The Commission for Health Improvements and the Audit Commission jointly presented a report on NHS cancer services in England and Wales. The report addresses issues raised in the Calman-Hine report. The new report further pointed out that cancer centers need more clinical nurse specialists, and also inconsistencies in medical care.
