- Abstract
Transcription suppressor Musculin (MSC) is enriched in pro-inflammatory Th17 and IL-22-producing ILC3s. While MSC
+/+ mice survived DSS-induced colitis, MSC-/- mice showed elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines with severer pathology, reduced body weight, and earlier death. Reversal of colitis symptoms in MSC-/- mice by IL-22 antagonism suggests the existence of MSC:IL-22 regulatory axis., (© 2021 Wiley-VCH GmbH.)- Published
