Abstract

[EN] The principal objective is to examine with semi structured interviews, the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and also the impact/effect of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and luxury on Radisson Blu hotel. The research questions are - 1. What is the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty? 2. What is the importance of luxury hotel from manager¿s point of view? The secondary objectives are - 1. To study how customer satisfaction can bring customer loyalty towards the hotel. 2. Seeking for ideas or solutions for the hotel to keep retaining customer satisfaction through its services. 3. To conduct for a semi structured interview of the managers and employees. 4. To highlight the importance of luxury from the manager points of view. 5. To describe some of the facilities and quality services provided by Radisson Blu hotel to its customers., [ES] El objetivo principal es examinar con entrevistas semi-estructuradas, la relación Entre la satisfacción del cliente y la lealtad del cliente, así como el impacto / efecto La satisfacción del cliente, la lealtad del cliente y el lujo en el hotel Radisson Blu. Las preguntas de investigación son: 1. ¿Cuál es la relación entre la satisfacción del cliente y la lealtad del cliente? 2. ¿Cuál es la importancia del hotel de lujo desde el punto de vista del gerente? Los objetivos secundarios son - 1. Estudiar cómo la satisfacción del cliente puede llevar la lealtad del cliente hacia el hotel. 2. Buscar ideas o soluciones para que el hotel mantenga la satisfacción del cliente A través de sus servicios. 3. Realizar una entrevista semi-estructurada de los directivos y empleados. 4. Para resaltar la importancia del lujo desde el punto de vista del gerente. 5. Para describir algunas de las instalaciones y servicios de calidad proporcionados por Radisson Blu hotel a sus clientes.
