This research aims at revealing the existence of Islamic school education in preventing terrorism in Islamic boarding school of Al-Mukmin Ngruki Solo. This qualitative research involved the Director of PPIM, Head of PPIM, Educators, Education Personnel, Head of Dormitory, Santri (students), and Santri’s Parents. The data collection method in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. The research instruments were the researchers themselves. The results revealed that the curriculum used was KTSP 2013 and the system was a modern Islamic boarding school, but the reason why the Islamic boarding school was labeled as the place of terrorism cadres due to the alumni who became suspects in the Bali bombings and its founder became a suspect as well. The supporting factor is from the alumni association that is needed by the community and the inhibiting factor did not exist at all. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap keberadaan pendidikan pesantren dalam pencegahan terorisme di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki Solo. Penelitian kualitatif ini melibatkan Direktur PPIM, Kepala PPIM, Pendidik, Tenaga Kependidikan, Kepala Asrama, Santri, dan Orang Tua Santri. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang digunakan adalah KTSP 2013 dan sistemnya adalah pesantren modern, namun alasan pesantren dicap sebagai tempat kader terorisme karena alumni yang menjadi tersangka bom Bali dan pendirinya. juga menjadi tersangka. Faktor pendukungnya adalah dari ikatan alumni yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dan faktor penghambatnya tidak ada sama sekali.

Abstract Starting from the circular of the Dirjen Dikti Number: 152/E/T/2012 concerning the publication of student scientific work, the Indonesian government encourages students to play an active role in conducting research publications. The quantity of scientific publications carried out by students must also be followed by good quality. In the world of education, the quality of scientific publications can be seen from the categories of research outputs and how the factors affect the field of research. Campus facilities are said to be one of the important factors in supporting the quality of student research publications. Because not only physically, non-physical facilities are considered very important to improve student competence and capabilities, for example in the form of training. Dynamic system analysis is a research methodology that can capture the condition of a quality management system. In this study the dynamic system was used to look at the quality of research publications conducted by postgraduate students, to see how facilities could affect the quality of student research publications.

This study aimed to map the form of moral instilling activities, identify the various obstacles teachers face, and determine the teachers' strategies. This research used the qualitative descriptive method. The data sources of this research were the principal, vice-principal, two teachers, and students. The data used were documents and interviews collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed by inductive analysis technique. The results indicated that: 1) there were two forms of activities of moral instilling to students, habituation and exemplary. 2) The obstacles came from various sources such as parents, the community environment, or the students themselves. The obstacles include smartphone usage, lack of discipline, and lack of parental roles. 3) The teachers' strategies in instilling morals in students were direct and indirect approaches. The direct approach could be through speech and deeds, and the indirect approach could be through mentoring. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan bentuk kegiatan penanaman akhlak, mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi guru, dan menentukan strategi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dua orang guru, dan siswa. Data yang digunakan adalah dokumen dan wawancara yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat dua bentuk kegiatan penanaman akhlak kepada siswa, yaitu pembiasaan dan keteladanan. 2) Berbagai kendala yang dihadap datang dari berbagai sumber seperti orang tua, lingkungan masyarakat, atau siswa itu sendiri. Kendala tersebut antara lain penggunaan smartphone, kurangnya disiplin, dan kurangnya peran orang tua. 3) Strategi guru dalam menanamkan akhlak pada siswa adalah pendekatan langsung dan tidak langsung. Pendekatan langsung dapat dilakukan melalui ucapan dan perbuatan, dan pendekatan tidak langsung dapat melalui pendampingan.

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada kesehatan, ekonomi, dan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Komunikasi merupakan kunci keberhasilan mitigasi bencana, kesiapsiagaan, respon, dan pemulihan. Proses manajemen komunikasi risiko kepada masyarakat umum, pemerintah dan tokoh masyarakat, serta media dapat mengurangi risiko, menyelamatkan nyawa, harta benda, dan mempercepat pemulihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai strategi komunikasi risiko berbasis masyarakat di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan pada saat pra penelitian, selama penelitian, dan pasca penelitian. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Subjek penelitian adalah berbagai unsur yang terlibat dalam penanganan Covid-19 di Provinsi Bali. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada situasi darurat kesehatan manajemen komunikasi risiko merupakan kunci dalam menghadapi risiko yang akan terjadi selama pandemi, kemudian diperlukan perencanaan komunikasi yang melibatkan langsung masyarakat, agar masyarakat dapat mengurangi risiko, dapat segera mengambil tindakan pencegahan dan perlindungan saat pandemi terjadi.

Abstract: This study described the effect of principals’ competencies on madrasah/school accreditation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Tellu Siattinge District in Bone Regency. Substitution of principals frequently occurred, having an impact on the achievement of accreditation. The principals’ competencies were managing and supervisory. Madrasah accreditation was the process of content standards, competency standards for graduates, standards for educators and educational staff, standards for facilities and infrastructure, financing standards, management standards, and procurement standards. Ex-post facto research was used to find the cause of an event. The population was 88 teachers, as well as the sample. The instrument was a questionnaire that was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by testing the hypothesis with the product-moment test and simple regression analysis. The results showed that the reality of principals competencies with 86.56 of the average response rate was in the very good category with 66.9%. In the reality of madrasah accreditation, the average of respondents’ responses was 87.57, which was in the very good category with 68.2%. Furthermore, there was a positive and significant effect of principals' competencies on accreditation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Tellu Siattinge District in Bone Regency. The principals’ competencies of madrasah, which was utilized well by their leadership, provided an increase in madrasah accreditation. It was evidenced by 0.832 of the coefficient and 0.000 of the significance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompetensi kepala madrasah terhadap akreditasi madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Tellu Siattinge Kabupaten Bone. Pergantian kepala madrasah sering terjadi, memberikan dampak terhadap pencapaian akreditasi madrasah. Kompetensi kepala madrasah di antaranya kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi, sedangkan akreditasi madrasah dinilai melalui standar isi, standar proses, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pembiayaan, standar pengelolaan serta standar penilaian. Penelitian ex-post facto digunakan dalam menemukan penyebab dari suatu peristiwa. Populasi penelitian adalah 88 guru sekaligus sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket serta dianalisis dengan statistik deksriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Realitas kompetensi kepala madrasah dengan rata-rata tanggapan sebesar 86,56 berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 66,9%. Realitas akreditasi madrasah rata-rata tanggapan responden sebesar 87,57 berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persenta­se sebesar 68,2%. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi kepala madrasah terhadap akreditasi madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Tellu Siattinge Kabupaten Bone. Kompetensi kepala madrasah yang dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh kepala madrasah dalam kepemimpinannya memberikan peningkatan terhadap pencapaian akreditasi madrasah, hal ini terbukti dengan koefisien 0,832 dan siginifikansi 0,000.

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa transformasi peradaban pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan pesantren dengan ciri tradisionalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis eksistensi Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso sebagai representasi lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Sumber data primer terdiri atas kiai, ustaz, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso. Sumber data sekunder terdiri atas buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah relevan lainnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso tetap eksis sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional dengan mempertahankan lima peran, yaitu (1) tempat transmisi ilmu-ilmu Islam klasik, (2) lembaga dakwah, (3) pelestari tradisi Islam, (4) pusat reproduksi ulama, dan (5) tempat pengabdian dan pengembangan masyarakat.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan realitas budaya madrasah, mendeskripsikan realitas motivasi kerja guru, dan menguji korelasi antara budaya madrasah dengan motivasi kerja guru di MTs se-Kecamatan Sinjai Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan metode ex post facto. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru di MTs se-Kecamatan Sinjai Barat yang berjumlah 64 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa realitas budaya madrasah berada pada kategori kondusif dengan persentase 83% dari kriteria yang ditetapkan; realitas motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 79% dari kriteria yang ditetapkan; dan korelasi antara budaya madrasah dengan motivasi kerja guru di MTs se-Kecamatan Sinjai Barat menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,559 dan berada pada tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Abstract: The research aimed to describe the Islamic schools’ (madrasah) culture reality, to describe the teachers’ work motivation reality, and to examine the correlation between the Islamic schools’ culture and the teachers’ work motivation at MTs (Islamic Junior High School) in West Sinjai District. This research was a correlational study by using the ex-post facto method. The Participants of this research were 64 teachers from all MTs in West Sinjai District. The instrument used was questionnaire then the data were analyzed by using product moment correlation analysis. This research revealed some significant findings that the reality of the Islamic schools’ culture could be considered as conducive with the percentage of 83%, the reality of the teachers’ work motivation was reported to be high with percentage of 79%, and the findings indicated a positive correlation between the Islamic schools’ culture and the teachers’ work motivation at MTs in West Sinjai District signified by correlational coefficient value of 0.559, which was categorized as moderate level of correlation.

The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of leadership and cultural academic on good governance, which focused on transparency and accountability aspects. The study adopted a quantitative approach by using causal survey method with path analysis technique, which was to test the hypothesis. Thirty-one respondents consisting of lecturers and staff of graduate school of Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA) were taken as a sample by using Taro Yamane formula. Questionnaire of three variables was distributed to the respondents by employing a Likert scale. For data analysis, the study used SPSS 21 to test data normality, linearity, coefficient correlation, and path coefficient. The research has revealed that: 1) leadership has a direct positive effect on academic culture; 2) leadership has a direct positive impact on good governance; 3) academic culture has a direct positive effect on good governance; and 4) the implementation of good governance is in accordance with its principles, i.e., transparency and accountability which has excellent impact to human resource quality, particularly in term of the increasing number of research and community service. It can be concluded that organization coherence is well created on account of the implementation of good governance principles, which is supported by strong leadership and academic culture. On the other word, strong leadership plays a vital role in effective governance.

Abstract: The government encourages Vocational High Schools to carry out organizational transformation to become Regional Public Service Bodies. Through BLUD, SMKs with superior products can manage finances and production processes more flexibly without violating regulations so that school effectiveness can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence SMK-BLUD schools' effectiveness through school independence using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 231 respondents from students, teachers, school principals, and committees in 25 SMK-BLUDs in East Java and DKI Jakarta. It is known that the variables focus on customers, focus on processes, and continuous improvement have a positive and significant impact on school effectiveness. In addition, the independence of each school indirectly also has a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness. The results of this modeling show the value of Predictive Relevance (Q2) of 0.965, meaning that this model has a good Predictive Relevance. Abstrak: Pemerintah mendorong Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melakukan transformasi organisasi untuk menjadi SMK Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (SMK-BLUD). Melalui BLUD, SMK yang memiliki produk-produk unggulan dapat mengelola keuangan dan proses produksi secara lebih fleksibel tanpa melanggar peraturan sehingga efektivitas sekolah dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas sekolah SMK-BLUD melalui kemandirian sekolah menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 231 responden dari siswa, guru, kepala sekolah, dan panitia di 25 SMK-BLUD di Jawa Timur dan DKI Jakarta. Diketahui bahwa variabel fokus pada pelanggan, fokus pada proses, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Selain itu, dengan adanya kemandirian setiap sekolah, secara tidak langsung juga memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Hasil pemodelan ini menunjukkan nilai Predictive Relevance (Q2) sebesar 0.965, artinya model ini memiliki Predictive Relevance yang baik.

Abstrak Psikologi pendidikan terdapat salah satu prinsip penting yaitu guru tidak boleh hanya semata-mata memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa, akan tetapi siswa harus membangun pengetahuan di dalam benaknya sendiri. Guru dapat membantu proses ini dengan cara membuat informasi menjadi sangat bermakna, relevan bagi siswa, dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk melakukan dan menerapkan sendiri ide-idenya. Sedangkan guru hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator dan pengarah. Jadi, dalam hal ini yang memegang peranan penting adalah guru. Guru harus mampu mengadakan inovasi pembelajaran Matematika yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif yaitu tipe Think Talk Write (TTW). Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil observasi pada kelas VII bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih rendah yaitu 55% atau 16 siswa yang tuntas dari 29 siswa di kelas VII-A. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah PTK dengan berkolaborasi dengan guru yang ditetapkan 2 siklus. Dalam PTK ada 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Ada dua jenis pengumpulan data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dengan menggunakan tes ulangan dan observasi dengan di checklist, dan data sekunder dengan wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan keabsahan isi dan pengecekan data.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui realitas pengondisian gelombang otak zona alfa pada apersepsi pembelajaran, mengetahui gambaran motivasi be­lajar Biologi siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh pengondisian gelombang otak zo­na alfa pada apersepsi pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar Biologi siswa kelas XI IPA MAN 3 Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Pre Experiment De­sign (Desain Eksperimen Lemah). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA MAN 3 Makassar tahun pelajaran 2015/2016, yang terdiri atas 4 ke­las dengan jumlah siswa 105 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik pur­posive sampling yang memungkinkan menetapkan sampel dua kelas, yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Ins­tru­men penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi pengondisian gelom­bang otak zona alfa dan skala motivasi belajar siswa model Likert. Teknik analisis da­ta yang digunakan yaitu analisis data statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferen­sial. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data terkait realitas pelaksanaan pengon­disian gelombang otak zona alfa pada apersepsi pembelajaran siswa di kelas eksperimen ada­lah sebesar 100% sesuai pengamatan observer. Gambaran motivasi belajar Bio­logi siswa kelas eksperimen berkategori sangat tinggi sebesar 83,36% dan ka­tegori tinggi sebesar 13,63%. Sedangkan motivasi belajar Biologi siswa kelas kon­trol terdiri atas kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 52,00%, tinggi 32,00%, dan kategori ren­dah 16,00%. Secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar Biologi siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dua sampel independen diperoleh nilai -2,06 > t’ > 2,06, di mana t’ = 3,45 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengondisian gelombang otak zona alfa pada apersepsi pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar Biologi siswa. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the alpha brain wave conditioning on learning apperception, to know the description of learning motivation of biology of students, and to know the effect of alpha brain wave conditioning on learning apperception on learning motivation of students of science class XI IPA MAN 3 Makassar. This research was Pre Experimental Design. The population of this research was all students of class XI IPA MAN 3 Makassar academic year 2015/2016, consisting of 4 classes with 105 students. Determination of sample using purposive sampling technique that allows to set sample of two classes, that was class XI IPA 1 as control class and class XI IPA 2 as experiment class. The research instrument used was observation sheet of alpha brain wave alpha and student motivation scale of Likert model. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of research and data analysis related to the the implementation of alpha brain wave convergence on the apperception of student learning in the experimental class was 100% based on the observer observation. Biology motivation description of students of ex­peri­men­tal class was categorized very high by 83.36% and high category of 13.63%. While the motivation to learn Biology control class students consisted of very high category of 52.00%, high 32.00%, and low category 16.00%. Overall showed that the motivation to learn Biology of experiment class students was higher than control class. The result of hypothesis test by using t test of two independent samples obtained value -2.06> t '> 2.06, where t' = 3.45. Tehrefore, it can be con­cluded that there was an influence of alpha brain wave conditioning on learning apperception to learning motivation Biology students.

The term of Islamic education has been concerned seriously by the Moslem scholars. It is proven that many theories of Islamic education were made either by local authors or international ones. The theoretical framework of Islamic education has been related to the terms of tarbiyyah, ta’dīb, and ta‘līm. There are many philosophical reasons stated by scholars in supporting to use one of the terms. For example, the term of tarbiyyah is regarded with the representative term of Islamic education than the terms of ta’dīb and ta‘līm.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara persepsi siswa tentang inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 5 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan desain penelitian paradigma sederhana. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika dan angket skala motivasi belajar siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi person. Berdasarkan analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh gambaran persepsi siswa tentang inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 66%, dan gambaran motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 66%. Berdasarkan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi person menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,003. Kemudian dibandingkan dengan probabilitas 0,01, ternyata nilai Sig. ≤ 0,05 yaitu 0,003 ≤ 0,05, maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan angka kolerasinya yaitu 0,291, dalam hal ini korelasi antara persepsi siswa tentang inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 5 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa berkorelasi positif dengan korelasi yang rendah.

The purposes of the study were to analyze the availability of supporting infrastructure and facilities in integrating ICT, describe the utilization model of information and communication technology used in the distance learning process, and reveal the interaction model implemented in distance learning classes by using ICT. This study used qualitative research by involving distant classes in cooperation between post graduate program of UINAM, STAIN Palopo, and UMPAR. The methods in collecting data consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion and verification. The results showed that the integration model of information and communication technologies used in distance learning under the cooperation class between post graduate program at the UINAM, STAIN Palopo, and UMPAR covered (1) the identification of appropriate sources that are in the category of fairly complete, (2) the use of ICT in distance learning can be categorized into two parts; providing materials and learning activities, and (3) the forms of interaction are faculty-student interaction, student-student interaction, and faculty-student and learning resources interaction.

Abstract: This study aimed at constructing the system of (1) organizational transformation (2) human resources empowerment, and (3) information system application to support learning organization at the post graduate program of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research type was a generic, basic, or interpretive qualitative research. The methods of data collection were interview guide, observation sheet, and documentation and analyzed data using data reduction, data display, data conclusion and data verification. The results showed that the model of organiza-tional transformation to support learning organization at post graduate program of UIN Alauddin combined vision, culture, strategy, and structure. Human resource empowerment was emphasized to the staff, faculty, and student’s empowerment. The empowerment of the alumni, stake holders, parents, and community has not been integrated. Model of technology systems appli­cation that was used in the post graduate program of UIN Alauddin maximized the use of CCTV, Wi-Fi, and software for financial administration. Learning resources in this institutions included textbooks, handouts, papers, PowerPoint presentations, and the Internet. Electronic equipment supporting system the digitization process of online learning resources covered journal of post graduate program that contained online abstract. Other sources such as e-books, online journals, digitization of theses and dissertations have been agreed and are in the process of development. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sistem (1) transformasi orga­ni­sasi, (2) pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, dan (3) aplikasi sistem informasi untuk mendukung organisasi belajar pada Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif generik, dasar, atau interpretatif. Metode pengumpulan data meng­gunakan pedoman wawancara, panduan obser­vasi, dan studi dokumen dengan reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesim­pul­an serta verifikasi untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bah­wa sistem transformasi organisasi Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin memadukan visi, budaya, strategi, dan struktur. Model pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia mene­kankan pada pemberdayaan staf, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Sedangkan pem­ber­dayaan kepada pengguna jasa alumni, orang tua mahasiswa, dan masyarakat belum terintegrasikan. Model aplikasi sistem teknologi yang digunakan pada Pasca­sarjana UIN Alauddin memaksimalkan penggunaan CCTV, WiFi, dan soft­ware untuk administrasi keuangan. Sumber belajar yang tersedia mencakup buku paket, handout, makalah, presentasi powerpoint dengan menggunakan laptop dan LCD, serta internet. Sistem pendukung peralatan elektronik dan proses digitalisasi sumber-sumber belajar online adalah jurnal Pascasarjana yang hanya memuat abstrak secara online. Sumber-sumber lain seperti e-book, jurnal online, digitalisasi tesis dan disertasi telah diwacanakan dan sedang dalam proses pe­ngem­bangannya.

Snapshot of Islamic Education in this country can be explained through the historical reality, starting from developmental era to reformation era nowadays. Therefore, Islamic transformation whether thought aspect or movement, which can be understood clearly through explanation about: the first, innovation science epistemology, which emphasizes on religion science and general science have the same embryo is the unity of God. The second, the modern institution especially high education level relating with real institution condition that Islamic education is subordinate. The third, educational contem- porary issues that including Islamic education generally.

The main part of learning a language is pronunciation. In language learning method, pronunciation practice requires more portion than the language theory. There are some obstacles experienced by foreign learners to learn Indonesian because they are still strongly influenced by their mother tongue which is really different from Indonesian. There are some courses of learning Indonesian, indeed, but the foreign learners have to stay in Indonesia to join them. On the other hand, the researchers have successfully proven that the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can help the learners in learning a language. In this paper, we have developed a system of the Online Self-Learning of Indonesian Pronunciation for Foreign Learner using Indonesian Text to Audio Visual Speech which is able to help the foreign learners to overcome their obstacles in learning Indonesian, especially the pronunciation. This system consists of 2(two) application modules: Indonesian Text to Speech (ITTS) and Indonesian Text to Audio Visual Speech (ITTAVS). In order to find out whether this system is feasible or not for foreign learners' skill in pronouncing the Indonesian words, a subjective measurement using subjective test Mean Opinion Score (MOS) is used. We organized native speakers (Indonesians) as the participants of this test. Some of them are lecturers of Indonesian language and can be considered as experts. The average scores (using MOS scale) of the tests given showed a promising result. This system is dedicated to the foreign learners who need to improve their skill in pronouncing the Indonesian words accurately and to change the classical method of learning into a self-learning method.
