The article describes the case of a 28-year-old woman who had pleuritic chest pain. A radiograph showed a right-sided hilar lesion, while a computerized tomography (CT) scan showed a mass without a generalized lymphadenopathy. She underwent a Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) biopsy after undergoing a nondiagnostic bronchoscopy, which was attended by much bleeding, which suggested a vascular tumor. A discussion of rituximab therapy is presented, as well as a description of the method's scope for treatment.
