Coal and gas outburst is a very complex phenomenon of dynamic disaster in coal mine, where exists a complex non-linear mapping relationship which could not be described with functions between outburst risk and its influential factors. In this paper, from operator theory, the choice of initial parameters is optimised, and genetic algorithm is improved. Mathematical model of coal and gas outburst risk prediction is established, and the improved genetic algorithm was applied to the risk prediction model.

Circular regulation is an important law of bionomics. Simulated annealing genetic algorithm is an effective method of improving genetic algorithm. Combining circular strategy with simulated annealing genetic algorithm efficiently, a novel simulated annealing genetic algorithm applying circular strategy is proposed. And it is justified according to schema evolution analysis and convergence analysis. It can not only assure the capability of global convergence, but also accelerate the evolution of colony and acquire the satisfactory global optimal solution.

In recent years, image fusion has become a hotspot of image processing. This paper presents a multi-focus image fusion method based on Nonsubsampled Contourlet transform. Firstly, taking Nonsubsampled Contourlet transform for two pairs of source images respectively to get a low-frequency sub-band and a number of high-frequency sub-band direction, and then taking fusion rules of the mean energy of direction contrast and local entropy for high-low-frequency sub-band respectively to select the corresponding coefficient. Finally, fuseing image obtained through the inverse transform. The proposed method, discrete wavelet transform, atrous wavelet transform and a simple method of nonsubsampled contourlet transform are compared in this experiment. The results show that fusion of the proposed method is the best of all.

This paper sets up a comprehensive assessment system model for university teachers,which includes three sides such as knowledge skill and quality and fourteen indicators,Then the weight coefficients of indexes are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and outstanding the emphesis on assessment of university teachers.So it provides a good refrence to to assess university teachers comprehensively.
