The article reports on the commercial real estate developments in New Jersey. Noted is the 55-acre development on a land in Bayonne, particularly on the 400-acre Bayonne Military Ocean Terminal that was closed in 1999. Also indicated is the development process in Hackensack surrounding Main Street. Other cities eyed for redevelopment also include Rahway such as projects slated for the development of hotels, apartment buildings, and the expansion of the Union County Performing Arts Center.
