Large amount of oceanic data have been acquired over Indonesian waters by various institutions over the years. These collections are normally stored in the multiple institutions' archives, resulting in scattered storages. Indonesian National Oceanographic Data Center (InaNODC) aims to integrate these data collections using a portal that enables integrated access that allows data exchange between different formats for interoperability. InaNODC integrates data collections from Konsorsium Riset Samudera (KRS) - a collection of government institutions that conduct ocean research and operate research vessels. In this paper, we present the flow process of accessing data collection using CTD data from the Arafura Sea as an example of one of the data types stored in InaNODC. This shows the capability of InaNODC to do a query, extract, and display the intended data. In the future, InaNODC is designed to be a part of IODE-UNESCO as one of the oceanographic and marine data centers in compliance with international standards.

Computer system architecture is one of the subjects that must be taken in the informatics engineering study program. In the study program the graduation of each student in the course is one of the important aspects that must be evaluated every semester. Graduation for each student / I in the course is an illustration that the learning process delivered is going well and also the material presented by the lecturer in charge of the course can be digested by students. Graduation of each student in the course can be predicted based on the habit pattern of the students. Data mining is an alternative process that can be done to find out habit patterns based on the data that has been collected. Data mining itself is an extraction process on a collection of data that produces valuable information for companies, agencies or organizations that can be used in the decision-making process. Prediction of graduation with data mining can be solved by classifying the data set. The C5.0 algorithm is an improvement algorithm from the C4.5 algorithm where the process is almost the same, only the C5.0 algorithm has advantages over the previous algorithm. The results of the C5.0 algorithm are in the form of a decision tree or a rule that is formed based on the entropy or gain value. The prediction process is carried out based on the classification of the C5.0 algorithm by using the attributes of Attendance Value, Assignment Value, UTS Value and UAS Value. The final result of the C5.0 algorithm classification process is a decision tree with rules in it. The performance of the C5.0 algorithm gets a high accuracy rate of 93.33%

Mobile robot are widely applied in various aspect of human life. The main issue of this type of robot is how to navigate safely to reach the goal or finish the assigned task when applied autonomously in dynamic and uncertain environment. The application of artificial intelligence, namely neural network, can provide a "brain" for the robot to navigate safely in completing the assigned task. By applying neural network, the complexity of mobile robot control can be reduced by choosing the right model of the system, either from mathematical modeling or directly taken from the input of sensory data information. In this study, we compare the presented methods of previous researches that applies neural network to mobile robot navigation. The comparison is started by considering the right mathematical model for the robot, getting the Jacobian matrix for online training, and giving the achieved input model to the designed neural network layers in order to get the estimated position of the robot. From this literature study, it is concluded that the consideration of both kinematics and dynamics modeling of the robot will result in better performance since the exact parameters of the system are known.

Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif (UMAHA) is a College that organizes scholarship programs for its students. However, in the implementation of the program, some problems occur, namely the University has difficulty in making decisions, and a large number of student data applying for scholarships causes a long time to select the process. So, we need a tool/system to help solve the problem. The purpose of this study is to apply the ID3 decision tree algorithm in a decision support system that can help facilitate the decision making of scholarships by the UMAHA. Referring to Pressman, this study uses the Waterfall Method. Waterfall method is a systematic and sequential software approach starting from analysis, design, coding, and testing. The test results by applying the ID3 decision tree algorithm indicate that the decision support system built can help the effectiveness and efficiency of the scholarship selection decision making the process by UMAHA, and the decision support system built has a high level of decision-making accuracy. For the development of further research, decision making can be based on more criteria such as student activity. Then in addition to academic achievement in this case using the GPA of the previous semester using non-academic achievements such as achievements in the fields of sports, arts, music.

Electric energy transmission can be conducted in two ways, wired and wireless with all their advantages and disadvantages. Wired electric transmission required wire connections that sometimes get complicated in design and also some spaces are needed. These disadvantages can be eliminated by the application of wireless transmission. This wireless energy transmission was first introduced by Nikola Tesla in 1899. In this work, we designed 2 coils functioning as a transmitter and a receiver to supply an AC load, a 15 watt bulb, and a DC load, a 4 watt rotary fan. We utilized the theorem of magnetic and electric field, assembled the system, and measured the results. We note that the distance between the transmitter and receiver circuit is affecting the resulted output voltage and current received by receiver. When supplied the 9 watt bulb, the distances required is at least 8.108 cm, and the output voltage received by the receiver is 148 V. For the DC load, when supplying 4 watt rotary fan, the best average distance is 7.5 cm with the output current is 3 A. Therefore, the distance between the transmitter and receiver circuit is very important in designing wireless energy transmission system. This paper proposes a simple and easily designs system that can be applied in any houses to supply home appliances.
