Background: Infertility is an inability of a spouse to get pregnant within twelve months seeking pregnancy without using any contraception. The duration of infertility affects the chance to get pregnant. Objective: To identify the factors causing infertility patient came late to Polyclinic Merpati RSUP Dr. Kariadi Methods: This study was an observational descriptive with a cross-sectional design. The data were obtained from medical records and questionnaires. Twenty-six respondents were infertility patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and came to Polyclinic Merpati RSUP Dr. Kariadi in September 2020. Results: The number of infertility patients in September 2020 was 76 patients, 72,4% of them came to Polyclinic Merpati late. Most people came after being referred from the previous doctors. Three factors causing infertility patients came late were economic factors, a social factor, and another difficulty. This research discusses the strategy of developing a Tapis craft tourism village and the tourism supply chain in Negeri Katon village, Pesawaran district. The purpose of this study is to identify tourism potential and formulate strategies for developing Tapis craft tourism villages and tourism supply chains. The method used in this study is to use SWOT analysis which includes IFAS, EFAS, IE and SWOT matrices. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are several tourism potentials that can be developed. The IFAS matrix analysis produces 5 strengths and 4 weaknesses, while based on the EFAS matrix analysis there are 3 opportunities and 2 threats. The IE matrix shows that the development of tourist villages is in quadrant one position. The conclusion of this research is that based on the SWOT analysis, there are several alternative strategies that are produced including involving the community in the development of tourist villages starting from planning, implementing and evaluating, making tour package programs, making photo spots for tourists, assisting the community to ensure the program runs well, increasing human resource capabilities, taking advantage of technological developments to maximize promotions, forming tourism management institutions, encouraging people to become entrepreneurs in the culinary field, utilizing and managing people's homes as homestays, building tourist facilities and infrastructure, creating Tapis culture week activity programs, involving the younger generation in exhibition activities, forming the Tapis community, including Tapis lessons in formal schools, improving coordination between craftsmen and the government as well as providing counseling and education to the community.

Risk Based Inspection (RBI) has been implemented mainly in oil and gas industry to manage the risk of aging facilities. The RBI plan has also been introduced for new facilities and become part of the design requirements, making it the right time for PT. XYZ to improve their RBI implementation to support the Facility Risk Integrity Management System. This is a semi-quantitative study on primary data collected through focus group discussion using the RBI evaluation parameters based on API 580, API 581, and field observation and secondary data from previous RBI reports, maintenance program, and inspection program. Finally, an evaluation was conducted to assess whether the RBI management strategy has been integrated to the safety and asset management; inspection, testing, and monitoring; and operation strategies. This gap analysis aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the ongoing RBI implementation at PT. XYZ in general while specifically identify the part of RBI and related Asset Integrity Management already implemented and those that still need further improvement. Results show an overall score of 328 of 470, showing a good implementation of RBI. The largest gaps identified are RBI on specific equipment (score=3.0), documented RBI management policy and strategy (score=3.8), risk target and risk acceptable level (score=4.0), and specific damage mechanism components (score=5.3).

The legal basis for the establishment of Sharia Pawnshops is PP No. 103 dated November 10 2000 and Fatwa DSN No. 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning Rahn. For this reason, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of promotions, prices and loan disbursement procedures on customer interest in using rahn products in Islamic pawnshops. This research uses quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Primary data is data that comes from the original source or the first one that comes from a questionnaire. Based on the analysis and data processing above, the results obtained include promotion variables that affect customer interest, price variable affects customer interest and loan disbursement procedure variables also affect customer interest. Background: Older adults are susceptible to worsened quality of life (QOL) and depression due to aging. Elderly integrated health service post (EIHSP) is community-based health care that aims to improve older adults’ health; however, not all older adults participate in this health service.Purpose: This study was conducted to assess the relationship between the QOL, depression level, and older adults’ participation in EIHSP.Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out among 102 older adults in a community-dwelling area in Semarang, Indonesia. Respondents were recruited using a total sampling technique. QOL was assessed by the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, while the level of depression was assessed by Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) questionnaires. ZIS can be used to open work opportunities in the form of capital assistance, educational assistance, health facility assistance and so on, so that later will be more productive. This paper will specifically examine comprehensively the operation of ZIS and its implementation in realizing prosperity in the perspective of Islamic economics at KSPPS BMT Fajar Metro. This is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data consists of primary and secondary sources which are then collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and verification. The interesting findings of this study are, first, that ZIS management operations are divided into two, on the collection of funds and their distribution. Sources of funds for the collection of ZIS funds and other religious social funds. Background/Aim: Stroke is a major cause of death and disability worldwide. Inflammatory markers for poor outcomes in stroke patients have been widely studied, but these examinations are often constrained by limited costs and facilities. Platelet lymphocyte ratio is one of the markers of inflammation that is easily examined, only a few researches were studied on stroke patients, especially ischemic type. This article aimed to understanding high platelet lymphocyte ratio as a risk factor for poor outcome in acute ischemic stroke patients. Method: The design of this research is literature review by literature from 32 journal and 5 textbooks. Journals obtained from search engines Pubmed, Google Scholar, and NCBI. Result: Based on the results of the literature review, circulating platelets play an important role in the development and resolution, not only because of their direct effect on the endothelium but also by releasing inflammatory mediators. Acute ischemic stroke will induce lymphocyte apoptosis, which causes impaired immune system. High platelet counts and low lymphocytes contribute to micro-thrombus formation, which increases the risk of stroke and has a poor prognosis in patient. In a ship planning can not be separated from the planning of the ship launching process. A ship can glide perfectly if it has a high enough planning time and costs. The launch process itself is divided into several ways. The choice of this method needs to be considered because it relates to the budget and preparations made. The method used is the calculation according to the numerical approach assisted by computational software. In the first calculation it is planned with the slipway launch, and then the next one is planned with the airbags that have been implemented previously. The purpose of this study is to provide analysis results as a consideration in implementing the slipway and airbag ship launching method on KM ships. Belt Nusantara 72 measuring 2000 DWT. In steps 5 to 6, both the slipway and the airbags experience a stern lift condition with a value (yVd) of 1396.97 ton. Based on the economic analysis of the hours of people using airbags, there is a decrease in working hours by 44% when compared to the launch using a slipway. This also happened to work productivity where it was 84% more time effective. When viewed from an investment point of view, the use of slipways is actually more economical than airbag, the difference is 43% more economical using slipways. Both types of launch can be applied by looking at the economical side and the ability of each shipyard in carrying out the launching process and seeing the main size of the ship to be launched.

This study uses secondary data, namely data obtained from the annual report of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna from 2015 - 2018. PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna with a research sample of 48. The sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was the influence of Non-Performance Loans (NPL) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, 2) there wasn't an influence of Non-Performance Loans (NPL) and Operating Costs Operational (BOPO) on PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Earning Per Share (EPS), 3) Return on Equity (ROE) not influence on PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Earning Per Share, 4) No Non-Performance Loan (NPL) effect, on the Earning Per Share through the Return On Equity variable (ROE) of PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna and 5) there is no effect of Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on the Earning Per Share (EPS) through the Return on Equity (ROE) of PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna.

This study aims to: 1) test and analyze the role of knowledge management and competence in innovation, 2) test and analyze the role of knowledge management and competence on organizational performance, 3) test and analyze the role of innovation on organizational performance, 4) test and analyze the role of management knowledge of organizational performance through innovation, 5) testing and analyzing the role of competence on organizational performance through innovation, and 6) testing and analyzing the role of knowledge management and employee competence on organizational performance through innovation at PDAM Ketapang Regency. The research was conducted by PDAM Ketapang Regency employees, totaling 71 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an influence on the role of knowledge management and competence on innovation, 2) there was an influence on the role of knowledge management and competence on organizational performance, 3) there was an influence on the role of innovation on organizational performance, 4) there was an influence on the role of knowledge management on organizational performance through innovation, 5) there is an influence on the role of competence on organizational performance through innovation, and 6) there is an influence on the role of knowledge management and employee competence on organizational performance through innovation at PDAM Ketapang Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge management and integrity on company performance through motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Kateloc Indonesia. The research sample was 283 employees. The data collection technique used questionnaires and data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that the knowledge management variable partially affected company performance. The integrity variable partially affects company performance. The motivation variable partially affects company performance. Knowledge management variables partially influence motivation. The integrity variable partially affects motivation. The influence of knowledge management on company performance is 0.548. The effect of knowledge management on performance through motivation is 0.676 X 0.868 = 0.587. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, so it can be said that the motivation variable is intervening. The direct effect of integrity on company performance is 0.659. Meanwhile, the influence of integrity on company performance through motivation is 0.782 X 0.868 = 0.679. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, so it can be said that the work motivation variable is intervening.

Nasyid extracurricular students at SMAIT Al-Multazam are students with a lack of musical experience but produce musical abilities to create nasyid works. The aim of this research is to find out and describe how the creative process of nasyid extracurricular students in creating nasyid works. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study of documents. The results of this study the creative process carried out by nasyid extracurricular students includes 4 stages, namely determining ideas, the process of creating nasyid lyrics, determining the chords in nasyid song lyrics, the method of composing chords on nasyid songs and the creation of a nasyid work. The conclusion is that the Nasyid extracurricular students are still in the learning stage but choose to pursue it to create a nasyid work so that it has a creative process to create nasyid works that can produce a work.

The skill variable partially influences organizational commitment. The influence of knowledge management on organizational performance is 0.522. The influence of knowledge management on performance through organizational commitment is 0.649 x 0.846 = 0.549. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect so it can be said that the work organization's commitment variable is intervening. The direct effect of skills on organizational performance is 0.620. While the influence of skills on organizational performance through organizational commitment is 0.798 x 0.846 = 0.675. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect so it can be said that the work organization's commitment variable is intervening.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and discipline on organizational performance simultaneously, determine the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance partially, determine the effect of discipline on organizational performance partially, determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance partially, know the influence of culture organization on performance through organizational citizenship behavior and know the effect of discipline on organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior variables. The study was carried out at the Bekasi City Inspectorate Organization. Sampling uses a saturated sample involving 86 employees in all parts of the organization. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that organizational culture variables partially influence organizational performance. T value of 5.055. The significance value is 0.00. This significant value is smaller than 0.05. The value of r squared is 0.233. This means that the influence of organizational culture variables on performance by 23.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the equation model. Discipline variables partially affect organizational performance. T value of 7.282. The significance value is 0.00. This significant value is smaller than 0.05. The value of r squared is 0.387. This means that the influence of disciplinary variables on organizational performance is 38.7% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the equation model. The variable of organizational citizenship behavior partially influences organizational performance. T value of 14.834. The significance value is 0.00. This significant value is smaller than 0.05. The value of r squared is 0.724. This means that the influence of organizational culture variables on organizational performance by 72.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the equation model. The influence of organizational culture on organizational performance is 0.483. The influence of organizational culture on performance through organizational culture is 0.614x0.851 =0.5191. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect so it can be said that the variable of organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The direct effect of discipline on organizational performance is 0.622. While the influence of discipline on organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior is 0.762x0.851 = 0.648. In this case, the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect so it can be said that the variable of organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable.

Indonesia is a developing country with many local cultures trying to continue increasing electronic transactions with e-Banking. UTAUT2 is the one of acceptance and use of the technology model. This study focuses on investigating the effect of Javanese cultural philosophy (local culture in Indonesia) on banking customer behavior in accepting and using banking transactions. This paper is supported by qualitative information, although it uses a quantitative approach. The Javanese cultural philosophy “Ojo Gumunan, Ojo Kagetan” was the main information before distributing the questionnaire as primary data. This model uses UTAUT2 and data analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The main results reinforce the theory that the Javanese cultural philosophy “Ojo Gumunan, Ojo Kagetan” is a significant dominant factor in influencing behavior intention. The results of applying the UTAUT2 model show a variance of 86.4% for the endogenous variable behavioral intention and 72.4% for the endogenous variable use behavior to e-banking, which exceeds the value of the original model. Findings revealed that the variables of Javanese philosophy and promotion conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intentions. The facilitating condition variables, habit variables, and behavioral intentions variables on behavior using e-banking proved to affect significantly. This study aims to evaluate the model of acceptance and use of e-banking with a Javanese philosophical approach. The evaluation results show that Javanese philosophy is the main and dominant factor in the model. The contribution of this study can provide insights for practitioners and researchers that increasing non-cash banking transactions (less-cash society) through e-banking can use a local-cultural philosophical approach. This study aims to determine the quality of the website of the DKI Jakarta Province Human Resources Development Agency with the address https://www.bpsdm.jakarta.go.id as a media of information about activities and institutions related to the development of competencies for civil servants (PNS) within the Government. DKI Jakarta Province is based on the perceptions of end users by analyzing end users' perceptions of usability, informaton quality and interaction quality using the WebQual 4.0 method. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire via Geogle Form with 22 statements based on the WebQual dimension and one statement about the whole (overall) with 438 respondents from the entire population of civil servants of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as many as 60,691 people as of September 30, 2020, but who meet requirements as many as 398 respondents. The website quality analysis stage is by describing the survey data. The prerequisite for the test is to test the validity and reliability. Furthermore, data analysis by calculating the score and average on each indicator. The results of this test analysis indicate that the variables of usability, informaton quality and interaction quality on the website of the BPSDM DKI Jakarta Province have quality. The results of this study have implications for the need for BPSDM DKI Jakarta Province to evaluate the maintenance and development of the website that has been built used to improve service quality.

BACKGROUND: Penile cancer is a rare condition, affecting less than 1% of the adult male population [1]. The risk of penile cancer increases significantly with age, poor hygiene, and the presence of the prepuce. The most common type encountered is squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Clinically penile cancer appears as small lesions with induration and erythema or as large infiltrative ulcerative lesions. As the disease progresses, complaints such as itching, bleeding, discharge, foul odor, and pain occurred. CASE REPORT: A 63-year-old man with poor hygiene and has a history of diabetes mellitus had penis ulcers since 5 years ago. On physical examination, an ulcer with the size of 12 × 12 × 10 cm was found growing pus (-). Biopsy had done and confirmed SCC as a result. Pelvic multiple slice CT shows growth covering the entire shaft of the penis down to the base. The patient had a previous history of using silicone injection 35 years ago and causing Sclerofibromatosis. The patient was planned to undergo surgery with clinical diagnosis T4N0M0. Total penectomy was performed with an elliptical incision around the base with a margin of 2 cm. Sclerofibromatosis and the surrounding tissue were excised to the base of the penis followed by perineal urethrostomy. There was no problem postoperatively. The patient went home after staying in the hospital for 96 h. The surgical specimen revealed SCC with free of tumor excision margin. CONCLUSIONS: Injections with silicone to enlarge the penis cannot be justified. The process can trigger a chronic inflammatory reaction associated with penile malignancy. Total penectomy and wide excision with urethral perineostomy could be optimal initial treatment.

Several previous research have described transformational leadership as successful leadership that led higher education to implement changes for the better. However, a more comprehensive survey on the implementation of transformational leadership in higher education has not been conducted. This research aims at observing a transformational leadership style with the model 4I, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, and inspirational motivation, which is applied to higher education comprehensively. A survey method with questionnaires taken from lecturers working at higher education in Indonesia was used in this research. The findings revealed that attention given to individuals and reducing penalty towards any mistakes by subordinates must be given more attention so that the application of complete combination between one dimension and other dimensions and each indicator of transformational leadership must be carried out. This research is expected to have implications for the effectiveness of higher education leadership, and be used as a reference by higher education leaders in choosing a leadership style.

This study offers Sustainable Development Measurement using three variables, namely; The Human Development Index (HDI) represents Sustainable Social Economic Development, and the Environmental Quality (EQ) represents Environmental Sustainability, while the Exogenous Variable is Household Electrification (EoH). With Analysis Using Structural Equation Modeling, the results showed; EoH positively and significantly correlated to HDI. EoH is negatively correlated and significant to EQ. HDI significantly negatively correlated with EQ. Electrification of Households causes the occurrence of Sustainable Social Economic Development, and vice versa, the electrification of households causes the occurrence of environmental sustainability, and the relationship of sustainable Social Economic Development causes the occurrence of environmental sustainability. Research Novelty is the Role of Moderation from EoH to the relationship between HDI and EQ so that provinces with low Household Electrification with Provinces with high Household Electrification will differ in environmental damage due to Sustainable Social Economic Development. Analyzing the effects of Internal Factors, Local Government Interventions, External Factors and Policies of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority on Profitability with External Factors as Moderating Variables at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. Sample this research is a Regional Development Bank of 24 Banks with research data from 2010 to 2018. A total of 24 Regional Development Banks throughout Indonesia were sampled from 2010 to 2018, so the observation data in this study includes 216 research data and there are 80 outlier data so that the data processed in this study with 136 data processed in the study. Analysis of the data in this study used Structural Equation Modeling with Warp PLS Program and internal actors gave a significant influence on profitability, Intervenes local government gave insignificant influence on profitability, External actors gave a significant influence on profitability, policy Bank Indonesia and financial services authority gave insignificant influence on profitability, Policy Bank Indonesia and financial services authority gave a positive and insignificant influence on profitability with external factors as moderation at the Regional Development Bank in Indonesia.

Background and purpose : Angiogenesis has been one of the hallmarks of cancer. In recent years, Phyllanthus niruri extract (PNE) was reported to inhibit angiogenesis by decreasing the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in breast cancer. However, the experimental results were confirmed in cancer cell lines only, whereas the anti-angiogenic activity in animal models has not been demonstrated. In this study, we tried to examine the anti-angiogenic activity of PNE on BALB/c strain mice models that were induced for breast cancer using the carcinogenic substance 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA). Experimental approach : Experimental animals were divided into five different groups; vehicle, DMBA, PNE 500 mg/kg, PNE 1000 mg/kg; and PNE 2000 mg/kg. Mammary carcinogenesis was induced using a subcutaneous injection of 15 mg/kg of DMBA for 12 weeks. Afterward, oral PNE treatment was given for the following 5 weeks. VEGFA and HIF-1α were observed using immunohistochemistry. Endothelial cell markers CD31, CD146, and CD34 were observed using the fluorescent immunohistochemistry method. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-17, and C-X-C motif chemokine (CXCL12) were measured using flow cytometry. Findings/Results : The survival analysis indicated that PNE increased the survival rate of mice ( P = 0.043, log-rank test) at all doses. The PNE treatment decreased the immunoreactive score of angiogenic factors (VEGF and HIF-1α), as well as the endothelial cell markers (CD31, CD146, and CD34). The PNE-treated groups also decreased the levels of inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-17, and CXCL12) at all doses. Conclusion and implications : This finding suggests that PNE may inhibit the progression of angiogenesis in breast cancer mice by targeting the hypoxia and inflammatory pathways.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and discipline on organizational performance simultaneously, knowing the influence of leadership on organizational performance partially, knowing the influence of discipline on organizational performance partially, knowing the effect of motivation on organizational performance partially, knowing the effect of leadership on performance through motivation and know the influence of discipline on organizational performance through motivation variables. The study was conducted at the Jakarta Civil Servants and K3 Employees' organization. Sampling using saturated samples involving 200 employees in all parts of the organization. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on the results of the study note that the variables of leadership and discipline simultaneously affect organizational performance. Leadership variables affect organizational performance partially. Discipline variables partially affect organizational performance. Motivational variables affect organizational performance partially. The influence of leadership and discipline influences organizational performance through motivation.

Entrepreneurship development based on creative industries for women congregation majelis taklim (MT) in Kepek village is carried out using the PAR (Participation Action Research) method which aims to encourage creative minds by pressing questions and participant-oriented guidance. Entrepreneurship development for MT female congregation in Kepek Gunung Kidul village can be achieved well. Among others are; There needs to be a follow-up in a series of mentoring and skills improvement, both for the main and supporting the business. The potential for good local wisdom can be converted into economic values. Massive development of marketing networks needs to be considered in order to have a bigger economic impact on the surrounding community. The government is advised to support deeper exploration of the local economic wisdom of the people of Gunung Kidul so that it can have a direct positive impact on its residents.

This research aimed to identify supporting and inhibiting factor in the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) policy in Sumberejo Village, Batuwarno Sub District, Wonogiri Regency. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative research. Data were obtained from the result of interview, documentation, and observation. Interview was conducted with the officials representing Village Community Empowerment Office of Wonogiri Regency and the officials Sumberejo Village. Documentation related to BUMDes of Sumberejo Village. Observation was conducted by seeing situation and condition in Sumberejo Village environment and BUMDes. The result of research showed that the supporting factor in the implementation of BUMDes policy included: communication; disposition; characteristics of the the implementing agencies and economic, social and political conditions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor included resources (HR or human resource and budget resource); bureaucratic structure; and policy standard and objectives. Supporting factors can encourage the development of BUMDes and increase the profit, despite some limitations. The factors inhibiting BUMDes policy generates some problems to BUMDes, so that its profit percentage and contribution to PADes (Original Village Income) have not been optimal yet and is fluctuating. Edward III’s, and Van Meter and Van Horn’s implementation model theory used to analyze BUMDes policy in this study evidently are the factors affecting the implementation of BUMDes policy, in the form of supporting and inhibiting factors.

Pendahuluan: Congestive heart failure adalah ketidakmampuan jantung untuk memompa darah dalam jumlah yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan jaringan terhadap oksigen dan nutrient. Masalah yang sering muncul pada pasien congestive heart failure salah satunya yaitu gangguan tidur. Penatalaksanaan gangguan tidur diantaranya mengunakan pendekatan farmakologis dan non farmakologis. Salah satu pendekatan non farmakologis adalah pengaturan posisi tidur lateral kanan dan semifowler. Tujuan penulisan mengidentifikasi studi literatur tentang posisi tidur dalam meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada pasien congestive heart failure. Metode penelusuran database yang digunakan dalam studi literature ini yaitu database elektronik seperti ScienceDirect dan website: google dan google scholar. Hasil penelitian ada 7 jurnal yang diidentifikasi dan diterbitkan dari 2015-2019. Hasil dari jurnal menunjukan bahwa pengaturan posisi tidur lateral kanan dan semifowler efektif mengatasi masalah gangguan tidur pada pasien CHF. Saran: diharapkan peran perawat dan peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat menerapkan intervensi pemberian posisi tidur lateral kanan dan semifowler untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien CHF.

The purpose of this study was to determine the blood glucose influence on cholesterol and blood pressure of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This research was correlative analytic study. The sample consisted of 24 respondents. Data analyzed using Spearman’s rho. Spearman's rho test results on blood glucose and cholesterol are a significance value of 0.001 and a correlation coefficient of 0.619. This can be interpreted that there is an influence between blood glucose and cholesterol with a strong relationship. Spearman's rho test results on blood glucose and blood pressure are a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.798. This can be interpreted that there is an influence between blood glucose and blood pressure with a strong relationship. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between blood glucose with cholesterol and blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

This research analyzed media feasibility and effectiveness based on IoT with a problem-solving approach that provides real experience to improve students' HOTS on thermodynamics law material. The Borg Gall method's research development simplification had three stages: preliminary study, development, and field testing. The research subjects consisted of four lecturers as expert validators, two physics teachers, and three groups consisting of 108 in science XI grade students of Senior High School in Batang Regency, Central Java. Data collecting techniques were using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and written tests. The results of the validation of media experts and material experts were 3.84 and 3.75, respectively. The results of teacher responses and students' responses were 3.92 and 3.50 in the excellent category. The product's effective contribution to improving HOTS from the Multivariate Test analysis on GLM based on the partial eta squared value was 85.9%. The mean difference (MD) test results were -30.600 for the experimental group, while the control groups were -5.879 and -16.125, respectively. The more negative the Mean Difference (MD) score, the higher the students' HOTS. This shows that there is an experimental group giving improved scores better than the control group. IoT is an opportunity for teachers to see technology as part of education because technology is the current millennial generation's cultural artifact.

Financial statements describe the financial condition and results of operations of a company or institution at a certain time or for a certain period of time. The types of financial statements commonly known are: balance sheet or income statement, or business results, cash flow statement, statement of changes in financial position. There are many errors and a lack of media information for analysts on financial reports so that financial reporting data can be manipulated and harm customers or consumers. This type of research is field research using a quantitative descriptive approach. From the research results, it can be seen that the consumer's decision to choose a bank in the high category is 3 people (11.11%) with a value of 52.12 and above. The sample that got the moderate category was 18 people (66.67%), namely the value ranged from 48.1 to 52.12 and the sample that got the low category was 6 people (22.22%), namely a value of 48.1 and below. So thus it can be concluded that the consumer's decision to choose a bank seen from its financial statements can be categorized as moderate.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the level of web-based Online Financial Reporting Disclosure (OFRD) in Islamic banking in Oman. Design/methodology/approach A checklist was developed to measure the level of Web-based Online Financial Reporting Disclosure in Islamic banking consist of 70 items (Appendix). The sample of the study consists of Islamic banking in Oman. Findings The findings of the descriptive analysis indicated that the overall level of web-based online financial reporting disclosure was 69%. Practical implications The practical implication of the results are helping the authorities to put more efforts toward the quality of web-based online information to satisfy all parties. Originality/value To the best of the author’s knowledge, there is no similar research done to explore the level of web-based online financial reporting Disclosure (OFRD) in Islamic banking in Oman

In this research, thermodynamics law experiment media based on IoT (Internet of Things) was developed and tested. The purpose was to assess the effectiveness of the IoT-based thermodynamic law experiment media through a problem-based learning approach and laboratory activities using science problem solving for talented young scientists. This research was conducted at SMA 2 Batang. This study using the ADDIE approach model. The development steps are: (1) analyzing curriculum requirements and demands in 2013, (2) designing and manufacturing, (3) developing media, (4) limited through small-scale tests, expert testing, tested on professional physics teachers and student grade XI sciences, (5) evaluated to get feedback in the form of comments and suggestions. This media is equipped with an LCD display to read of temperature, electric current, and electrical voltage in real-time, which is integrated with the Thingspeak application on every student’s android phone. This media is easily assembled, based on digital, equipped with manuals and student worksheets. The validation results from the media experts 90.20% (Very Good), the results of the validation from the material experts 91.50% (Very Good), and the results of the physics teacher’s responses covering all aspects of the material and multimedia 93.00% (Very Good). The results of the validation show that thermodynamics law experiment media based on IoT is appropriate to be used as a media for learning activities in the thermodynamics law material laboratory.

Aplikasi voice chat merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk menggantikan fungsi HT pada smartphone android. Selain dapat melakukan panggilan dengan suara, aplikasi ini juga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan text. Aplikasi ini tidak memerlukan jaringan seluler untuk komunikasi, cukup dengan tersambung pada jaringan yang disediakan oleh access point. Agar aplikasi dapat digunakan tanpa menggunakan jaringan seluler, maka pada saat pembuatan aplikasi memerlukan adanya socket. Socket merupakan komponen/API (Application Programming) yang ada pada software android studio. Sedangkan socket programming merupakan cara untuk menggunakan komponen/API socket untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi salah satunya aplikasi voice chat. Aplikasi yang sudah dibuat nantinya akan diisntall pada beberapa smartphone android. Setelah terinstall, masing-masing smartphone dihubungkan pada jaringan yang disediakan oleh access point yang sudah ada agar dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan suara maupun text. Komunikasi yang dilakuakan antar smartphone satu dengan yang lainnya secara point to point. Hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan suara maupun text, selama user berada pada jaringan yang sama. Dan juga aplikasi ini dapat digunakan disegala jenis handphone Android untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan suara namun pada komunikasi dengan text hanya bisa digunakan pada merk handphone tertentu saja

Segmentation and feature extraction contributes to improved accuracy in traffic sign detection. As traffic signs are often located in complex environments, it is essential to develop feature extraction based on shapes. The Haar–PHOG feature is a development of both HOG and PHOG based on Canny edge detection. One of its advantages is that PHOG feature conducts calculation in four different frequencies of LL, HL, LH, and HH. Results from experiments on four roads in Central Java and Yogyakarta using SVM classification show that the use of the Haar–PHOG feature provides a better result than the use of HOG and PHOG.

ACUTE (RTI) is still an important health problem because the cause of the death of infants and children under five high enough, 1 from 4 death that happens. The purpose of this research examines the factors that affect the genesis ACUTE (RTI) using poisson regression approach with estimates of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) and generalized method moment (GMM). This research done in the area of Health Clinic in South Kalimantan. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the GMM method on Poisson regression model gives better performance in terms of the significance of the parameters than the MLE method. The factors that affect an increasing number of the prevalence of ACUTE (RTI) a region namely persentase Breast Feeding non-exclusive (0.0279), the percentage of low birth weight (0.0569), the percentage of shelter density (0.028), the percentage of the existence of smoker family members in the house (0.0308), the percentage of immunization is not complete (0.0193). While the factors that affect a downturn in the number of the prevalence of ACUTE (RTI) in a region which is the percentage of the number of infants less than 2 (0.0364), the percentage of normal nutrition status (0.0224), the percentage of Mothers Education on high school (0.0339), and the percentage of social economy (UMP enough to top) (0.0194).

Uncontrolled Hypertension can trigger a degenerative diseases such as congestive heart failure, renal failure and vascular disease. Hypertension is called the silent killer because his nature the condition is asymptomatic and can cause a fatal stroke. With the increasing prevalence of cases of degenerative diseases, one only hypertension, then the researchers want to predict the variables very big role as one of the risk factors of Genesis hypertension. With clearly know the risk factors that play against genesis hypertension is expected to be used as a reference for the prevention and control so that they can reduce the prevalence of hypertension and prevent deaths from degenerative diseases, especially hypertension. The results of the study showed that the results of the modeling the prevalence of hypertension in South Kalimantan Province using linier regression there is no factor that affect the genesis of hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension spread spatially because there are heterogenitas between the location of the observation that means that observations of a location depends on the observations in another location that the distance is near so do spatial regression modeling with Adaptive Gaussian kernel function, meghasilkan 5 groups. Introduction: Flow phase with high cardiac output and increased metabolic conditions. When metabolic conditions are not stable there will be a long duration of complications until death. One of the benefits of Nutrition Risk Screening (NRS-2002) is reliable inpatient care for critical patients. While the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST) shows speed in the classification of nutritional disorders.Methods: This study used the observational design method. The sampling technique in this study used Consecutive sampling in accordance with the criteria consisting of 31 respondents. This was to determine the specificity and sensitivity values of NRS 2002 and MUST using contingency table analysis and for the Area Under Curve (AUC) using Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis.Results: The sensitivity values in MUST was predicted for metabolic conditions which was higher than when using NRS 2002, but the specificity and value of AUC (Area Under Curve) was higher using NRS 2002 than using MUST when it came to predicting metabolic conditions.Conclusions: There were differences in effectiveness between use of Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS-2002) with the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST) in relation to changes in metabolic conditions of trauma patients. NRS-2002 is more effective than MUST. NRS 2002 has the ability to identify patients more precisely who are likely to have a negative outcome.

This study discusses YAJASI's Operational Performance as one of the pioneer flight operators in Papua, as a basis for supporting pioneer aviation operations in the rural areas of Papua. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analytic technique. The presence of YAJASI supports the community development program as one of the providers of air transportation services to provide convenience and fluency in community development efforts in the rural areas of Papua. YAJASI's aviation performance effort outlines the needs of air transportation and conducts medical help to evacuate people in the depths. To achieve the objectives expected by Yayasan Jasa Aviasi Indonesia (YAJASI), it is necessary to pay attention to the recruitment of prospective national candidates for aviators, aircraft maintenance technicians and avionics. This can be supported by training programs for national personnel who have met the screening and recruitment requirements. In addition, it is necessary to provide aircraft as an operational support to meet the demand for air transport services

This study explored the role of a Community Learning Center (CLC) in fostering the community’s social entrepreneurship character and motivation in facing the economic challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was an empirical examination of the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship. The descriptive method was used; the data were gathered through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 5 CLC managers and from secondary data. The results showed that the CLC designs programs, such as holding training to instil an entrepreneurial mindset and improve community skills. The CLC also provides personal assistance in starting a social entrepreneurship business through coaching and providing venture capital. Furthermore, the CLC provides free public classes on tackling the problems of modern social entrepreneurship. It carries out programs specifically designed to motivate people to face challenges and expand social entrepreneurship businesses. We identified the role of the CLC as a forum for socialization and for providing mentoring classes with successful speakers in the field of entrepreneurship as an effort to foster the character and motivation of the community to start social entrepreneurship. The function of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (IDIC) is to guarantee a deposit of customers. The guarantee is significantly important for the main financial industries, such as a bank whose activity is to raise funds from the public and distribute the funds back to the public. As a consequence, public trust becomes the primary factor. In spite of the useful function of the IDIC, the public is still not familiar with the organization and they often question whether the status of the IDIC is a guarantee or insurance. This issue potentially creates a dispute between parties who are the bank and the customer. Hence, this research aims to discover evidence relating to the IDIC as the guarantor in the agreement between bank and customer. This research used a legal pluralism method that integrates juridical research, sociological research (living law) and philosophical research. The result of the research indicates the uncertainty of the status of the IDIC, whether it is a guarantee or insurance, whereas both statuses maintain different legal consequences. The uncertainty may lead to legal uncertainty and result in the disruption of the balance of both parties’ legal relationships.

Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the status of water quality in a river by using the Pollution Index method as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 115/2003 regarding Guidelines for Determining the Status of Water Quality and to determine the effect of quality status on development efforts towards ecotourism. Methodology and Results: The measurement of water quality was carried out at two points, namely T1 (upstream) and T2 (downstream) points. The parameters included BOD, COD, DO, TSS, Temperature, pH, Zn, S, P, No3, and No2. From the test results for class I, II, and III criteria, almost all parameters exceeded the quality standard. The status of the river water quality, according to the Pollution Index, has increased from moderate polluted upstream and heavily polluted to certain parameters downstream. Conclusion, significance and impact study: The quality standards that are met for the river are criteria for class IV. The increase in pollution is indicated by human activity around the river which is characterized by increasing population and land use in agriculture and plantations. The increasing pollution reduces the quality of the river if it is developed into an ecotourism area due to its low water quality status.

Purpose: This research discusses the direct effect of multicultural competencies, organizational fairness and organizational commitment on job performance. The primary data was collected using explanatory survey. Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample consists of 350 respondents who are civil servants in Central Lampung Regency, Metro municipality and East Lampung Regency. The requirement analysis test used normality Lilliefors, homogeneity, linearity and significance regression. The data analysis technique is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. Finding: The research results show that multicultural competence directly influences organizational fairness, multicultural competence directly influences organizational commitment, multicultural competence has no direct influence on job performance, organizational fairness directly influences organizational commitment, organizational fairness has no direct influence on job performance, and organizational commitment directly influences job performance. Practical Implications: Organizational commitment consisting of the belief in organizational values and goals should be improved so that skills, effort and nature of work condition become better. Originality/Value: The achievement of employees' performance result and output recognized by the organization where they work and characterized by skills, effort and nature of work conditions is the combination of the part which represents better employees' performance., peer-reviewed

Rivers in the Boentuka Sub-watershed of Timor Tengah Selatan Regency have been shown to experience pollution caused by domestic and agricultural activities. This study aims to assess water quality and identify river water pollution loads based on water quality according to Government Regulation Number 82 of 2001 concerning water pollution management and control. The parameters analyzed were physical, chemical, and biological, the length of the river in the Boentuka Sub-watershed was 15km. The method of river water pollution index from upstream to downstream in 6 sampling points with test parameters such as the biological oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, fecal coliform and total coliform in the downstream has exceeded the criteria of class I water quality standards according to PP No. 82 of 2001. Pollution index of 1.11 to 4.62. This shows that the quality of river water has been polluted with mild pollution status. While the pollution load of domestic waste dumped into the river is on the biological oxygen demand parameter of 6297,584 kg / day and chemical oxygen demand of 7871.98 kg / day, fecal coliform pollution load of 458.0108 MPN / day and totalcoli 1210.121 MPN / day

Research related to community empowerment strategy is taking a case study in Kebonagung tourist village, Imogiri, Bantul Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to find the right form of empowerment strategy that aligned with the community. Qualitative research models through the instrument of observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data and facts that occurred in the community based on primary data and secondary data through the data triangulation process. Interviews were conducted by researchers with determining the key person as resources that is the administrator of tourist village and the community. The strategies proposed in this research include cooperation strategy, cultural defection strategy, and conflict strategy through objective structural approaches as well as objective non-structural approaches. The results showed that community involvement in the existence of tourist village from various economic and socio-cultural aspects have a positive impact even though not yet fully. The openness of employment and business opportunity occurred very positively on the participation of the community in the provision of accommodation facilities, but in the social and cultural aspects has not been maximized. Empowerment strategy recommended through this research in order to reach the economic and socio-cultural aspects of the maximum is more priority to the strategy of cooperation in accordance with the culture of rural communities

Introduction and importance Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has become a pandemic since the beginning of 2020. COVID-19 is also spreading very rapidly in Indonesia and so far, no definitive therapy has been found. Case presentation We report two cases of confirmed COVID-19 with moderate pneumonia, who received 400 ml of convalescent plasma and showed improvements in clinical, laboratory and radiological examinations. Clinical discussion Passive immunotherapy is generally more effective when given early. Plasma transfusion is more beneficial when given before clinical conditions become severe. Some studies have shown that therapy with convalescent plasma can contribute to a longer survival and a lower length of stay. Conclusion Convalescent plasma can be used as an adjunctive therapy option for patients with moderate COVID-19.

Day by Day, the trend of using social media(SM) has increased among the people. With the increasing rate, the use of Banglish(Merge of Bangla and English) and shortcut words has also being increased. In this research, Banglish and Shortcut words have been fully converted to English. For this type of conversation, we have used the CNNs method and the method consist of multiple layer and these layers are connected to each other. This method is considered to be the best method because it does not need any feature extraction. The convolutional neuron network is used in many areas such as image and pattern recognition, speech recognition, natural language processing and video analysis. In this research we have used CNN method because we have decided to use computer vision as some of the words are close to each other and at first we need to convert all the shortcut words into images for pre-processing the data. With the help of CNN method searched for the Banglish and shortcut words that people use for their daily conversation. At first we find the different representative of a single word and then we converted those shortcut and Banglish words to main word using CNNs method.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many aspects of normal social life. The community is required not to leave the house too much if it is not necessary. Often during times of independent isolation or in personal cases, people are afraid to leave the house. They are faced with boredom so this is an opportunity for the digital entertainment industry to develop. On the other hand, many violations of COVID-19 health protocols still occur in society and people are still reluctant to stay-at-home. The question is what medium is good for persuasion as well as giving pleasure to people to entertain themselves during independent isolation and with low levels of boredom. Video games are a growing industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, this media has not been widely used as a means of persuading people to obey health protocols and stay-at-home. This study shows a correlation between gaming activity and the tendency not to leave the house. Besides, what types of games have the potential to keep someone from leaving the house are also discussed in this paper.

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are a health problem that has not been handled properly in Indonesia,every year the incidence of acute respiratory infections is still high, which can be fatal, namely death. Severalfactors cause acute respiratory infections such as nutritional status, dust exposure, length of exposure todust, and years of service for workers in industries who have a high risk of acute respiratory tract infectionproblems. This study aims to determine the risk factors for acute respiratory infections in the industry. Thisstudy uses a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 89 respondents, where the results will be analyzedusing the chi-square test. The result of this study is that there is a relationship between nutritional status,dusty workspace, length of exposure to dust, and length of work with the incidence of acute respiratoryinfections in industrial workers. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that workers and the industrywill pay attention to the use of PPE to minimize dust exposure to workers in the industry.
