The article describes the clinical cases of two cats diagnosed with segmental myelitis caused by Toxoplasma gondii. The first case involves a four-year-old neutered female domestic shorthair cat that was presented with a one-month history of progressive gait abnormalities, while the other is a six-year-old intact male domestic shorthair cat with three-month history of progressive gait abnormalities in the pelvic limbs. The pathological, immunocytochemical, serological and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings on each cat are also described.
