Measurement of Islamic Banking Performance using the Malmquist Index has been widely discussed by researchers from various countries. The Malmquist index is part of the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method which is used to process non-parametric data to measure the increase in Decision Making Unit (DMU) productivity. This article aims to conduct a literature study of scientific articles that research the Malmquist Index. The research method used is Literature Study, starting with determining the research topic, then conducting theoretical studies and references related to the research carried out. 12 articles have been reviewed with the criteria of literature that has relevance to the research objectives, in the form of Scientific Journals, both National Scientific Journals, Accredited National Scientific Journals, International Scientific Journals, and Reputable International Scientific Journals. The results of the study reveal that Islamic banking has positive productivity growth, based on the area of Islamic Banking outside the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has better performance. Sharia Banking in the Southeast Asia Region, represented by Malaysia and Indonesia, alternately, received the best ranking based on the ranking by the Islamic Finance Country Index (IFCI).

Research aim: This study aims to measure the extent and the determinants of voluntary graphics disclosure in Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) or Local Government Financial Statements in Indonesia. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: This study used 197 audited LKPD in Indonesia, comprising 155 regency governments and 32 district governments. The financial statements of these 197 local governments were examined to measure the extent of voluntary graphics disclosure and investigate the potential determinants of voluntary graphics disclosure. This study used multiple regression analysis to examine the determinants (performance, level of dependency, location, education background, and competency) of voluntary graphics disclosures. Research findings: The results indicate a low extent of voluntary graphics disclosure in the LKPD in Indonesia. The average voluntary graphics disclosure rate is 44.88%, demonstrating a lack of usage of voluntary graphics disclosure. The results also indicate that only performance has an insignificant effect on the extent of voluntary graphics disclosure. Practitioner/ Policy implication: The findings regarding voluntary graphics disclosure in LKPD should be of concern to regulatory authorities and standard setters in Indonesia. Research limitation: This study focuses on measuring the extent and the determinants of voluntary graphics disclosure practices among 197 local governments in Indonesia. Hence, the sample of this study is limited to the local governments employing graphics in providing information in their financial statements for the year 2015. The Integrated Islamic School (Sekolah Islam Terpadu) is known for its rapid development trend in the last decade. The development of the integrated Islamic School runs with the growth of interest to a pure Islamic Education. Appearing as an Islamic institution integrating both religious and secular knowledge, the Integrated Islamic School is able to master the market among the Muslim population. This article aims to scrutinize the characteristics and strategies of the school to expand amid the competitive Indonesian education market through human resource supervision. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the characteristics and strategies of the integrated Islamic School-based human resource supervision encompass political stability, strong Islamic symbols, Islamic personal development programs, inclusive scholarships, and incorporating Islamic populism. These characteristics and strategies attribute the integrated Islamic school as modern, advanced yet religious. In addition, the schools are exclusive in recruiting teachers, pragmatic in using Islamic symbols, and idealistic in the curriculum. Interestingly, this research evokes the integrated Islamic school’s two faces. Internally, it affiliates with an exclusive organization and ideology (Muslim Brotherhood), but simultaneously the school publicly shows inclusive nuances to the society., Sekolah Islam Terpadu merupakan sekolah yang memiliki tren perkembangan sangat pesat pada era ini. Perkembangan Sekolah Islam Terpadu berjalan seiring dengan tumbuhnya minat terhadap pendidikan yang Islami. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap karakteristik dan strategi Sekolah Islam Terpadu dalam berekspansi melalui supervisi sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik dan strategi Sekolah Islam Terpadu berdasar supervisi sumber daya manusia meliputi stabilitas politik, simbol-simbol Islam yang kuat, program Bina Pribadi Islami, keilmuan yang terbuka, dan berjalan seiring dengan menguatnya populisme Islam. Karakteristik sekaligus strategi tersebut menjadikan Sekolah Islam Terpadu ekspansif pada masa ini. Sekolah ini menerapkan metode yang eksklusif dalam merekrut guru, pragmatis dalam menggunakan simbol-simbol Islam namun idealis dalam kurikulum. Hal menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah meskipun Sekolah Islam Terpadu pada faktanya berafiliasi dengan organisasi eksklusif (Ikhwanul Muslimin), namun ia mampu menyajikan nuansa inklusif di mata masyarakat.

Crude oil price (COP) data are time-series data that are assessed as having both volatility and heteroscedasticity variance. One of the best models that can be applied to address the heteroscedasticity problem is GARCH (generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity) model. The purpose of this study is to construct the best-fitted model to forecast daily COP as well as to discuss the prepared recommendation for reducing the impact of daily COP movement. Daily COP data are observed for the last decade, i.e., from 2009 to 2018. The finding with the error of less than 0.0001 is AR (1) – GARCH (1,1). The implementation of the model is applicable for both predicting the next 90 days for the COP and its anticipated impact in the future. This study is aimed to measure Rural Bank performance through a Quantitative Aspect approach based on the RGEC Methods. The financial ratios used are Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, and Return on Assets, The objects of the research are the Conventional Rural Banks in Indonesia with totally 1,545 companies, where whole population being the study sample. The data calculated were conveyed from the Indonesian Banking Statistics Period 2015 - 2019, through the Financial Services Authority website, then being analyzed by using Descriptive Statistics method. Descriptive statistical method is a way of collecting and presenting data in the form of data centralization so that the data provide useful information. The results of the study shows that the Performance of Rural Credit Banks in Indonesia in the 2015 - 2018 period based on the quantitative aspect approach was generally stated as good category. By considering the height of NPL, it is indicated that Rural Bank Management is more prudent in providing financing which is marked by good category LDR value.. The positive impact of the management's prudent way is the high level of Rural Banks profitability that is measured by the ROA value in good category.

Introduction: Hyperglycemia is one of the typical symptoms of patients with diabetes mellitus. This systematic review aims to systematically review the research evidence related to the effects of leg exercise on increasing the value of the ankle-brachial index in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods: This study used a systematic review with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) approach. We identified 85 articles from Scopus, 34 from Pubmed and 401 from ProQuest. The keywords used in the search were "Foot Exercise", "Buerger Allen Exercise" and "Diabetes Mellitus". The inclusion criteria for this study were 1) Interventions with a focus on the Buerger Allen Exercise and 2) papers published in English. The deadline for publication was between 2014 and 2019.Results: After going through the selection process, 8 articles were deemed to be relevant for inclusion in this systematic review. One effort to overcome the interference of lower limb circulation is through physical exercise in the form of leg exercises. The exercises that can be applied are Buerger Allen Exercises.Conclussion: The simplest examination that can be done to detect any interference with lower limb circulation is to measure the value of the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)

This study aims to analyze the Sharia Non-Banking Financial Industry (henceforth INKB) performance in Indonesia based on the criterion of sharia maqashid and its inclusive contribution. This study's population is the Sharia IKNB, with the samples include sharia insurance companies, sharia finance companies, sharia pension funds, and pawnshop companies. The data in this study were analyzed using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The study results show the highest five ranks of Sharia Maqashid Index performance calculation, namely, in respective order, DPLK Muamalah, Reindo Syariah, Asuransi Takaful Indonesia, Sarana Multigriya Finansial, and lastly is Pegadaian Indonesia. To overcome the structural poverty that has been a prominent unfinished issue and often neglected by the state, it requires the ability and sensitivity to respond to the low class' turmoil by the sustainable economy, environment, and financial industry media. The Sharia IKNB must contribute to the public in becoming the frontline in improving the structural poverty system and leading industry in achieving the highest sharia objective, to maintain the life sustainability of humans, nature, economic resource, and other life aspects of the society.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Industri Keuangan Non Perbankan Syariah (selanjutnya INKB) di Indonesia berdasarkan kriteria maqashid syariah dan kontribusinya yang inklusif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah IKNB Syariah, dengan sampel perusahaan asuransi syariah, perusahaan pembiayaan syariah, dana pensiun syariah, dan perusahaan pegadaian. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Hasil studi menunjukkan lima peringkat tertinggi penghitungan kinerja Indeks Maqashid Syariah, yaitu di masing-masing urutan, DPLK Muamalah, Reindo Syariah, Asuransi Takaful Indonesia, Sarana Multigriya Finansial, dan terakhir adalah Pegadaian Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi kemiskinan struktural yang selama ini menjadi isu menonjol yang belum terselesaikan dan sering diabaikan oleh negara, diperlukan kemampuan dan kepekaan dalam merespon gejolak kelas bawah oleh media ekonomi, lingkungan, dan industri keuangan yang berkelanjutan. IKNB Syariah harus berkontribusi kepada masyarakat menjadi garda terdepan dalam memperbaiki sistem kemiskinan struktural dan industri unggulan dalam mencapai tujuan syariah yang setinggi-tingginya, menjaga keberlanjutan kehidupan manusia, alam, sumber daya ekonomi, dan aspek kehidupan masyarakat lainnya.

Financial crimes in Indonesia from 2014-2018 were classified as quite dynamic with a total of 241,367 cases. In 2018 the legal unit area of Polda Metro Jaya had the highest number of cases of 5,526 cases of financial crimes. This study seeks to examine the determinant aspects of financial crime in Indonesia. I used the illustration of the case of First Travel and the Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Pandawa that occurred in Indonesia with a total loss of up to IDR 1 trillion. Discussions in this paper begin from the point of view of white collar crime that elaborated with criminaloid and organizational criminogenic aspects. This study uses a grounded theory method through in-depth interviews of actors. The result is that on the criminaloid aspect, the perpetrators have a tendency to easily confess, have certain social and cultural status, has moral sensitivity and intelligence, and has skills, but hesitates in acting. Meanwhile, in the organizational criminogenic aspect, it was found that the perpetrators were in an environment with profit-oriented ambitions, had certain business perceptions, had a loyal attitude towards their group and their human resources tended to be homogeneous. The results of this study found that a supportive situation is needed in financial crime based on the illustrations of the cases used. Situational criminogenic aspects in research in the form of business that utilize religious sentiments, use a cooperative system and manage funds with a Ponzi scheme. This research will enrich criminology studies, especially in the field of white collar crime. Other than that, hopefully can be useful in the formulation of policies for stakeholders.

Life cycle assessment is a quantitative method to analyze the environmental impact that consists of four main activities: goal and scope definition, life cycle inventory, life cycle impact assessment, and interpretation. The application of the life cycle in palm oil industry are very important and already conducted by many researchers. However, the most difficult task in life cycle assessment are the life cycle inventory. In this research, this study proposed the software to support the life cycle inventory in palm oil production. The result of the study was the conceptual design of the life cycle inventory software.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di industri keuangan non bank (IKNB) syariah di wilayah Jawa Tengah yang tergabung dalam Laporan Keuangan Syariah OJK dan Laporan BPS Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian yaitu aksesibilitas tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap performance financial (p.0,318>0,05). Ketersediaan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap performance financial, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t statistik (p.0,605>0,05). Kegunaan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap performance financial, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t statistik (p.0,456>0,05). Performance financial tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap poverty reductin, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t statistik (p.0,153>0,05).

Multi-array Electrical Resistivity Tomography survey was conducted in coal mining concession of PT. Bukit Baiduri Energi at the Marandai pit, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara-East Kalimantan. Data acquisition has been done using the MAE-X612 unit with 48 electrodes and 5 meters interval and the maximum length of the survey was 235 meters. The aim of the survey is to analyze resistivity images from three different electrodes configurations for interpreting coal seams and other lithologies. We deployed three configurations, including Wenner-Schlumberger, Dipole-Dipole, and Pole-Dipole in one traverse. The resistivity images analyses were constrained using geological and geophysical logging. The result shows that the Wenner-Schlumberger array is the reliable result comparing to the dipole-dipole and pole-dipole arrays. This technique will apply for further assessment to provide the reliable result in this coal mining concession. Electrical Resistivity Tomography offers rapid mapping for shallow mine working up to 45-meter depth. This method can be applied to one or two hour’s measurements with 48 electrodes with maximum 5-meter electrodes interval. This method offers the possible saving of drilling cost by using resistivity profile for coal seam correlation instead of conducting more drilling.

Health Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAKESPRA) Saryanto Jakarta is an institution that has a strategic role in the field of aerospace. which has primary responsibility for carrying out a medical examination of the crew military and civilian aircraft and became a scientific reference for the aviation community including health study in the field of space in Indonesia. Lakespra staffed by military personnel and civilian employees who both have the same roles and responsibilities since the complement policies implemented. However, in reality civil servants until now all excited to achieve high performance, it is characterized by low motivation and their perspective in viewing the future of his career. The results showed the group of women had a better motivation and perspective in view of his future, which reached 51% of the men. Similarly, a group of highly educated S2 has the highest motivation and perspective compared to the pass DIII and S1. From the results of the study provide a schematic and perspective and understanding that the factors motivating factors have a crucial role in supporting employee career at Lakespra.

This study aims to determine; (1) the effect of TQM implementation on managerial performance; (2) the effect of the reward system on the relationship between TQM implementation and managerial performance; (3) the influence of information technology on the relationship between TQM implementation and managerial performance. Respondents in this study were General Managers, Managers and Field Managers at State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Banda Aceh. This is an explanatory research using a sample of 10 SOEs in Banda Aceh and the population techniques. It used multiple linear method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) TQM implementation has an effect on managerial performance. This means that the implementation of TQM has an influence and plays a role in behavior, ways of working and motivation of managers to achieve high performance; (2) the reward system weakens the influence of TQM implementation on managerial performance. The existence of these influences shows that the implementation of TQM and the reward system cannot lead to the creation of high managerial performance; (3) information technology weakens / does not affect the implementation of TQM on managerial performance, this shows that the implementation of TQM and IT is not able to motivate to improve managerial performance.

The purpose of this study is to test positive accounting theory by analyzing the effect of audit committees, independent commissioners on earnings management through debt hyphothesis testing, bonus motivation on earnings management, by adding the firm size variable as a control variable on earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2020. The results of the study confirm that the independent commissioners partially have a significant influence on earnings management. The audit committee has a significant effect on earnings management and bonus motivation has no effect on earnings management and debt motivation has no effect on earnings management. While the firm size variable has no effect on earnings management. Simultaneously independent commissioners, audit committee, bonus motivation, and firm size have a significant effect on earnings management. This findings indicates that the motivation developed in positive accounting theory in earnings management.

This program aims to build public awareness of the values of Pancasila in preventing Tuberculosis. Community service activities were carried out on Friday 4 September 2020 at the multipurpose building Aisyiyah Batang, Jl. Wahid Hasyim, Kauman Batang. The participants of the activity were 44 health cadres who were representatives of all sub-districts in the Batang Regency.. This community service method is carried out by providing socialization and education to the people of Batang Regency. Results of this community service are: 1) the increase in the cultivation of Pancasila values in patients with tuberculosis in Batang Regency, 2) the increase of public awareness of the values of Pancasila in the prevention of Tuberculosis, 3 )the capability of the community to keep the environment clean and avoid environmental pollution according to the values of Pancasila, and 4) the increase of the sense of concern among members of the community for tuberculosis sufferers according to values. In addition, community participation in the culture of Pancasila values in tuberculosis patients has increased. The conclusions are: 1) the cultivation of Pancasila values can increase public awareness in preventing Tuberculosis, 2) through community service activities regarding the culture of Pancasila values, the community is able to maintain personal and environmental hygiene to prevent Tuberculosis, and c) community service activities regarding the culture of Pancasila values can increase the sense of concern among community members towards people who are sick with Tuberculosis. Therefore, through the cultivation of Pancasila values, especially the second principle, a just and civilized humanity becomes very important. The culture of Pancasila values in people with tuberculosis is one of the state's efforts to protect citizens.

The employee information system is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Language Hall Office, to get information about employees to be more focused and easy to obtain. In this study, researchers only discussed employee problems and data management mechanisms at the Aceh Language Center Office and designed an employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The research objective was to understand the problems of employees and data management at the Aceh Language Center Office and to create a supporting application about employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) employee administration staff to record and input employee data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee information system at the Aceh Language Hall Office has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the PHP and MySQL language programs as the database.

Covid-19 pandemic has threatened the port support service industry in Indonesia. These threats are in the form of decreasing demand throughout the customer market, increasing competition in the industry, rising operating costs, and the emergence of operational issues on how to handle operational activities safely. To deal with these issues, XYZ one of port service company was selected. Primary and secondary data are then collected, SWOT are identified and analyzed and company’s business and operational strategies are then formulated. After formulating the business strategy using diamond strategy framework and developing operational strategi based on the business strategy requirement we conclude that the strategies to solve the company problems are strengthening its network, performing taper integration and strengthening operational excellence and customer intimacy simultaneously. The suitable operation strategy to support the above strategies are taper integration, maintaining external resources, integrated planning and control, implementation of tight integrated standard business process, and continuous improvement.

Recommendation systems are quite famous and are increasingly being used on e-commerce platforms for a variety of purposes. The recommendation system technique used also varies greatly depending on the scope and Item of recommendation. Content-based filtering, for example, is used to recommend related product items based on user preferences. However, how the recommendation system architecture should be built starts by creating a data model for bringing up related product items. This paper offers a system architecture by considering the initial problem usually faced by recommendation systems, namely the cold start problem. The problem of lack of user preferences data is trying to be overcome by utilizing product item documents. Product item documents are processed using the TF-IDF algorithm and Vector Space Model to generate a data model. Then a query can be applied to find similarities to items that the user has seen. In the end, the recommendation system architecture that was built produced excellent Precision using Recall and Precision testing. Tests are carried out for data using the weighting of product names and product labels. The result obtained 0.84 for the average value of Recall and 0.78 for the average value of Precision.

Introduction: Glycemic control in DM is responsive to the condition of patients who have hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels of 5-6%. However, most patients find it difficult to achieve the target of glycemic control. Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME), which integrates the five pillars of DM management, emphasizes intervention behavior independently. The purpose of this systematic review is to analyze the effectiveness of diabetes self-management education intervention with short message service (SMS) or mobile application on glycemic control . Methods: This systematic review was conducted by searching five electronic databases, such as Scopus, PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link and ProQuest over five years or more with full text in the English language. The search keywords were adjusted according to the medical subject headings and Boolean operators. This study used the PRISMA flow chart to select articles. Fifteen studies were included if they reported on diabetes self-care management education intervention with short message service or mobile application interventions in patients with diabetes. Reviews and editorials were excluded. Results : DSME interventions with SMS and with mobile application have effectiveness to manage and decrease glycemic control (HbA1c and blood glucose level) by health education, diet monitoring, and self-monitoring of blood glucose levels. Conclusion: This systematic review has shown that DSME intervention with SMS and mobile application significantly improves glycemic control despite the heterogeneity across the studies. The recommendation for further research is to analyze the comparison of the effectiveness of online and direct DSME intervention, which can improve glycemic control.

finance performance of a company is totally reflection of good management performance. As a Islamic Banks finance institution, it was claimed to have good finance performance. This study was conducted to see the finance performance acceleration of Islamic Banks. Generally, finance performance possibly achieved maximally time by time, however it is very important to re-study the acceleration and growth in certain time, yet the performance grows up simultaneously. This study was conducted in Indonesia Islamic Banks within 2009 – 2018, by secondary data which is gained from Finance Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) sited in www.ojk.go.id. The best performance based on score acceleration combination was achieved in 2018 which is indicated by total acceleration score of positive CAR, ROA and FDR and also negative acceleration score of NPF, however the lowest performance was in 2011 and 2017 which is indicated by the total negative acceleration score of CAR, ROA and FDR with positive NPF score acceleration.

Change is a double-edged knife. It is both beneficial and harmful. A changing organization must first recognize the needs for change before planning a radical transformation. However, some organizations can fail to identify and devise effective measures to transform since the transforming layers are beyond overt variables: such as the aspects of ideology and metaphors. This paper is dealing with the need for change in a private university in Indonesia. Unsuccessful effort to manage the change has produced unproductive conflicts in the university. To generate an effective transformation plan, the researchers employed, ethnography, an embedded participant observation, to gather rich data. Followed by a combination of two futuristic methods namely Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) and backcasting to deeply comprehend the fabrics of the present, generate an alternative and preferred future, and present ideal measures to actualize the preferred future along with potential risks. Upaya untuk meningkatkan populasi sapi perah dengan salah satu teknologi inseminasi buatan banyak kendala, salah satunya adalah sulitnya deteksi estrus, karena kejadian anestrus sangat umum pada sapi perah setelah lahir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sinkronisasi estrus menggunakan intravaginal implan progeterone untuk mengatasi anestrus di sapi perah pasca melahirkan. Duapuluh ekor sapi perah blasteran yang dimiliki oleh Kelompok Tani ternak di Kabupaten Kabupaten Magelang desa Ngablak dibagi menjadi dua kelompok perlakuan. pengobatan menggunakan implan progesteron CIDR selama 10 hari di intravaginal, II sebagai pengobatan untuk kontrol menggunakan implan kosong selama 10 hari untuk intravaginal sebagai kontrol. Menarche precox is the first time menstruation by a woman before 12 years old, because estrogen hormones has produced than other women. 5.2% of children in 17 provinces in Indonesia has got menarche before 12 years old. Indonesia is the 15 th ranks out of 67 countries with declining age of menarche reaching 0,145 years per decade. The purpose of this research is to determine what factors are associated with the incident of menarche praecox at female students 10-13 years old in Cikal Harapan Islamic School Tangerang. The type of this research is analytic with a quantitative method and the design of this research is cross-sectional . This research uses primary data and the instrument of this research by using checklists, microtome and weight scales. Total population in this research is 125 female students. The samples in this research are all of the population. Analysis of this research by using univariate and bivariate analysis. This research was tested by using the Chi-Square test. From the research, it is known that the majority of female students have menarche praecox 53,6%, non-obese nutrition status is 75,2%, not active in sport is 69,6%, an age of mother menarche was fast is 51,2%, and exposure of pornography is 65,6%. From the analysis data, it can be concluded that there is no correlation between nutritional status with menarche praecox incident (P-value 0,107), there is a correlation between physical activity (sport) with menarche praecox incident (P-value 0,002), there is a correlation between age of mother menarche with menarche praecox incident (P-value 0,000), there is a correlation between exposure of adult media mass (pornography) with menarche praecox incident (P-value 0.004).

This study aims to determine the process of collective intelligence of farmers to describe level of collective intelligence of farmers in coastal agriculture area farm management and factors of the collective intelligence of farmers. in coastal agriculture area. The basic method used here was namely analytical descriptive method. The sample was taken with purposive method. Analysis method was done by using chi-square and gamma tests. The results showed that the process as of collective intelligence of coastal agriculture area fanners in Panjatan Sub District were social learning and consensus process. Level of collective intelligence of farmers' on the coastal agriculture area tends to be high. Indicators of collective intelligence that have been done by all of the farmers were land clearing for agriculture, land consolidation, farm road construction, group planning arrangement, auction markets arrangement, and pantek well construction. There were two indicators which haven't been done by farmers i.e. using of plastic mulch a.nd using of power sprayer. The factors affecting collective intelligence are farmer's organization activities, farmer's experience and land size.

Kecamatan integrated administration service training (patent) aims to improve the operational quality of patents. This study aims to analyze the factual model, design a hypothetical model and develop a patent training model in order to improve the performance of the camat in leading the implementation of patents. The research method is research and development. Data collection techniques include documentation studies, observations, interviews, and questionnaires, data validity is done with reliability, validity, and triangulation of data, while data analysis techniques use qualitative, quantitative and experimental models. The results showed that the factual model of needs analysis, training planning and target material was only for the staff of the district apparatus. Based on the factual model, a hypothetical model is included: (1) planning oriented to improving the performance of the subdistrict head; (2) implementation: following general and specific learning objectives and actual issues, success stories and (3) control: at the end of the training pre-test and post-training are conducted. Then the final model of patent training was developed to improve the performance of the subdistrict head. Conclusion: Patent development training can improve one's managerial ability, managerial skills: a) Technical skills, b) Skills in human relationships and c) Conceptual skills. Research Implications: The Central Java Provincial Government conducted a more in-depth study of training needs to strengthen the delivery of public services in realizing good governance. Districts always create innovations to improve better public services.

Community service activity’s aims to strengthen fisheries institutions in order to overcome poverty, vulnerability, labor and gender equality because most of SME’s involving family members of fishermen and women. The several methods of implementation uses socialization include discourse, discussion, training, practice and evaluation. The approaches to the action program include 1) Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model; 2) Entrepeneurship Capacity Building Model (ECB) and 3) Technology Transfer Model (TT). To strengthen the institution of fishermen’s bussiness, conducted periodic guidance program to groups who are members of Paguyuban Projomino Bantul. The results of the implementation of the activities that have been achieved: 1) the implementation of e-commerce socialization 2) on-line business training for early adopter 3) the plan of making fan page managed by community and entrepreneur of UMKM. The program is assessed by participants to increase their income and welfare. Program participants have a positive response considering that marketing with e-commerce can be integrated with konvensional marketing. The perceived effective empowerment method is on-line business training followed by mentoring. The synergy between the team, counselors and administrators supports the empowerment to run intensively and optimally so that the impact on the sustainability of the program.

Pada saat ini masyarakat membutuhkan teknologi telekomunikasi yang berbiaya murah, salah satu bentuk teknologi telekomunikasi yang berbiaya murah adalah VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP adalah sebuah teknologi yang dapat melewatkan traffic suara pada jaringan IP. Kelemahan dari VoIP ini adalah kualitas suara yang dihasilkan tidak sebaik dengan kualitas suara yang dihasilkan dari jaringan telepon konvensional atau PSTN. Hal ini disebabkan oleh QoS (Quality of Service) yang buruk. Untuk meningkatkan QoS pada jaringan menggunakan 2 metode yaitu integrated service dan differentiated service. Penelitian ini membandingkan nilai delay, jitter dan MOS dengan menggunakan metode integrated service dan differentiated service sehingga dapat diketahui metode manakah yang paling baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas suara pada jaringan VoIP. Hasil dari perbandingan tersebut adalah kualitas suara yang menggunakan metode differentiated Service lebih baik dari kualitas suara yang menggunakan metode integrated Service karena dengan menggunakan metode differentiated service, peningkatan kualitas suara sekitar 2.8% - 4.49% sedangkan persentase peningkatan kualitas suara dengan metode integrated service sekitar 1.87% - 3.2%.

A wideband frequency modulator capable of modulating the input frequency within a range of 0.5% to 5% with a programmable step of 0.5% is presented. The block has been built in 65 nm technology with a low power consumption of 1 mW. The proposed topology uses a period locking delay locked loop, phase interpolator and a digital controller to modulate the input frequency and gives the flexibility of controlling the shape of the modulating signal.

After the enactment of Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, and Government Regulation No. 27 of 2014 on the Assets Management of State/Regions, each region must be manage its assets in an orderly administration, the rule of law, and physical order. To facilitate the local government in assets management, has been developed the Regional Management Information System-Regional Assets (SIMDA-BMD). Local government of Banjarnegara has implemented SIMDA-BMD since 2009. This paper discusses the analysis of the implementation of SIMDA-BMD on Local government of Banjarnegara. The purpose of this paper is to determine how SIMDA-BMD process data into information, internal controls have been applied, and the characteristics of the quality of information produced. The result of this paper, it SIMDA-BMD is good in processing data becomes information and internal control that is applied is sufficient. The information quality produced by SIMDA-BMD is meet the relevant quality characteristics, but has not completely reliable because the book value is equal to the purchase price, it is because SIMDA-BMD does not have the depreciation facility.

The Quantitative structure-Activity Relationship (QSAR) study has been performed on pattern of structure-molecule relationship. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model used to estimate pattern of enzyme activity structure-molecule and atomic location in three-dimension for compound of flavonoid as the predictors. Value of determination coefficient used to compare between actual value and value of estimating by ANN models based on enzyme’s wavelength, so resulting cross validating is obtained. We use Quasy-Newton algorithm with Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) procedure.
