From the G20 Hangzhou Summit in 2016 to the second "One Belt And One Road" International Cooperation Forum in 2019, China has continuously promoted the international practice of green finance. This paper fully studies the eu and its main members green financial development experience, summarizes the theoretical connotation and function of the green bank definition, starting from the demand of present developing green bank industry to build a simple analysis framework, based on setting goals, capital sources, operation management, industry requirements and solution design such as content to build green bank operation mechanism, promote China's economic concrete path to the transformation of the "green" as soon as possible.

To understand the contents of various phosphorus forms, phosphorus solubilizing bacte-rial community structure and the relationship between them in soils after restoration from the seriously burning, we collected soil samples from artificial restoration (Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica plantation, Larix gmelinii plantation), artificial accelerated natural restoration (secondary forest) and natural restoration (natural secondary forest) stands in Greater Khingan Mountain area. Using methods of Sui et al. modified from Hedley phosphorus fractionation, we measured the contents of different phosphorus forms in rhizosphere soil and bulk soil (0-10, 10-20 cm). Abundances of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria were quantified by high-throughput sequencing method. The aim of this study is to investigate the incidence of pulmonary embolism (PE) in a cohort of Chinese patients with acute (14 days) proximal (above-knee) deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the lower limbs, and to evaluate whether the location of thrombosis is associated with the existence of PE.A retrospective review of patients diagnosed with acute proximal DVT from January 2014 to June 2018 at a single center was performed. Helical computed tomography angiography was performed to screen PE within 48 hr after admission. Multiple factors associated with PE were compared between the PE group and the non-PE group.A total of 100 patients with acute proximal DVT were screened for PE. The mean age was 56.9 ± 18.1 (range 21-88) years, and 55% were male. The most common risk factors of DVT were immobilization (38%), malignancy (27%), and trauma or surgery (21%). Majority of the patients' thrombosis was located at the left leg (66%) and 8 patients had bilateral lower limb DVT. Femoral vein was involved in 52 patients (52%), while iliofemoral thrombosis was identified in 48 patients (48%). PE was identified in 58 patients (58%), including 3 massive and 55 nonmassive PE. There was no statistical difference between the PE group and the non-PE group in terms of age, sex, and risk factors. The D-dimer level was associated with the existence of PE (P = 0.038). Patients with iliofemoral thrombosis had a similar incidence of PE compared with those with femoral thrombosis alone (P = 1.000).PE occurred in more than half of patients with acute proximal DVT, despite the fact that most of them were asymptomatic. In this study, existence of PE did not correlate with pelvic thrombosis. Increasing D-dimer level was statistically associated with the presence of PE.

The Chinese medical system is moving from a planned economy to a market economy through implementing health reforms. The authors examine empirical data on China's health system from the past 10 years about the organization, financing, and equity. The data show high medical inflation rates, low percent of GDP spent on healthcare, limited relative supply of the more sophisticated tertiary centers, and increased out-of-pocket outlays. Based on linear coefficient analysis of health expenditure and utilization trends, the authors contend that the reforms need to incorporate regulatory measures that assure insurance coverage through the reorganization of health services delivery and financing.

Radon has long been known to contribute to risk of lung cancer, especially in undergound miners who are exposed to large amounts of the carcinogen. Recently, however, lower amounts of radon present in living areas have been suggested as an important cause of lung cancer. In an effort to clarify the relationship of low amounts of radon with lung cancer risk, we placed alpha-track radon detectors in the homes of 308 women with newly diagnosed lung cancer and 356 randomly selected female control subjects of similar age. Measurements were taken after 1 year. All study participants were part of the general population of Shenyang, People's Republic of China, an industrial city in the northeast part of the country that has one of the world's highest rates of lung cancer in women. The median time of residence in the homes was 24 years. The median household radon level was 2.3 pCi/L of air; 20% of the levels were greater than 4 pCi/L. Radon levels tended to be higher in single-story houses or on the first floor of multiple-story dwellings, and they were also higher in houses with increased levels of indoor air pollution from coal-burning stoves. However, the levels were not higher in homes of women who developed lung cancer than in homes of controls, nor did lung cancer risk increase with increasing radon level. No association between radon and lung cancer was observed regardless of cigarette-smoking status, except for a nonsignificant trend among heavy smokers. No positive associations of lung cancer cell type with radon were observed, except for a nonsignificant excess risk of small cell cancers among the more heavily exposed residents. Our data suggest that projections from surveys of miners exposed to high radon levels may have overestimated the overall risks of lung cancer associated with levels typically seen in homes in this Chinese city. However, further studies in other population groups are needed to clarify the carcinogenic potential of indoor radon.
