The article presents a case study of a 39-year-old man with chief complaint of palatal ulceration persisting for 20 days. Topics include histopathological findings of the incisional biopsy showing papillary hyperplasia in the epithelium of the palatal mucosa; and haematoxylin-andeosin staining revealed pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia in the epithelium.
