criteria.

Results: Muscle strength is a prerequisite for human locomotion. Before you start strength training, it must be assessed locomotive faculties of the individual and according to create adequate training unit corresponding to his forceful options. If the strength training is properly conducted and supported by expertise follows of this work, the strength training ranks among the appropriate physical activity for sporting and non-sporting individuals. In my thesis I concern with the use of motoric activities in math classes. The chapters that offer a range of motoric activities were processed on the base of a questionnaire and an experiment. Some of the activities are currently being implemented in math classes by teachers of first, second and third grades at primary schools, others are part of textbooks designed for this age group. In addition to that, I offer five more possible activities, which have been recorded and interpreted within six experiments. The goal of the thesis is to demonstrate that physical movement cannot be separated from the life of six to nine years old children, and offer some motoric activities, which can potentially be contributive for development of mathematical skills and abilities.

Title: General Project for Private Kindergardens Objectives: The primary aim of this diploma thesis is a survey of quality in organization of physical activities at the private kindergardens in Liberec. The secondary aim is to create a general framework for a specific kindergarden incorporated into the Czech Republic Idex of Kindergardens. Methods: This work combines direct, indirect and document methods; namely observing, dialogues, subject analysis and analysis of a secondary pedagogical school curriculum, which is a basis for theoretical and then consecutively for practical starting points of the work. The ascertained data are processed quantitatively. Results: Launching out into the market sector of private kindergardens in Liberec is not difficult. The quality of the physical activities offer shows an average up to below- average level but they keep a leading position in number of children per one teacher. Furthemore, there was found a lack in conducting children within physical activities in the public kindergardens in Liberec. Annotation: The aim of this thesis is to summarize knowledge about physical activity in school age children, and through questionnaries examiners to identify physical activities for children at primary school (1st - 5th grade). The theoretical part focuses on definitions of basic concepts related to the issues and defining the scope and impact of physical activity on health of individuals. Furthemore, given to the characteristics of preschool age and family influence and school physical activity at junior schoul age children. Part of the thesis is also research section designed to obtain current knowledge about children's physical activity at 1st degree of primary school.

Bachelor thesis deals with meaning and effects of Dance therapy in frame of medical therapy of clients with psychical disease. Theoretical part defines words like dance, movement and Dance therapy. This part also describes history of dance, meaning and aims of Dance therapy, its school, aims and divisions. Mensioned are person of dance therapist, personalities connected with dance and Dance therapy, target groups of clients suitable for Dance therapy, importance of Dance therapy for clients with psychical disease. Key question in theoretical part is following: exists subjective positive chase feeling in psychical status by dance therapy? Practical part of bachelor thesis contains four case studies of clients with psychical disease, who take part in Dance therapy in frame of medical action. In every casuistry I try to ask on key question, which I put in theoretical part of my bachelor thesis.

The bachelor thesis deals with leisure time and transport activity of the students at selected faculties of University of South Bohemia as a preventive factor of health complications. It analyses the health complications which are caused by low activity and unhealthy life style. It also considers positive effects of exercise on body and mind. Practical part is carried out in the way of quesionnaire survey at the faculties of University of South Bohemia. It investigates if university students are aware of health precaution.

The focus of my thesis is an introduction of interventional physical training into the gym lessons at primary schools in the whole South Czech district. Research was performed in fifteen schools where mentally handicapped people are educated. The program contained simple physical games, psychomotorical and yoga exercises, with the aim to develop physical capability and ability of mentally handicapped pupils. The program was applied for five months and verified with the use of initial and final measurement. The acquired data were statistically processed and evaluated.
