The photoelectric properties and bulk photovoltaic effect were observed in ferroelectric polyvinylidene fluoride with trifluoroethylene doped with carbon nanotubes and dye on the ground of ruthenium, which are spectral sensitizers to laser beam 532 nm. The efficiency of conversion of light energy into electricity is low and amounts to 0.02% for the composite with carbon nanotubes.
