Technical service, called technical support or maintenance, is an integral part of the operational system of agricultural tractors. Its important mission is to provide the ability to use the machine. In modern agricultural tractors this process consists mainly of operations included in the prophylactic planned technical service. The aim of this study was to obtain information on the management of waste operational oils in technical service of agricultural tractors. The study was conducted with a questionnaire prepared for chosen technical services. According to the European and Polish legislation operational oils should be recovered or disposed of. Wastes from services should be forwarded to the company guaranteeing their development in accordance with applicable law. The command of information on waste management of fluids will help to assess the accuracy of the waste management of fluids in services of agricultural machinery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Farm tractors are serviceable machines because they can be fit for use or unfit. In order to determine their status, which is to gain diagnostic information, computer diagnostic systems are used. Practice shows that the received messages are not always correct. In this thesis the existing methods of assessing information reliability are analysed and a new method of evaluation designed by the researcher is suggested. The suggested method is described and a sample application in the diagnostics of PTO for 40 tractors from two producers is presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this work is to present the complexity of projecting, evaluating and comparison of exploitation of farm tractors. The article contains main information about projecting the procedures of evaluation of planned technical service of tractors. This work also contains an attempt to describe a method of evaluation of technical service. It is illustrated on the example of the cost of farm tractors servicing. Tractors had similar operating parameters but they were from different manufacturers. A method like that could be useful for users of tractors, while making decisions about purchase of new tractors for their farms. The reason of looking for a method of evaluation of planned technical service of agricultural machines is lack of access to the information about the cost of servicing. It is also a result of lack of appropriate method of gaining information like this by tractor users. It is important to add, that having at user's disposal information about technical service of tractors could improve the decision making process about buying a new tractor. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
