Antibody-LGI1 limbic encephalitis (LGI1-Ab LE) is an anti-neuronal surface antigen-related autoimmune encephalitis. we report three cases of LGI1-Ab LE, describe the characteristics of clinical manifestation, course of evolution, imaging manifestation and treatment outcomes.Data from patients diagnosed with LGI1-Ab LE in the Second Hospital, Hebei Medical University, from June 2016 to July 2017, were retrospectively collected and analyzed. We followed up the patients for 90 days.Two of the three patients were females, the average age of onset is 53 years old. Epilepsy is the most common clinical manifestations, and one of patients developed faciobrachial dystonic seizures (FBDS), which was recently described as a characteristic feature of LGI1-Ab LE. All patients had cognitive impairment in different degrees and abnormal signal of hippocampus in cranial MRI. All serum LGI1 antibodies were positive, whereas one LGI1 antibodies of CSF were negative. All patients accepted first-line immune therapy and had a good outcome.LGI1-Ab LE, which is an autoimmune disease, is rare clinically and mostly nonparaneoplastic. We suggest that LGI1-Ab LE be considered in any patient with acute or subacute onset, cognitive dysfunction , various types of seizures, accompanied by mental disorders and hyponatremia, MR showed the involvement of the limbic system. It is necessary to have LE-related antibodies tested. Early immunotherapy can significantly improve the patient's overall prognosis. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the possibility of potential tumors.

Hyperuricemia is associated with the development of chronic kidney disease. Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) induced by hyperuricemia is blamed for initiation of renal fibrosis, which is one of the main characters of hyperuricemic nephropathy. Qi-Zhu-Xie-Zhuo-Fang (QZXZF) has been employed clinically for many years to treat patients with hyperuricemic nephropathy, but the mechanism underlying the therapeutic potential remains unclear. In the present study, QZXZF was applied to rats treated with adenine (100mg/kg) and potassium oxonate (300mg/kg) and biochemical estimations, morphology and immunohistochemistry were performed to investigate whether QZXZF can improve hyperuricemia induced renal fibrosis and to explore the possible mechanisms. We found QZXZF significantly reduced serum uric acid, cystatinC and hepatic xanthine oxidase (XO) activities, meanwhile improved renal histopathologic changes of hyperuricemic nephropathy rats. Furthermore, QZXZF not only substantially decreased the protein levels of fibronectin and Collagen I but also downregulated E-cadherin and upregulated α-SMA in the kidneys of hyperuricemic nephropathy rats. In conclusion, QZXZF reduced serum uric acid levels and protected kidney against fibrosis in potassium oxonate and adenine induced hyperuricemic nephropathy rats. The mechanism might be associated with the inhibition of hepatic XO activity and the renal epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.

The arithmetic correlation has been studied in the binary sequences and Boolean functions, the ideal arithmetic correlation sequences can be used in mobile communication authentication with their properties, such as the large number and the independent certification. In this paper, a new class of no-linear Boolean functions are described and their arithmetic correlation are analyzed. And based the no-linear Boolean functions, we give a simple ID-based remote mutual authentication in a multi-user mobile could environment by using the arithmetic cross-correlation.

This article makes a study on optical fiber sensor with metal nanostructure based on the properties of optical fiber sensing technology and the optical performances of metal nanoparticles. Moreover, star-sha ped gold nanoparticles which mean diameter is from 60 to 80 nm were obtained by the Seed-mediated growth method. Then these nanoparticles were used as the sensitive part of the optical fiber sensor and were modified to the tapered fiber surface as a surface Raman enhanced substrate. Finally, transmission spectrum and Raman spectra were carried out in different concentration alcohol solution. The experiments show that the extinction spectra of gold nanoparticles is very sensitive to the dielectric properties of the surrounding medium and the nanoparticles fiber-taper-excited SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman scattering) substrates exhibit a significant enhancement of the Raman spectra.

The performances of the p-type heavily doped amorphous layer and the intrinsic amorphous layer are optimized for the n-type crystalline silicon based HIT solar cells by controlling the PECVD parameters. The experiments show that the high-conductivity p-type amorphous silicon layer with a comparatively wide optical band gap will be obtained when the gas phase doping concentration (B2H6/SiH4) is set around 1.1%. The substrate temperature and the RF power should be optimized at 180°C and 100W respectively to obtain a wide optical band gap and a small deposition rate for the intrinsic a-Si layer in the HIT solar cells.

The transparent nanometer ZnO thin films were deposited on glass substrate by radio frequency (RF) in situ magnetron sputtering at room temperature, and then annealed at different temperatures by rapid thermal process. After that, the transparency, crystal structure and surface morphology characteristics of ZnO thin films were analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer UV-2550, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scan electron microscope (SEM). The influence of annealing temperature on the film characteristics was investigated. The results show that after annealing, ZnO thin films have only a diffraction peak at (002) direction (located around 34.2°), excellent c-axis orientation, highly transparent with about 85% optical transmission in the visible spectrum 400-800nm, even over 90% at some waveband. They have excellent crystal structure, good crystallinity, and the grain size of the films was over 30 nm. Compared with ZnO thin films without annealing, the films annealed are better in crystallinity quality. It is a good candidate for transparent conductivity electrode of solar cells.
