The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to characterize economic, cultural and business aspects of Israel. The first chapter is devoted to the basic characteristics of Israel, specifically to geographic conditions, demographic data, history of immigration,religious gropus, state establishment and legal system, national emblems, practical information. The second chapter is aimed at economic characteristics of Israel, which includes an analysis of the basic macroeconomic indicators, foreign trade of Israel and the trade with the Czech Republic. The third chapter is devoted to the culture of Israel and its influence of the business negotiations. The fourth chapter is the result of the questionnaire survey and interviews with the representatioves of the Slovak and Czech companies.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize general information about Cuba, Cuban current economic situation and predominantly cultural and business specifics. The first chapter deals with the geographical and political position of Cuba, population, history, economic structure, main macroeconomic indicators and economic potential. The second chapter focuses on foreign trade and gives information about relationships between Cuba and the US and Cuba and the EU. The third chapter is devoted to the Cuban culture, their customs and traditions, art, the status of women and is complemented by knowledge from a Cuban student. The last chapter analyses the course and specifics of business negotiations and is supported by information from Czech and Slovak companies, which have already entered the Cuban market.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to approach the specifics of the Canadian province Québec in the field of economics, culture and business. The first chapter contains general information about this province, such as geography, history and demography. The second chapter analyzes the economic situation in Quebec, i.e. macroeconomic indicators, foreign trade and single sectors. The third chapter focuses on Québec's cultural aspects, including cultural dimensions by Geert Hofstede. The purpose of the fourth chapter is to describe a business meeting with a québec counterpart. This business meeting is then compared to a business meeting in other parts of Canada. The last chapter is practical and is divided into two parts. The first part includes an interview with a Canadian bank manager and the other one includes a survey of public awareness of Québec.

This bachelor thesis deals with the business and cultural specifics of Saudi Arabia. The main objective of my bachelor thesis is to characterize economic, cultural and business aspects of Saudi Arabia. The first chapter is devoted to the basic characteristics of Saudi Arabia, specifically to geographic conditions, demographic data, political system, legal system of the country, national emblems, membership in major international organizations and practical information. In the second chapter I deal with the economic characteristics of Saudi Arabia. It includes an analysis of the basic macroeconomic indicators and economic sectors. This part of the thesis also focuses on Saudi Arabia's foreign trade, including the trade with the Czech Republic. The third chapter is devoted to the culture of Saudi Arabia, its most significant features and business negotiations. It also includes the cultural dimensions by Geert Hofstede, the Islamic religion, the way of life and the position of women in the Arab world. The fourth chapter contains the interviews with the representatives of the Czech companies, which have already entered the Saudi Arabian market.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the business relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom and to analyse the cultural specifics of the UK. Another goal of the thesis is the analysis of the economical environment of the UK. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is focused on the basic information about the country. In the second chapter I pay attention to the British economy, including the analysis of the basic macroeconomic facts and the international trade of the country. The next chapter deals with the Czech-British business relations. When entering a foreign market it is highly important to study the cultural differences of a country and its customs during business negotiations. The knowledge of these differences brings a big advantage for those interested in a market, therefore the fourth chapter is focused on this topic. The last chapter includes the opinions of the businessmen on the Czech and British market.

The Bachelor thesis is dealing with definition and specification of cultural standards in genenal, concretely with Russian cultural standars, then. The thesis characterizes Russian business environment and Russian style of business negotiation. The analyses of the impact of Russian culture standards on business negotiation follows.

This bachelor thesis is going to mention about the development of the Vietnamese economy; a general analysis and evaluation the situation of Vietnamese business people in both domestic and foreign markets as well as how traditional culture affects their business decision making. This work will go through two main parts. The first one is theoretical, which provides not just basic information about Vietnam and its culture aspect but also some certain suggestions while communicating and doing business with Vietnamese people. During this part we are going to talk about the way how Vietnamese people think about the market; which are their favorite industries which not with the reasons behind and their motivation in doing business. The second part will be the practical part which covering the analysis of the survey research and the results received.

Habits are different in every state, therefore everyone should be well prepared, before the business begins, that any faux pas would happen. Business habits proceed from history, therefore I also mentioned it in my bachelor's thesis. Nevertheless, the trade also relates to state of economy of the land, therefore I analyzed nowadays political and economic situation in Greece. Negotiations of Greek businessmen are different from negotiations of Czech businessmen, but I did not find any crucial differences while comparing, which could prevent the Czech businessmen from concluding an agreement in Greece.

This bachelor thesis examines the business and cultural specifics of Spain and describes the connection between them. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first chapter deals with the basic information on the country, such as demography, history, politics and economics. The second part discusses culture, based on cultural dimensions by G. Hosfede it describes the Spanish culture and it compares further on the dimensional indexes for Czech Republic and Spain. The following chapter describes Spanish commercial etiquette and negotiation, and there it also studies the status of women in business. The last chapter analyses a particular case of business negotiation and explicates the outcome of questionnaire research on commercial culture among Spanish citizens.

This bachelor thesis provides information about the Philippines. There is mentioned general characteristic, as well as general characteristics of the cultural practices and their reflection in a business meeting. The thesis collects information for successful business partner and it also contains Czech-Philippine trade and diplomatic relations. The thesis is based on the foreign-language literature. The information was gained from communication with representatives of the Embassy of the Philippines and representatives of the Czech private sector. Information about culture, among other things came from personal experience.

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on cultural specifics of the Republic of Korea and subsequent application to this issue in Hyundai company. The aim of the work is to characterize the contemporary Republic of Korea with emphasis on the peculiarities and differences of its mentality, religion, political system, and especially culture. The work is divided into three parts. The first chapter describes basic information about the country, principal is the introduction of the basic cultural principles and rules of business negotiation. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of the current economy of South Korea. The last chapter is devoted to Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech and closely examines the clash of Czech and Korean cultures directly in the company; it presents the employees' opinion on the Czech -Korean cooperation as well.

Canada is very advanced economically and culturally diverse country, with a high standard of living of its people and beautiful natural wonders. At the time of globalization countries and cultures interfere in all areas of human activity, and Canada is of course a part of this process. Each enterpreneur who intends to establish a business relationship with Canadian business partner should be familiar with some cross-cultural differences in order to avoid potential conflicts and to communicate effectively with representatives of other cultures. The aim of my thesis was to gather information from available literature concerning cross-cultural differences and specifics of negotiations with the Canadians, and then analyze three specific examples of trade negotiations. The source of information for the analytical part was an in-depth interview with an executive director of a company, which cooperates with Canada. The acquired knowledge and advice can be helpful especially to traders who intend to go to Canada to negotiate with their Canadian business partners. My bachelor thesis may also serve well people who set out to Canada to study or as tourists.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to provide general information about Venezuela, to assess its current economic situationand basic macroeconomic indicators and to outline possible future economic development. Another part deals with Venezuela's membership in international organizations and cooperation with Czech Republic. At last I focused on the cultural and business differences in different styles of negotiations and I compared the results of a survey based on Hofstede's dimensions woth opinions of some Venezuelans.

This bachelor thesis should serve to its readers as an overview of american cultural differences and business meetings of the Americans. In my bachelor thesis I also analyse concrete situations, which I gained by collection of primary data.

The goal of this thesis is to analyze the environment of Egypt, to characterize the national and cultural habits and describe the business negotiation with a Czech company. Thesis is divided into several parts. First part characterizes stages of a business meeting, then generally discusses the Arab Republic of Egypt, its basic characteristics, rich culture, history and other attractions. Next section is about Islam and its influence on society. In addition to economic data, foreign trade and commercial relations with Czech Republic, is in the following section made SWOT analysis of the Egyptian environment. Cooperation of Egypt and a Czech company, important cultural specifics of business negotiations and its stages are analyzed in the last part of the thesis. Research was carried out in the company Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav on the basis of expert interviews with the employees of export department. Results were crucial for a conclusion of the impact of national and cultural specifics of Egypt on business negotiation between Czech companies and Egypt.

The aim of this thesis is not only an overview of the basic characteristics of Iceland, but also a description of Icelandic cultural habits and traits business. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter provides basic information about Iceland, describes the demographic, geographic and political characteristics of the country. The aim of the second chapter is to describe the main features of Icelandic culture and norms of social behavior. The third chapter deals with the Icelandic economy, there is an overview of basic macroeconomic indicators, foreign trade and tourism of the country. The last chapter is dedicated to business meetings, investment climate and trade cooperation with the Czech Republic.

Author's personal experience gained during long-term stay in Germany are compared with experience of renowned authors of books about intercultural communication and with results of their research. The aim of the thesis is to analyze business and cultural customs in Sudan, partly based on the available theoretical information about the country, partly and mainly based on the experience of the experts from praxis. The first part of the thesis describes socioeconomic, political, historical and natural background of the country, the second part concerns typical cultural specifics of Sudan, the third part is fully based on information gained by my own research, i.e. analysis of business dealings and its customs according to the experience of Czech companies dealing with Sudanese business partners. The conclusion is devoted to his own research, which summarizes the opinions and views of each other Russians and the Czechs themselves.

The first part gives a brief summary of geographic and demographic characteristics of the country and basic information about its history. The thesis deals with economic situation and environment as well as with the problematic of the foreign investors entering the Kuwaiti market. It should give the reader a general idea about what the structure of the australian economy is like, how the taxation system works and what some investment possibilities on the australian continent are.

The aim of the thesis is to explain the existence of cultural differences between the Czech Republic and Finland and its possible influence on mutual business cooperation, especially on the process of business negotiations. The two countries are compared on the basis of cultural dimensions by Geert Hofstede and on the basis of research that results from the interviews with native Finns living in the Czech Republic.
