Automatic leaf disease detection techniques are effective for reducing the time-consuming effort of monitoring large crop farms and early identification of disease symptoms of plant leaves. Although crop tomatoes are seen to be susceptible to a variety of diseases that can reduce the production of the crop. In recent years, advanced deep learning methods show successful applications for plant disease detection based on observed symptoms on leaves. However, these methods have some limitations. This study proposed a high-performance tomato leaf disease detection approach, namely attention-based dilated CNN logistic regression (ADCLR). Firstly, we develop a new feature extraction method using attention-based dilated CNN to extract most relevant features in a faster time. In our preprocessing, we use Bilateral filtering to handle larger features to make the image smoother and the Ostu image segmentation process to remove noise in a fast and simple way. In this proposed method, we preprocess the image with bilateral filtering and Otsu segmentation. Then, we use the Conditional Generative Adversarial Network (CGAN) model to generate a synthetic image from the image which is preprocessed in the previous stage. The synthetic image is generated to handle imbalance and noisy or wrongly labeled data to obtain good prediction results. Then, the extracted features are normalized to lower the dimensionality. Finally, extracted features from preprocessed data are combined and then classified using fast and simple logistic regression (LR) classifier. The experimental outcomes show the state-of-the-art performance on the Plant Village database of tomato leaf disease by achieving 100%, 100%, 96.6% training, testing, and validation accuracy, respectively, for multiclass. From the experimental analysis, it is clearly demonstrated that the proposed multimodal approach can be utilized to detect tomato leaf disease precisely, simply and quickly. We have a potential plan to improve the model to make it cloud-based automated leaf disease classification for different plants.

Using a machine to mine public opinion saves money and time. Traditional sentiment analysis approaches are typically unable to handle multi-meaning phrases, syntactically complex structured statements, and a large number of characteristics. We proposed a new knowledge-based hybrid deep learning method (KHACDD) for sentiment classification that integrates a hierarchical attention-based capsule infrastructure with both the dual along with bidirectional recurrent neural network (RNN), Dilated convolutional neural network (CNN), and domain-based knowledge to fix these problems. Our innovative hybrid approach enhances the structure of feature representation as well as feature extraction as well as sentiment classification by dynamically routing capsules its hierarchy structure toward an attention capsule. The suggested hybrid neural network model is based on modified capsules and therefore can learn implicit semantics effectively. The BiGRU-BiLSTM is used all through this system to achieve proper long-distance and interdependent contextual information functioning. In addition, the capsule network may be capable of extracting rich textual information in order to improve express ability. GloVe embedding is used before the RNN layer to incorporate local context into global statistics. To improve performance, the proposed technique leveraged domain-specific information to handle misclassification. Adding adaptive domain-specific knowledge produces a margin of roughly 1% for multilabel ER(Emotion Recognition) social media data as well as 4% for multifeatured and multilabel MHER(Mental Health Emotion Recognition) clinical data, according to the experimental results. In this study, several machine learning approaches are used for the prediction of the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) of polypropylene-stabilised soft soil. This research work generates new data and applies several machine learning algorithms for the analysis of UCS. Fifty-two samples are in our generated data. In our generated data, five input features are used: Column Reinforcement Type, Column Diameter, Area replacement ratio, Column Penetration Ratio and Max_Deviator Stress. On the other hand, the output consists of three target stress class. Our experimental result shows that Random Forest (RF) provides good prediction result of unconfined compressive test (UCT) and that is satisfied. RF model gets result of mean absolute error of 0.0625, mean square root error of 0.0625, root mean sqrt error of 0.2500, r² value of 0.8942 and accuracy of 0.9375. In addition, the sequential model got training loss of 0.2535, training accuracy of 0.9024, validation loss of 0.4056 and validation accuracy: 0.9091. The results showed that the suggested RF and sequential model performs excellently in predicting the UCS of stabilised soft soil with polypropylene. Our technique is more practical and time-consuming than arduous laboratory work. Vehicles play a pivotal role in the current era of Industry 4.0 by providing passengers with excellent mobility, comfort, and safety while strengthening national and international economies. Unanticipated vehicular engine issues can hinder performance and lead to costly maintenance. As analytics processes become faster, more accurate, and more reliable, intelligent fault prediction and diagnosis for vehicles, particularly engines, is becoming increasingly popular. To date, hybrid deep learning approaches to vehicle engine diagnostics have been limited, and none have used engine health monitoring and categorisation based on vulnerability assessment and vehicle structural information. This paper introduces a hybrid deep learning-based vehicular engine health monitoring system (VEHMS) decision model using Deep CNN (convolutional neural network)-BiGRU (bi-directional gated recurrent unit). This model monitors a vehicle's engine health in real-time and classifies its status as good, critical, moderate, or minor condition. Several advanced and hybrid deep learning algorithms were applied to monitor engine health and categorise its status by integrating sensor data with evaluated vulnerability information from an infrastructure vulnerability assessment model. The Deep CNN-BiGRU-based VEHMS decision model outperformed other techniques with an accuracy of 0.8897, ensuring minimal decision losses while classifying engine conditions. This study aims to contribute to developing comprehensive vehicle health monitoring systems and advance the automotive industry by incorporating more intelligent features.
