This study aims to determine the description of stress in Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers during online learning. The approach in this study was qualitative with a phenomenological method. The number of informants in this study was seven informants. The informants were preschool teachers who make online learning. Data collection was obtained through interviews and observations. The results showed that the stress symptoms experienced by informants were in the form of memory impairment, decreased concentration, quickly excessive anxiety, loss of interest, inability to relax, and trouble sleeping. The source of stress for each informant was making online learning videos during the pandemic and the depletion of economic, social, and psychological resources.

The biological aspect is a piece of basic information that is commonly presented in assessing the level of environmental friendliness of fishing gear or fishing vessel. This study was conducted to analyze the biological aspects of the main catch of the troll line at the Palabuhanratu Fishing Port, Sukabumi, Indonesia. The biological aspects analyzed consisted of length frequency distribution, length-weight relationship, to the average feasibility status of the caught target fish. There were three main target commodities for fishing from the troll line that was identified during the research activity, namely yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis), and frigate tuna (Auxis thazard). A total of 14 troll line fleets were obtained as a source of research data based on the accidental sampling method. The total number of 1404 fish consisting of 480 yellowfin tuna, 475 skipjack tuna, and 449 frigate tuna were obtained as research data objects. The stratified random sampling method was used in determining the observed sample fish data. Yellowfin tuna were distributed at size 29 – 148 cm, skipjack tuna at size 29 – 88 cm, and frigate tuna at size 23 – 82 cm. Analysis of the length-weight relationship showed a negative allometric growth pattern in the three main fishing target commodities. The analysis of the feasibility of the average fish caught based on compared of L50% to ½ L∞ shows that the average size of tuna and frigate tuna caught is undersize for catching, while the average skipjack caught has reached a legal size. The results of this study indicate that there is a need for a review of the use of fishing hooks in the fishing activity of the troll line fishing fleet. Increasing the hook size can be used to avoid catching fish that are at a size that is not suitable for catching.

Objectives: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of cervical cancer cases reported at a tertiary care teaching hospital in western Saudi Arabia. Methods: A retrospective chart review was conducted on medical records of patients diagnosed with cervical cancer at King Abdulaziz Medical City, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Data were collected on demographic characteristics, histological types and stage, treatment modalities, and disease outcomes. Results: Cervical cancer was diagnosed among 89 patients from 2002 to 2018. History of pap smear was reported among 31 cases (34.8%). Squamous cell carcinoma was the most common reported histopathological subtype. Almost one third (29.2%) of the patients were at stage III or IV at the time of diagnosis. The most frequent treatment regimen was combined radio/chemotherapy. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed an overall survival rate of 81.5%. Conclusion: The lack of an effective screening program for cervical cancer increases the likelihood of a late diagnosis and higher rates of complications and mortality. Public health programs should focus on cancer screening, screening, and reporting HPV infections, and supporting HPV vaccination activities.

ARFID phenomena commonly found on children are strongly dependent on parental behaviors. A dependency behavior shown by parents constitutes a specific behavior that helps the parents fulfill children’s needs. This kind of behavior will define a parental management ability in dealing with eating disorder phenomena on their children. This research, therefore, was set to analyze parental dependency behavior on parental management ability in dealing with eating disorder phenomena. A cross-sectional design was occupied to accommodate the research. A total of 245 families were selected to be the respondents, especially those who were taking care of children with ARFID. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire. For descriptive data analysis, Manne-Whitney U test, one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal-Wallis, correlation product moment, and multiple linear regression were employed. Parental dependency behavior was closely related to parental management ability in dealing with eating disorder phenomena, especially in taking care of children with ARFID (r = 0.354; p = 0.000 < 0.05). This dependency behavior encompassed parents calming children down (with p = 0.000 < 0.05), giving hug to children (p = 0.000 < 0.05), listening to children (p = 0.001 < 0.05), solving children’s problems (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and fulfilling needs of food and drink (p = 0.000 < 0.05). On top of that, parental management ability in dealing with eating disorder occurrence was perceived referring to the result of multiple linear regression analysis, which was said to be mainly influenced by a predictor of parental dependency behavior in solving children’s problems (with β = 0.211; p = 0.001) and fulfilling children’s needs of food and drink (with β = 0.134; p = 0.047).Parental management ability in dealing with eating disorder was necessarily influenced by parental dependency behavior in solving children’s problems and fulfilling children’s needs of food and drink. Therefore, we suggest that nursing intervention be provided in respect of this case upon the population of families taking care of children with ARFID.

Lempuk fish (Gobiopterus sp. ) is one of the local species in Ranu Grati. The high level of Lempuk fishing and the low level of awareness of Grati community on the importance of conservation and domestication efforts, as well as the taxonomy of the fish itself have threatened the population. Therefore, long-term efforts should be undertaken to preserve and identify the origin of Lempuk fish by conducting a molecular phylogenetic study based on COI. This study aimed to determine, analyze and describe the kinship and phylogenetic relationships of Lempuk fish ( Gobiopterus sp .). This study used a descriptive method, starting from the specimen collection, extraction by the Phenol-Chloroform method and amplification by the PCR method, to the screening process. The data analysis method used the MEGA 5 application. Phylogenetic study used the Maximum Likelihood method with a bootstrap value of 1.000 times. The results showed that the intra-population genetic distance of Lempuk fish is low at 0.00%. Genetic distance between the population of Lempuk fish is relatively high with G. brachypterus from Malaysia of 22.4%, Central Java of 21.5%, and India of 21.4% and with G. lacustris from Malaysia of 22.5%, the Philippines of 21.6% %, Thailand of 19.7%, and with G. chuno and G. semivestitus of 21.2% and 23.6% accordingly. The phylogenetic study obtained showed the formation of a separate group that is different between Lempuk fish group and other Gobiopterus fish, supported by a bootsrap value of 99%.

BACKGROUND: The rise of new SARS-CoV-2 variants worldwide requires global molecular surveillance strategies to support public health control. Early detection and evaluation of their associated risk of spreading within the population are pivotal. METHODS: Between April 2020 and February 2021, the UK Lighthouse Labs Network at Alderley Park tested more than eight million nose and throat swab samples for the presence of SARS-CoV-2, via PCR. The assay targeted three genomic regions of the virus: N, Orf1ab and S. Whole-genome next-generation sequencing was used to confirm positive PCR results. Positive results were mapped using the postal district origin of samples to allow real-time tracking of the spread of a new variant through the UK. FINDINGS: In mid-November 2020, the assay identified an increasing number of S gene negative, N and Orf1ab positive samples. Whole-genome sequencing demonstrated that the loss of S gene detection was due to the appearance of a SARS-CoV-2 lineage (B.1.1.7) designated as Variant of concern (VOC) 202012/01. By the beginning of January 2021, the new SARS-CoV-2 VOC comprised 70% of daily positive samples tested at Alderley Park and ∼98% by the end of February 2021. INTERPRETATION: The timeline view identified the rapid spread of the new SARS-CoV-2 variant across England during the first three weeks of December. Coupling high-throughput diagnostics and molecular surveillance was pivotal to the early detection of the spread of this variant. The availability of real-time tracking of an emerging variant is an important new tool to inform decision-making authorities for risk mitigation. In a respiratory pandemic, a tool for the timely response to the emergence and spread of a novel variant is vital, even more so when a variant is associated with the enhanced transmission, as has occurred with VOC 202012/01. The study of the provision of group counseling services to increase the confidence of class VIII b students in Al-Ma’arif Wuluhan 2017/2018 Academic Year with 23 respondents as respondents. The data collection method used was Observation and Questionnaire, the data analysis used was descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the initial observation by giving a questionnaire and obtaining the main data with a percentage of students 'self-confidence in the school by 41%, after being given counseling service actions in the group in the first cycle students' self-confidence increased with a percentage of 56%, after the second cycle students' self-confidence in schools has increased considerably, with a percentage of 74%. The provision of group counseling services shows that students' self-confidence in schools has increased. This research activity has been categorized as successful because it reaches the percentage above the predetermined success indicator, which is equal to 65% of the students' self-confidence in school. Alghozali FA, Wijayanti DP, Sabdono A. 2019. Short Communication: Genetic diversity of scalloped hammerhead sharks (Sphyrna lewini) landed in Muncar Fishing Port, Banyuwangi. Biodiversitas 20: 1154-1159. The majority of sharks caught in Indonesian fisheries were bycatch products from the tuna longline fisheries, but some regions in Indonesia fish the sharks as their main target. One of these regions is located in Muncar, Banyuwangi, which fishes the endangered Scalloped Hammerhead sharks (Sphyrna lewini) as target species. This research aimed to study the genetic diversity of the endangered Scalloped Hammerhead sharks landed in Muncar Fishing Port, Banyuwangi. Genetic analysis was done through PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification and sequencing of the mitochondrial DNA COI (Cytochrome Oxidase subunit I) gene. Out of the 37 samples collected, 30 were successfully amplified and sequenced.The results showed moderate haplotype diversity (Hd: 0,582 ± 0,079) and low nucleotide diversity (π: 0,00392± 0,0024) with five haplotypes (h) and 26 polymorphic sites (S). Tajima’s D neutrality model values indicated a population expansion event. Two different clades were determined through phylogenetic analysis and by GenBank sequences comparison. These results provided basic information and present status of the Scalloped Hammerhead sharks population genetically within the fishing ground (Makassar Strait-Kangean Islands).

Despite the hot climate and high humidity in the Jazan Region of Saudi Arabia, which increases risk for dehydration, no previous studies have assessed awareness of dehydration and fluid intake practice among adults in this region. Therefore, the aim of this cross-sectional study was to determine awareness of the dehydration state and fluid intake practices among 440 adults in the Jazan Region of Saudi Arabia. Out of the total, 51⋅8 % were male and 48⋅2 % were females. Good knowledge of dehydration definition and prevention and recommended minimum water intake was observed in 98, 95 and 75 % of the participants, respectively. Fifty-nine percent of the participants met the minimum daily requirement of 3 l or more per day. The age (95 % CI 1⋅003, 1⋅017, P value = 0⋅006), diabetes (95 % CI 1⋅028, 1⋅459, P value = 0⋅023) and prior hospitalisation due to dehydration (95 % CI 1⋅010, 1⋅378, P value = 0⋅037) were associated with higher water intake. Additional glasses of coffee (95 % CI 1⋅02, 1⋅115, P value = 0⋅004) and juice (95 % CI 1⋅039, 1⋅098, P value < 0⋅001) were associated with more water intake. The participants exhibited good knowledge of dehydration definition, symptoms and consequences. Intake of fluids such as ‘juice and coffee’ enhances more water intake. Although two-thirds of the participants met the recommended daily water intake, still one-third of them did not meet this level. Innovative approaches to enhance healthy drinking are warranted and may include partnering with patients to take an active role in hydration monitoring and increasing communication with the different healthcare providers.

Background: The anxiety associated with dental visits is one of the obstacles preventing dentists from improving oral health and is also a significant predictor of dental visit evasion, which is frequently observed in Indonesia. Purpose: To identify the level of dental fear and anxiety in the population of Jakarta, Indonesia and establish the relationship with sociodemographic factors. Methods: A cross-sectional method was used with a sample size of 1811 respondents aged 17–65 years old who were asked to complete the validated Indonesian versions of modified dental anxiety scale (MDAS) and dental fear scale (DFS) questionnaires. The data obtained was then analysed using nonparametric and chi-square tests. Results: The prevalence of subjects with moderate to high dental anxiety and fear was 16.3% (295 respondents) and 36.1% (654 respondents), respectively. The primary sources of dental fear and anxiety were dental drilling and anaesthesia before tooth extraction. The results of the nonparametric and chi-square tests show that both are significantly related to gender, age, educational status, income level, insurance and history of dental visits (p = < 0.05). Conclusion: Several sociodemographic factors are associated with dental fears and anxiety among the participants in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Background: Increasing availability of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) has led to prolonged survival and rising incidence of non-HIV–defining cancers among patients with HIV. Compared with the general population, risk of colorectal cancer may differ among those with HIV due to immunosuppression, oncogenic viral coinfections, and higher prevalence of risk factors. Methods: We identified patients (age ≥50 years) diagnosed with HIV, prescribed HAART for ≥6 months, and receiving care in two large health care systems in Dallas, TX. Patients received a first colonoscopy between January 2009 and December 2017. We calculated a standardized prevalence ratio as the ratio of observed to expected number of advanced neoplasia (high-risk adenoma or colorectal cancer) using an age- and sex-matched cohort of patients without HIV (n = 10,250). Results: Among patients with HIV (n = 839), about two thirds (60.1%) had normal findings at colonoscopy; 6.8% had hyperplastic polyps only, 20.4% had low-risk adenomas, 11.7% had high-risk adenomas, and 1.1% had colorectal cancer. Prevalence of advanced neoplasia was similar between patients with and without HIV, with a standardized prevalence ratio of 0.99 (95% confidence interval, 0.81–1.19). Conclusions: There was no difference in the prevalence of colorectal neoplasia between patients with and without HIV. Impact: Patients with HIV appear to have similar risk of colorectal neoplasia compared to those without HIV and can therefore follow average-risk colorectal cancer screening guidelines.

Augmented reality (AR) has gained increased recognition in varying fields, in particular educational contexts. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, home-based learning becomes a reality and is already in place across the globe, and learning via augmented reality technology will help learners comprehend learning content in a more creative frame of mind than ever before. Very little research has examined the adoption behavior of augmented reality in developing country perspectives. Therefore, there is a pressing necessity to understand the dynamics of augmented reality adoption for the benefit of motivating and inspiring students to adopt this highly innovative and impactful type of technology in the learning process. Against this background, the authors proposed and tested a model based on integrating Task-Technology Fit (TTF) and UTUAT2 theories. The results reveal the positive effect of task technology fit, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and hedonic motivation on behavioral intention (BI) in the adoption process of augmented reality in educational settings, where price value is found to exert little influence on behavioral intention. This model explains 49% of the variance in intentional behavior to adopt AR technology in the educational context. The conclusions of this study will add to the literature more informative knowledge leading to increased awareness of the dynamics and behaviors of AR adoption in a developing country perspective. We present and discuss the theoretical contributions and practical implications of our findings.

Factors that influence the frequency of surveillance endoscopy for nondysplastic Barrett's esophagus are not well understood. The objective of this study is to assess factors which influence the frequency of endoscopic surveillance for Barrett's esophagus, including health insurance/third-party payer status. Cases of nondysplastic Barrett's esophagus undergoing esophagogastroduodenoscopy with biopsy were identified using longitudinal data from the Healthcare Utilization Project database in 2005-2006 and followed through 2011. The threshold for appropriate surveillance utilization was defined as two to four surveillance esophagogastroduodenoscopies over a standardized 5-year period. Patients' insurance status was designated as either Medicare, Medicaid, private, or noninsured. 36,676 cases of nondysplastic Barrett's esophagus were identified. Among these, 4,632 patients (12.6%) underwent between two and four surveillance esophagogastroduodenoscopies in 5 years of follow-up versus 31,975 patients (87.3%) who underwent fewer than two esophagogastroduodenoscopies during follow-up. Multivariate analysis found that Barrett's patients insured through Medicaid (OR 1.273; 95% CI = 1.065-1.522) or without insurance (OR = 2.453; 95% CI = 1.67-3.603) were at increased likelihood of being under-surveilled. This study identified a difference in frequency of surveillance esophagogastroduodenoscopy for Barrett's esophagus by payer status. Patients without health insurance and those whose primary insurance was Medicaid were at increased odds for under-surveillance. These data suggest that a more robust system for tracking and ensuring longitudinal follow-up of patients with Barrett's esophagus, with attention to the uninsured and underinsured population, may be needed to ensure optimal surveillance.

Background: This study evaluated the levels of awareness, knowledge, and attitude, including sun-protection habits, toward basal cell carcinoma and actinic keratosis among the Saudi population. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among the general population of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia using a 12-item survey concerning the knowledge and awareness of basal cell carcinoma and actinic keratosis, as well as associated preventive measures. A Chi-square test was used to determine associations among variables. Results: The majority of participants were unaware of basal cell carcinoma and actinic keratosis (80.7%), while 8.6% were aware of both, and 9.8% and 1% were aware of only basal cell carcinoma or actinic keratosis, respectively. The majority of participants who were educated up to high school level had no knowledge of either condition (96%, P < 0.0001). Among participants with high levels of awareness of basal cell carcinoma and actinic keratosis, medical practitioners were identified as the main source of information (72.5%, P < 0.0001, and 70.6%, P < 0.0001, respectively). The majority of participants whose knowledge of the relationship between sun exposure and skin cancer was insufficient also lacked sufficient awareness of either basal cell carcinoma or actinic keratosis (92.6%, P < 0.0001). The majority of participants (62.8%) declared using sunscreen “rarely”. Conclusion: This study showed a low level of knowledge about the risks associated with sun exposure and suitable protection methods, with only a small fraction of participants declaring a regular use of sunscreen. Public education campaigns are required to increase the awareness of cancer risks and protection methods among the Saudi population.

Nowadays the population in the city grow rapidly [1]. It may cause many problems and those must be tackled with smart city solution because manual policy cannot handle that situation due to limited physical supporting tools [1] [2]. One of the problems is traffic congestion and its management. Moreover, other smart city initiatives such as traffic control and violence detection are applied to solve that issue in order to improve quality of life [3]. In this paper, a cloud-based with big data and video analytics with deep learning are proposed in the context of efficiency where accuracy and speed of processing and transmissions play a critical role into access policy and control with our integration platform based on Garuda Smart City Framework (GSCF) [1] [4].

The heart rhythm abnormalities can be detected by interpreting the ECG signal. However, there are many ECG pattern to be interpreted. Neural network is an artificial intelligent based technique which can identify pattern and one of the most used learning algorithm is backpropagation. The system is built to help interpretation process of ECG signal in heart rhythm abnormalities diagnosis. The data used in this study are obtained from MIT-BIH database. The data has been pre-processed to be used in the developed identification system of this study. The pre-processing are separating signal into one cycle and equalize the size of the signal by using zero padded technique. In this system, a good feature extraction of the ECG signal is needed to increase the accuracy. Discrete wavelet transform is used as a feature extraction and the level which carrying out is until ten. Each level results are used as an input to the identification system and derive different accuracy value. For this study, the accuracy is set to 80%. The results below 80% considered not eligible. The developed identification system of ECG signal achieves an average 91.3% accuracy using ECG signal’s feature calculated using Discrete Wavelet Transform technique in identifying normal and abnormal heart pulse.

The increasing number of vehicles causes traffic density on each road segment, especially in urban areas. Planning and regulating vehicle traffic, requires traffic flow parameter data, which currently is still largely done manually by assigning several people to count vehicles passing divided by a certain time period. The development of artificial intelligence in the field of computer vision enables the observation of traffic data using smart cameras. This study aims to produce a Convolutional Neural Netwoork (CNN) model for the detection and classification of three vehicle classes, namely bus, car and motorcycle. The architecture used to build CNN uses smallVGGNet with 3x3 convolution layers and one fully connected layer. The first three convolution layers are considered as feature extraction layers while the last one is for classification where there are three output types of vehicles. The model is trained using 3, 000 different images according to the class. In the training phase, it was determined 75 epochs where the consumption time of each epoch was ± 30 minutes so that the total time needed was 37.5 hours. The results of tests that have been done show that CNN models that have been trained can classify vehicle types with an accuracy of between 63-100%.

This study describes the pattern of concrete damage to compressive and tensile strength on various of concrete quality using DEM (Discrete Element Method). Concrete was design as a uniform material in the three-dimensional analysis. Sphere particle is used to simplified the complex analysis. Laboratory testing is carried out to validate the performance of the DEM in the macroscopic model. Each variant has two specimens, the specimens consist of three different compressions, and the Brazilian splitting tensile test was 20MPa, 25MPa, and 30MPa. The test results show that the DEM analysis can model crack behavior under loads. The model was capable of predicting the performance of plain concrete with different qualities. The stress-strain curve, damage particle, velocity, and mechanical parameter of concrete quality were obtained. Finally, the uniform of spherical particle material is an alternative that can be proposed in the concrete laboratory-scale test modelling.

This paper investigates the compressive strength of concrete in a 3-dimensional contact problem using the Discrete Element Method (DEM). This method was chosen because it can simulate the development of a single fracture up to massive fragmentation, including cracks pattern and coalition. The experimental test consisted of four cubes with 150x150x150 mm in dimensions, the constant of axial load applied to each specimen of 0.05Po up to 0.70Po. The data analysis has been carried out in Discrete Element and opensource three-dimensional code (YADE). The spherical Particles were used to the material models of concrete cubes. The pulse velocity parameter proposed to determine the behavior of the material during loading. The DEM and pulse velocity results illustrate the conformity of the relationship between stress and strain, deformation characteristics, and compressive strength of concrete.

Big data is a term of complex data and difficult to process. It consists of several characteristics called 6 Vs. Many applications generate huge data and grow rapidly in seconds. This kind of data comes from many sources such as social media, Internet of Things, log system, e-commerce and so on. This rapid data should be handled with a different approach in big data solutions. This paper proposes to create stream architecture for big data velocity with open source technologies such as Apache Kafka and NoSQL database. The implementation is to handle massive incoming data from social media with specific keywords from Twitter and ingested to NoSQL Database though stream architecture. Historical data then processed to gain valuable insight for better information.

Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 6/2016 regarding villages, it is said that regional governments are obliged to develop village information systems in implementing e-government towards good governance. In Indonesia, e-government continues to increase in number, but it is not accompanied by quality, including the Kemiriamba Village website. This study was aimed to measure the quality of the Kemiriamba Village website using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 4 (four) instruments, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and Visual Quality. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The questionnaire data were 132 and were processed with SPSS software. The results of the analysis and measurement stated that the suitability level of the Kemiriamba Village website was 96.63%, and the average value of the gap was negative, which was -0.11, which meant that the performance level of the Kemiriamba Village website still did not meet user satisfaction and expectations, especially in Service Interaction Quality. The main priority that needs to be corrected and improved immediately is the website attribute; it should have a good reputation. Moreover, the questions, suggestions and complaints need to be processed as promised. The results of this study suggested the Kemiriamba Village website to immediately make improvements and development in order to become a qualified website towards good governance.

Face recognition (FR) is becoming popular to identify people. In fact, using the FR scheme, surveillance tasks can be built by recognizing people from their faces. This paper presents the implementation of face recognition as a biometric method for smart attendance as well as we also proposed the integrated scheme from capturing data from edge devices (CCTVs), streaming data to the dedicated server, then presenting the real-time data through android mobile devices. In this scheme, we proposed to employ deep learning algorithms based on the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Through the CCTV data streaming, faces are captured and matched with the database. Therefore, it is considered as their logging attendance. Furthermore, it is marked and stored into the database. This system prototype is developed by big data technology to tackle this complexity of data. The recognized faces can be monitored in real time monitoring. Eventually, real time reports are delivered through the web and android device with API after the data transmission is secured with hash encryption.

This paper describes an attempt to analyze each methodology and bring it all together in one place for crossreferencing expert analysis. The advantage of using DEM compared to continuum-based techniques is in cracking and fragmentation starting and spreading because the DEM system is naturally disconnected. Concrete is a non-homogeneous composite material with significant heterogeneity of quasi-brittle characters. Structural failure behavior in concrete usually preceded by initial cracking and influenced by the mesoscale structure, interface between aggregate and mortar matrix, especially under complex pressure conditions. The ability of the DEM to produce 3-phase material representation in concrete will significantly depend on the application of the contact model between particles that have bound during the simulation. The main development area in this paper is related to stages (particle contact, contact model), parameters, and implementation that are entirely established in the simulation phase of materials. It will assist future researchers in improving analysts when modeling concrete to select appropriate methods and procedures, and to identify critical parameters for specific applications.

A concrete structure reinforced with reinforcing bars formed an important part on current infrastructures. The high compressive strength of concrete combined with a high tensile strength of steel give an ideal composite material which offer a wide range of application within civil engineering structures. The aim of this research is to observe the corrosion process on reinforcing bars of reinforced concrete structure which is made by local aggregates which have the compressive strength ranged from 25 to 30 MPa, with different quarry in the area of Special Region of Yogyakarta. The ASTM G-109 and Florida Test of Method FM 5-522 are chosen to conduct this research. The test was conducted 45 to 60 days with following data to be taken: water salinity (pH), voltage reading relative difference, reinforcing bar’s mass loss. The data processed to obtain corrosion current density (CCD) and corrosion rate (CR). The results as follow : (1) the voltage difference’s reading on each specimens attempt to be similar, (2) the CCD on each specimens behave differently with relative differences of 1,68%, (3) the CR on each specimens behave differently with relative differences of 0,66%, (3) the specimens behave similarly regardless the differences between two of them.

CCTV is a sophisticated tool for monitoring and surveillance. It was chosen because of the low price and ease of use. CCTV creates issues in monitoring because officers must always supervise every CCTV monitor to look for abnormal conditions. This research proposes the implementation of smart CCTV for surveillance in Bandung Station. It applied deep learning algorithm to create smart CCTV for sensing and understanding station environment such as passengers’ flow, crowded area, prohibited location and others. Big data technologies are also carried out to solve the complexity of data. The objective of this research is to improve the quality of services in Bandung Station and make the station safer, more secure and more convenient.

In the rainy season the condition of the channel on Jalan banyumas Km 7 Wonosobo Regency is not able to accommodate the flow of water so that flooding often occurs. Because of that, it is necessary to redesign new drainage channels. This research is quantitative, the method used is to analyze both hydrologically and hydraulically to get the best drainage building design. From the calculated data, it can be concluded that the drainage channel on the Banyumas km 7 Selomerto road must be expanded or dredged at certain channel points where the expansion must take into consideration the current conditions in the field. For the most discharge (Q) is in the QF section with a discharge of 0.13517 m3 / second and the lowest is in the G7 segment with a discharge of 0.00308 m3 / second. From the calculation results obtained that channels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 must be redesigned and made a new building.

Background Sleep disturbances, such as insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, and poor-quality sleep, are common among nursing students and are closely linked with academic performance. Objectives To examine the prevalence of sleep disturbances and academic performances in male and female nursing students and to determine gender-specific effects on the relationship between sleep disturbances and academic performance. Design A cross-sectional study design was adopted. Settings This study was conducted in a school of nursing in Indonesia. Participants A total of 492 undergraduate students (103 males and 389 females) were included. Methods Data pertaining to the biosociodemographic characteristics, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Insomnia Severity Index, Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire, and Beck Depression Inventory were collected from July 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018. Academic performance was measured using grade point average of the academic year 2017–2018. A multivariate logistic regression model was used for data analyses. Results The prevalence of poor sleep quality, insomnia, and daytime sleepiness was 66.0%, 45.6%, and 24.3%, respectively, in male nursing students and 71.5%, 52.4%, and 28.8%, respectively, in female nursing students. For circadian rhythm preferences, 66% male and 51.7% female nursing students were categorized as intermediate- and morning-type people, respectively. Insomnia was the only variable among sleep disturbances that significantly correlated with the risk of poor academic performance in female nursing students even after adjustment of covariates. Conclusions Sleep disturbances were highly prevalent among female and male nursing students, and insomnia was substantially associated with poor academic performance in female nursing students. Identifying sleep disturbances among nursing students and designing effective interventions to specifically target them are required to improve academic performance of female nursing students.

Play is generally identified as a basic tool for effective learning and development in children. This study explores the ways in which amorphous or unstructured play contributes to children's overall development at the pre-primary level, helping to develop cognitive, social, and motor skills. The findings indicate that through unstructured play, children enhance their cooperative skills, build knowledge through imitation, and gain new insights through trial and error. The study has implications for parents, teachers, and other stakeholders involved in child upbringing in terms of understanding the positive effects of engaging in unstructured play and providing opportunities for such developmental activities, both at home and school.

This study aims to produce a valid and effective Pictorial Riddle-based Student Activity Sheets (SAS) that can improve student’s representation skills. The development of Student Activity Sheets uses four D models (Define, Design, Develop and Desseminate) from Thiagarajan. The trial was limited to Open University students in Bojonegoro study group using one shot case study. The research data was collected using validation, observation, tests and questionnaires with validation sheet instruments, observation sheets, learning outcomes tests and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis, N-gain and t-test. The results of the study show: 1) SAS that was developed are fulfilling in terms of content and construct validity; 2) SAS that was developed are validity criteria fulfilling effectiveness criteria in terms of improving student representation skills and having positive responses. Based on the above, it can be concluded that SAS are valid and effective to improve the representation ability of prospective teacher students.

This study aims to conduct the value of modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) where the flexural strength is one of the highest mechanical properties compared with other mechanical properties. The method used is a flexural strength test using a three-point loading test, whereas for specific gravity and moisture content using the drill method. The materials used in this study are Bangkirai, Teak, Camphor, Sukun, and Coconut wood. The results of this study indicate that the moisture content is directly proportional to the value of MOR and MOE, except for the MOE of Coconut wood. The specific gravity is linear with MOE, except for MOR and MOE (coconut and teak wood).

Recently, many of conventional infusion control tools which has functions to control the drops of infusion fluid and to monitor the volume of infusion fluid. Because it work manually, it has low level of accuracy and low efficiency. So that, in this research has designed a device that could monitor and control the drops of infusion fluid for multipoint (multi intravenous) through online application. On hardware part, photodiode and LED was used to detect the drops of infusion fluid, a sliding potentiometer and simple modified spring was used to detect the volume of infusion fluid. In this research was also implemented a mechanical which use motor servo to set the speed of drops of infusion fluid. WEMOS and MCU node has been designed as main control to controlling the whole of system. The device was equipped with ESP8266 as interface to internet network. An administrator can monitoring and controlling the system through offline or real time through a website application that has been built. based on the testing result, as functionality the system was working well. The device could detect the drops of infusion fluid with 100 % of accuracy and could control the volume of infusion fluid with 99 % of accuracy. Total of maximum drops per minute that could detected by system was 135 DPMs with average of transferring delay was 1.95 second.

This research was conducted to find out the influence of agents on the results of empowerment of farmers, the effect of recipients on the results of the farmer empowerment, the effect of agricultural extension on the results of the farmer empowerment, and the influence of agents, recipients, and agricultural extension on the results of farmer empowerment. This research was carried out in May to July 2017. Quantitative descriptive method was applied by using primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with 24 respondents who applied integrated crop management technology (PTT) on paddy fields. Technique of interview was guided with questionnaires while secondary data was taken from some literature work and relevant agencies. The results showed that: there is positive and significant influence between the agents and farmer empowerment, there is positive and significant influence between the recipients on the farmer empowerment, there is positive and significant influence between agricultural extension on the results of the farmer empowerment, and there is positive and significant influence between the agents, recipients, and agricultural extension on the results of farmer empowerment.

Shari'ah audits, especially in Indonesia, have opportunities in Indonesia with the world's largest Muslim majority population. And the shari'ah audit challenges for future development are better, including (1) regulatory issues such as shari'ah audit standards that are inadequate, the absence of a sharia audit framework and lack of encouragement from the government. (2) Problems of human resources such as the qualifications of shari'ah auditors in accounting and syari'ah are not balanced, the limited number of shari'ah auditors, lack of accountability of shari'ah auditors (DPS) and shari'ah auditors (DPS) are less independent. (3) Audit process problems such as DPS are not yet equipped with sharia audit procedures, Ex-ante and audit ex-poses have not been maximized and the separation of financial audits with sharia audits.

Background Ventral hernia repair (VHR) is a commonly performed surgical procedure. Unfortunately, long-term prospective information about quality of life and outcomes after VHR has been challenging to obtain. Decoupling follow-up from clinical visits via patient-reported outcomes (PROs) has been proposed as a means of achieving better long-term assessments after VHR. The Americas Hernia Society Quality Collaborative (AHSQC) is a national quality improvement (QI) effort in hernia repair that uses PROs to obtain long-term follow-up. However, the modality of PRO engagement to maximize participation has not been well established. A formal QI initiative was undertaken to determine if long-term PRO follow-up could be increased at a single AHSQC site by adding telephone communication to email communication for long-term postoperative VHR assessment. Methods Between September 2015 and July 2016, the long-term (greater than 1 year) AHSQC PRO completion rates after VHR at our institution were analyzed using plan-do-study-act cycles. Two interventions were implemented: contacting patients by telephone and changing timing of telephone calls. Results Two hundred thirty-two patients were identified, of whom 99 (42.7%) met eligibility criteria. Before this initiative, the long-term PRO completion rate was 16.3% in postoperative VHR patients. The completion rate after introducing telephone calls (intervention 1) was 35.7% and after changing the timing of telephone calls (intervention 2), was 55.1%. The mean participation rate was 45.4% (± 9.7%). Conclusions A telephone-based approach markedly improved long-term PRO participation rates in postoperative VHR patients. Ultimately, a combination of email and telephone communication may be necessary to achieve higher levels of PRO follow-up in the VHR population.

This study uses primary data with interviews through questionnaires in the village of Cibaeud, Lembong Jaya Village, Ciganlontang District, Tasikmalaya, as many as 69 respondent from the population of 120 household. The CIBEST model by Beik and Arsyianti was used as ananysis tool. There are 42% of people experiencing a cahnge in walfare level 33% decrease in material proverty rates, 5,7% decrease in spititual poverty rates and 2,9% decrease in absolute proverty rates. Peroxisomes are single membrane-bound cellular organelles that carry out critical metabolic reactions perturbation of which leads to an array of clinical phenotypes known as peroxisomal disorders (PD). In this study, the largest of its kind in the Middle East, we sought to comprehensively characterize these rare disorders at the clinical, biochemical and molecular levels. Over a 2-year period, we have enrolled 17 patients representing 16 Arab families. Zellweger-spectrum phenotype was observed in 12 patients and the remaining 5 had the rhizomelic chondrodysplasia punctata phenotype. We show that homozygosity mapping is a cost-effective strategy that enabled the identification of the underlying genetic defect in 100% of the cases. The pathogenic nature of the mutations identified was confirmed by immunofluorescence and complementation assays. We confirm the genetic heterogeneity of PD in our population, expand the pool of pathogenic alleles and draw some phenotype/genotype correlations.

To evaluate the age and mode of presentation of patients with posterior urethral valves (PVU) in the antenatal and postnatal periods, we analyzed the files of 108 patients with the diagnosis of PUV in four referral hospitals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 1989 to 1999. Of the study patients, 29 (27%) were antenatally discovered, 41 (38%) in the first year of life and 38 (35%) after the first year of life. The mode of presentation was by antenatal ultrasound in 29 (27%) patients, urinary tract infection in 33 (30.4%) patients, poor urinary stream in 35 (32.4%) patients, retention of urine in neonatal life in eight (7.4%) patients and symptoms of renal impairment in three (2.8%) patients. We conclude that the antenatal detection rate of PUV in our study patients is less than the international one (70%), despite the fact that most of the antenatal follow-ups were done in centers where ultrasound was available for routine antenatal work up. This calls for more vigilance by the radiologists and obstetricians to enhance the rate of detection of PUV.

The iron status at six months of age for a total of 66 three-month-old, full-term, normal-birthweight Jordanian infants who were exclusively breastfed for four, five, or six months postpartum is reported here. Three groups of infants were identified who were exclusively breastfed for four months (n = 14), five months (n = 15), and six months (n = 37). Iron status was evaluated by haemoglobin, plasma ferritin, and mean corpuscular volume. the prevalences of nutritional anaemia (haemoglobin < 10.5 g/dl), iron-deficiency anaemia (haemoglobin < 10.5 g/dl, mean corpuscular volume < 70 fl, and plasma ferritin < 12 ng/ml), and depletion of iron stores (plasma ferritin < 12 ng/ml) were significantly higher (p < .05) in infants exclusively breastfed for four months than in the other two groups. Significant differences were not observed between the latter two groups in the prevalence of any of these indices. Under the conditions of this study, which was carried out in a community of low to medium socio-economic status where iron-fortified weaning foods were not used, the data strongly suggest that exclusive breastfeeding for five or six months is protective against the development of nutritional anaemia or iron-deficiency anaemia at six months of age. the weaning foods used in this community have low iron content and bioavailability.

Public attitudes towards organ donation during life and at death were examined in a randomised survey of 850 individuals, both male and female, in a representative Saudi Arabian community in Riyadh. Demographic categories accounted were age, sex, marital status, cultural and ethnic background, educational level and occupation. Of the sampled population 87% were native Saudi and the mean age was 30.7 years. Students and teachers made up the largest occupational groups and only 8.1% were illiterate. Although only 10.1% of all subjects had signed a kidney donor card, a further 42.6% expressed willingness to do so. Acceptance of organ donation at death was highest amongst males and in the age group below 30 years (P less than 0.05). There was no differential effect of the various demographic sub-groups in willingness for kidney donation during life. Sixty-five per cent were ready to donate to a close relative and 9.3% were even prepared to do so to a non-related recipient. The Islamic view supporting concepts of transplantation provided the strongest positive influence for organ donation both during life and at death. Dread of mutilation and the fear that pre-consent may adversely affect treatment after serious injury proved potent negative influences.
