Abstract

A case study 34-year-old gravida 3, para 2 mother at 26 weeks pregnancy with complex congenital heart disease of the fetus is presented. Chest X-ray showed a boot-shaped heart, and 2-dimensional echocardiogram confirmed TOF with a large ventricular septal defect with bidirectional flow. He was diagnosed of non-ductal dependent tetralogy of Fallot and anomalous origin of with DiGeorge syndrome.
