Finite element and boundary element models of the standard wheel, damping wheels and S-type damping wheels were established and compared. The radial vibration and axial vibration of the standard wheel could be reduced to decrease the vibro-acoustic radiation. Regarding damping wheels and S-type damping wheels, the coupling between the radial vibration and axial vibrations of 1 pitch circle could be reduced to decrease the radiation noise. The vibration acceleration in the tread, rim and web plate was significantly improved after applying damping in the standard wheel. If the web plate was changed into S-type structure, the vibration acceleration of the wheel at three positions was further reduced. The radiation noise of S-type damping wheels was significantly improved. The radiation noise of the web plate was significantly greater than that of the tread, which was caused by the larger radiation area of the web plate.

Firstly, FEM (Finite Element model) of the aluminum profile is built. The structural material parameters are then given to compute the free modals. After the comparison with the experimental results, the relative error of the modal frequency can be controlled within 5 %, which meets the requirements of CAE analysis. Secondly, pulse decay method is applied to measure damping loss factor of the aluminum profile. As shown from the results, its damping loss factor is 0.15 %-0.35 % within 0 Hz-1600 Hz, which can be used as the input parameter in the subsequent computation of the transmission loss. Thirdly, FE-SEA hybrid method is used to compute the transmission loss of the aluminum profile. As known from the computational results, the transmission loss troughs of the aluminum profile are appeared at 160 Hz, 400 Hz and 800 Hz, whose change trend is basically consistent with the experimental results. Therefore, the sound insulation performance of the aluminum profile at middle and low-frequency band can be reasonably predicted by the simulation model. Finally, based on the verified model of the aluminum profile, the optimization design is conducted on its acoustic-vibro performance from the following aspects such as sound-bridge, plate thickness and structural materials. As a result, a structure with relatively optimal acoustic-vibro performance is obtained.

In the AGV system, path planning is one of the key problems. In order to improve the efficiency of the task, the paper presents a method of AGV localization and path planning aiming at the existing algorithms. The system structure of the AGV is first designed, including hardware part and software part. The AGV is then localized based on non-contact RFID in real time. The location information, speed information, communication status, video information and other information are sent to the server and monitored remotely. An improved A* algorithm is proposed to achieve real-time path planning of multi-AGV based on the traditional A* algorithm. The simulation proves that the improved A* algorithm performs more efficiently than the traditional A* algorithm, and time-consuming of the improved A* algorithm is reduced dramatically by using the proposed algorithm. Finally, the paper establishes a whole software operation platform of the AGV system, including localization, wireless control and path planning.

The precautionary assistance system of lane keeping based on monocular vision obtains the road edge features, decides which driving conditions is happened using the fuzzy controller, then gives drivers the corresponding precautionary instructions. In order to improve the processing speed and reduce the needed memory space, the combination of the searching method of connected area and Randomized Hough Transform (RHT) based on two-dimension listing table storage are first proposed in the study, which detects the road edge features. The fuzzy controller is designed with two input and single output, which gives the precautionary instructions in real time. The method proposed in the study is proved that the detection algorithm is simple, and compute velocity is fast, which is fit for the high speed in vehicle driving.

Aiming at the current energy efficiency of washing machine is not high. The smart inverter washing machine based on fuzzy control technology is designed. Drum washing machine including a content body structure design, programmable controller and the overall program and frequency control module is highlighted. And the generation and fuzzy reasoning process SPWM signals and other issues are discussed in detail. The results show that the use of fuzzy control technology frequency control can not only save water and energy, but also meet the modern requirements of a variety of special laundry, in line with the development trend of the washing machine technology.

The remote network experiment is to remotely operate laboratory equipment to complete real experiment in different places through the Internet. This paper takes the comprehensive sensor experiment of the course Mechanical engineering testing technology as an example and designs a set of comprehensive remote sensor experiment system based on B/S model and configuration platform. The system is composed of a control system and a test system. The platform of kingview and the module of data acquisition using single-chip computer are used in the control system which communicates through the ModbusRTU protocol to realize data acquisition and the control function of output. The test system is based on Ethernet and composed of AD converter and DDE program. It realizes real-time data acquisition and high speed data transmission through the TCP/IP network. This system not only has the function of appointment course for students, but also greatly enhances students' learning ability by joining new design of experimental modules. The system has good reusability, scalability and maintainability.

On-line system was developed to gauge film thickness using isotope, by which the problem of difficulty in measuring wide film thickness was resolved. Two-point method, determining working curve of gauging system, was introduced, by which time spent on experiment could be decreased, and adaptability of working curve under different condition was improved. After analyzing measuring errors, emendation method for every error source was discussed .Method taking count of pulse number within a period of time was applied, by which measuring precision was improved, so this method can be used widely in other applications .This measuring system has obtained satisfying effect in measuring film thickness, and products can be bought in market .

From the perspective of Analytic Geometry, the spatial equation of milling cutter rotary surface is obtained. According to the measurement and machining of shoe last, a new measurement data restoring technology that is named Numerical Cutting is presented, and the Numerical Blade is defined. The working principle of Numerical Cutting Technology is introduced in detail, and it is used to restore the measurement data of shoe last. Then the discrete model of shoe last is gotten by shoe last CAD software. Finally, an application example of Numerical Cutting Technology is presented.

Dynamic deformation measurement of machine parts in fatigue strength test is studied by using machine vision technique. Considering the uncertainty of parts surface, we adopt circular mark to locate the object profile in order to obtain high quality images. Through some image pre-processing with linear filtering, continuous contour searching method and circular detection based on random Hough transform (RHT), the real-time deformation can be measured with image characteristic parameters. In the practical application, the deformation of the loaded bicycle handle-bar is calculated. The test results show that the machine vision measurement is very effective; measurement resolution attains 0.1mm/pixel; the discrete degree of measurement data is low and the system meets the requirement of real-time measurement. The study proves that the measurement method of dynamic deformation based on machine vision is feasible, which can give some help for fatigue strength test of machine part and other structure deformation.

This research develops a new multifunctional nursing bed that can realize the movements of turning left and right sides and defecating on the bed for clinical use. And use the ADAMS to analysis the effects to the motor torque from the force on the rotated board, friction of contact pair and space position. By analysis of dynamic on the model of the main mechanism can get the curves and the influences of torque, which plays an important guiding role in selecting appropriate motor and installation structure.

Build an automatic measurement system to achieve a precise and rapid non-contact measurement on the inner surface of the gasifier, based on the laser measurement technology. The program of the system can give 3D graphics of the measured data. The scanning density of the system can be set or adjusted as needed. The measured data of the laser displacement sensor are transferred by wireless data transmission technology because the scanning head rotates. The system is used in Shanghai Coking and Chemical Corp, and its practicality and reliability has been verified.

The automatic optical inspection algorithm based on pattern recognition and mathematical morphology is promoted, which can be used to detect some kinds of defects in PCBs. In this paper, the conception of linkage information table was presented which is regarded as correlation features of template PCBs. This paper also includes pre-processing and feature extractor. Compared with features between detected images and template images based on linkage information table, those defects existed in tested PCBs can be identified, which has achieved the automatic identification and real time inspection. Proved by some experiments, this algorithm will largely compress feature data volume, decrease correlation workload and decrease data processing time.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers and is also a leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Until now, treatments for HCC remain limited, especially for the shortage of promising systemic therapies to replace systemic chemotherapy. Sorafenib, the first drug applied in targeted therapy for HCC, was approved and drew considerable attention. However, the efficacy and side effects of sorafenib are still unsatisfied, which make sorafenib far from ideal for treatment of HCC. Thus, developing novel therapeutics for HCC is necessary. A novel compound, ITRI-2531, is developed to improve the efficacy from sorafenib. ITRI-2531 shows cytotoxicity in HCC cell lines (Huh-7 and PLC/PRF/5) and patient-derived HCC tissue cell lines. In studies of kinase activities, ITRI-2531 suppresses the phosphorylation of MEK and ERK in PLC/PRF/5 cells and shows inhibition of multiple kinases (FLT3, FLT4, PDGFRA, PGDFRB, and VEGFR2) in KINOMEscanTM study. In in vivo studies, oral treatment of ITRI-2531 repressed subcutaneous Huh-7 and PLC/PRF/5 tumor growth in severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mice and shows better efficacy than sorafinib. Moreover, ITRI-2531 prolongs the survival of SCID mice with orthotopic patient-derived xenograft tumor and suppresses alpha-fetoprotein in serum. On the other hand, ITRI-2531 also has good pharmacokinetic profiles. According to these results, we believe that ITRI-2531 warrants further evaluation as a new anti-HCC drug.
