Abstract

In the article, the authors discuss the effectiveness of tofacitinib as treatment of antisynthesase syndrome (aSyS)-related rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) by presenting the case of a 55-year-old man who was presented due to fever and arthritis. Also cited are the symptoms of aSyS like fever, inflammatory myopathy and arthritis, and his diagnosis of new-onset aSYS.
