Privacy protection has received a lot of attention in recent years since in the era of big data, abundant information about individuals can be easily acquired. Meanwhile, as a prerequisite for effective privacy protection, the measurement of privacy disclosure is essential. Although some work has been done on the evaluation of privacy disclosure via quantification for the protection of privacy, not much attention has been placed on exploring the relationships between privacy information, resulting in underestimation, if not ill-formed reasoning, of privacy disclosure. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based approach to measure privacy disclosure by exploring the relationships between privacy information based on the WordNet. We first propose an algorithm for deriving or measuring privacy disclosure based on a set of words or concepts from text data related to individuals to ensure that the disclosure of certain user privacy can still be deduced and measured even if the set of words or concepts don’t seem to be much related to it. We then perform a set of experiment by applying the proposed algorithm to some public information of ten public figures from different walks of life to evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm and to shed some light on the characteristics of privacy disclosure in the real world in the era of big data. The work can thus serve as the foundation for the development of mechanisms for limiting or reducing privacy disclosure to achieve better protection of individual privacy.

The extensive use of large-area high temperature superconducting (HTS) thin films has emerged in superconducting microwave devices. The interest in Tl-based HTS films arises from their high critical temperature (Tc), allowing the microwave device made on Tl films to work above the liquid nitrogen temperature zone. Here, we introduce a simplified two-step method to fabricate high-quality Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 (Tl-2212) films on 2-inch LaAlO3 substrates. This method enables the preparation of Tl-2212 films to be easy and repeatable, promoting the theoretical research and practical applications of Tl-based films. Based on the high reproducibility of this fabricating process, we studied the superconducting properties of Tc, the critical current density Jc (77 K, zero field) and surface resistance (Rs) of 2-inch Tl-2212 films. Results show that the Tc values of the sample films prepared at different conditions vary from 99 K to 103 K, depending on the oxygen content; the Jc of the films ranges from 0.7 to 1.8 MA/cm2, relying on the surface roughness. On the basis of the two-fluid model, the influence of Jc on Rs of the Tl-2212 films is incorporated to explain the variation of Rs in different samples.

To overcame the shortcoming that the CBTC interoperable system cannot deal with temporary speed limit informaiton across ZC control zone, a new interoperable DSU structure incorporated into the existing CBTC is studied and designed. Interface between subsystems and Data Storage Unit (DSU) systems changes are illustrated and analyzed, and also the interactions between subsystems are given. Based on characteristics of interoperation CBTC system, a novel DSU system architecture is designed, its modules are divided into the temporary speed restriction module, line database module and system maintenance module. Performance test of DSU system is conducted in the interoperation test platform in Chongqing. The results show that DSU system can meet the requirement that trains can cross the line and improve the efficiency of interoperable operation.

Privacy protection is a fundamental issue in the era of big data. For personalized privacy protection, it is necessary to measure the amount or the degree of privacy leakage. To facilitate such measurement, semantic similarities and relationships of words should be determined since the words may come from multiple sources and present themselves in as many different ways as one can imagine, an intrinsic nature of big data. WordNet has been widely used for measuring the semantic similarity of words. This paper aims at analyzing the suitability of applying WordNet to measuring the semantic similarity or relatedness of words in the field of privacy. The analysis includes an experiment designed to obtain human rating scores as the benchmark dataset and a comprehensive comparison between results from four WordNet based measures and the human rating scores. The conclusion of the analysis is that current WordNet based measures are not very suitable for privacy measurement. Therefore, this paper also provides some suggestions on possible ways of enhancing WordNet to improve the effectiveness of semantic similarity or relatedness measurement in the field of privacy to support more effective and personalized privacy protection.

In order to study the influence of seismic excitation on the rocket body during the propellant injection and launch waiting state of a certain rocket, the dynamic response analysis of the rocket structure was carried out, and the seismic response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis were respectively used to solve the structural dynamic response.SolidWorks was used to establish a simplified three-dimensional model of the rocket body, and ANSYS Workbench was imported to solve the static stress, modal frequency and mode of the rocket. Time-history analysis of El-centro seismic wave data was carried out, and Fourier transform was applied to frequency domain spectrum for seismic response spectrum analysis. Cloud maps of structural equivalent stress, displacement and strain were obtained. After numerical verification, the results show that the rocket meets the safety requirements of seismic resistance, and more research methods are verified for the optimization of the rocket body.

The registration of point cloud is important for large object measurement. A measurement method for coordinate system transformation based on robot is proposed in this paper. Firstly, for obtaining extrinsic parameters, the robot moves to three different positions to capture the images of three targets. Then the transformation matrix X between camera and tool center point (TCP) coordinate systems can be calculated by using the known parameters of robot and the extrinsic parameters, and finally the multi-view coordinate system can be transformed into robot coordinate system by the transformation matrix X. With the help of robot, the multi-view point cloud can be easily transformed into a unified coordinate system. By using robot, the measurement doesn’t need any mark. Experimental results show that the method is effective.

Introduction Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) is a clinically asymptomatic premalignant plasma cell disorder. Previous studies in Western countries have described the prevalence of MGUS in Caucasians. However, data is limited in Chinese population. We therefore performed this study to ascertain the prevalence and characteristics of MGUS among Chinese population. Methods A total of 154597 consecutive healthy participants from Beijing who underwent annual physical examination between December 2013 and April 2019 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital were enrolled. Serum M protein was evaluated by capillary electrophoresis. Patients with a positive or suspicious serum M protein were suggested to be referred to the hematological clinic for immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE) and free light chain (FLC) assays. MGUS was defined in accordance with previous definitions. We calculated age-specific and sex-specific prevalence and described laboratory characteristics of patients with MGUS among those participants. Results MGUS were diagnosed in 843 patients (0.55%, 95%CI 0.51% to 0.59%). The median age at presentation was 58 years, with a range of 25-96 years. The overall prevalence of MGUS was 1.14% among participants aged 50 years or older and 2.6% among those aged 70 years or older. In both sexes, the prevalence increased with age: 0.1% ( The median concentration of serum Monoclonal protein was 1.4 g/L (0.1 -27.8 g/L). M protein level was less than 0.5g/L in 220 patients (26.1%), less than 5 g/L in 81.1% and more than 15 g/L in only 1.9% of 843 persons. There was no significant difference in the concentration of the monoclonal protein among the age groups. Of the 519 patients who were tested for IFE, the isotype of the monoclonal immunoglobulin was IgG in 344 (66.3%), IgA 112 (21.6%), IgM in 48 (9.2%), IgD in 2 (0.4%), light-chain in 3 (0.6%) and biclonal in 10 (1.9%). The serum light-chain type was kappa in 260 (50.1%), lambda in 255 (49.1%) patients, while 4 patients (0.8%) with biclonal M protein have both kappa and lambda light-chain. Of the 180 people who were tested for FLC, 42 (23.3%) had an abnormal FLC ratio. IgG isotype, M protein Conclusions MGUS was found in 1.14% of persons 50 years of age or older and 2.6% among those 70 years of age or older among healthy Chinese population. The prevalence of MGUS increases with age. Males have a higher frequency of MGUS than Females. These observations offer the overall situation of MGUS epidemiology in a large Chinese population. A hospital-based cross-sectional study was performed, including 117 psoriatic patients and 117 controls matched for age, gender, and body mass index. Psoriatic patients had higher levels of serum uric acid (6.25 ± 1.62 vs 5.71 ± 1.35 mg/dl; P=0.019) and significantly greater prevalence of hyperuricemia (31.6% vs 16.2%; P=0.009) than individuals without psoriasis. Psoriatic patients had significantly higher serum uric acid than controls in subjects without metabolic syndrome. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that psoriasis can be a strong predictor of hyperuricemia (odds ratio 2.61; 95% confidence interval 1.34-5.00; P=0.004).

The avionics system is a core component of the civil aircraft. To reduce the risk and cost of developing avionics system, shorten the development cycle, through the development process of avionics systems, variety of simulation and verification must be done. The bus excitation signals need to be provided for each avionics unit and the signals from each avionics unit need to be received and processed. The multilayer abstract model and organizational structure model of the bus excitation system was established. And a complete bus excitation system was designed. In this system, the ARINC429 bus signals and discrete signals for communication and navigation equipments were provided, and the signals from the equipments were received and processed. This system has been tested, and one practical application example of the system was given.

In this paper a 6-DOF(Degree of Freedom) vibration isolation platform with structural configuration of 3CPS (3 Cylindrical-Prismatic-Spherical)-1UPS (1 Universal-Prismatic-Spherical) parallel mechanism is proposed. Firstly, the dynamic model is developed through virtual work principle. The transfer function and the complex frequency response function were obtained from the dynamical equation. Then, 36 amplitude frequency diagrams are obtained from the frequency response function. By analyzing the 36 amplitude frequency diagrams, 10 vibration coupling terms were chosen. The range of the spring stiffness coefficient and the range of the damping coefficient of the magneto-rheological damper are determined by analyzing the acceleration transmissibility of the 10 vibration coupling terms. At last, an integrated optimization combining structural and controller optimization is developed. The optimal parameters of the parallel mechanism are obtained through Genetic Algorithm (GA). This work is significant for the prototype design and verification of the vibration isolator.

For fabric defect identification in the textile industry, a three-dimensional (3D) color phase shift profilometry (CPSP) method is proposed. The detecting system is mainly composed of one CCD camera and one digital-light-processing (DLP) projector. Before detection, the system should be calibrated to make sure the camera parameters. The CPSP color grating is projected to the measured fabric by DLP projector, and then it is collected by CCD camera to obtain the grating phase. The 3D measurement can be completed by the grating phase difference. In image acquisition, only invariable grating is projected to the object. In order to eliminate the interference from background light during the image acquisition, the brightness correction method is researched for improving the detection accuracy. The experimental results show that the false rate of detecting the fabric defects is 5.78%, the correct rates of detecting the fabric defects of hole and qualified fabric are both 100%, and the correct rates of detecting the fabric defect of scratch and fold are 98% and 96%, respectively. The experiment proves that the proposed method can accurately identify fabric defects.

The relationship of grinding force and parameter is established, it can be the reference of relevant manufacturing technology.

Incoherent digital holography (IDH) is a recently proposed technique to record three-dimensional (3D) information about the object under incoherent illumination, which breaks the limitation that the holographic recording must be illuminated by coherent light sources and thus makes it usable in white-light and fluorescence illuminating circumstance. In particular, the fresnel incoherent correlation holography (FINCH) is an exemplary method which improves the imaging resolution power and efficiency of incoherent digital holography, and it can obtain 3D distribution of objects swiftly without scanning and moving. However, compared with the conventional optical holography, the FINCH system has a very small field-of-view due to the limitation of the pixel number and size of spatial light modulator (SLM). Therefore, expanding the recording field-of-view of FINCH system is very significant for the application of IDH. In the FINCH, the SLM is used as a diffractive beam splitter so that each spherical beam, originating from each object point, is split into two spherical beams with two different curve radii. Then the interference fringes between the two beams are recorded by CCD. In this paper, the field-of-view angle recorded by the SLM is proposed and analyzed based on the physical and numerical principles of the FINCH system. The field-of-view of imaging system is improved by increasing the effective diameter of SLM through moving the center of the dual-lens optical axis mounted on the SLM to the edge in different directions respectively. An optical setup of reflection mode is constructed to verify the theoretical analysis of this study, and the sub-holograms in different field-of-views are obtained by CCD through changing the masks displayed on the SLM sequentially. Then, the complex holograms in different field-of-views are obtained by using the three-step phase-shifting method, and the reconstructed images are acquired respectively through the angular spectrum method (ASM) by using a computer. Finally, the large field-of-view image is obtained by stitching the reconstructed images in each field-of-view by utilizing the matlab program. The experimental results show that the efficient recording field-of-view of SLM can be increased by 2.77 times with our proposed method. Accordingly, the recording field-of-view of the system is improved significantly. The recording field-of-view of the FINCH system will increase further if the center of the dual-lens optical axis continues to move toward the edge. Therefore, this study provides an important support for the further application of high resolution microscopic imaging with large field-of-view.

Nowadays, it becomes a hot research topic for autonomous flight of Quadrotor in the complex environment and the realization of fully autonomous flight is still a big challenge. The path planning of unmanned aerial vehicle is a key problem for its autonomous flight. For the path planning of Quadrotor, using the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm, and made a lot of simulation and actual flight experiments. The results of simulation and actual flight experiment show that the using of QPSO for the path planning of Quadrotor is able to obtain a satisfactory result.

Manufacturing of complex products is a multi-resource coupling process, in order to achieve precise control of its manufacturing process, it should ensure that the manufacturing process information is get in real-time and accurately, achieving the real synchronization of logistics and information flow. Complex products manufacturing workshop represented with aerospace products have poor real-time production information, low production information integration and low visual production monitoring. In order to solve those problems, this paper constructs manufacturing process visualized real-time monitoring system, this system is able to reflect the real-time dynamic workshop production schedule information, quality testing information and abnormal production information and so on. Combined with assembly plant of an Aerospace institutes actual production, this paper designs the architecture, functional structure as well as its business processes of the system, and proposes a metadata-based multi-source heterogeneous information integration technology, then, processes and integrates the collected production process information effectively and displays it through the station terminal, workshops signage. The system is able to share the workshop information resources effectively, and it has been successfully applied to the assembly plant, and has achieved good effect.

Due to the limited capacity of cotton-processing factory, machine-collecting cannot make sure the process progressing in time and will cause a bad heat dissipation of cotton or a high temperature and humidity. A cotton temperature and humidity wireless monitor is designed to solve the problem. In our experiment, we find that the collecting holes of the collecting tube play the most important part in the data collection. Comparison is made about the performance between round holes and diamond holes using FLUENT, we get the result that the diamond holes have a better collecting effects and a higher collecting accuracy.

Flat panel displays have been used in a wide range of electronic devices. The defects on their surfaces are an important factor affecting the product quality. Automated optical inspection (AOI) method is an important and effective means to perform the surface defection inspection. In this paper, a kind of defect extraction algorithm based on one dimensional (1D) Fourier theory for the surface defect extraction with periodic texture background is introduced. In the algorithm, the scanned surface images are firstly transformed from time domain to frequency domain by 1D Fourier transform. The periodic texture background on the surface is then removed by using filtering methods in the frequency domain. Then, a dual-threshold statistical control method is applied to separate the defects from the surface background. Traditional 1D Fourier transform scheme for detecting ordinary defects is very effective; however, the method is not where the defect direction is close to horizontal in periodic texture background. In order to tackle the problem, a mean threshold method based on faultless image is put forward. It firstly calculates the upper and lower control limits of the every reconstructed line scanned image with faultless and then computes the averages of the upper and lower limits. The averages then act as the constant double thresholds to extract the defects. The experimental results of different defects show that the method developed in the paper is very effective for TFT-LCD panel surface defect inspection even in the circumstance that the defect directions are close to horizontal.

The application of main methodologies for clinical decision-making by residents in emergency medical practice was assessed, and issues in this area were investigated. The treatments provided to 2 611 critical patients by the Emergency Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital were analyzed by independent investigators who evaluated the main clinical decision-making processes applied by the hospital residents. The application of decision-making strategies by PG1 and PG3 groups, which means the residents in first year and the third year, were compared. The patients were treated according to pattern recognition (43.0%), hypothetico-deductive reasoning (23.4%), event-driven models (19.3%), and rule-using algorithms (5.9%). A significant difference was found between PG1 and PG3 groups (χ(2)= 498.01, P < 0.001). Pattern recognition and hypothetic-deductive methods were the most common techniques applied by emergency physicians in evaluating critically ill patients. The decision-making processes applied by junior and senior residents were significantly different, although neither group adequately applied rule-using algorithms. Inclusion of clinical decision-making in medical curricula is needed to improve decision-making in critical care.

Fresnel incoherent correlation holography (FINCH) is a relatively innovative technology, which can achieve incoherent holograms by using the correlation between the object information and a Fresnel zone plate. In this method, the optical wave front scattered from an object propagates and is incident on a spatial light modulator which a phase mask is mounted on, and then the optical beam is split and phase shifted. The biggest advantage of the FINCH is that it can be matched with any standard optical imaging technology, which can realize microscopic imaging, telescopic imaging, spectroscopic imaging, etc. based on incoherent digital holography, and has important application prospect in remote sensing, astronomy, microscopy, and material analysis. In this paper, based on phase modulation characteristic of spatial light modulator, two types of masks are used. The first mask has an optical axis. And the results show that when the distribution intervals of the three phases on the spatial light modulator (SLM) are larger, the reconstruction image is clearer. On this basis, a new method of mode mounting on the SLM is put forward. The second mask has dual-lens array mode with three phases of 0°, 120°, and 240°, and the three phases respectively correspond to their corresponding optical axis, which means that the mask has three optical axes. Both of the two masks can achieve the single-shot of FINCH. By comparing the two mask forms, we find that the field-of-view of the first mask is larger, which can image the entire resolution board; however, because the sub-phase shift holograms are mixed together and cannot be extracted, the quality of the reconstructed image is worse. The second one can extract three sub-holograms, and the reconstructed image has better quality; but because of smaller imaging field of view, it is suitable for the real-time imaging of micro-organisms and objects. Experiments show that a compound digital hologram including three phase-shifting elements is recorded in charge-coupled device in this way. Three sub-holograms with different phase shift angles are extracted from the compound hologram, and there is no overlapping among the three phase shift holograms. Therefore, the three-phase-shifting technique is usually employed. The sample is reconstructed by numerical reconstruction algorithm. The proposed method may be useful in dynamic process real-time measurement and three-dimensional analysis of the object, and thus providing a new way to promote the development of incoherent digital holography.

To solve the problems of outsourcing or self-support decision-making in the process of products recall, an ANP network graph of products recall reverse logistics decision-making based on Analytic Network Process theory is established; cost of reverse logistics, ability to deal with reverse logistics, risk and organization of reverse logistics could be considered while making outsourcing or self-support decisions about products recall reverse logistics. The outsourcing or self-support decision-making processes which take HP PC recall incident as an example are simulated and sensitively analyzed through Super Decisions software; then weights of factors that influence products recall decision-making are observed. At the same time a quantify thought to solve the decision-making problems about reverse logistics is provided, and it can be useful for enterprises operation. Finally, a further discussion is put forward.

Computer Generated Force (CGF) battlefield terrain is expressed in professional terrain database, For the information of polygonal obstacles of battlefield terrain obtained by the interface of CGF terrain database, we adopt the topology polygon to modeling circumstance, present a Genetic Algorithms coded with binary method based on the vertexes of polygonal obstacle, consider the battlefield terrain factors which affect the maneuverability of CGF entities, such as, soil types, terrain slope, into the design of adaptability function of Genetic Algorithms, research the method of global path planning which is suitable to CGF battlefield environment. The simulation results validate the validity and precision of this method.

Thermal hydraulic performance analysis of fuel rod bundle with spacer grids takes important role among the pressure water reactor (PWR) design and safety operation. Due to its intrinsic complex geometric configuration, previous studies were almost based on one-dimensional code and many simplifications had to be made to make simulations manageable. In the present paper, the intact and simplified spacer grids were simulated and analyzed by using the Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) software, and efforts were emphasized on the influence factors on the flow field including spacer grids with mixing vanes only and spacer grids with mixing vanes springs and dimples, respectively. The results indicate that the springs and dimples have great influences on the flow field and thus cannot be neglected during numerical simulation of coolant flow through subchannels with spacer grids. The transverse flows and pressure drop with springs and dimples show more intense than those without spacer and dimples as expected.

The experimental results of magneto-optical storage media for practical disk application are summarized. The oxidation behaviour of the thin films, and its influence on magnetic and magneto-optical properties are studied. The optimum design of the practical disk with multistructure for obtaining the ratio of the optimum read out signal to noise and the optimum read out laser power are presented. Moreover, the calculation of the instantaneous temperature distribution in the medium by thermal writing is given. The TbFeCo disk with quadrilayer structure on PC substrate was prepared, with S/N = 51.2 dB at 3.7 MHz and it can be used for practical application with computer.

AIS (automatic identification system), a new type of the radio navigation system at sea, can provide more target information than radar. It is very important how to make a desk officer intuitively observe the information so as to conveniently judge the motion tendency of the targets around own ship. We had developed a system of the AIS information display based on the platform of ENC (electronic nautical chart) by using Microsoft VC++ software tool. The 6 bit encapsulated data from the AIS output interface were received and decoded. After being converted into ASCII code in the format, the AIS information was showed on the platform of ENC with both graphic and alphanumeric mode, complied with the international criterion. The results of a spot test show that the system has a lot of advantages including good interface and so on.

On the basis of magneto-optical theory and the method of the characteristic matrix of optical admittance for multilayer structures, the dependence of effective Faraday rotation (θF∗), reflectivity (R), and the figure of merit ( F = R sin 2 θ F ∗ ) of Bi-substituted DylG films with Cr, Cu and Al reflectors are calculated and discussed. At some special points of wavelength, the optimum optical disk structure is designed to produce a greater signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) on the basis of F.

To study the changes of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF), we determined the TNF-alpha concentrations of plasma and culture supernatant of PBMCs in 113 patients with various heart diseases. The results showed that plasma levels of TNF-alpha were significantly higher in CHF patients (n=50, 13.36+/-6.09 pg/ml) and in cachetic CHF patients (n=26, 19.20+/-10.42 pg/ml) than in the controls (n=37, 6.73+/-3.91 ng/ml). The supernatant levels of TNF-alpha in cultured PBMC (PBMC-TNF-alpha) were also significantly elevated in CHF patients (5.77+/-2.11 ng/ml), and even higher in cachetic CHF patients (7.01+/-5.11 ng/ml), as compared with the controls (2.27+/-2.24 ng/ml). There was a significant correlation between levels of PBMC-TNF-alpha and severity of heart failure (r=0.48, P0.01). But no correlation between PBMC-TNF-alpha and plasma TNF-alpha was observed. These results demonstrate that the expression of TNF-alpha in PBMC is increased in patients with CHF, especially in patients with CHF accompanied by cachexia, suggesting that PBMC-TNF-alpha may be a potential biochemical indicator to evaluate the patients with CHF.

Morphology of self-assembled GeSi quantum dot grown on Si(113) by Si molecular beam epitaxy has been studied by transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Photoluminescence from the as-grown sample and annealed sample was studied. The results were analyzed and explained.

Bi substitute DyIG thin films having high coercive force and good squareness have been prepared on glass substrates by sputtering. The Faraday rotation amounts to about 7.5°/μm at wavelength of 500 nm. The magnetic domains are stable after thermal magnetic recording. The interference of magnetooptical thin films is investigated when the surface of films is deposited with different metals. Using this charecteristics the optimum disign for garnet recording discs can be achieved.

Room-temperature photoreflectance has been performed on GaAs-AlGaAs quantum wells with well widths ranging from 40 to 144 A. The allowed ( Δn = 0) heavy hole to conduction ( h 1 , h 2 , h 3 ) and light hole to conduction ( l 1 , l 2 ) transitions have been observed in a 144 A sample.
