Ovim se radom prošlo kroz sva razdoblja djelovanja Tehničkog muzeja Nikola Tesla. U uvodnom dijelu je objašnjena uloga ravnatelja kroz promišljanja. Glavni dio rada kronološki prikazuje rad po mandatima ravnatelja kroz stručni rad i komunikaciju s publikom, ali i probleme s kojima su se susretali u radu. Dan je i popis znamenitijih izložbi u promatranom razdoblju i kvantitativni podaci o stručnom muzeološkom radu. U zaključku je sumiran kompletan muzejski rad i iznijete su kritike na prezentaciju današnjeg stalnog postava i čuvanje muzejskih predmeta u neodgovarajućim mikroklimatskim uvjetima te je ukazano na moguća rješenja. This work went through all the periods of the Nikola Tesla Technical Museum. The introductory part explains the role of the director. The main part of the paper chronologically presents the work according to the mandates of the director through professional work and communication with the audience, but also the problems they encountered in their work. A list of more significant exhibitions in the observed period and quantitative data on professional museological work are also given. In the conclusion, the complete museum work was summarized and criticisms of the presentation of the permanent exhibition and storage of museum objects in inappropriate microclimatic conditions and possible solutions were presented.
