This study aims to observe customer's responses toward car fragrance products, examine the volatility and properness of the essential oil-based product. Essential oil is a group of vegetable oil in form of liquid that easily evaporated at room temperature. Hence it gives unique scents. This research is carried out with a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique of this research is using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) and calculation of Cost of Goods Sold to compare the two samples of car freshener. The result of this research showed that product A which is based on patchouli essential oil, citronella, coffee, and gadenza essential was more preferable by the customer with the range of selling price in IDR 19.000 – IDR 22.000 than product B. SWOT analysis explained that the product's strength is the multifunction of the product as aromatherapy and the opportunity of the product to compete in a wider market; while the weakness of the product is the high labour of production process. The total calculation of the Cost of Goods Sold for product A is IDR 15.440 and product B is IDR 15.960.

The method used in this study is a quantitative research approach using a confirmatory factor analysis design. Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS software version 22 and factor analysis using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett's Test. The population in this study were the 25 students of FKOR UNS tennis achievement coaching students. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements. Anthropometric factors that determine the ability to serve in tennis are weight with a value of 0.695, height with a value of 0.661 and arm length with a value of 0.628. The biomotor factors that determine the ability to serve in tennis are arm muscle power with a value of 0.863 and eye-hand coordination with a value of 0.653. Based on the results of the second analysis, it was found that the five variables had communalities values p > 0.5. So it can be concluded that the greater the value of the communalities of these factors will provide benefits to students in coaching tennis achievements in serving tennis. This study aims to determine better between Interval Training and Endurance Training to increase VO2max capacity in healthy adult men and women. The method used is a literature review, looking for articles from Electronic DataBased in PubMed, ScienceDirect, Eric. Journal, Google Scholar, and ProQuest that have been published and accredited. A total of 8 papers were selected for in-depth review. The results show that Interval Training is better than Endurance Training, even though both can increase VO2max.

The management of human resources at the Secretariat of the Research and Development and Training Agency (a public organization that is identical to religious values) experiences problems because the importance of employee performance, employee engagement, and organizational behaviour are still below 75. This study aims to determine whether employee engagement and organizational citizenship behaviour positively and significantly impact employee performance. This research finds that employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while organizational citizenship behaviour has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. This research supports previous research, which states that employee engagement positively and significantly impacts employee performance. However, this research refutes previous research applied to private organizations, which states that organizational citizenship behaviour has a significant positive impact on employee performance.

Background: To investigate the association between step counts and brain volumes (BVs)—global and 6a prioriselected cognition-related regions of interest—in Japanese men aged 40–79 years.Methods: The authors analyzed data from 680 cognitively intact participants of the Shiga Epidemiological Study of Subclinical Atherosclerosis—a population-based observational study. Using multivariable linear regression, the authors assessed cross-sectional associations between 7-day step counts at baseline (2006–2008) and BVs at follow-up (2012–2015) for age-stratified groups (Results: In the older adults ≥60 years, step counts at baseline (per 1000 steps) were associated with total BV at follow-up (β = 1.42,P = .022) while adjusted for potential covariates. Regions of interest-based analyses yielded an association of step counts with both prefrontal cortexes (P P = .05). No association was observed with hippocampus, parahippocampal, cingulum, and cerebellum. No association was observed in younger adults (Conclusions: The authors found a positive association between 7-day step counts and BVs, including prefrontal cortexes, and left entorhinal cortex in apparently healthy Japanese men.

The purpose of this research is to understand the level of absorptive capacity of regional expenditure budgets in Malang City and to understand the effect of planning variables, procurement of goods and services variables, and human sesource variables on the absorption of regional expenditure budgets in Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research were 20 regional work units in Malang in the form of Agency and Department. The sample of this research is the Regional Financial and Asset Agency, Planning Research and Development Agency, Education and Culture Department, Health Department, and Environment Department in Malang City with respondents occupying positions related to the budget, namely the authority of budgets users, officials making commitments, the technical executive officer of the activity, the official signing the payment order, and the treasurer of the expenditure.The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicated that the human resources variable has a significant positive effect on the absorption of regional budgets. While the planning variable and the procurement of goods and services variable do not significantly positive influence the absorption capacity of the budget.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Village Funds, Capital Expenditures, and Population Amounts for Infrastructure Development in Nglegok District in 2015-2019. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD) in the form of financial statements of the Village Budget (APBDes). The population in this study uses census techniques, census techniques are techniques that determine the sample of the entire population. The sample of this research is 10 villages in Nglegok District. The data collection technique used is the documentation method. The technical analysis used is panel data regression. The results of this study suggest that the Village Fund variable has a significant positive effect on infrastructure development, the Capital Expenditure variable has a significant positive effect on infrastructure development, and the population has a significant negative effect on infrastructure development in Nglegok District.

There are several factors that are very influential in language, namely human cleverness in speaking skills, Maharah al-Kalam is the ability to express articulated sounds or words to express thoughts in the form of ideas, opinions, desires, or feelings to the interlocutor. In a broader sense, speaking is a system of signs that can be heard and seen which utilizes a number of muscles and muscle tissues of the human body to convey thoughts in order to fulfill their needs. In general, maharah al-kalam aims to be able to communicate properly and properly with the language they are learning. Moving on from the problem of learning disabilities that have a big impact on learning can certainly harm teachers and students in receiving the material. In learning Arabic, of course, you really need a lot of training to speak and memorize vocabulary so that there are no difficulties in learning Arabic. Students must also be active in learning. After that the student looked difficult when he spoke Arabic and spoke it and the accuracy of Arabic was not good, Apart from memorizing habitual vocabulary by the student, creating a supportive environment for practicing conversation. With a good language environment, speech can also be intertwined well. Regardless, there are many problems in learning to speak at MTs Riyadlatul ulum which make the lack of maximum learning in speaking skills, students' lack of speaking in speaking and speaking habits can also hinder the learning process to speak, unclear pronunciation and tarkibnya arrangement make the speaker and listener make it difficult. The population in this study were students of class VIII MTs Riyadlatul Ulum, using qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. In the interview, to find out the problems that students have experienced and to get data about the factors that influence it, in the researchers' observations the researchers looked at the problems that appeared to students when in learning and documentation for evidence of research implementation.

The clinical implications of alcohol consumption have been extensively examined; however, its effects on brain structures in apparently healthy community-dwellers remain unclear. Therefore, we investigated the relationship between alcohol consumption and brain gray matter volume (GMV) in community-dwelling Japanese men using voxel-based morphometry (VBM). We recruited cognitively intact Japanese men, aged 40-79 years, from a population-based cohort in Shiga, Japan. Brain magnetic resonance imaging was performed, on average, 2 years after demographic and medical information was obtained in 2010-2014. Introduction: Waste is one of the many social problems faced by the community and a shared awareness and commitment is needed towards a change in attitudes, behaviors and ethics in environmental culture. To change behavior there needs to be stimulus in the form of health promotion. One print media that can be used for health promotion is calendar media. Knowledge and attitudes are a person's response to a stimulus that others (outside) cannot clearly observe (covert behavior). The expected behavior is the healthy behavior of families removing household waste. Objective: This study aims to design calendar media and analyze changes in the healthy behavior of families removing household waste in the Astambul Health Center Banjar District Work Area. Methods: This research method is quasi-experimental (quasi experimental) with a pre-test - post test control group design. The population in this study were all households in the work area of ​​Astambul Public Health Center in Banjar Regency, the samples were purposive, ie households in 2 RTs located on the river bank, which were treated as treatment groups and control groups, were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a significance of α 0,05. Result: The results showed that the control group and treatment group did not provide results that were statistically significant, but the tendency for significant changes occurred in the treatment group. In the treatment group given calendar media, there is a change in family behavior in producing household waste which tends to be positive compared to the control group that is not given calendar media. Conclusion: There is a tendency for behavior change to be positive in the treatment group.

Blind people need kinesthetic perception as feedback for providing information related to movement characteristics, such as position in space and direction. The research purpose was to determine the validity and test-retest reliability of of a kinesthetic perception test for blind people. The test consists of placing both the feet correctly on 4 square targets (5 cm thick) placed on the right, left, front, and back, at a distance of 100 cm from the initial position that is located in the middle, following the audio stimulus with a time limit of 10 seconds per repetition. The researchers used 3 experts to evaluate the validity of the test. The test-retest reliability was evaluated in a total of 50 people who were totally blind. Aiken V coefficient was used to test the validity and Cronbach’s alpha correlation test was used to test the test retest reliability. The research results showed a value of Aiken V of 0.86 > 0.77, and a reliability of 0.816 > 0.60. Therefore, it can be concluded that the kinesthetic perception test for blind people presented in this manuscript is valid and reliable.

INCREASING LEARNING PRODUCTIVITY FOR STUDY GROUPS OF YOUTH ORGANIZATION IN SURAKARTA. The general conditions of non-formal education such as the current study group, the social activists of this society are certainly experiencing various obstacles, obstacles and problems as well as the ups and downs of its management, but they conclude that this social activity is seen as a challenge that must be addressed wisely so that they hope the existence of this learning group can continue to grow and develop in the future. This can be seen from many of his students in their respective areas who follow the learning group. Non-formal education groups targeted in the implementation of this PKM is the Study Group of “Rumah Anak Pintar” (RAP) in Kampung Sewu Village and Kratonan Learning Group. These two study groups are the guidance of the organization of youth. Identified partner issues are on education and socioeconomic fields. In the field of education, the ability of tutoring teacher is still limited to giving questions and corrections. There is no creative material such as storytelling and playing or the use of multimedia. The socio-economic problems are seen from the supporting infrastructure facilities in inadequate learning. This training activity is divided into two stages: (1) improvement of skills in learning (2) making multimedia-based teaching materials. The outcome of this activity is the making of multimedia-based teaching materials, skill enhancement in the delivery of story material and singing, as well as the provision of learning facilities.

Indonesia is a majority Muslim country with a percentage 87.1% of the population. Islam teaches its people to carry out activities that aim to share with the needy; Zakat, Infaq and also Shadaqoh (ZIS). However, zakat collection in 2015 is only 1.3% of it’s potential. Today, the marketing channels of ZIS products is starting to use the internet as the process of digitalizing zakat for communication channel and service channel to achieve efficiency. The most widely used device for internet browsing is smartphone devices. Growth of smartphone users in Indonesia occur along with the increase of mobile application users. Digitalization of zakat provides wider access to donors, fraud avoidance, reduced operational costs and better consolidation of national zakat reports. One of the effort is developing zakat mobile smartphone application which currently still encounters some problems in the development process. This study aims to re-design the User Interface of zakat mobile smartphone applications with the user experience approach for zakat mobile application in order to obtained the best recommended combination of user experience elements that aims to improve user experience of the application. The methods used are performance metrics, Single Ease Question (SEQ) questionnaires, System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaires, Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS) questionnaires, and Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA). Based on the results of this research, zakat mobile smartphone applications have low usability rating so there is a need to do re-design by using the TRIZ method. The result of this study is a prototype that meets the perceptions.

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial leverage and operating leverage on stock return. The population of this study were 135 industrial manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 11 companies during the years 2011-2015. This study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that concludes that the financial leverage and operating leverage no significant effect on stock return. While partially operating leverage effect on stock return, but no effect of financial leverage on stock return.

Nonylphenol ethoxylate (NPE-10) is one type of non-ionic surfactants from the class of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APE). This compound is already tightened their use in European Union countries. However, these surfactants are still used widely in Indonesia because the price is relatively cheap. Consequently, these compounds can accumulate in aquatic environments. NPE-10 can disrupt aquatic ecosystems. This study aimed to describe the electro-oxidation process of NPE-10 based on the parameters of a potential difference, concentration of NPE-10, concentration of Ce (III), and oxidation time. The result of oxidation NPE-10 was measured by the amount of current generated from voltammetry technique. Studies of cyclic voltammetry using carbon paste electrodes illustrates the potential value of the oxidation of Ce (III) / Ce (IV) of 1.25 V and the reduction potential value of Ce (IV) / Ce (III) of 1.192 V. NPE-10 are electroactive irreversible because it only provides the potential value of oxidation at 1.44 V. Percent of total degradation of 84.96% was obtained at electro-oxidation of 500 ppm NPE-10 by the addition of 0.015 M Ce (III) for 90 minutes at 0.2 M H2SO4and the use of potential of 6 V.

Overfishing, the use of unfriendly-environmental fishing gears, changes of environmental water conditions and diversityof habitats are threaten the continuity of Bujuk fish (Channa lucius) and generate the morphologycal diversity.Consequently, appropriate conservation efforts are needed to preserve the fish. The first phase of these efforts were donethrough morphological approach. The research was held in 2010 in Singkarak Lake West Sumatera Province, in floodplain,Pematang sub-district Lindung Mendahara Ulu Regency East Tanjung Jabung, Province of Jambi, and in floodplain MentulikRegency Kampar Kiri Hilir Riau Province. The aims of the research were to analyze the morphological characteristic of thefish with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and to determine the range of similarity between populations of the fish.Determination of the location of fish sampling was conducted by proposive sampling in which there were 30 samples forevery research location. The measurement of the specimen was done by digital calipers on the left of the body, at 4 meristiccharacters and 19 morphometric characters. The data obtained were analyzed by One Way ANOVA and principal componentanalysis using Statistical software version 13. The results showed that based on the analysis of morphological characteristicsof bujuk fish, populations that exist in Lake Singkarak were different from those of Pematang Lindung floodplain sub-district Mendahara Ulu Regency East Tanjung Jabung Jambi Province and Mentulik Regency floodplain Kampar Kiri HilirProvince Riau. The meristic difference was on the number of scales along the lateral line with a value of 0.783. While the maindifference on morphometric characters were the snout length with a value of 0.848, and length of upper jaw with a value of0.847. Thus, the study showed that the fish was isolated geographically into two groups, which were Jambi-Riau populationand Singkarak Lake population.
