Title: Student's attitudes to non-traditional sports Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to determine the attitudes of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University towards selected non-traditional sports. A secondary task is to identify ideal information channels for non-traditional sports and to write recommendations on how to popularize non-traditional sports. Methods: An electronic survey was used to investigate students' attitudes towards non- traditional sports. The results were expressed statistically using absolute and relative frequency methods. The whole research included a pre-survey which was used to select several non-traditional sports which were discussed more in the thesis. Results: As a result of the survey, some differences were found between active practice of non-traditional sports and watching them. At the same time, it was found that some of the selected non-traditional sports do not use social networks effectively, which should be addressed by the representatives of these sports if they want to increase the popularity of their sports in the country. Title: Knowledge and attitudes of UK FTVS students to equestrian sport Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to discover the awareness students of UK FTVS have of equestrian sport and find out how they percieve the equestrianism in general. Based on the results of the research, certain reccomendations will be made for Czech equestrian federation on how to improve the current state of knowledge among students. Methods: The method applied in this thesis is based on electronic questionnaire, Through questionnaire were collected data which will carry useful information about general awareness of the students about equestrian sport, its disciplines, passive or active interest in the sport and attitudes they have of equestrianism. Results: The research showed that students of UK FTVS have basic knowledge of the equestrian sport, but they are lacking broader information about the sport. Students don't follow equestrianism on regular basis and according to majority of students it is a financially demanding activity, which is also hard to reach. Title: Parents' satisfaction of selected sport clubs work with children. Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine parents' satisfaction of selected sport clubs work with children. Methods: In this thesis there was used a quantitative method of data collection based on a questionaire. Results are shown graphically. Results: Results of this thesis say that parents whose children are in the volleyball club are more satisfied than the parents of the children in the football club. Title: Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team Objectives: The main aim of this work is to explore interpersonal relationships in women basketball team and after that giving a feedback to the head coach of this team. The next goal is to briefly outline suggestions for players for improvement in the area of communication, relations and training process. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods or for example the sociogram method and interview. Results: The results of my work revealed both positive and negative aspects. The thesis shows that many things can be improved in this team, for example relationships and qualities of each player. On the other hand, many of the relationship connections are mutual and many of the players are aware of her roles in this team. Title: Marketing communication of the company engaged in the sale of cycling equipment. Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal to improve the marketing communication of The Bike company for the upcoming season, based on the analysis and evaluation of the current marketing communication from the perspective of the customer and the company management. Methods: The qualitative and quantitative research method was used in this thesis. Specifically, an in-depth semi-structured interview with the company owner is used to obtain management data and written and electronic queries to obtain customer data. The thesis also used methods of observation and analysis of internal documents. Results: The result of this thesis is the concept of marketing communication for the upcoming season. Title: Judging systems of competitions in dance sport from judges point of view Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to introduce the absolute judging system used on a dances sport competitions 3.0 to a wider public, and to describe differences between absolute judging systems 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0. Next goal is to map opinions, knowledge and attitudes of the TOP judges of the CDSF towards the judging systems of the dance sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data for the elaboration of the thesis was used a method of electronic questionnaires. For the elaboration of a theoretical part of the thesis were used primary sources, professional literature and experts' own materials. Result: The thesis maps used systems of dance sport in the Czech Republic and abroad and their main progress towards objective and measurable judging. Based on survey, the questionnaire reveals the knowledge, opinions and attitudes of the Czech TOP judges towards System 3.0. In fact, the thesis is a breakthrough, because even though the absolute judging system 3.0 is already used in practice, there is still no Czech written documentation of its work or usage. Title of the work: Reputation and popularity of parkour in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The bachelor thesis researches a chosen group of people. The main objective of this work is to find out if people know about the sports activity called parkour, what experience do they have with this activity and what is their stance on the issue. Achieved results might prove useful to coaches in improving people's stances towards parkour and introducing them to this sports activity. Methods: The bachelor thesis has been done using questionnaire survey. It was published in an electronic form through various social networks. In addition, an interview was made with one of the first traceurs, Tomáš. Results: The results show that parkour is becoming more and more popular. People are interested in this sports activity and their opinions about parkour are rather positive than negative. Title: Analysis of employment agencies Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to explore employment agencies on Czech labour market and find out its functionality and credibility from the side of job seeker. One of the constitutive aim was also using the marketing method Mystery client. The term functionality of employmenet agencies was evaluated as attitude and ability of employment agency to mediate good job for job seekers. Methods: To obtain data, that allows to final evaluation, was used special technique of market research called Mystery client. This method represents hidden observation during job interview. The research was completed with question survey of selected staff consultants. Results: The results of the research indicated that employment agencies are mainly focused on outsourcing and are usually mediating short-term job for young and less educated people. The research also indicated that employment agencies are not able to mediate appropriate job in reached level of education. In spite of these problems, there were recommended three employment agencies that are properly able to communicate and react for job supply and demand. Title: Marketing research of the image of the brand Reebok among people doing CrossFit Annotation: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to find out what the image of the Reebok brand is like using marketing research. The terms brand and image are explained in the first part of the thesis which include theoretical basis from various literary and electronic sources. The methodology section describes marketing research and its process. The analytical part presents the Reebok brand and CrossFit as sport and brand, the research itself and its results. The last part of the thesis provides suggestions and recommendations for improving the image of the Reebok brand based on the research. Title: Compilation and Validation of the Teambuilding Program for High School Students. Objectives: The main objective is the compilation and validation of the teambuilding program m for improving the atmosphere and communication in a selected high school class. Methods: Different methods were used In this bachelor thesis. For detecting atmosphere in the high school class a questionnaire was used. Sociometric investigation was used for mapping relations and an interview was used for completion of information necessary for the compilation of the teambuilding program. Results: It was detected that the program in its current form fulfils expectations. For further usage notes were written regarding improvement in particular areas which should lead to better results. Title: Public relations AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate public relations of AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s. This thesis is manly focused on evaluating the work of department of communication a PR. The aim is to analyze and describe all the comunicaton channels of the club. Methods: This thesis uses an electronic questionnaire, which is filled by Sparta supporters. The other method is an interview with a employee of Sparta, who is a member of department of communication and PR. Another method is analysis of intern document of the club. Results: The supporters are satisfied with the work of the department of communication and PR. Title: Attitudes and knowledge of lacrosse between students of University of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Accounting and Charles University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Objectives: This bachelor thesis compares the attitudes and knowledge of lacrosse between students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University and Faculty of Finance and Accounting at University of Economics, pursuant the quantitative questionnaire. The main motive of this theme is the problem of todays'Czech lacrosse scene, where lacrosse is not so popular sport like in North America. The objective of this work is to provide a brief insight into the lacrosse scene, compare the knowledge of lacrosse between college students and find out their attitude to this sport. Title: Marketing communication of the TEPfaktor company Objectives: The main aim of this thesis was the evaluation of actual marketing communication of the TEPfactor company and creating a proposal for making it better. For creating this proposal was necessary to do marketing research to find out actual marketing tools which this company use and its perception by the customers. Methods: In this thesis was used qualitative (interview) and quantitative (question blank) methods. Interview was used to find out detailed information about the company and also about the actual marketing tools. Due to question blank was collected datas by customers of this company. Results: Datas from interview with workers from marketing department and datas from written survey were utilized in practical part of this thesis. Title: Image of the brand Reebok Objectives: The main objective of my bachelor thesis is to describe an image of a brand Reebok. To achieve this objective it was necessary to determinate a complete profile of a brand, including its origin, characteristics and position of the brand. Simultaneously, a quantitative research was executed by which means the awareness of the brand, main opinions and attitudes towards the brand among selected respondents were found. The final part is devoted to data evaluation, recommendations and proposals improving the brand image. Methods: The major part of information needed to create the general description of the brand was taken from an interview with a brand manager of Reebok in Czech Republic. Title: Influence of Actual Psychological State on a Sport Performance in TeamGym Purspose: The main aim of this bachelor theses is to determine the actual psychological state experienced before the competition and to find out the influence it has on athlete's performance. The difference between the performance and psychological state in cup competitions and competitions where team can move on to the next round is also discussed in this theses. The TeamGym, as a young and not so well known discipline, is also introduced in this theses. Methods: The research method used to evaluate actual psychological state of gymnasts is the questionnaire method SUPSO founded by Oldřich Mikšík. This questionnaire is applied on the members of the team before every competition. The methods used for determination of the performance are the analysis of every competition video record, the analysis of obtained results and interviews with a team coach and TeamGym judges. Title: Attitudes of Russian Population to Winter Olympic Games in Sochi Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine attitudes of Russian population and residents of Sochi to XXII Winter Olympic Games. Another objective is to show advantages and disadvantages of hosting the Olympic Games and also to make recommendations, which can be used by government and sport institutions while organizing big sports events. Title: Influence of psychological states to sport performance in achery Purpose: Main aim is classify fundamental psychological states, which could have main impact on the sport performance and then attest their relation thanks to applied questionnare, which will be put forward to achers before and after competition to comparison their progressions. After that obtained informations will be analyzed and determited, which way mental condition affects sport performance. Methods: For reseaerch investigation is used questionnares method SUPSO, which created Mr. Mikšík in 2004. This method is focused to research and description actual psychological state of human. Questionnare SUPSO is applied to acrhers from six achery clubs in Czech Republic. Results: Used qestionnare is evaluated after aplication to achery group.
