This paper aims to address the challenges faced by medical professionals in identifying mental disorders. These mental health issues are an increasing public health concern, and middle-income nations like South Africa are negatively impacted. Mental health issues pose a substantial public health concern in South Africa, putting forth extensive impacts on both individuals and society broadly. Insufficient funding for mental health remains the greatest barrier in this country. In order to meet the diverse and complex requirements of patients effective decision making in the treatment of mental disorders is crucial. For this purpose, we introduced the novel concept of the complex probabilistic hesitant fuzzy N-soft set (CPHFNSS) for modeling the unpredictability and uncertainty effectively. Our approach improves the precision with which certain traits connected to different types of mental conditions are recognized by using the competence of experts. We developed the fundamental operations (like extended and restricted intersection, extended and restricted union, weak, top, and bottom weak complements) with examples. We also developed the aggregation operators and their many features, along with their proofs and theorems, for CPHFNSS. By implementing these operators in the aggregation process, one could choose a combination of characteristics. Further, we introduced the novel score function, which is used to determine the optimal choice among them. In addition, we created an algorithm with numerical illustrations for decision making in which physicians employ CPHFNS data to diagnose a specific condition. Spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy sets (Sq-LDFSs) showed a significant improvement to handling uncertainty in multi-criteria decision-making (MADM). It is advantageous for two-parametric data as well as for data with three variable parameters. One of the most crucial functions of supply chain management is to increase competitive pressure. The study's standout innovation, Multi-Attributive Ideal Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRCA), has been implemented to give powerful group decision-making. An ecological perspective is becoming more prevalent due to the competitive climate and customer perception. Green supplier selection (GSS) has become a significant issue. In this study, we address the problem of GSS, which aims for flexibility, robustness, ecological sensitivity, leanness, and feasibility. The feasibility criteria in recycling, environmental, carbon footprints, and water consumption are different from those in standard supplier selection. The aim of our work is to introduced the weighted Average/Geometric aggregation operators based on Sq-LDFSs. For this we defined some operational rules as a foundation of aggregation operators. Secondly we proposed a MAIRCA approach for Sq-LDFSs to address these issues. The MAIRCA strategy, which uses multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) to evaluate and choose traditional and environmental conventionalities, is used to reduce instability and ambiguity. The spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy MAIRCA approach provides comparative analysis of decision-makers and criteria. By merging Sq-LDFS and MAIRCA, a hybrid strategy is formed, successfully selecting the best provider among options based on the order of significance. These numerical examples demonstrate the suggested MCGDM approaches that were applied in actual situations, giving a realistic appreciation of their efficacy. The literature frequently uses fuzzy inference methods for time series forecasting. In business and other situations, it is frequently necessary to forecast numerous time series. The q-Rung orthopair fuzzy set is a beneficial and competent tool to address ambiguity. In this research, a computational forecasting method based on q-Rung orthopair fuzzy time series has been created to deliver better prediction results to deal with situations containing higher uncertainty caused by large fluctuations in consecutive years' values in time series data and with no visualization of trend or periodicity. The main objective of this article is to handle time series forecasting with the usage of q-Rung orthopair fuzzy sets for things like floods, admission of students, number of patients, etc. After this, people can then manage issues that will arise in the future. Previously, there was a gap in determining the forecasting of data whose entire value of membership and non-membership exceeded 1. To fill this kind of gap, we used q-Rung orthopair fuzzy sets in time series forecasting. We also used numerous algebraic components for the q-Rung orthopair fuzzy time series, which has a union, max-min composition, cartesian product, and algorithm that are useful to calculate the method of data forecasting. Moreover, we also defined the algorithm and proposed MATLAB code that facilitates the execution of mathematical calculations, design, analysis, and optimization (structural and mathematical), and gives results with speed, correctness, and precision. At the end, we tested the model using historical student enrollment data and the annual peak discharge at Guddu Barrage. One of the hottest areas for applying the solutions currently available is the internet of things-based smart housing society architecture and its uncertainty analysis. When intelligent parking, waste management, public transportation, public safety, and other automatic methods for housing society's growth were implemented, it became even more crucial. An intelligent, smart system is necessary to manage these problems and provide smooth services. Additionally, it will be helpful in reducing issues with time waste and societal safety. However, the issue comes up when describing accurate, approximate, or questionable parking, transit, safety, and waste management areas. This paper discusses several mathematical solutions for the smart housing society that use fuzzy rough sets, probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets, and their extensions with neutrosophic sets. For further growth, a few studies on the graphic display of the evolution of the smart housing society are also considered. The rough set theory can be useful when dealing with imprecise, incomplete, or indeterminate data sets. The core contribution of this work is the construction of a novel generalized notion of a single-valued neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough set (SV-NPHFRS), which is a hybrid structure of the single-valued neutrosophic set, the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set, and the rough set. In contrast to the present literature, the underlying idea of SV-NPHFRS is that it is a powerful mathematical tool for managing uncertainty and imperfect information. This method is particularly beneficial when there are a number of competing criteria to consider. The aggregation technique plays an important role in decision-making concerns, especially when more competing criteria are present. In the study's comparison phase, the suggested decision support system is compared to relevant existing approaches. The results suggest that, in terms of choice flexibility, the suggested technique has the potential to outperform the drawbacks of the current decision-making tools. The primary goal of this research is to determine the optimal agricultural field selection that would most effectively support manufacturing producers in manufacturing production while accounting for unpredictability and reliability in their decision-making. The PFS is known to address the levels of participation and non-participation. To begin, we introduce the novel concept of a PFZN, which is a hybrid structure of Pythagorean fuzzy sets and the ZN. The PFZN is graded in terms of membership and non-membership, as well as reliability, which provides a strong advice in real-world decision support concerns. The PFZN is a useful tool for dealing with uncertainty in decision-aid problems. The PFZN is a practical way for dealing with such uncertainties in decision-aid problems. The list of aggregation operators: PFZN Einstein weighted averaging and PFZN Einstein weighted geometric, is established under the novel Pythagorean fuzzy ZNs. It is a more precise mathematical instrument for dealing with precision and uncertainty. The core of this research is to develop a numerical algorithm to tackle the uncertainty in real-life problems using PFZNs. To show the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, we illustrate the numerical case study related to determining the optimal agricultural field. This research proposes multicriteria decision-making (MCDM)-based real-time Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) transfusion framework. The testing phase of the methodology denotes the ability to stick to plastic surfaces, the upregulation and downregulation of certain surface protein markers, and lastly, the ability to differentiate into various cell types. First, two scenarios of an enhanced dataset based on a medical perspective were created in the development phase to produce varying levels of emergency. Second, for real-time monitoring ofCOVID-19 patients with different emergency levels (i.e.,mild, moderate, severe, and critical), an automated triage algorithm based on a formal medical guideline is proposed, taking into account the improvement and deterioration procedures fromone level to the next. For this strategy, Einstein aggregation information under the Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy environment (PyPHFE) is developed. Einstein operations on PyPHFE such as Einstein sum, product, scalar multiplication, and their properties are investigated. Then, several Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Einstein aggregation operators, namely the Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy weighted average (PyPHFWA) operator, Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (PyPHFEWG) operator, Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted average (PyPHFEOWA) operator, Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric (PyPHFEOWG) operator, Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Einstein hybrid average (PyPHFEHA) operator and Pythagorean probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Einstein hybrid geometric (PyPHFEHG) operator are investigated. The core contribution of this study is to develop a novel generalized idea of q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough set (q-ROPHFRS) which is hybrid structure of the q-rung orthopair fuzzy set, probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set, and rough set. The q-ROPHFRS covers the positive and negative membership grades in the form of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough information to address the uncertainties in real-world decision-making problems. This paper proposes a list of novel q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough averaging/geometric aggregation operators to handle the uncertainty effectively and reliably to aggregate the uncertain information under q-ROPHFRSs. Several interesting elementary properties have been investigated. Furthermore, a novel multi-attribute decision-making approach based on the proposed aggregation information is presented. Finally, a numerical application regarding selecting a medical oxygen supplier to the hospital is presented to illustrate the consistency of the developed decision-making technique. The influence of COVID-19 on individuals, businesses, and corporations is indisputable. Many markets, particularly financial markets, have been severely shaken and have suffered significant losses. Significant issues have arisen in supply chain networks, particularly in terms of financing. The COVID-19 consequences had a significant effect on supply chain financing (SCF), which is responsible for finance supply chain components and improved supply chain performance. The primary source of supply chain financing is financial providers. Among financial providers, the banking sector is referred to as the primary source of financing. Any hiccup in the banking operational systems can have a massive influence on the financing process. In this study, we attempted to comprehend the key consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic and how to mitigate COVID-19's impact on Pakistan's banking industry. For this, three extended hybrid approaches which consists of TOPSIS, VIKOR, and Grey are established to address the uncertainty in supply chain finance under q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy environment with unknown weight information of decision-making experts as well as the criteria. The study is split into three parts. First, the novel q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy (qROPHF) entropy measure is established using generalized distance measure under qROPHF information to determine the unknown weights information of the attributes. The second part consists of three decision-making techniques (TOPSIS, VIKOR, and GRA) in the form of algorithm to tackle the uncertain information under qROPHF settings. Last part consists of a real-life case study of supply chain finance in Pakistan to analyze the effects of emergency situation of COVID-19 on Pakistani banks. Therefore, to help the government, we chose the best alternative form list of consider five alternatives (investment, government support, propositions and brands, channels, and digital and markets segments) by using proposed algorithm that minimize the effect of COVID-19 on supply chain finance of Pakistani banks. Zadeh's Z̆-numbers are able to more effectively characterize uncertain information. Combined with "constraint" and "reliability". It is more powerful at expressing human knowledge. While the reliability of data can have a direct impact on the precision of decisions. The key challenge in solving a Z̆-number issue is reasoning about both fuzzy and probabilistic uncertainty. Existing research on the Z̆-number measure is only some, and most studies cannot adequately convey the benefits of Z̆-information and the properties of Z̆-number. Considering this study void, this work concurrently investigated the randomness and fuzziness of Z̆-number with Spherical fuzzy sets. We first introduced the spherical fuzzy Z-numbers (SFZNs), whose elements are pairwise comparisons of the decision-maker's options. It can be used effectively to make true ambiguous judgments, reflecting the fuzzy nature, flexibility, and applicability of decision making data. We developed the operational laws and aggregation operators such as the weighted averaging operator, the ordered weighted averaging operator, the hybrid averaging operator, the weighted geometric operator, the ordered weighted geometric operator, and the hybrid geometric operator for SFZ̆Ns. Furthermore, two algorithm are developed to tackle the uncertain information in the form of spherical fuzzy Z̆-numbers based to the proposed aggregation operators and TODIM methodology. In modern civilization, individuals are increasingly concerned with evaluating the quality of medical services. Evaluation of the quality of medical services enables medical care providers to monitor and improve their service quality. The evaluation of medical service quality is efficiently addressed by the novel concept of Aczel–Alsina operators in an intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy (IHF) environment as multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Thus, this paper presents the IHF Aczel–Alsina weighted geometric operators for IHF information. We first apply the Aczel–Alsina norms to IHF scenarios and present novel operations of intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy sets. This article develops a unique strategy for evaluating the quality of medical services based on the specified operators, including a quantitative framework for evaluating medical service quality and a novel MCDM technique. Finally, this article presents a numerical example of the novel approach used to evaluate medical services for hospitals and compares it to conventional MCDM methods to highlight the suggested superiority method. Single-valued neutrosophic sets have the potential to be effective in dealing with complexity issues, particularly those involving three components: truthness, indeterminacy, and falsity. In a single-valued neutrosophic context, this article aims to develop some completely new operational laws and aggregation operators (AOs). In this context, we offer some new neutral or fair operational rules that embrace the notion of proportionate distribution to establish a neutral or fair cure for the truthfulness, indeterminacy, and falsehood of single-valued neutrosophic set. Subsequently, based on the developed operational laws, we create the single-valued neutrosophic fairly weighted average operator and single-valued neutrosophic fairly ordered weighted averaging operator. These emerging aggregation operators are more general than previous single-valued neutrosophic aggregation operators, and also provide reliable and accurate information. In addition, we design a multi-criteria decision-making algorithm using these new single-valued neutrosophic aggregation operators with partial weight information. A real-life application of the proposed algorithm is presented, thus illustrating its step-by-step procedure in detail. The single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (SV-NHFS) is a hybrid structure of the single-valued neutrosophic set and the hesitant fuzzy set that is designed for some incomplete, uncertain, and inconsistent situations in which each element has a few different values designed by the truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function, and falsity membership hesitant function. A strategic decision-making technique can help the decision-maker accomplish and analyze the information in an effcient manner. However, in our real lives, uncertainty will play a dominant role during the information collection phase. To handle such uncertainties in the data, we present a decision-making algorithm in the SV-NHFS environment. In this paper, we first presented the basic operational laws for SV-NHF information under Einstein's t-norm and tconorm. Furthermore, important properties of Einstein operators, including the Einstein sum, product, and scalar multiplication, are done under SV-NHFSs. Then, we proposed a list of novel aggregation operators' names: Single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging, weighted geometric, order weighted averaging, and order weighted geometric aggregation operators. Finally, we discuss a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) algorithm based on the proposed operators to address the problems in the SV-NHF environment. A numerical example is given to illustrate the work and compare the results with the results of the existing studies. The main goal of this article is to reveal a new generalized version of the qlinear Diophantine fuzzy set (q-LDFS) named spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy set (Sq-LDFS). The existing concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-OFS), linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS), and spherical fuzzy set have a wide range of applications in decisionmaking problems, but they all have strict limitations in terms of membership degree, non-membership degree, and uncertainty degree. We moot the article of the spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy set (Sq-LDFS) with control factors to alleviate these limitations. A Spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy number structure is independent of the selection of the membership grades because of its control parameters in three membership grades. An Sq-LDFS with a parameter estimation process can be extremely useful for modeling uncertainty in decision-making (DM). By using control factors, Sq-LDFS may classify a physical system. We highlight some of the downsides of q-LDFSs. By using algebraic norms, we offer some novel operational laws for Sq-LDFSs. We also introduced the weighted average and weighted geometric aggregation operators and their fundamental laws and properties. Furthermore, we proposed the algorithms for a multicriteria decision-making approach with graphical representation. Moreover, a numerical illustration of using the proposed methodology for Sq-LDF data for emergency decision-making is presented. Taking into account the significance of spherical hesitant fuzzy sets, this research concentrates on an innovative multi-criteria group decision-making technique for dealing with spherical hesitant fuzzy (SHF) situations. To serve this purpose, we explore SHF Aczel Alsina operational laws such as the Aczel-Alsina sum, Aczel-Alsina product and Aczel-Alsina scalar multiplication as well as their desirable characteristics. This work is based on the fact that aggregation operators have significant operative adaptability to aggregate the uncertain information under the SHF context. With the aid of Aczel-Alsina operators, we develop SHF Aczel-Alsina geometric aggregation operators to address the complex hesitant uncertain information. In addition, we describe and verify several essential results of the newly invented aggregation operators. Furthermore, a decision aid methodology based on the proposed operators is developed using SHF information. The applicability and viability of the proposed methodology is demonstrated by using a case study related to breast cancer treatment. The control of spreading of COVID-19 in emergency situation the entire world is a challenge, and therefore, the aim of this study was to propose a spherical intelligent fuzzy decision model for control and diagnosis of COVID-19. The emergency event is known to have aspects of short time and data, harmfulness, and ambiguity, and policy makers are often rationally bounded under uncertainty and threat. There are some classic approaches for representing and explaining the complexity and vagueness of the information. The effective tool to describe and reduce the uncertainty in data information is fuzzy set and their extension. Therefore, we used fuzzy logic to develop fuzzy mathematical model for control of transmission and spreading of COVID19. The fuzzy control of early transmission and spreading of coronavirus by fuzzy mathematical model will be very effective. The proposed research work is on fuzzy mathematical model of intelligent decision systems under the spherical fuzzy information. In the proposed work, we will develop a newly and generalized technique for COVID19 based on the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) methods under spherical fuzzy environment. In this article, we proposed an extended EDAS (Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution) method based on the single-valued neutrosophic (SVN) Aczel-Alsina aggregation information. The fundamental concept of a single-valued neutrosophic (SVN) set is a universal mathematical tool for effectively managing uncertain and imprecise information. To accomplish our goal, we first extend the Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm to SVN scenarios and introduce a few new SVN operations on which we construct novel SVN aggregation operators. Furthermore, a decision support strategy is built in the SVN framework using the EDAS methodology and the suggested Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators. This method computes the aggregated outcomes of each investigated alternative, as well as their score values. Finally, to demonstrate the functionality of the developed SVN- EDAS, an application has been made related to the role of commercial banks in providing loans to their customers, which has recently affected our world, and the results are compared with other existing methods. Picture fuzzy (PF) sets are extremely reasonable to represent the uncertain, imprecise, and inconsistent information that exists in scientific and engineering fields. To meet decision makers' preference selection, the operational flexibility of aggregation operators shows its importance in dealing with the flexible decision-making problems in the PF environment. With assistance from Aczel-Alsina operations, we introduce the aggregation strategies of PFNs. We initially broaden the Aczel-Alsina norms to PF situations and present a few new operations of PFNs in view of which we build up a few new PF aggregation operators, for instance, the PF Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric, order weighted geometric, and hybrid weighted geometric operators. Furthermore, a decision support approach has been developed using the proposed aggregation operators under the PF environment. In this method, the aggregated results of each evaluated alternative are determined, and their score values are obtained. Then, all alternatives were ranked in decreasing order, and the best one was determined based on the highest score value. An illustrative example related to mango production is presented to investigate the most influential factor that resulted in mango production minimization. Finally, a comparison study was conducted on the proposed decision support method and the existing relative techniques. The result shows that the proposed method can overcome the insufficiency of lacking decision flexibility in the existing MAGDM method by the PF weighted geometric aggregation operators. In our current era, a new rapidly spreading pandemic disease called coronavirus disease (COVID-19), caused by a virus identified as a novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), is becoming a crucial threat for the whole world. Currently, the number of patients infected by the virus is expanding exponentially, but there is no commercially available COVID-19 medication for this pandemic. However, numerous antiviral drugs are utilized for the treatment of the COVID-19 disease. Identification of the appropriate antivirus medicine to treat the infection of COVID-19 is still a complicated and uncertain decision. This study's key objective is to develop a novel approach called q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough set (q-ROPHFRS), which incorporates the q-rung orthopair fuzzy set, probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set, and rough set structures. New q-ROPHFR aggregation operators have been established: the q-ROPHFR Einstein weighted averaging (q-ROPHFREWA) operator and the q-ROPHFR Einstein weighted geometric (q-ROPHFREWG) operator. In this study, we explored some basic features of the developed operators. Afterward, to demonstrate the viability and feasibility of the established decision-making approach in real-world applications, a case study related to selecting drugs for COVID-19 pandemic is addressed. Furthermore, a comprehensive comparison with the q-rung orthopair probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough TOPSIS technique is also presented to illustrate the benefits of the new framework. Industrial control system (ICS) attacks are usually targeted attacks that use the ICS entry approach to get a foothold within a system and move laterally throughout the organization. In recent decades, powerful attacks such as Stuxnet, Duqu, Flame, and Havex have served as wake-up calls for industrial units. All organizations are faced with the rise of security challenges in technological innovations. This paper aims to develop aggregation operators that can be used to address the decision-making problems based on a spherical fuzzy rough environment. Meanwhile, some interesting properties of idempotence, boundedness, and monotonicity for the proposed operators are analyzed. Moreover, we use this newly constructed framework to select ICS security suppliers and validate its acceptability. Furthermore, a different test has been performed based on a new operator to strengthen the suggested approach. Additionally, comparative analysis based on the novel extended TOPSIS method is presented to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed technique. With the frequent occurrences of emergency events, emergency decision making (EDM) plays an increasingly significant role in coping with such situations and has become an important and challenging research area in recent times. It is essential for decisionmakers tomake reliable and reasonable emergency decisions within a short span of time, since inappropriate decisions may result in enormous economic losses and social disorder. To handle emergency effectively and quickly, this paper proposes a new EDM method based on the novel concept of q-rung orthopair fuzzy rough (q-ROPR) set. A novel list of q-ROFR aggregation information, detailed description of the fundamental characteristics of the developed aggregation operators and the q-ROFR entropy measure that determine the unknown weight information of decision makers as well as the criteria weights are specified. Further an algorithmis given to tackle the uncertain scenario in emergency to give reliable and reasonable emergency decisions. By using proposed list of q-ROFR aggregation information all emergency alternatives are ranked to get the optimal one. Besides this, the q-ROFR entropy measure method is used to determine criteria and experts' weights objectively in the EDMprocess. Spherical fuzzy set (SFS) as one of several non-standard fuzzy sets, it introduces a number triplet (a,b,c) that satisfies the requirement a² + b² þ c² ≤ 1 to express membership grades. Due to the expression, SFS has a more extensive description space when describing fuzzy information, which attracts more attention in scientific research and engineering practice. Just for this reason, how to describe the fuzzy information more reasonably and perfectly is the hot that scholars pay close attention to. In view of this hot, in this paper, the notion of spherical hesitant fuzzy set is introduced as a generalization of spherical fuzzy sets. Some basic operations using sine trigonometric function are presented for spherical hesitant fuzzy sets. We define spherical hesitant fuzzy weighted average and spherical hesitant fuzzy weighted geometric aggregation operators. Based on these new aggregation operators, we propose a method for multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) in the spherical hesitant fuzzy information. Besides, a numerical real-life application about solid waste collection system selection is provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approaches along with relevant discussions, the merits of proposed approaches are also analyzed by validity test. The information aggregation operator plays a key rule in the group decision making problems. The aim of this paper is to investigate the information aggregation operators method under the picture fuzzy environment with the help of Einstein norms operations. The picture fuzzy set is an extended version of the intuitionistic fuzzy set, which not only considers the degree of acceptance or rejection but also takes into the account of neutral degree during the analysis. Under these environments, some basic aggregation operators namely picture fuzzy Einstein weighted and Einstein ordered weighted operators are proposed in this paper. Some properties of these aggregation operators are discussed in detail. Further, a group decision making problem is illustrated and validated through a numerical example. The primary goal of this paper is to solve the investment problem based on linguistic picture decision making method under the linguistic triangular picture linguistic fuzzy environment. First to define the triangular picture linguistic fuzzy numbers. Further, we define operations on triangular picture linguistic fuzzy numbers and their aggregation operator namely, triangular picture fuzzy linguistic induce OWA (TPFLIOWA) and triangular picture fuzzy linguistic induce OWG (TPFLIOWG) operators. Multi-criteria group decision making method is developed based on TPFLIOWA and TPFLIOWG operators and solve the uncertainty in the investment problem. We study the applicability of the proposed decision making method under triangular picture linguistic fuzzy environment and construct a descriptive example of investment problem. The novel concept of spherical fuzzy set consists of positive, neutral and negative membership grades which satisfy the conditions that the square sum of its membership grades is less than or equal to 1. In this paper, we investigate the family of novel similarity measures between spherical fuzzy sets based on cosine function by considering the positive, neutral, negative and refusal grades in SFSs. Emergency decision-making is vital for nations or communities because it increases emergency management's effectiveness and legitimacy, which in turn greatly minimizes environmental damage, fatalities, and economic loss. The evaluation of emergency judgements must take into account significant inaccuracy, fuzzyness, and ambiguity. While high risk and uncertainty are frequently characteristics of emergency decision-making (EDM) circumstances. The current EDM methodologies do not take into account the psychological behavior of the decision makers in addition to the various emergency situations and the various responses. In this paper, we presented a new method based on a Complex Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy Soft Set (CPHFSS) as represented by membership in 2-D with hesitant probability. The idea that is being put forth captures the ambiguity and takes into account emergency situations while also taking into account the psychological state of the decision-makers involved in the EDM procedure. The introduction of a new score function for the CPHFSS serves as the second objective of this paper, which is to address a number of comparability issues. We examine a novel family of hybrid operators for CPHFSS that utilize numerous independent variables as a solution to these unforeseen issues. The group decision-making strategy and EDAS technique are then suggested employing these operators. This paper aims to resolve the issue of the ranking of the fuzzy numbers in decision analysis, artificial intelligence, and optimization. In the literature, many ideas have been established for the ranking of the fuzzy numbers, and those ideas have some restrictions and limitations. We propose a method based on spherical fuzzy numbers (SFNs) for ranking to overcome the existing restrictions. Further, we investigate the basic properties of SFNs, compare the idea of spherical fuzzy set with the picture fuzzy set, and establish some distance operators, namely spherical fuzzy distance-weighted averaging (SFDWA), spherical fuzzy distance order-weighted averaging (SFDOWA), and spherical fuzzy distance order-weighted average weighted averaging (SFDOWA WA) operators with the attribute weights' information incompletely described. The basic idea underneath the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is very constructive in decision making, since it considers how to exploit an extra intuitionistic fuzzy input from the director to make up for any distortion in the information provided by the evaluation experts, which is redefined and clarified by F. Feng. In this paper, we introduced a method to solve decision making problems using an adjustable weighted soft discernibility matrix in a generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set. We define the threshold functions like mid-threshold, top-bottom-threshold, bottom-bottom-threshold, top-top-threshold, med-threshold function and their level soft sets of the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set. After, we proposed two algorithms based on threshold functions, a weighted soft discernibility matrix and a generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set and also to show the supremacy of the given methods we illustrate a descriptive example using a weighted soft discernibility matrix in the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set. Keeping in view the importance of new defined and well growing spherical fuzzy sets, in this study, we proposed a novel method to handle the spherical fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems. Firstly, we presented some novel logarithmic operations of spherical fuzzy sets (SFSs). Then, we proposed series of novel logarithmic operators, namely spherical fuzzy weighted average operators and spherical fuzzy weighted geometric operators. We proposed the spherical fuzzy entropy to find the unknown weights information of the criteria. We study some of its desirable properties such as idempotency, boundary and monotonicity in detail. Finally, the detailed steps for the spherical fuzzy decision-making problems were developed, and a practical case was given to check the created approach and to illustrate its validity and superiority. Besides this, a systematic comparison analysis with other existent methods is conducted to reveal the advantages of our proposed method. The objective of this study was to create a logarithmic decision-making approach to deal with uncertainty in the form of a picture fuzzy set. Firstly, we define the logarithmic picture fuzzy number and define the basic operations. As a generalization of the sets, the picture fuzzy set provides a more profitable method to express the uncertainties in the data to deal with decision making problems. Picture fuzzy aggregation operators have a vital role in fuzzy decision-making problems. Recently, neutrosophic sets are found to be more general and useful to express incomplete, indeterminate and inconsistent information. The purpose of this paper is to introduce new aggregation operators based on logarithmic operations and to develop a multi-criteria decision-making approach to study the interaction between the input argument under the single valued neutrosophic (SVN) environment. The main advantage of the proposed operator is that it can deal with the situations of the positive interaction, negative interaction or non-interaction among the criteria, during decision-making process. In this paper, we also defined some logarithmic operational rules on SVN sets, then we propose the single valued neutrosophic hybrid aggregation operators as a tool for multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) under the neutrosophic environment and discussd some properties. Finally, the detailed decision-making steps for the single valued neutrosophic MCDM problems were developed, and a practical case was given to check the created approach and to illustrate its validity and superiority.
