The article discusses family fitness tips for the summer season. Topics explored include the possibility of tracking one's pedometer steps while performing daily tasks, organizing the family schedule for summer around physical fitness goals, and the participation of family members in volunteer opportunities. Also addressed are introducing fitness activities to children who struggle with anxiety and steps on how to effectively increase physical activity engagement among adults with disabilities.
