The article presents a case study of a 73-year old woman with a 30-day history of several shallow ulcers and erythematuos plaque on the forearm and on the right arm. She was isolated in the majority of the reported cases, and various treatments have been used to her which include systemic antifungals such as ketoconazole, and fluconazole. Hispatology shows a thinned epidermis with the areas of ulceration and was treated with oral itraconazole 200 milligrams per day for 2 months.
