Postsecondary vocational students organizations are effective avenues by which students can obtain additional skills, thus improving their chances for finding employment. For instance, the local chapter of Delta Epsilon Chi's Gateway Marketing and Management Assn members acknowledge the leadership skills and knowledge they have acquired from the organization.
