Sustainable construction is the utilization of eco-accommodating, eco-friendly and resources proficient development process for minimizing the environmental impact of a construction all through its lifetime. Based on the World Globalization Drive, the sustainable construction progress in worked on essentially at global level. Sustainable construction is acting as one of the main issues that had been dare by the local construction industry while implementing into one of the local construction projects. Certainly, compared with the conventional construction, sustainable construction will bring more challenges toward the project team. This study further describing on the barriers factors to implementing sustainable construction can further leading to crystal clear on the direction of the implementation should move forward. The systematic literature review has been used for this study with across 71 index journals as references. There are eight main challenger's factors has been identified which this may further enhance an existing knowledge to later appreciated by parties who involve in construction project.
