The article reviews the statistical models and patient predictors of readmission after heart failure(HF). It discusses that readmission after HF hospitalization is the altering focus for physicians and policy manufacturers and that the statistical models are demanded to evaluate patient risk and to equate hospital operation. It infers that the performed systematic review is used to report the models which are planned to compare hospital rates of readmission and to anticipate the patient's risk of readmission.
