In this paper, the process of aqueous enzymatic extraction of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil was optimized based on single and compound enzymes. During the process optimization of cellulase, seven single-factor experiments were taken to investigate the optimal crushing degree, solid-liquid ratio, microwave power and time, cellulase amount, enzymatic pH, temperature and time. On this basis, adding pectinase and neutral protease, the dosage of compound enzymes, enzymatic pH and time were discussed respectively.

The time-dependent multilevel approach (TDMA) and the B-spline expansion technique are used to study the properties of Rydberg lithium atom. The energy level structures of high excited states n = 7075, l = 05 and population transfer of lithium atom in a microwave field are studied by numerical calculation. The results show that the coherent control of the population transfer in microwave field from the initial to the target states can be accomplished by optimizing the microwave field parameters. and that each state plays a crucial role in the transition process.

The B-spline expansion technique and the time-dependent multilevel approach (TDMA) are used to study the interaction between a microwave field and sodium atoms. The Rydberg sodium atom energy levels of p states in zero field are calculated, and the results are in good agreement with the other theoretical ones. The time evolutions during the population transfers of the five states from n = 75 to n = 79 in different microwave fields are obtained. The results show that the coherent control of the population transfer from the lower states to the higher ones can be accomplished by optimizing the microwave pulse parameters.

Using the time-dependent multilevel approach (TDMA) and combining the B-spline expansion technique and the model potenial method of atom, the properties of Rydberg sodium atom are investigated. The energy level structure of high excited states and population transfer of sodium atom in a microwave field are studied by numerical calculation, and quantum states are controlled and manipulated by microwave field. The results show that the method we used can be applied to the investigation of the properties of alkali-metal atoms in external field, that the population is very sensitive to the parameters of chirped rate and field amplitude, and that the population can be completely transferred into the target state and trapped there by changing the chirped rate and field amplitude.

We have measured the cross-section ratios of helium induced by Cq+ and Oq+ (q = 1?4) in an energy range from 20 keV/amu to 500 keV/amu, and obtained the two-dimensional spectra by employing the coincidence method combined with the MPA-3 data acquisition system. Hence, we obtain the ratios of total single-ionization cross-sections (SI, SC, SLSI, and DLSI), total double-ionization cross-sections (DI, DC, TI, SLDI, and DLDI) and cross-sections of every process (SI, SC, SLSI, DLSI, DI, DC, TI, SLDI, and DLDI), which induce the single-ionization and double-ionization, to the total cross sections respectively. The competitive relations between the reaction-channels and the experimental data law of each reaction-channel are revealed explicitly, and the qualitative explanations involved in those results are also presented accordingly.

Using the time-dependent multilevel approach (TDML), this paper studies the dynamics of coherent control of Rydberg lithium atoms and demonstrates that Rydberg lithium atoms can be transferred to states of higher principal quantum number by exposing them to specially designed frequency-chirped laser pulses. The population transfer from n = 70 to n = 75 states of lithium atoms with efficiency of more than 90% is achieved by means of the sequential adiabatic rapid passages. The results agree well with the experimental ones and show that the coherent control of the population transfer from the lower n to the higher n states can be accomplished by the optimization of the chirping parameters and the intensity of laser field.
