Introduction Tooth roots proved in different studies clinically and radiographically to be an alternative to autogenous bone. However, the histological evaluation of the tooth block following ridge augmentation is still missing. The aim of this case report was to evaluate histologically and radiographically the effect of autogenous dentin block (DB) to restore a horizontal ridge deficiency at a single tooth gap. Case presentation A healthy 36-years old female patient presented with a missing lower first molar (30), after clinical and radiographic examination, the site showed a class III defect horizontal atrophy. The procedure performed was the surgical removal of the wisdom tooth (32), shaping and fixation of a separated DB at the defect site using an osteosynthesis screw. A cone beam computed tomography was performed immediately and 6 month following the surgery. During implant placement, a core biopsy specimen was retrieved, stored and prepared for histological evaluation. The radiographic analysis showed a horizontal width gain of about 4 mm. The histologic assessment revealed cortical bone formation at the buccal and lingual aspects between the tooth and the bone. During implant placement, the core biopsy exhibited a slight separation upon removal from the grafted side, at 6 month following implant placement, the implant was successfully osteointegrated. Conclusion DB was successfully used for horizontal alveolar ridge augmentation, thus allowing a prosthetically driven implant placement. More cases assessing implant survival and success are needed to confirm the results of this case report.

Background In locally advanced breast cancers, the use of preoperative systemic therapy has been shown to induce tumor response and to improve the local control rate after subsequent surgery and radiation therapy. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the accuracy of localization of breast malignant masses in patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and will undergo conservative breast surgery by using clip and wire marker. Results Clip placement was done in 20/20 cases (100%). There was no mammographic evidence of clip migration or complication related to the clip insertion. Wire localization of tumor bed marked by radiopaque clip 1-day preoperative was done in 18/20 patient (90%), the other 2 patients, the masses were clinically palpable (10%). Accurate localization by wire was positive in 18/18 cases. Clip and wire retrieval were positive in all cases. Conclusion Clip markers can be used for tumor localization in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy without migration. Clips are tolerated and safe for the patient, easily visualized on imaging, do not interfere with treatment response, and are cost-effective. Also, serves as a guide for post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy localization when the tumor is not palpable.

INTRODUCTION The use of a buccinator myomucosal flap in combination with Furlow's Z-plasty during primary and secondary palatal repairs has been proposed by many authors to overcome some of the limitations of Furlow's technique. However, there have been no studies that quantitatively measured the effective palatal lengthening when the buccal flap is added. PATIENTS AND METHODS The buccal flap is routinely used during primary palate repair in order to fill the gap between the hard palate and reoriented palatal muscle sling. The soft palatal length was measured in the midline from the posterior edge of the hard palate to the base of the uvula. All patients were measured before starting the surgery and just after palatal closure in the standard position for cleft palate repair. RESULTS Seventy-three patients with cleft palate who were candidates for primary repair were included. The mean age at the time of operation was 11.4 ± 3.5 months. The mean preoperative palatal length was 21.36 ± 3.529 mm, whereas the mean postoperative palatal length was 29.64 ± 4.171) mm. The mean palatal length change was 8.29 ± 2.514 mm (P < 0.000). CONCLUSIONS The Combined use of a buccinator myomucosal flap with modified Furlow's Z-plasty in primary cleft palate repair has proven effective for palatal lengthening and achieved tensionless closure without the need for relaxing incision. It also provided a pliable soft tissue attachment of the palatal muscles to the hard palate allowing for better muscle function and mobility.

Background: Potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) prescribing in older increases the risk of hospitalization, drug-related problems, and other adverse health outcomes by two to three folds (Lu WH, 2015) (WHO, 2018). Hence several regulations have been implemented in geriatric clinical practice to improve drug appropriateness. This study aimed to assess the prevalence of PIMs identified by the Beers 2019 criteria among Lebanese elderly inpatients, and to identify the factors that may influence such inappropriateness.Methods: This observational study was conducted among elderly patients of 3 hospitals in Lebanon. Data were collected from patients using a questionnaire based on the 2019 Beers criteria. Descriptive statistics and multivariable logistic regression were used to describe and identify the predictors of PIMs use. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS software version 22.0.Results: A total of 110 in-patients aging 65 years and older were analyzed. 80% of patients were taking drugs that are considered PIMs to be avoided; The most commonly prescribed PIM was proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) (60%). The diversity of interpretations of public sector innovation leads to a plethora of management strategies. These tendencies are evident in the literature. In this chapter, the author argues that barriers to innovation, leadership characteristics and organisational climate are activities that influence innovation processes. These determinants are not independent of each other but instead support and reinforce or offset one another. The in-depth analysis revealed that (a) barriers such as rules and regulations and funds and budget; (b) leadership characteristics such as strategic leadership, national leadership and inclusive leadership and (c) organisational climate issues such as workplace planning, measurement tools, initiatives, embracing diversity and collaboration and networking are critical factors that stimulate or hinder innovation in the public sector.

The propensity for public sector organisations to innovate has drastically increased over the last two decades. Public sector innovation in this chapter refers to major changes in processes in the Australian public sector. This chapter can serve as an indication of the extent to which the Australian government is providing the infrastructure to support or encourage innovation. In addition, this chapter might help public servants/decision-makers to identify the most favourable behaviours and characteristics that foster a culture of innovation. The findings revealed specific barriers that hinder a culture of innovation and leadership characteristics and organisational climate issues that stimulate a culture of innovation in the government sector. The findings on innovation and leadership are predominantly aggregated in the literature, and this chapter for the first time identifies disaggregated data across eight states of Australia.

Finally, we prove that all the subdivision of triangular snakes (delt-k snake) with pendant edges S(delt-k snake)+ mk are odd graceful.

Potassium (K) ion storage technology is recently receiving a great attention due to their low-cost and enormous abundance on the earth compared to lithium. However, the technology is still at a scientific research stage and exploring suitable electrode materials is a key challenge. Herein, we have engineered nitrogen doped carbon nanotubes (N-CNTs) as a promising anode material for K-ion storage through pyrolytic decomposition of polyaniline nanotubes (PAni-NTs). These N-CNTs delivers high reversible capacity with good rate performance and cycling stability. Taking advantage of these features, a potassium-ion hybrid capacitor (KIHC) is constructed using N-CNTs as battery-type anode and 3-dimensional (3D) laser scribed graphene (LSG) as capacitor-type cathode electrodes. The device displays a high energy density of 65 W h/kg, a high power output of 1000 W/kg, as well as a long cycling life (91% capacity retention over 5000 cycles). BACKGROUND: Severe pre‐eclampsia can cause significant mortality and morbidity for both mother and child, particularly when it occurs remote from term, between 24 and 34 weeks' gestation. The only known cure for this disease is delivery. Some obstetricians advocate early delivery to ensure that the development of serious maternal complications, such as eclampsia (fits) and kidney failure are prevented. Others prefer a more expectant approach, delaying delivery in an attempt to reduce the mortality and morbidity for the child that is associated with being born too early. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the comparative benefits and risks of a policy of early delivery by induction of labour or by caesarean section, after sufficient time has elapsed to administer corticosteroids, and allow them to take effect; with a policy of delaying delivery (expectant care) for women with severe pre‐eclampsia between 24 and 34 weeks' gestation. SEARCH METHODS: For this update, we searched Cochrane Pregnancy and Childbirth’s Trials Register, ClinicalTrials.gov, the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP) on 27 November 2017, and reference lists of retrieved studies. SELECTION CRITERIA: Randomised trials comparing the two intervention strategies for women with early onset, severe pre‐eclampsia. Trials reported in an abstract were eligible for inclusion, as were cluster‐trial designs. We excluded quasi‐randomised trials. DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS: Three review authors independently assessed trials for inclusion and risk of bias, extracted data, and checked them for accuracy. We assessed the quality of the evidence for specified outcomes using the GRADE approach. MAIN RESULTS: We included six trials, with a total of 748 women in this review. All trials included women in whom there was no overriding indication for immediate delivery in the fetal or maternal interest. Half of the trials were at low risk of bias for methods of randomisation and allocation concealment; and four trials were at low risk for selective reporting. For most other domains, risk of bias was unclear. There were insufficient data for reliable conclusions about the comparative effects on most outcomes for the mother. Two studies reported on maternal deaths; neither study reported any deaths (two studies; 320 women; low‐quality evidence). It was uncertain whether interventionist care reduced eclampsia (risk ratio (RR) 0.98, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.06 to 15.58; two studies; 359 women) or pulmonary oedema (RR 0.45, 95% CI 0.07 to 3.00; two studies; 415 women), because the quality of the evidence for these outcomes was very low. Evidence from two studies suggested little or no clear difference between the interventionist and expectant care groups for HELLP (haemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets) syndrome (RR 1.09, 95% CI 0.62 to 1.91; two studies; 359 women; low‐quality evidence). No study reported on stroke. With the addition of data from two studies for this update, there was now evidence to suggest that interventionist care probably made little or no difference to the incidence of caesarean section (average RR 1.01, 95% CI 0.91 to 1.12; six studies; 745 women; Heterogeneity: Tau² = 0.01; I² = 63%). For the baby, there was insufficient evidence to draw reliable conclusions about the effects on perinatal deaths (RR 1.11, 95% CI 0.62 to 1.99; three studies; 343 women; low‐quality evidence). Babies whose mothers had been allocated to the interventionist group had more intraventricular haemorrhage (RR 1.94, 95% CI 1.15 to 3.29; two studies; 537 women; moderate‐quality evidence), more respiratory distress caused by hyaline membrane disease (RR 2.30, 95% CI 1.39 to 3.81; two studies; 133 women), required more ventilation (RR 1.50, 95% CI 1.11 to 2.02; two studies; 300 women), and were more likely to have a lower gestation at birth (mean difference (MD) ‐9.91 days, 95% CI ‐16.37 to ‐3.45 days; four studies; 425 women; Heterogeneity: Tau² = 31.74; I² = 76%). However, babies whose mothers had been allocated to the interventionist group were no more likely to be admitted to neonatal intensive care (average RR 1.19, 95% CI 0.89 to 1.60; three studies; 400 infants; Heterogeneity: Tau² = 0.05; I² = 84%). Babies born to mothers in the interventionist groups were more likely to have a longer stay in the neonatal intensive care unit (MD 7.38 days, 95% CI ‐0.45 to 15.20 days; three studies; 400 women; Heterogeneity: Tau² = 40.93, I² = 85%) and were less likely to be small‐for‐gestational age (RR 0.38, 95% CI 0.24 to 0.61; three studies; 400 women). There were no clear differences between the two strategies for any other outcomes. AUTHORS' CONCLUSIONS: This review suggested that an expectant approach to the management of women with severe early onset pre‐eclampsia may be associated with decreased morbidity for the baby. However, this evidence was based on data from only six trials. Further large, high‐quality trials are needed to confirm or refute these findings, and establish if this approach is safe for the mother.

paper proposes a cryptography technique based on two dimension 2D chaotic system and DNA sequence. The 2D chaotic map generates two artificial DNA sequences S1and S2 to get a cipher message by encrypting the plain message using the first sequence S1. The sender uses the second sequence S2 to hide the cipher message randomly in a real third sequence S3 that is selected from DNA database. The hamming code approach is applied on the original message M to ensure reliable secret communication. The proposed approach provided a more security method compared to previous approaches.

There is little consensus of common understanding of innovation in bureaucratic organizations; thus, leading to minimal enhancement to the growth and execution of innovation in this sector. It is apparent that practitioners and scholars are not on the same page regarding public sector innovation research. The market innovation literature along with perspectives on public sector innovation showed that within any organization, an innovative culture must be supported by individuals in power. One major challenge for practitioners is to develop systems, processes, and climates that promote and demonstrate innovation and creativity. In other words, the development of a supportive climate for enhancing employees' innovative behaviour and creativity is not an option. While much public sector research is centred on why the public sector should change and what changes should be made, little is known about how to encourage the whole systems towards having greater innovation capacity. Public organizations are constantly under severe pressure to produce more value for their communities. The complex nature of the term innovation particularly in the government made it essential for public services to engage with the concept. In addition, key leadership behaviours and styles for managing and promoting innovation in the public sector is crucial part of this paper. The objective of this paper is to critically review academic publications in innovation and leadership in public sector organizations. From the review and analysis of literature, the paper determines what is required, and what constraints are imposed by organizational and environmental factors to nurturing or fostering a culture of innovation in the government sector. A conceptual framework is gradually developed based on the analysis and knowledge obtained from relevant literature. Hence, the researchers discuss achievable and indispensable factors that might promote or enhance a culture of innovation in the public sector. The comprehension provided is intended to support scholars and practitioners in highlighting critical issues necessary to promote a culture of innovation in the government sector. Although the paper is narrative or descriptive in nature and non-statistical, it can be used to enhance the understanding of innovation in public sector organizations. Refereed/Peer-reviewed

Although studies have addressed the factors that affect innovation, the findings have often been unclear and inconclusive. This is because there is no consistent definition of the concept of innovation in the existing literature. In addition, leadership behaviors that promote innovation in the public sector differ considerably from one nation to another. Thus, this study presents a consolidated in-depth literature review and analysis of the innovation and leadership literature that is specific to public sector organizations across nations. The analysis informs the development of a workplace innovation conceptual model specific to the public sector. The findings increase our understanding of how to effectively define innovation and to recognize the way in which leadership behaviors enhance public sector cultures of innovation. During the recent years several chaotic image encryption algorithms based on one dimensional (1- D ) have been proposed, but the drawbacks of small key space, low speed, and low security in 1- D chaotic cryptosystems are obvious. This paper proposes a new image encryption technique based on 1- D and 2- D chaotic maps which provide more security and big key space. The 1- D chaotic system is induced from a mathematical combination between the logistic map and the cubic chaotic map. It has the advantage of bigger key space and high security analysis such as key space analysis, statistical analysis and sensitivity analysis were carried out. The proposed system uses 1- D and 2- D chaotic maps for simultaneous encryption of the components R, G, B of the colored image; these three components affect each other. So, the security and confidentiality of image data become more important. The security of digital images and performance speed has become more important since the communications of digital information over network occur more frequently. An image encryption has applications in various fields for example; the internet communication, the multimedia systems, the medical imaging, Tele-medicine and the military communication. The image encryption's aim is to convert the original image to another image that is hard to understand. However, image encryption differs from text encryption due to some intrinsic features of images which include bulk data capacities, high redundancy, strong correlations among pixels, etc. These features make conventional cipher systems such as DES, AES and RSA unsuitable for practical image encryption [1]. The chaos theory is used in cryptography due to its intrinsic features. These properties of chaos includes: sensitivity to initial condition and control parameters, random like behavior and mixing property, etc [2]. Several chaos based image encryption approaches have been described. The first is the confusion approach where the position of pixels scrambled without changing the values of pixels, the application of this approach does not guarantee a good level of security [3]. The second approach is the diffusion which aims to change the value of each pixel in the whole image [4]. Other approach shuffles the positions of plain-image in spatial domain by cat map [5-7]. To enhance the security, the majority of methods propose to mix between more than one approach simultaneously. The internationalization processes of numerous schools in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region have grown exponentially over the past few years. This study is designed to explore fundamental approaches and enhance efforts needed to internationalize a large public university in Northern Thailand, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. Additionally, a qualitative approach and purposive sampling were applied in this study to gain rich perspectives from the in-depth qualitative interviews with 20 executives, 17 of whom are in top management at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. One participant is the former director of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization, and two participants are executives in Thai higher education institutions. Hence, we engaged in a qualitative case study in Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna to illustrate and extend current theory and research concerning internationalization of universities, both in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region and elsewhere. Furthermore, we present a proposed model with 10 essential elements to internationalize educational institutions in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations community era. Lastly, we provide recommendations for further studies and for administrators in Thai and Association of Southeast Asian Nation universities along with suggested activities and their purposes for administrators.

Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid (DNA) computing is a new method of simulating the bimolecular structure of DNA and computing by means of molecular biology. DNA cryptography is a new field which has been explored worldwide. The concept of using DNA computing in the fields of cryptography and steganography has been identified as a possible technology, which may bring forward a new hope for unbreakable algorithms. This paper proposed a new DNA cryptographic algorithm which used the key features of DNA and amino acid coding to overcome limitations of the classical One Time Pad (OTP) cipher. A significant feature of the proposed algorithm is that; it is considered an encryption and hiding algorithm at the same time. The proposed algorithm also enhances the security level of OTP cipher. An evaluation for the proposed algorithm is performed according to randomness testing by using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) test. The study showed that the proposed algorithm had better performance with respect to time, capacity and robustness compared to previous studies.

Sulfa drugs or sulfonamides were introduced in 1935 by the German physician Gerhard Domagk (1895-1964). Domagk worked closely with two chemists, Fritz Mietzsch and Josef Klarer. They worked together on compounds related to synthetic dyes, testing their effects on infectious diseases. Their concerted work eventually led to the discovery of Prontosil (sulfamidochrysoidine), the first sulfa drug that showed an incredible antibacterial effect on diseased laboratory mice. Soon after the introduction of sulfonamides, penicillin was discovered and hailed as a more effective and a safer alternative. The production of sulfonamides lost its enthusiasm with the introductions of even more antibiotics. However; anti-bacterial Sulfonamides are far from being obsolete despite the introduction of newer classes of antibiotics. Interest in their use has been revived in the 1980s with AIDS epidemic, when a combination of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim (SMX/TMP) was recognized as the drug of choice for the treatment of Pneumocystis jirovecii (PCP) pneumonia. This review article is intended to update clinicians with the many still current recommendations for sulfonamides both as therapeutic and prophylactic agents; with mechanism of action and resistance; and with adverse side effects that clinicians need to watch for while using this class of antimicrobial.

Purpose: This study was conducted to characterize clinically and radiographically the effect of using platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) autologous graft on the augmentation results of autogenous palatal bone blocks. Materials and Methods: Patients who suffered from horizontal alveolar bone defects in the anterior maxillary ridge (≤ 4.5 mm) with one or two missing teeth were augmented with autogenous palatal bone blocks 4 months prior to implant placement. PRF was used to cover the block in the test group, while only the block was used in the control. Bone width was measured with a manual caliper preaugmentation (t0), and at 0 (t1) and 4 months (t2). Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans were performed at t0 and t2. Nonparametric tests (Mann-Whitney, Friedman's, and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests) were used for the comparisons. The significance level was set at P ≤ .05. Results: In the 14 sites (12 patients), all but one autograft (from the control group) integrated successfully after 4 months. No statistically significant difference was found between demographic data in the two groups. There was a statistically significant increase in the buccopalatal bone width in both groups by time as measured by CBCT as well as the manual caliper. The test group showed statistically significantly lower mean graft resorption than the control group (test, 0.8 ± 0.6 mm; control, 1.6 ± 0.9 mm; P = .006). Conclusion: Autogenous palatal bone block surface resorption is significantly decreased by the use of PRF coverage.

This study aims to determine the amount of usage for irrigation water in theproduction of Rice crop in Al-Gharbiah governorate. To reveal whether it hadreached or exceeded the level of efficiency, and the consequences for this on the economic results that may be generalized on the national scale. Al-Gharbiahgovernorate has been selected since it is one of the most important governorates ofRice production. In addition, it mediates the “Delta”, which is the main Riceproducer in Egypt. As a result, different methods of Rice production in the wholeregion would be similar; accordingly usage of irrigation water would almost be thesame.The study concluded that the production elasticity of irrigation water acrossthe sample under study is negative, hence reduction of irrigation water usage by1%, leads to an increase in productivity by 0.162 Tons of Rice. Therefore, areduction of irrigation water usage from 12,000 m3 to the designated range of8,800 m3- 10,920 m3 of water would save 9%-26.67% of the average watercurrently used for this crop. Consequently, this would lead to: increase in averageFeddan productivity, Feddan returns, total production of Rice at the governoratelevel and the whole country accordingly an increase in its monetary value, Increasein exports, achieving optimal production capacity of the Rice mills and their valueadded, partially reducing unemployment. Finally, most important of all; is to savearound 447.186-150.92 Million m3 of irrigation water in Al-Gharbiah, which maybe utilized in other areas of the same governorate or could be redirected to the restof “Delta” governorates that suffer water scarcity.In light the above, the study recommends the following:1- The importance of rationalization for irrigation water used for Rice crop production. This should be an important concern for agricultural andirrigation policy makers in Egypt.2- Supporting research for finding the species with least production periodand water requirement.3- Expanding and subsidizing the new irrigation methods, even if thegovernment had to bare portion of its setup costs.4- Preparation for increasing water distillation regardless of their costs.5- Spreading awareness between population for the importance of watersaving.6- Do like this study in other governorates which are producing Rice crop.

This definition was introduced in 1991 by Gnanajothi [3], who proved that the graphs obtained by joining a single pendant edge to each vertex of C n are odd graceful, if n is even. In this paper, we generalize Gnanajothi's result on cycles by showing that the graphs obtained by joining m pendant edges to each vertex of C n are odd graceful if n is even. We also prove that the subdivision of ladders S(L n ) (the graphs obtained by subdividing every edge of L n exactly once) is odd graceful.

Public sector organisations around the globe consider the development of new ideas and innovation paramount and inevitable. This is attributable to the intense global competition and rapid technological development. Innovation is the successful implementation of ideas and processes to tackle existing problems and develop new opportunities. The in-depth literature review identified leadership behaviours, the impact of organisational climate and culture on innovation, and barriers to overcome in order to promote innovation in the public sector. This paper proposes a new image encryption technique based on a new chaotic system consists of joining two chaotic maps: the logistic chaotic map and the cubic chaotic map. This chaotic system is used to encrypt the R, G, B components of a colored image at the same time and the three components affect each other. So the correlations between R, G, and B components were reduced and the security of algorithm was increased. Simulation results show that the algorithm satisfy the required performance tests such as high level security and large key space which larger than the key space of related work.

Recently as smart phones have merged into heavy applications like video editing and face recognition. These kinds of applications need intensive computational power, memory, and battery. A lot of researches solve this problem by offloading applications to run on the Cloud due to its intensive storage and computation resources. However, none of the available solutions consider the low bandwidth case of the networks as well as the communication and network overhead. In such case, it would be more efficient to execute the application locally on the Smartphone rather than offloading it on the Cloud. In this paper, we propose a new framework to support offloading heavy applications in low bandwidth network case, where a compression step is proposed for the favor of minimizing the offloading size and time. In this framework, the mobile application is divided into a group of services, where execution-time is calculated for each service apart and under three different scenarios. An offloading decision is then smartly taken based on real-time comparisons between being executed locally, or compressed and then offloaded, or offloaded directly without compression. The extensive simulation studies show that both heavy and light applications can benefit from the proposed framework in case of low bandwidth as well as saving energy and improving performance compared to the previous techniques.

Recently as smartphones have a wide range of capabilities a lot of heavy applications like gaming, video editing, and face recognition are now available. However, this kind of applications need intensive computational power, memory, and battery. A lot of researches solve this problem by offloading applications to run on the Cloud due to its intensive storage and computation resources. Later, some techniques chooses to offload part of the applications while leaving the rest to be processed on the smartphone based on one or two metrics like power and CPU consumption only without any consideration to other important metrics. Our previously proposed MCACC framework has introduced a new generation of offloading frameworks that handle this problem by smartly emerging a group of real-time metrics like total execution time, energy consumption, remaining battery, memory, and security into the offloading decision. In this paper, we introduce an enhanced version of the MCACC framework that can now smartly operate under low bandwidth network scenario in addition to its existing capabilities. In this framework, any mobile application is divided into a group of services, and then each of them is either executed locally on the mobile or remotely on the Cloud through a dynamic offloading decision model. The extensive simulation studies show that both heavy and light applications can benefit from the proposed framework while saving energy and improving performance compare to previous counterparts. The enhanced MCACC turns the smartphones to be smarter as the offloading decision is taken without any user interference.

This paper presents an approach to predict the activity of analogues of 2,4,6-trisubstituted 1,3,5-triazines as cannabinoid receptor (CB2) agonists using random forest technique. We compute twenty molecular descriptors for a data set of 58 analogues for the component, and depending on values of these descriptors we train random forest to find a relation between biological activity and molecular structure of analogues. The results obtained by random forest were compared with the decision tree and support vector machine classifiers and the random forest has 100% overall predicting accuracy and for decision tree and support vector machine were 93% and 67% respectively.

Summary In gas applications with high-pressure drops and/or high-velocity gas flow, acoustic-induced vibration (AIV) occurs when very high sound levels are propagated in piping. If the sound levels are high enough, they will excite the circumferential vibration modes of the pipe. This allows the pipe to vibrate in and out as the sound wave moves through the piping. Most often this occurs downstream of pressure-reducing valves or safety-relief valves, but AIV can occur at any location where the pressure drop or mass flow rate is sufficiently large. The level of pipe wall vibration is so high that it can induce fatigue cracking of the pipe and can potentially cause catastrophic pipe failure. The West Delta Deep Marine (WDDM) concession onshore of the slug catcher M9001 had a recent failure in the flare header as result of accumulating AIV effect. As a consequence of this failure Enppi/Burullus and Foster Wheeler have undertaken an engineering assessment study to investigate the risk of AIV for the plant and determine the corrective and engineering solutions to protect the plant from any failure that may occur as a result of AIV. This paper will present a case study as reference for gas-production facilities to consider the AIV application in regard to the design phase, and what might have prevented fatigue of pipes during the operation phase.

Although the use of the Internet in Thailand has a short history, it continues to develop at a rapid rate. The adoption of the Internet helps the Thai government to apply e-learning into national educational system. This paper presents a brief introduction on how the Thai government is using the Internet and e-learning in education. Beginning with Internet and e–learning issues, this paper discusses different occurrences of electronic portfolio use found in Thailand. Finally, it will examine the potential for electronic portfolio use in the future in Thailand.

Student project allocations models (SPA) in which lecturers have preferences over students (projects) have been studied in [2, 3]. We present new method to construct a general student project allocation model (SPA-(s, p)) in which the lecturers have preference lists over pairs (student, project), and the students have preference lists over projects. SPA-(s, p) is turned out to be very useful in combination between the student project allocation models with preference lists over students (or projects). Our model proposes several ways to construct the lecturer's preference lists which give us higher efficiency and accurate results. Furthermore, we present algorithmic issues for SPA-(s, p), the algorithm yields a stable matching of students to projects, which respects the preference lists and capacity constraints.

Despite the historic American love for privacy that has enhanced innovation and creativity throughout the country, encroachments on privacy restrain individual freedom. Noticeable, advances in technology have offered decision makers remarkable monitoring aptitudes that can be used in numerous tasks for multiple reasons. This has led scholars and practitioners to pose a significant number of questions about what is legitimate and illegitimate in the day-to-day affairs of a business. This article is composed of (a) research about electronic monitoring and privacy concerns; (b) definitions of, critiques of, and alternatives to electronic performance monitoring (EPM); (c) motives behind employee monitoring and leadership behaviors; (d) advice that makes monitoring less distressful; (e) employee monitoring policies; (f) reviewing policies and procedures; (g) the role of human resource development (HRD) in employee assessment and development; and (h) conclusion and recommendations for further studies.
