The progress of the library automation system (Library Management System) in the library has now been carried out, especially during a pandemic that requires maintaining distance and face-to-face contact. Starting from that thought, the UNISMA community service team is interested in holding library NGO (Library Management System) training activities Web-based BJ School. This BJ Scholl library website serves to present various information on books, journals and magazines, history and school vision and mission, member data, online book lending and book return data. Apart from the web, it also displays a link feature with several online libraries from several agencies. The training was carried out offline for 1 day and continued with online discussions. The training begins with the introduction of several topics about the website, followed by downloading and installation. Prior to the training, 100% of the participants had never created a website, either with wordpress or with other applications. And after the training, 60% of the participants have been able to apply website creation for their library. Some of the participants were constrained by a slow network and computer damage, so they were late in following the material given. All participants stated that this training was very useful.

Workers who can control electric motors are currently needed. Therefore, knowledge about controlling electric motors should be taught in vocational high schools. Installation and control of electric motors in the industry are generally used in various devices related to the production process such as controlling the motor driving conveyor belts, controlling pumps on factory pipes, and controlling freight elevators. The problem that arises is the lack of knowledge about electric motor control in vocational school teachers and insufficient facilities for the learning process of electric motor control. Also, Vocational High School (SMK) has not been able to change the old learning patterns to the new learning patterns required in the 2013 curriculum. One of the changes in the curriculum is a change from teacher-centered learning to student-centered learning. In this service program, learning the installation and control of electric motors in the simulator of elevators was developed using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach for students of SMKN 1 Cipatat. The first step in implementing this program is to study the curriculum and syllabus applied to the two partner vocational schools, then design a learning process for the installation and control of electric motors using the PBL method. The PBL method was chosen because this method can simultaneously be used to increase students' soft skills such as the ability to innovate, discipline, and the ability to convey ideas both in writing and orally. Besides, the PBL method can also support changes to learning patterns as required in the 2013 curriculum.

Indoor localization is one of the more accurate technologies to be used to determine indoors or buildings. Pedestrian Dead Reckoning (PDR) is a method of determining the user's position by adding a method that occurs to a known initial position. The displacement that occurs is estimated with the help of an accelerometer sensor attached to the user as a step detector and to determine the direction towards the user using a gyroscope sensor. System testing is carried out in the Institut Teknologi Sumatera’s campus environment on the 2nd floor of Building C and D. The results from the detection of steps get an error rate of 1.13% using a threshold of 0.8.

This creates greater public demand for information on education and encourages Educational Institutions including the Harapan Bersama Tegal Polytechnic to use it as an information media and to register prospective new students based on Android. This study takes the theme "Improving Android-Based PMB Services at the Polytechnic of Harapan Bersama Tegal" with the aim of assisting new students in registering using the SmatPhone device and to assist the Polytechnic of Hope together in processing registration data. This application is a development of an application that was previously still using the Web, then developed into an Android-Based PMB Application by developing using the MIT Ai2 programming that can run on the Android operating system

Computerization of society has substantially improved the ability to generate and collect data from a variety of sources. A large amount of data has flooded almost every aspect of people's lives. AMIK HASS Bandung has an Informatic Management Study Program consisting of three areas of concentration that can be selected by students in the fourth semester including Computerized Accounting, Computer Administration, and Multimedia. The determination of concentration selection should be precise based on past data, so the academic section must have a pattern or rule to predict concentration selection. In this work, the data mining techniques were using Naive Bayes and Decision Tree J48 using WEKA tools. The data set used in this study was 111 with a split test percentage mode of 75% used as training data as the model formation and 25% as test data to be tested against both models that had been established. The highest accuracy result obtained on Naive Bayes which is obtaining a 71.4% score consisting of 20 instances that were properly clarified from 28 training data. While Decision Tree J48 has a lower accuracy of 64.3% consisting of 18 instances that are properly clarified from 28 training data. In Decision Tree J48 there are 4 patterns or rules formed to determine concentration selection so that the academic section can assist students in determining concentration selection.

The digital era very grows up with the increasing using of smartphone and many organization or companies was implemented of a system to support their business. That is who will increase the volume of usage and dissemination of data, neither through open nor closed internet networks. Because there is the need to process large data and how to get it from different store resource, so requirement strategy to process the data according to the rule of good, effective and efficient in activity data cleansing until the data set can be use as mature and very useful information for their business purpose. By using the R languaged who can process large data and has data complexity for the data loaded from different storage resource can be done as well as. To using R languaged maximally, so we have to a basic skill that needed to process the data set which will be used to be data scient for organizations or companies by good data cleansing techniques. In this research on Data Cleansing Strategies on data set owned by organizations,will describe the correct step by step to obtaining data that very useful to be uses as data science for organization so by the data that generated after the data cleansing process is very meaningful and useful for making decisions, other than that this research give basic overview and guide to the beginner all data scientists by doing data cleansing in the way stages and also provides a way to analyze from the result of execution some functions used.

Construction projects need to be effectively managed to prevent conflicts and problems between the constructor, users, and the environment, and this requires considering the principles of eco-friendliness, especially for housing projects. This study was, therefore, conducted to set priorities to improve the performance of housing construction project management using the green building principle initiated in 2013 as a benchmark for the Greenship assessment for new buildings by the Green Building Council of Indonesia. The Importance Performance Analysis was applied to measure the level of user interest and satisfaction on the performance of constructors in constructing housing projects. The results showed technical factors of construction management are dominant in evaluating constructor’s performance. The users expect their houses to be constructed on time according to planned and agreed schedules. Moreover, the factors associated with green building-based performance include reusable and recyclable building materials (mean score of satisfaction level = 3.682 and interest level = 3.882), availability of facilities for people with disabilities (mean score of satisfaction level = 3.420 and interest level = 3.874), eco-friendly materials and construction (mean score of satisfaction level = 3.634 and interest level = 3.840), friendly design and materials for people with disabilities, infants, seniors, and pregnant women (mean score of satisfaction level = 3.704 and interest level = 3.832), and the use of solar energy (mean score of satisfaction level = 3.688 and interest level = 3.825). This, therefore, means the green building is considered important by the users during the construction and implementation processes.

PurposeSafety is one of the most crucial factors in transportation due to so many factors, including human-error, that might result in various small to fatal accidents. This is why lane keeping assist (LKA) is an important system that needs to be developed. LKA will prevent the vehicle from moving to another lane because the driver is negligent to maintain the direction of the vehicle.Design/methodology/approachIn this study, LKA works using camera and ultrasonic sensors. The data coming from these two types of sensors are then fused to determine how should the car reacts to some certain situation so that it stays on the lane. The sensor fusion method was used to further ensure the car's safety.FindingsThe results of the hardware simulation show that LKA can successfully avoid the car from getting off the lane with safety index of 95% for high-speed mode and 100% for medium and low-speed mode; meanwhile on the use of ultrasonic sensor, the speed of the car is adjusted to the distance of the car's side disturbance.Originality/valueThis research has succeeded in simulating a sensor fusion–based LKA system.

The purpose of this study is to develop iSpring software aided interactive learning against student retention on the concept of calculus II. This type of research is RnD research. The development procedure, will be divided into 4 parts, namely preliminary analysis, implementation and preparation of learning media, validation and revision, and small-scale trials (limited). The sampling technique that I use is to use simple random sampling. The results show that there is a positive influence, student retention on student learning achievement in learning calculus II.

Rumah Sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat. Rumah Sakit mempunyai beberapa Sumber daya dari suatu fasilitas kesehatan seperti, perawat, dokter dan peralatan medis harus tersedia selama 24 jam sehari dalam satu minggu. Bagi perawat panjangnya jam kerja dapat berdampak buruk pada pelayanan kesehatan dan kualitas kerja, oleh sebab itu penjadwalan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan membatu perawatan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan kualitas kerja. Penjadwalan ini diharapkan dapat membatu kepala ruang untuk mendapatkan jadwal dengan beban jam kerja lebih efektif untuk setiap perawat serta memenuhi batasan - batasan penjadwalan yang ada . Constraint Programing (CP) merupakan pendekatan perhitungan atau komputasi matematis atas masalah - masalah yang berkaitan dengan batasan – batasan dari variabel – variabel, dengan tujuan mencari solusi yang memenuhi batasan – batasan tersebut. Setelah melakukan evaluasi terhadap penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan algoritma Constraint Satisfaction untuk pembuatan jadwal shift perawat ini dinilai cukup efektif. Keberhasilan dalam penjadwalan ini mencapai 99.2% dan 94%. Electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) is a battery charging system for electric vehicles (EVs). EVSE must be designed to refer to the applicable standards to ensure security and interoperability with various types of EV. This paper explains the design of EVSE for mode 3 AC charging station (CS) based on International standard IEC 61851-1. The design follows the safety requirements on IEC 61851-1, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and residual current devices to protect persons against electric shocks. Moreover, the charge controller manages the functionality of the devices and their communication so that energy transfers safely. The EVSE is equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) using Raspberry Pi as the central processor to communicate between CS and EV users. The open charge point protocol (OCPP) is installed for communication between CS and the back-end system; thus, CS can be monitored and managed from the central system. The design is implemented for a 22 kW 3-phase AC EVSE and its testing result demonstrated a successful charging process to the commercial EV, Mitsubishi i-MiEV.

In general, the use of IoT (Internet of Things) is still not felt, one of which is the use of IoT which can be used as a file server or storage media. Therefore, we need a storage media that is cheap, simple, efficient, does not require a large space and requires relatively fast time in designing and configuring storage media. To overcome the above problems how to build, design, create, process and utilize unused goods around so that they can become useful goods and don’t require excessive costs so as to create a service that can be used and developed in a sustainable manner. After receiving information that there is a computer that is cheap, simple, and without taking up a lot of space called the Raspberry Pi. From the background of the problem above, using the Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) architecture based on System on Chip (SoC), using Linux Open Media Vault.

Integrated Service Post is a form of Community Based Effort implemented by, from and with the community, to empower and provide benefits for the community to provide health services for mothers, infants and toddlers. In the implementation of posyandu activities is still manual often posyandu officers about difficulties in terms of data recording and reporting data such as data posyandu patients are missing, unreadable, not written and not running properly. In this research, the application of integrated posyandu application with technology of field-based (NFC) android-based communication. Utilization of NFC technology allows to e-ktp with the data collection process can be done quickly and precisely. Posyandu application based on this android will also facilitate the officers in doing data recording just by using android smartphone posyandu officers which in addition this application can also be part of the smart city support application Depok.

Knowledge is an important asset that is easily lost. This loss process has a significant impact on plantation research organizations whose research takes a long time. This research aimed to develop an ontology model for recording knowledge about oil palm varieties. In order to save knowledge, in this research nine oil palm varieties were modeled into ontology using the Web Ontology Language (OWL). Any information in oil palm varieties can be sorted and grouped into classes, object properties, data properties, or data expressions. The relationship between data in oil palm varieties can be well represented using ontology. Based on the results from HermiT reasoners, the ontologies with 43 classes are consistent. Information in the ontology of oil palm varieties can be easily rediscovered using the description logic query (DL-Query). The model produced from this research can be used as an initial model in designing knowledge management systems and ontology-based oil palm expert systems.Keywords: ontology, OWL, oil palm seed, knowledge management

3D technology has widely used as a learning media in education, including benefits for students' knowledge, so it is useful to complement learning techniques in the medical field. Mobile Augmented Reality (MAR) presents a dynamic way for users to interact with computers and digital information. However, the topic of mobile augmented reality for media learning anatomy is still lacking because the current study still focuses on developing and using it as a learning tool. So, there is a need to observe impressions of user experience using MAR. This study aims to observe the impression user experience to augmented reality-based learning media designed to support learning cranium anatomy. This study uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to observe user experience. The experiment process includes 33 international program medical students first year at Gadjah Mada University. The results of this study indicate that the highest aspect in the student's impressions is perspicuity with a value of 0.974, dependability of 0.886, and novelty of 0.894 for using cranium anatomy learning media-based MAR. The value obtained for each scale is said to be positive if it is greater than 0.8. In comparison, the attractiveness value received the lowest scale average value with a value of 0.788. Users of Media Learning for cranium anatomy based on MAR welcomed the existence of such technology.

Malaria is a disease caused by the Plasmodium falciparum parasite carried by female Anopheles mosquitoes. This disease is still a severe threat in eastern Indonesia which is an endemic area of Malaria. A data-driven computer-aided diagnostic approach can be an innovative solution. From the experiment results using the Pre-trained Deep Convolutional Neural Network algorithm that was trained with the transfer learning method, the GoogLeNet model was able to achieve a detection accuracy of 93.89%. In comparison, the ShuffleNet V2 model gained 95.20% accuracy with training times three times faster than GoogLeNet.

This research is a type of research and development which focuses on developing teaching materials for Basic Algebra courses which aim to improve understanding of mathematical concepts. Broadly speaking, the development model used in this study consists of 3 stages, namely the preliminary, development and evaluation stages. In the preliminary stage, the researcher conducted a literature study and analysis of course descriptions and identified teaching materials for Basic Algebra courses. The teaching materials developed are tested for validity, practicality and effectiveness. From the results of the module validation analysis, it was obtained 84.25 with good categories. The small scale trial obtained 38.7 with good category. The results of the analysis of the practicality of teaching materials during four meetings obtained an average score of 25.25 from the ideal score of 30 or 84.17 in the very good category. The result of the analysis of the effectiveness of the average score of the teaching profile of the lecturers using basic algebra teaching materials based on the maple-assisted scientific approach is 50.25 from the ideal score of 56 or 89.73% with the very good category. The average score of the learning activity profile of students who use basic algebra teaching materials based on the maple-assisted scientific approach is 44.5 from the ideal score of 52 or 85.58% in the very good category. From the analysis of the results of the test for understanding mathematical concepts, the total average is 0.58 with the moderate category, which can be concluded that the teaching materials for basic algebra courses with a scientific approach

This paper describes several techniques to create new pure sinusoidal output generation for the current-source inverter (CSI) by incorporating state-of-the-art single-phase multilevel CSIs with linear power amplifiers. The successful key of this hybridization is the superimposition procedure, where the staircase multilevel current is superimposed by the linear compensating current to produce a pure sinusoidal current. The procedure is implemented in DC and AC compensation techniques. By using these strategies, nine new hybrid multilevel CSIs are obtained. One of the new hybrid configurations with DC compensation is tested in the experimental validation to demonstrate the proper operations of the proposed techniques.

One problem that is often faced in health data sets is a high level of imbalance. Imbalanced data can mean that the data used in machine learning has an unbalanced data distribution between different classes. One of the data is Alzheimer’s disease data. The data used are Dataset containing 6400 images of brain magnetic resonance imaging that is indicated as having Alzheimer’s disease or not. This study used Deep Learning Architecture to classify brains affected by Alzheimer’s disease and healthy brains. We produced a trained and predictive model using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), where the data had previously gone through the oversampling stage due to an imbalance in the data distribution. From the evaluation metric table provided in this study, the highest accuracy for detecting Alzheimer’s disease was obtained by ResNetl8 with an accuracy of 60.67%. Still, the shortest training time was obtained by ShuffleNet V2 with 624.4 seconds using non-oversampled. While the results obtained by using oversampled, ShuffleNet V2 provide 60.75% accuracy with the fastest training time of 1478.6 seconds. The special CNN model that the author proposes gets an accuracy of 50% using non-oversampled and 55.27% accuracy using oversampled.

Artificial intelligence applications are now highly developed, where hardware is given the ability to think and act like humans. One method for building artificial intelligence applications is artificial neural networks (ANN). ANN is currently highly developed in areas of application that start as diverse as classification, prediction, games, robots, IoT, object/sound recognition, and so on. Unlike the human brain, which is designed to solve many problems, ANN can only solve a specific problem. To make ANN intelligent, learning methods are needed to train ANN to be able to solve certain problems with a good degree of accuracy. There are 3 learning methods commonly used to make ANN intelligent, are perceptron, backpropagation, and extreme learning method. Perceptron is the simplest learning method for the simplest ANN structure. Backpropagation was found to answer the weaknesses of perceptron which cannot solve nonlinear problems. And finally ELM exists to overcome the problem of long computational time in perceptron and backpropagation learning. This research will conduct an analysis of the three ANN learning methods using several problems. Problems used include AND logic, OR logic, XOR logic, iris datasets and MNIST digit handwritten digits. Because the ANN learning method is based on random parameters, each case will be trained 10 times for each method. After testing it is concluded that ELM has a very good speed with a pretty good degree of accuracy.

Decision Tree in Data Mining frequently used to learn the pattern by interpreting data. A hierarchy of tree model in Decision Tree as data visualization which often used makes fully load space. Another option in using model is Phytagoras Tree. Pythagoras Tree in this study is the basic concept of Pythagorean Theorem that used by a binary hierarchy with a fractal technique which the shape using the square as branches enclose a right triangle. A fractal of Pythagoras Tree is the dataset which split the subsets into trunks and leaves. Construct a fractal of Pythagoras Tree depends on the angle θ for build branches followed by square area. Pythagoras Tree model is an easy way to understanding the dataset based on the size of the square. The smaller the size, the fewer instances in the rectangle. Also, data associations easily traced when filled with color.

The technology of internet nowadays has become most important aspect and becomes primary need for certain group of peoples who work in some field like education,economy,health,etc. One of the biggest problem which mostly brought by so many people is speed in data transfer. This paper emphasize in directly testing the quality of data transmission from each transmission technology. The equipment used by this paper is ZTE Join Air help, the simcard provided by Telkomsel,XL, and indosat, while CDMA technology used simcard provided by smartfren and esia and modem provided by Smartfren which its series is EC176-2. The parameters used for testing in this paper are throughput, time, jitter dan packet loss. this paper used data gathering method, for each operator and the testing used by this paper is downloading some files from local and non local server, then comparing parameter value between operators.

Business competition in the automotive world is increasingly hypercompetitive. According to the Motor Vehicle Industry Association, annual purchase of motor vehicles has increased the share of automotive business. However, this increasingly open business condition has not been followed by positive impacts on the corporate profits of PT. XYZ in a span of 5 years. This study measured the performance of the supply chain in PT. XYZ using SCOR model approach. The weighting was calculated using fuzzy AHP and performance assessment matrix. The improved supply chain performance was formulated with the method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The measurement results show that the performance of supply chain in PT. XYZ is in the Good category (76%), the effectiveness performance with a value of 85% is in Good category while the efficiency performance is in Average category (68%). Supply chain improvement strategy was formulated with 3 tools: campaign quality, shop floor management, and cost control. Keywords: performance appraisal, SCOR, FGD, Fuzzy AHP

This paper proposes a novel single-phase current-source inverter that generates a pure sinusoidal waveform with minimized switching losses and using a small-size output filter capacitor. The proposed method is investigated by incorporating a conventional multilevel current-source inverter with a linear amplifier. The conventional multilevel technique uses fundamental switching frequency instead of using high-switching frequency modulation for the H-bridge circuit. The linear amplifier such as class-A or class-D types has a function to reform the staircase waveform generated by the multilevel inverter into a pure sinusoidal by using superimposition technique. As a result, pure sinusoidal output current is generated with a small ripple and the system only requires a small output filter capacitor for smoothing the waveform. Based on the simulation and experimental results, the proposed system presents not only the optimal configuration, but also an option as to whether to obtain excellent power efficiency or very low output harmonic. Implications of the results and future research directions are also presented.

This paper discusses the use of camera sensor on Lane Keeping Assist (LKA). LKA is a subsystem of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) that functions to keep vehicles from getting off the lane, especially on toll road. The data from camera sensor is used as input data of fuzzy logic controller processed on a microcontroller which outputs the decision of the movement of the experimental car’s motor to keep it on the lane. The result of the experiment shows that LKA can successfully avoid the car from getting off the lane with safety index of 95% for High Speed Mode and 100% for Medium and Low Speed Mode.

A novel technique which is able to generate a pure sinusoidal output current waveform for the single-phase current-source inverter is proposed in this paper. The proposed technique incorporates a staircase multilevel current waveform generator and a class-D amplifier-based linear compensating current waveform generator. This linear compensating current is superimposed onto the staircase current waveform in order to reform the output current to a pure sinusoidal waveform. All generated dc link currents are maintained by sensing the load voltage. Therefore, regardless of the load condition, the output current waveform is always constructed on the same number of levels. As a result, the proposed system has efficiency up to 90% and less than 2% output total harmonic distortion without using large output capacitor filter according to computer simulation.

Technological developments have brought convenience to human life. Many things can be done today to solve human problems more efficiently without spending a lot of money, time, and energy. One of these technological developments can be found in agriculture. An automatic tool project based on the Arduino nano microcontroller will monitor hydroponic plants, assisted by sensors to detect water level, the temperature around the plant will be detected by a sensor DHT-22, the level of light intensity using the sensor BH1750 water level and room temperature will be displayed on nextion 3.5” as a human-machine interface. The purpose of designing this tool is to realize an automatic hydroponic system with LED light as a substitute for sunlight, a pH sensor to read the acidity level of a solution for plants, a ppm sensor to see the viscosity level of a solution for plants, and several motors to provide nutrition in a proper manner automatic and also to maintain water circulation, here is also provided a human machine interface to see the condition of the plant along with planting media and solutions. Based on the value of the test results, the entire hydroponic system is able to work well, all values that affect hydroponic plants are always in their proper condition. The temperature in this hydroponic environment is continuously monitored by using the DHT-22 sensor which aims to get a temperature that is always as stable as from a temperature range of 27°C to 35°C, the expected pH is in the range of 6.5 to 7.4, and the ppm required for hydroponic plants is ranging from 1050 ppm to 1400 ppm.

Smart Home is a technology that can make it easier for users to manage comfort and safety at home so they can control the equipment used, homeowners can open the gate automatically and check the temperature and humidity of the existing room at home. Sometimes homeowners forget to turn off or turn on the equipment used, and forget to close the gate again when no one is at home. From the above problems made a tool that can be used as a remote home appliance controller or can also be called smart home. This tool uses the ESP8266 wifi module as the main device and sensor control that is connected to the Telegram Application to give commands to the ESP8266 wifi module so that it can control the equipment used and is at home.

The short story "Gerimis yang Sederhana" by Eka Kurniawan is an interesting literary work to be studied, through hegemony and structuration approaches. This short story presents a psychological impact (trauma) after the violence that occurred in the Chinese community in 1998, especially for victims of 1998 who chose to stay abroad. In the context of ideology, there are four ideologies in this short story, namely: the ideology of tyranny, humanism, conservatives, and liberalism. Tyrannical and conservative ideologies became the dominant group. The ideology of liberalism becomes ideological negotiation. The ideology of liberalism also reflects the author's ideology. Regarding the application of the structuration theory, Eka Kurniawan responded to the condition of the victims of 1998, who were still traumatized. This condition has an impact on their lack of participation in public spaces. The ideology of liberalism is expected to encourage that. As a result, five years later there was a deputy governor (subsequently governor) who was directly elected by the people to lead Jakarta from the Chinese community. The house is the most valuable asset, therefore security at home is also very important. Therefore a home security system is created that combines a microcontroller with an Android smartphone application. The microcontroller used is the Raspberry Pi which is equipped with a camera as a home security monitoring system and various sensors as detectors such as magnetic, PIR sensors and solenoids as automatic door locks. So if the sensors that are installed detect something at home, then the homeowner will immediately get a notification sent by the database to the smartphone application, and the homeowner can monitor the state of the house right then through photos and videos recorded by cameras that have been installed at home.

The autonomous cooperative driving system described in this study uses vehicle-to-vehicle communication to assign priority to the car to cross an unsignalized intersection. The system was tested through a simulation using two mobile robots and a miniature intersection. Each mobile robot was equipped with a distance sensor and a speed sensor. The distance sensor was used to determine the distance between the mobile robot and the intersection and simulate the GPS device in a real vehicle. The output from the distance and speed sensors are exchanged via radio frequency communication and used as inputs for the decision-making section. The decision tree method in the decision-making section determines which mobile robot is given priority to cross the intersection based on distance, speed and traffic rules. Simulation results from four scenarios show that two vehicles can communicate and cooperate so that collisions at intersections can be avoided.

Conventional presence system have many limitation, in between difficulties in recording data that can have impact on the controlling from lecturer. In the other conventional presence systems are often fraudulent. This research purpose to design and developing electronic presence system in class room that are effective and efficient. In this research we are use biometric fingerprint sensor. There are several stages in this research. The first stage is the needs analysis to explore data and information and then formulate solutions to existing problems. The second stage is system design which includes system architecture design, system workflow design, data flow design, and database design. The third stage is the implementation of the system using programming languages and database software that is applied to microcomputers. The fourth stage is testing the system using black box testing. The last stage of this system development research is evaluation. This research took a case study at the Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA).

WhatsApp is a social networking app that serves as a communication medium. According to the Online Audience Measurement Standards named comScore, in 2017, WhatsApp application users in Indonesia amounted to 35.8 million people. As the most popular mobile application with the most users in the country, in this research the authors chose Whatsapp as a communication medium that will be integrated into one application of Internet of Things (IoT), that is Smart Garage. Smart Garage is a combination of information technology and computing technology that is applied to a house by relying on efficiency and device automation. The results of this research shows that it is better to use mobile data networks than using the wireless networks. The maximum delay when using mobile data is 7.5 s and 7.7 s when using wireless networks. The research using WhatsApp application still rare especially in the field of IoT.

Doctors usually require patients' medical records before medical examinations. Nevertheless, obtaining such records may take time. Hence, Near Field Communication (NFC) could be used to store and send medical records between doctors and patients. Another issue is that there could be a threat such as, Man In The Middle Attack and eavesdropping, thus, a security method is required to secure the data. Furthermore, the information regarding the key and initialisation vector in NFC cannot be sent using one data package, hence, the data transmission should be done several times. Therefore, the initialisation vector that changed in each transmission is implemented, and the key utilised is based on the component agreed by both parties. This study aims at applying the cryptography process that does disturb and hinder the speed of data transmission. The result demonstrated that the data transmitted could be secured and the encryption process did not hinder data exchange. Also, different number of characters in plaintexts required different amount of time for encryption and decryption. It could be affected by the specifications of the devices used and the processes happening in the devices.

Internet-based electronic medical records have dependencies on the availability of internet access and server services. In most areas of the world it is a problem because the average level of internet service availability is low. Required technology that enables the exchange of data offline but still secure and at certain times the data can be synchronized with the data on the server using internet. Near Field Communication (NFC) technology enabled mobile phones to store important data with secure and reliable. The data can be sent to another phone equipped with NFC or read by NFC reader without internet. Through special applications the data can also be added, subtracted, or modified. In this research has been developed medical record system based on Near Field Communication (NFC). NFC-based electronic medical record (EMR) is expected to replace conventional medical records and improve the function of internet-based EMR. The advantage of NFC-based EMR is that it takes less time in usage, is not dependent on internet access, and the ease of delivering EMR to those in need.

The research intends to create an application which is able to analyse sales data in a motorcycle company to predict the types of spare parts which should be stocked. This prediction is crucial since problems are often encountered while restocking. For instance, when there have been some imprecisions occurring in deciding regarding the types of spare parts to restock, the spare parts accumulate. It can cause inefficiency in terms of storage, the products quality deteriorates due to having been stored for too long, and sometimes the best-selling products are not available in the warehouse. This application is developed with Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method which has a high accuracy in predicting future occurrences. This method works by calculating the probability value in each attribute class and determining the optimal probability value. From the test results, 4500 training data with 200 sample test data has 90% similarity with the results of the restock decision without application. For 500 test data, the similarity was 96%. It is proven that this method has a high accuracy so that it can help the decision makers solved the company problem in predicting the types of motorcycle parts to be restocked.

The library strives to maintain and improve efficiency and effectiveness in teaching and learning. Currently there are still many library services that use manual methods. Computerized service systems are able to streamline library services, so transactions such as searching, borrowing, returning and managing data can be done quickly and accurately. In this research, a website-based library service system is integrated with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a library visitor identity card which can also be used when borrowing and returning books, and Quick Response Code (QR Code) is used as book identification. In this application the admin can process data, register books and members, borrow and return books, and view transaction reports. This application also provides e-mail notifications to resolve problems such as late returns to the loss of borrowed books. The notification automatically sends a message to the user to return the book on the last day of the loan. The existence of a service system in this website-based library application makes it easier for administrators in managing data, improving library services, and email notifications helps to remind the day of returning books.

Solar energy is now a very important means of renewable energy resources. With sun tracking, it is more effective to produce more energy because solar panels can maintain a profile perpendicular to sunlight. Although the initial cost of setting up a tracking system is quite high, there are cheaper options that have been proposed from time to time. Light Dependent Resistors (LDRs) are used to detect sunlight. The solar panel is positioned where it can receive maximum light. Compared to other motors, servo motors are able to maintain torque at high speed. The tracker is in the form of a double or single axis. Dual trackers are more efficient because they track sunlight from both axes. This project is designed for low power and portable applications. Therefore, it is suitable for use in rural areas. In addition, the effectiveness of the output power collected by sunlight increases.

In the world of transportation, weigh bridges have important funding for freight transport fleets, one of which is trucks. The higher the distribution of goods that occur, the more trucks that exceed the maximum load circulate on the highway.. Control of truck load control at weigh bridges is still not optimal because it is still recording cargo manually. As a result, traffic jams and illegal collections often occur around weigh stations. From the above problems, a tool that can automatically load RFID-based trucks using a load cell sensor is made, the process of paying truck loads that exceeds the maximum load using E-Money and the weighing data of trucks will be sent directly to government stakeholders using the Internet method of Things (IoT) in order to make it easier for officers at weigh stations to do work. This weighing device uses a Raspberry pi microcontroller as a sensor controller and RFID as a truck detector.

This app will only be devoted to Android-based smartphones. The creation of this app uses Android Studio with Java as its main programming language. The application also uses the PHP Framework and MySQL databases with servers that are online. With this application, prospective Jeti can Kokoro about accurate travel related from the time, route, village TARIFF i.e. make a reservation and payment can be made in a grip anytime and anywhere.

Gesture recognition technology can be applied in a variety of plans. In this study, a simple hand gesture recognition has been applied to a mobile robot to make it easier for someone to operate. The mobile robot uses differential drive and it is equipped with a Wi-Fi device. The simple hand gesture sensor used in this study is ZX sensor. The sensor outputs are then processed by fuzzy logic control. The use of fuzzy logic in controlling robots makes changes in wheel speed when turning smooth. The response time of the wheel when turning based on testing is around 2-4 seconds with fuzzy logic control and less than 1 second with on-off control.

Based on the GLOBE model global dynamic computable general equilibrium model (to describe functioning and interaction of the Customs Union (CU) of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia with Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, the European Union and the rest of the world) is developed and calibrated. The calibrated model is tested for the possibility of practical application and on its base the possibility of optimal economic policy both within the CU and within functioning and interaction of the CU, the EU, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and the rest of the world is assessed using methods of the parametric control theory.

This paper is devoted to the numerical investigation of the availability improvement method at cloud service systems. It was also proved that using proposed approach and algorithm promotes us to determine structural-topological changes operatively in dynamics. It allows improving workload balancing in the servicing nodes, avoiding the proximity of workflows and components of complex services to structural irregularities. The whole spatial workflow distribution on the servicing network is optimized and smoothed in accordance with operatively determined workload and structural features. Cloud system service node's availability is improved. Prospective usage of proposed algorithm is looking effectively within distance-vector routing protocols (such as BGP) and, in particular at hyperbolic virtual coordinates mapping, where hyper-aggregation of the flows on the edges of Poincare disk's [6] irregularities is observed.

In Distributed Control System (DCS), multitasking management has been important issues continuously researched and developed. In this paper, DCS was applied in global temperature control system by coordinating three Local Control Units (LCUs). To design LCU’s controller parameters, both analytical and experimental method were employed. In analytical method, the plants were firstly identified to get their transfer functions which were then used to derive control parameters based on desired response qualities. The experimental method (Ziegler-Nichols) was also applied due to practicable reason in real industrial plant (less mathematical analysis). To manage set-points distributed to all LCUs, master controller was subsequently designed based on zone of both error and set-point of global temperature controller. Confirmation experiments showed that when using control parameters from analytical method, the global temperature response could successfully follow the distributed set-points with 0% overshoot, 193.92 second rise time, and 266.88 second settling time. While using control parameters from experimental method, it could also follow the distributed set-points with presence of overshoot (16.9%), but has less rise time and settling time (111.36 and 138.72 second). In this research, the overshoot could be successfully decreased from 16.9 to 9.39 % by changing master control rule. This proposed method can be potentially applied in real industrial plant due to its simplicity in master control algorithm and presence of PID controller which has been generally included in today industrial equipments.
