ÐÐ»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð¹ ÑаÑÑи бÑл наÑеÑÑен ÑеÑÑеж и Ñделана ÑпеÑиÑикаÑиÑ., In the first section of this work, the development of the technological process for the manufacture of the "Fork" part in the conditions of medium-batch production is described in stages, the initial blank is selected, the cutting conditions are calculated and all the necessary data for the development of a set of technologicaldocumentation is obtained. The optimal method for obtaining a workpiece was chosen as a result of a comparative analysis of the two most technologically advanced methods based on calculating the utilization factor of the material and the cost of the roughing stage of processing. In the second section, cutting tools of a complex profile were designed and calculated: a shaped cutter, a set of taps for cutting metric threads and a worm cutter for cutting cylindrical gears, and drawings were developed for each. In the third section, based on the specified operation, hydraulic vise for milling operation. Also, for the device, the calculation of the clamping mechanism was made to prevent the power drive from tearing, overturning and displacement. For each part, a drawing was drawn, and a specification was made.
