I Bacillus thuringiensis i is a ubiquitous Gram-positive soil-dwelling bacterium [[1]] that belongs to the genus I Bacillus i and share many common phenotypic and genotypic properties with other species such as I Bacillus cereus i , I Bacillus anthracis i , and I Bacillus mycoides i [[2]-[4]]. Fraction 3 (5.3 g) was subjected to silica gel CC (200-300 mesh) with chloroform-MeOH (3:1-0:1) to give four subfraction (Subfrs. The parasporal crystal of I B. thuringiensis i HS66 was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
