The article reports on the case of a 71-year-old woman diagnosed with advanced urethral prolapse (UP). She was previously experiencing postmenopausal bleeding but was not positive for frank hematuria. Finding out that she have UP, treatment involving oral antibiotics, topical estrogen cream and anti-inflammatory medications was presented.
