Abstract

Presents cases of confluent and reticulate papillomatosis, an uncommon dermatosis characterized by papules which become confluent, forming an irregular network localized mainly in seborrheic areas, between the breast and in the midline of the back. Persistence and resistance of the disease to topical therapy; Satisfactory response of patients to treatment with azithromycin.
