Covid-19 pandemic impacts to any aspect of human life, including work activity. For any job which require interview, it will be a very difficult task because any individual must be stay at home and make a physical distancing. An online form can be used to solve the problem, but it seems less interactive and can make interviewees are bored. Chatbot technology can be exploited to make an interactive survey activity during this COVID-19 pandemic situation. Our chatbot is developed to help an acceptance analysis of user perspective to bachelor thesis information system service that is implemented in our department. The questionnaire items is available in our chatbot, also its analysis process is performed in this chatbot system. UTAUT model is implemented for the data analysis, it shows that this system is already accepted by user for positive value in H1, H3, and H4. No difficulties for user while using the system, it is proved by negative value in H2 and H5. The acceptance value is 0.656, it means that the sustainability of bachelor thesis information system service has been confirmed by user.

Nowadays, universities offer most of their services using corporate website. In higher education services including admission services, a university needs to always provide excellent service to ensure student candidate satisfaction. To obtain student candidate satisfaction apart from the quality of education must also be accompanied by providing consultation services and information to them. This paper proposes the development of Chatbot which acts as a conversation agent that can play a role of as student candidate service. This Chatbot is called Dinus Intelligent Assistance (DINA). DINA uses knowledge based as a center for machine learning approach. The pattern extracted from the knowledge based can be used to provide responses to the user. The source of knowledge based is taken from Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (UDINUS) guest book. It contains of questions and answers about UDINUS admission services. Testing of this system is done by entering questions. From 166 intents, the author tested it using ten random sample questions. Among them, it got eight tested questions answered correctly. Therefore, by using this study we can develop further intelligent Chatbots to help student candidates find the information they need without waiting for the admission staffs's answer.

This paper presents about requirement elicitation in engineering for elderly care mobile application develpoment. As parent growing old, they need more attention especially from their son or daughter. In contrary, their child becomes mature and needs to gain their ideal like attending higher school or college or taking a job at other city. Based on this problem, it needs to keep their relationship. Technology nowadays can be solution to tackle this problem, but problem comes when parents is too old and it gives implication that parents can not use modern communication tools so fluently. Elderly mobile apps which is in this activity named Berbakti apps appear to be one of solutive way to that problem, giving easy and understandable interface for parent and interactive feature for their son or daughter, their relationship can be keep and caring parent is not a big problem anymore. To reach this, any requirement must be collected and analyzed.
