World war I and its interpretation on the pages of history textbooks of the Czechoslovak and Czech communist regime before and the regime after 1989 provides a unique insight into the changing ways in which school system views history. A comparative analysis of these easily accessible materials enables us to notice and describe these differences. The research also involves a description of development of textbooks as a type of media, its physical and didactic attributes.

The thesis is divided into six chapters. In the first part, man and time were interested i philosophy. In the second part, we dealt with human being and human existence. In the third chapter we deal with context of time and history and their importance for man and human society. The fourth chapter tries to capture the meaning of human existence and follows another chapter that tries to find out possible causes that can lead to a loss of meaning of life. The last part, devoted to free time a leisure education, aimed to show the possibilities and limits of a free time educator in helping to meaningfully live.

The main subject of this thesis is feminine nature. The goal is to capture the essence of womanhood in the entirety of the world. There is a difference between the experience of a woman's life and the world around her. We must therefore ask how the world around us is set up, what nature itself entails, how the society views a woman and how a woman views herself. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the nature according to two of the most important thinkers of antiquity: Plato and Aristotle. The second section examines the nature and essence of womanhood as viewed by the French philosopher Simone de Beauvoir. In the final part, we discuss some of the phenomena related to the issue of womanhood nowadays, such as physicality, dignity, human culture and responsibility. The whole work shows that it is essential for us to demand freedom of self-realization which along with the need for cooperation of both genders in establishing basic rules of the world that men and women inhabit together, provides for women to self-realize freely in harmony with their own experience of the world. 1 Abstract: Bachelor's thesis Emanuel Rádl, his conception of philosophy and education will follow work and ideas of Czech philosopher and biologist Emanuel Radl. I will study the basic titles of works Consolation of Philosophy and essays devoted to partial topics and to the problem of education in the new Czechoslovak state. The theme of the analysis will be how Rádl thoughts were admitted to the society and how its thinking is valued today. This bachelor thesis describes fine Arts in the czech lands during the gothic period. It represents the evolution of this art and to point out the possible development of personality through art. The first chapter focuses on the historical events in gothic in the czech lands. The second chapter deals with the actual art and refers to the inner world of artists and the rest of the population. The third chapter describes the development of art in the czech lands. It represents a large number of generated sites and gives rise to their historical context. The fourth and final chapter points to the importance of art education for children and interpretation of symbolic values.

The bachelor thesis deals with the teachers in Kolin and the surrounding area and their involvement in the cultural and political life of the town. In terms of scope, the work covers the years from 1848 to 1948 with a slight overlap. For practical reasons the thesis is divided into three sections covering the periods 1848-1900, 1900-1918 and 1918-1948. Each section contains a part describing the history of the town, its economic, cultural and political development. The next part includes the history of two schools in Kolin whose establishment was of great importance for the town: the grammar school and the business academy. The last part focuses on the selected teachers. Each one is presented with a short biography, artistic activities, and above all their involvement in the public life of the town. This paper includes also an appendix with the excerpts from works of several of the teachers and the period photographs of the town.

This work deals with the meaning of school as an educational establishment (mainly of a kindergarten) and it´s place in the society. Trying to find the answer for the question: {\clqq}What is the position of a kindergarten in a present-day society in Czech?`` In it´s theoretical part it is concentrated on the profile of the topic and it´s social importance, including the development of the school system from historical point of view, function of school in educational, intergral and social sphere, specifities of a mersery school, determination of methods and aims of researching. The main part {--} the practical one {--} is aimed at the research itself of the position of school in the Czech society and comparing the gained experience and making final inference.

The dissertation is trying to catch live on Commercial Academy in České Budějovice and its history from year 1960 until 2000. The dissertation is divided into three main parts. The first part briefly describes the history of former czechoslovakia and newly created Czech Republic. Second part draws near a history of high seminary mainly economic) educational system from 1945 to 2000. And finally in the third part I am attending to history of Commericial Academy itself (previously High commercial school from 1.9. 1949 and after it High economic school till 1.9.1960)Even if the supplied information aren;t and not even can be all (because of unavailability of sources), still and all it catches quite big time period and serves compact view about history of Commercial Academy.
