The market application value of power cables has gradually emerged with the development of various industries. To meet the requirement of HEVC conversational video transmission over packet-loss network, a novel error resilient scheme based on region-of-interest (ROI) is proposed. First, the weight value for each coding block tree(CTU) in the face detection region is generated. Then, by using the ROI weight value, motion vector and mode decision method based on weighted distortion methods are developed. At last, the rate control method is introduced at region level and CTU level to avoid an increase in bitrate due to error resilience of ROI. The simulations show that, compared with traditional methods, our scheme improves coding performance of ROI by up to 2.32dB in a packet-loss network.

The basic working principle of rotary cutter is analyzed. The 3D (3-dimensional) modeling of the rotary tillage blade is designed by using the SolidWorks software. Finite-element analysis is carried out by making use of the COSMOS sub-function, which obtains the data of working stress, deformation and stress displacement. The analysis of results shows that the parts near the assembling hole have the largest stress, and the area around blade tip has the largest deformation. This result of the study provides a valuable reference for the subsequent structure designing.

In order to address the issues of low mechanization level and heavy labor intensity of manual film mulching and ridging in hilly and mountainous areas, a small double-track power chassis and relevant farming equipment are designed. Taking advantage of the top-down method and entity modeling in 3D (3-dimensional) design software Solidworks, a micro-rotary ridger was designed based on the virtual assembly technology. Through 3D modeling, assembly simulation test and interference analysis, structural faults were identified and modified. Finally the virtual assembly model was built. After drawing conversion and some necessary modification, the 2D engineering drawings for guiding production were rapidly generated by Auto CAD (Computer Aided Design). This computer aided method greatly improved the design efficiency and guaranteed the validity of the machine's structure. Experiments indicate that this machine has excellent hill climbing capacity, strong tractive and appendiculate performance, good operating stability and high passing ability in soft farm lands.

This is to be applied into up-film transplanting of tobacco and cotton. In this article, the zero-velocity planting, motion simulation and trajectory of the transplanter designed were analyzed, which ensures it with low leakage rate of plantation, high-leveled upright degree and smaller damage of mulch-film. Parameters which influence trajectories and spacing were optimized. According to the kinematic analysis and relationship among parameters, the conclusion P2max ≤ 246.09 mm was reached by changing the transmission ratio, when wheel diameter D1 = 492 mm, swing diameter of dibble D2 =470 mm and the number of dibble k=6. The ideal spacing P2 =220 mm was finally achieved and the number of dibble should be decreased when the planting distance is over 246 mm.
