The article presents a study which asserts the efficacy of online reflective learning in supporting personal and professional development in the U.S. The study was carried out by engaging third year medical students in facilitating online discussion regarding PPD with the assistance of clinicians and facilitators wherein their perceptions are evaluated using questionnaires and interviews. It reveals that the program was beneficial and embraced by a lot of students and medical personnel.
