With the development of Internet technology, display experiments seem to be gradually replaced by virtual experiments. However, in the actual teaching, it is found that the display experiment plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating ability of student to maintain and innovate. A new idea of management of display laboratory starting from the relationship between entity model and virtual model based on internet of things technology was presented in this paper, in order to solve the difficult problems that have long puzzled the development of laboratory. It lays a foundation for the establishment of a “student-centered” basic teaching environment

A brand-new smart wind turbine blade with magnetorheological fluid (MRF) sandwiched was proposed in the research. The three-dimension entity model of a 750 KW wind turbine blades was established through the use of UG software, and three kinds of MRF sandwich layouts were considered into the blade model, that is, at the blade tip, at the blade root and at the whole blade from the root till the tip. The MRF was simplified as Kelvin-Voigt model in order to implement the finite element analysis based on ANSYS software, so that the mode shapes of smart wind turbine blade were revealed under various conditions with three different layout forms of MRF sandwich wind turbine blades. Analysis results showed that the magnetic field would influence the mode shapes of the wind turbine blade with MRF sandwiched, especially the torsion vibration. When the MRF was inserted through the blade from the root till the tip, the blade would dramatically influence the torsion vibration, so that the torsion vibration, which originally would have happened at higher orders, would arise in advance. While the MRF was located at the root of wind turbine blade, the torsion vibration would be postponed to arise at the higher orders. Therefore, the MRF should be located at the blade root, instead of the middle and the tip of wind turbine blade. Smart sandwich wind turbine blade will provide a new way to the vibration control of wind turbine blade.

Accurate and fast indoor Location-Based Services (LBS) is very important for daily life and emergency response. Indoor map is the basis of indoor LBS. The model construction and data organization of indoor map are the key scientific problems that urgently need to be solved in the current indoor LBS application. In recent years, hybrid models have been used widely in the research of indoor map, because they can balance the limitations of single models. However, the current studies about hybrid model pay more attention to the model accuracy and modeling algorithm, while ignoring its relationship between positioning and navigation and its practicality in mobile indoor LBS applications. This paper addresses a new indoor map model, named Building Information Modeling based Positioning and Navigation (BIMPN), which is based on the entity model and the network model. The highlight of BIMPN is that it proposes a concept of Step Node (SN) to assist indoor positioning and navigation function. We developed the Mobile Indoor Positioning and Navigation System (MIPNS) to verify the practicability of BIMPN. Results indicate that the BIMPN can effectively organize the characteristics of indoor spaces and the building features, and assist indoor positioning and navigation. The BIMPN proposed in this paper can be used for the construction of indoor maps and it is suitable for mobile indoor positioning and navigation systems.

The glazed roof has been widely used in modern building design. Compared with ordinary glazed roof, hollow glazed roof has better thermal insulation performance, which can improve the indoor thermal environment effectively. In order to study the effects of physical parameters on heat transfer performance of hollow glazed roof. In the present work, according to the actual size of the building, an entity model of a double-slope hollow glazed roof was built based on the similar theory. The heat transfer performance of double-slope hollow glazed roof with different slope angles in hot summer and cold winter regions was experimentally studied. Results indicate that as the roof slope decreases, the effect of reducing the inner surface temperature of the roof is relatively obvious. When the roof angle decreases from 45° to 30°, the peak temperature of the inner surface decreases by about 12.2%. Then through the established numerical model, further studied the influence of related parameters on the heat transfer performance of the roof by FLUENT software based on the experimental data. The numerical results show that changing the thickness of the roof hollow layer has a more significant impact on the roof's heat transfer performance than changing the thickness of the roof glazing layer. When the thickness of both is increased by 12 mm, the peak temperature of the roof inner surface of the former decreases by 5.5%, and the latter decreases by 1.7%. Moreover, when the thickness of the inner and outer glazing is changed (that is, outside thick, inside thin and inside thick, outside thin hollow glazed roof), the roof heat transfer performance is hardly affected.

Single or small batch insulation cup was analyzed and improved based on reverse design and rapid prototyping technology. According to the structural characteristics of the selected insulation cup, the digital information of the model was accessed by hand-held laser scanner. Combined with the idea of reverse design, the sample space surface and entity model were reconstructed based on Imageware and Creo software. The sample entity model was reconstructed accurately by rapid prototyping technology. The comprehensive application of reverse design and rapid prototyping technology can improve the iterative efficiency of single or small batch cup, which has a good reference value for the development of single or small batch product.

The collaborative simulation method was used to guide simulation research of armored equipment battle damaged included many realm complicated technology. Entity models of armored equipment were established base on basal function part of armored equipment partitioned and high precision entity model platform used. Numerical models of ammunition power were established base on explicit dynamic finite element analyzing program. Basal data of armored equipment battle damaged research by numerical analysis. Base on entity models of armored equipment and characteristic of ammunition damaged element, the result of armored equipment battle damaged was confirmed base on mutual effect of ammunition and armored equipment analyzed and the rule of armored equipment part damaged applied. By practice, the method of armored equipment battle damaged simulation based on collaborative simulation is feasible and operational, it can be used to research armored equipment battle damaged.

Reverse Engineering (RE) and Rapid Prototyping (RP) were used for manufacturing cream bottle. Points cloud data of cream bottle was accessed by handheld laser scanner firstly. Then, points cloud data was handed by Imageware software and the three-dimensional model was formed by Solidworks software. Finally, the entity model was manufacturing by RP machine. In the research, rapid prototyping was combined with reverse engineering technology, manufacturing cycle was shorten, production requirements, improve efficiency and other advantages were met.

The performance of lock-rope mechanism affects the safe and efficient operation of mine hoisting system directly. The lock-rope mechanism with wedge angle 5° was designed by the mechanical analysis of wedge lock rope. Its entity model was established and the dynamic process of working is simulated by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results show that the wedge lock rope mechanism has the ability of self-locking. The strengthening institutions can largely eliminate the relative slip momentum between the lock-rope wedge-block and wire rope, which make the movement trend gentle, reduce the wear between the lock-rope wedge-block and wire rope and improve the security of wedge lock-rope mechanism effectively. The local equivalent stress of lock-rope wedge-block and wire rope are both present in the increasing distribution gradually from the upper to the lower.

Chinese-Lao bilingual NE alignment has a very important significance. Three entity alignment methods are proposed in this paper. Firstly, the paper proposes the similarity of bilingual entity fuzzy matching problem. Secondly, we use bilingual entity word sequence pattern similarity to propose Chinese entity model to match Lao entity method. Then we build a naive Bayes bilingual NE alignment model to align Chinese and Lao named entity in the comparable corpus, by mining knowledge information words of Chinese entities. In the end, the rules combine the advantages of the three methods are proposed to achieve the best results.

According to the intersected cross-sections, an automatic method of constructing geological model was proposed. Firstly, in this method, these cross-sections are divided into some unit cells, and the auxiliary lines are increased and sheared by some geological rules in each unit cell. Finally the geological surfaces are created to form geological entities. This method can be applied in constructing geological entity model automatically, which contains the complex geological phenomena such as Pinch-out, changes and so on. This method also can avoid the modeling process of diverse manual way, raises the modeling speed.

With the rapid development of our nation’s economic construction, bulk cement trucks have developed rapidly among the special vehicles. The entity model of the bulk cement body tank was created using 3D drawing software UG. The model’s accuracy was proved through calculation and on the basis of the entity model the strength of structure was analyzed by Finite Element Analysis software Nastran. Lightweight processing of steel material was made to reduce the overall quality of cement truck and the loading capacity was increased under the condition of meeting the design strength. The theory basis on the development research and optimization design of bulk cement truck tank has been provided.

In this article, the entity model of the bearing-rotor system is established and meshed in ANSYS. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the rotor system is analyzed in order to avoid the occurrence of resonance. At the same time, the results showed that not only the location of the unbalance incentive of the system should be taken into account, but also consider the size of the unbalanced force.

Create 3D entity model of the loader’s frame in Solidworks, assemble the frame and then import in ANSYS to get the finite element model of the frame, and use ANSYS to analysis the frame at 5 Static characteristics of different conditions. The analysis indicates that the design scheme of the frame is feasible, but need to increase the stiffness of the structure in some parts.

We use the finite element software Midas FEA to set up space entity model, and discuss various factors including the stiffness of bearing, counteracting force of adjacent beam, the influence of the stiffness of bridge pier on reaction at support. In the practical engineering. Coupling of shear lag, stiffness of beam, bending-torsional coupling and partial load can also affect the redistribution of reaction at support. Through the simulation of the finite element software, we check the support of a railway bridge in Guangzhou city. In the end we found that the stiffness of beam can make the middle support have a tendency to increase. If we take all the factors into account, the force of the middle support will be greater than on the both ends of bearing and the force on the both ends of bearing will be approximately equal.

This paper presents a modeling method to demonstrate engagement-level military simulation which includes few combat objects, or entities. To this end, the paper, on the basis of the discrete event system specification (DEVS) formalism, centers on two ideas: (1) a combat entity’s model structure at the composition level; and (2) behavioral delineation of the entity’s elementary component. In detail, we classify the combat entity model into platform and weapon models and create six groups of the model categorized by two dimensions: three activities and two abstractions. And the elementary component in the group interprets an engagement scenario as a flow of executable tasks, which are expressed by DEVS semantics. The stated structures and semantics provide intuitive appeal, reducing the effort required to read and understand the model’s behavior. From the combat experiments, we can gain interesting experimental results regarding engagement situations employing underwater weapons and their tactical operations. Finally, we expect that this work will serve an immediate application suited to various engagement situations.

At present, the most widespread model of development for the Virtools technology is 3DS Max + Virtools, to a certain extent, this limits the application of virtual reality technology in mechanical industry. In order to solve this problem, take the machinery slider as an example, set up entity model using Pro/ENGINEER (Proe), then render the model through the 3DS Max, finally import it into the Virtools platform for interaction design, realize importing and transformation of model from mechanical CAD software to Virtools development platform.

A new type of intelligent hanger was designed based on single chip and Pro-E software. 3D entity model of actuator and cover curtain mechanism are established by Pro-E. Wings structure of hanger mechanical part was adopted screw rod and motor combination of the lifting mechanism can make the wings outspread and fold, unique cover curtain structure was adopted. Cover curtain rolls up and down through the motor driving. The control system adopts AT89C52 single chip. According to the information that coming from the rain sensor and the temperature sensor, two stepper motor’s positive and negative rotational motion was controlled. So as to realize automatic adjustment when it rains. The hanger will be automatically closed when the temperature is higher than expected, and the hanger will be automatically opened when the temperature is less than expected. The hanger that has been produced has a good performance.

A three-dimensional entity model of storage grid semi-trailer frame was designed using the Pro/E software. The model was transferred into the ANSYS for static strength analysis. On this basis, bionic structure was introduced into design of semi-trailer frame. The static strength of bionic and traditional structure was contrasted under the same conditions of weight.

Establishing bias and central entity model of slider-crank mechanism in this paper, then the bias model is imported into the ADAMS for kinematics simulation, and we can get the sliders law of motion. Then using ANSYS and ADAMS jointly to establish the multiple rigid body and the coupled model of slider-crank mechanism, and carrying on kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis to compare the two simulation results. Through build simulation of the coupled model with UG, ANSYS and ADAMS, the result of this calculation is better to reflect the true movement of the mechanism.

Considering WF-1 model automobile as the research object, establish the geometry entity model of rear stabilizer bar through CATIA software, and use ANSYS software to carry out the mechanic analysis and fatigue lifetime. Then the measures for improving its configuration are put forward as well as some reasonable designs and structural improvements about rear stabilizer bar. Then the rear stabilizer bar can achieve the goals including lightening, miniaturization and durability by optimization design.

The whole structure of a new hydraulic support is designed according to the special working conditions, and the main parameters on its structure and dimension are calculated based on the whole structure and the corresponding formula about the structure design of hydraulic support. The entity of the new hydraulic support is modeled with Pro/E, and the whole assembling of hydraulic support is accomplished based on the former structure and dimension. Thus the dynamic simulation based on the entity model is done with Pro/E given the simulation data derived from the actual working status, and the screen shot of 3 key time nodes among the whole movement process is got, finally the simulation results prove that the design and three dimensional model are correct and available.

This machine was designed for all-filming double-furrow planting technology. The design was not only meet all membrane double corrugation agronomic requirements , but also "a film with" requirement, technology took effect for longer periods, protect arable land, ecological environment demand, and stable and reliable work and cost savings. According to above requirements, the machine used the built-in power of self-propelled structure, and we chose the optimal scheme from two kinds of power transmission system which we have designed. Import the entity model into ADAMS ,chose cavitate vertex as the measurement object, after the simulation ,output the horizontal displacement curve, speed curve and acceleration curve, and analysis of simulation results, and the results showed that the machine meet the design and agronomic requirements.

According to the difficulties of current China's automobile modeling design,a kind of automobile modeling design method based on rapid prototyping technology was put forward.The method has characteristics that are fast modeling,low cost and easy to modify.The main difference from the current automobile modeling design method is to make use of color pictures to establish the bodys three-dimensional CAD model directly and with the use of rapid prototyping technology to make entity model of the body.

With the upsurge of marine research coming, research of the bionic fish robot is imperative. In numerous kinds of fish, batoid as the representative of the undulating pectoral fins fish are characterized by maneuverability which adapted to the complex underwater environment. This paper establishes entity model, kinematics model and dynamic model of batoid, uses means of numerical simulation to realize batoid turning in the water , and then plans turning motion of batoid. For this simulation, trajectory which is very close to the turning of real batoid is obtained to prove our modeling and simulation correct.

In the software system of reverse engineering, fast surface reconstruction has become an important development trend. This article introduced the realization of free-form surface's NURBS reconstruction and the work flow based on Geomagic Studio, Through the example of Geomagic surface phase shape module and fashion module under 3 different processing methods of case analysis, summarizes the main features of fast surface reconstruction based on Geomagic Studio software, and puts forward the application prospects.

Dependability management is an essential issue for Internetware which is in open, dynamic and decentralized Internet environment. Most research focuses on trust measurement and evolution model. However, there are some issues of the model in the aspects of source of trust, the constraint on trust relation of entities, and the parameter of trust transition for Internetware. This paper proposes a dependable entity model for Internetware, and presents a method of trust measurement based on Bayesian networks. Dependability of entity is secured by mechanism of self-examination and declaration. Trust relation of entities is constrained by contract trust. The parameter of trust transition is calculated accurately by synthesizing recommendation trust and being amended by evaluation. In the last of this paper, we design an experiment and the results show that the model is correct.

In the plastic profiles corner cleaning process, the axial vibration of the end mill caused the corner cleaning quality is poor. So, it used the SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional entity model of the circular saw blades in this article, and then the natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration types of the circular saw blades have been obtained from model analysis of the circular saw blade of the plastic doors and windows corner cleaning machines by using ANSYS, and the analysis of transverse vibration stability of the low frequency range. It was concluded that the allowable speed range of the circular saw blade was 1000rpm-6459rpm and a larger diameter chuck was utilized to enhance the vibration stability of the circular saw blade. The research aims to provide reference data for rationalization of the circular saw blade parameters selection and enterprise actual plastic doors and windows corner cleaning. It has an important theoretical value to improve the quality of the plastic doors and windows corner cleaning.

Based on the motion relation between rollers and work piece during cross wedge rolling (CWR) process, roller profile equations for cam forming were studied. A three-dimensional entity model of the roller was established using the profile equations. Process of cam forming by CWR was simulated by DEFORM-3D. The FEM data was used to analyze dimensional accuracy of the formed cam. Results demonstrate that the equations can be used in roller design for cam rolling.

In order to study strength characteristics of pick when cutting different hardness of rock,according to current situation that actual external load can not be obtained easily and load characteristics can not be grasped correctly, establishing flexible entity model of pick based on LS-DYNA,building constitutive model of rock based on SPH theory.Making simulation for the progress of cutting three different hardness (sturdiness coefficient )of rock to get stress changes and statistical data of carbide cutter head of pick.The results of simulation show: the body of carbide-tipped teeth were severe stress concentration ,while ，the corresponding maximum stress is between 365 ~ 628MPa， it can meet the strength requirements，so damages were caused by fatigue；The results provide the theory basis for studying wreck and improving the woking life of pick.

Because both of the volume and the weight of the photoelectric platform are small, the structure of two frames and two axes is used in the photoelectric platform. As the key component of the photoelectric platform, the main frame should have sufficient strength and rigidity. In order to achieve this object, three-dimensional entity model of the main frame is established using CATIA software. Then the finite-element analysis of the model is finished with ANSYS Workbench. Based on the analysis results, the weak links of the main frame is found. Then these links are improved and the main frame is analyzed again. After improving the structure, the results of the finite-element analysis show that the main frame meets the requirements of design and has perfect overall performance.

3D geological modeling has involved the complexity of two aspects: data and models. 3D geological modeling of the tunnel project real environment needs to fully abstract data, the entity model needs to be decomposed into the geometric model, property model, and the relationship of geological structure between tunnel engineering geological body and the surrounding geological body needs to know. The paper has researched and analyzed the process and method of the tunnel engineering geological body modeling, and the conclusion has shown that the 3D modeling based on the overall tunnel engineering geological body is more suitable for the real environment; its effect of modeling is obviously superior to the simple superposition of the general geometric modeling and property modeling.

The theory and drive mode of the underactuated robot grasper have been researched in this paper, and the mechanism has been designed and optimized. The research has been done on statics, dynamics and kinematics. 3D models for all parts are built and entity model of the underactuated grasper is created. The simulation has been completed on dynamics and kinematics of the grasper grasp different object (as staff, ball, rod).

Parameterization design was applied to actuator structural design and three-dimensional entity modeling of brake by wire system. Based on pro-engineering software environment, motor driving entity model of brake by wire system was established. Motion transformation device, force booster device, cylindrical gear decelerate device were included. According to relative motor parameters and structural function of the equation, structural design of motion transformation device, force booster device and cylindrical gear decelerate device were carried on. Under Pro-E entity modeling platform, three-dimensional entity model of brake by wire system was established.

It is essential to consider the proper position and volume of riser during the design of feeding system. In this paper, we are presenting a new method of designing optimal riser in the steel casting processes. A technique of slitting arbitrarily 3D entity model by STL (Stereolithography) was used to obtain accurate values of the partial modulus of casting, and then a mathematical model of the process of the riser design was optimized by a genetic algorithm (GA); with the help of the CAE system, which has an ability to calculate automatically and verify the validity of the optimized results, we will pursue the goal of obtaining the desired riser with optimal size and distribution but without causing any defect in casting. Thus, by combining the numerical optimization with the traditional riser design, our method proposed here will be more practical and reliable. The entity model of the combining vibrating screen was built and leaded into the multi-rigidbody dynamics software called Adams. Its kinematical simulation and analysis were done, and displacement graphs and velocity graphs of the movement of the mass center were obtained. The movement laws of the combining vibrating screen were revealed. All the researches were done to provide theories to design combining vibrating screens.

This paper developed a quality check system for digital model based on knowledge engineering and explained the frame construction of the check system. The workflow and rules of digital model check were expressed in detail by bringing in knowledge engineering. Digital model quality check process was divided into five steps: system environment check, general data check, entity model check, assembly model check, and engineering drawing check. This Check System will contribute to collecting data from high-qualified models and supporting the product for designing and manufacturing. Finally, a case was employed to demonstrate the efficiency and feasibility of the quality check system for digital models.

The requirement of constructing the three-dimensional entity model for oral cavity teeth has been put forward to the research of the orthodontics based on rapid prototyping technology. This paper compares the merits and demerits of the CT scanning and the structured light scanning and finds a method of acquiring the digital model of oral cavity teeth based on the point cloud. Adopt the structured light scanning technology and 3DSS software to acquire the files of the point cloud data, and introduce the files into GeoMagic software. After processing the data files we obtain the high-quality digital model of oral cavity teeth. The optimal scheme and the processing procedure of the point cloud data in GeoMagic software are described in detail in the paper. In addition, we compare the final solid model and the point cloud data and analyses the errors.

Wood powder disintegrator used in fuel is key equipment in production of wood powder used in fuel, and virtual prototype technology is introduced. Some components for the wood powder disintegrator used in fuel such as spindle component, fixed cutters component and braking device are completed three-dimensional entity model by using many soft wares as Pro/E. Wood powder used in fuel after being produced is carried out size detection, and its average size may arrive at 108.21μm, and its size may fully complete with requirements for wood powder used in fuel. Therefore, it can provide a new method to optimize structure of wood powder disintegrator used in fuel according to studying further based on the virtual prototype technology, and there are not only real economic significance and but also broad application prospects.

We establish the entity model of groove beams in Midas FEA. Then we compare and analysis the shear lag effect of prestressed reinforcement caused in different locations. It can provide some suggestions for prestressed rib of groove beams. The result shows that when the prestressed steel beam is located in the middle of small beam, the effect of shear lag is maximum and the shear lag effects of prestressed in two ends are similar, Prestressed reinforcement can be arrangement refer to the results.

In this paper, the hydraulic press to assemble the coupling is designed after its structure characterisdic and work method is introduced. The press mounting device is used to assemble the coupling of a small generator drived by hydraulic oil. In design, the entity model is established using 3D design software Pro/E, and the dynamic and kinimatic characteristics of the virtual prototype of the hydraulic press are simulated in software ADAMS. Thus all kinds of design defects are deleted at the initial stage of the design, the design period can be shorten, the efficiency of design can be raised, and the best and innovative products can be obtatined.

This paper presents a study of products design and development using virtual modeling system. By means of specific cases, it illustrates the design and development process of products from concepts to entity model, and then to massive production. Besides, it summarizes the advantages of this method, such as the free-expression modeling, lower costs, shorter development cycle, non-information cut-off, environmentally friendliness and so on.

Double-tube buckling restrained braces with contact ring is a new buckling-restrained brace (BRBs), and is a refinement of double-tube buckling restrained braces. Based on the theory of the finite element method, the finite element entity model of double-tube buckling restrained brace with contact-ring has been made. The double-tube buckling restrained braces is systematically analyzed and computed. The analysis results indicate that this kind of buckling restrained brace has good energy dissipation and restoring force characteristics, and can overcome the difficulty in connection.

The structure of Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) reactor was analyzed and improved by Reverse Engineering (RE) and Rapid Prototyping (RP) technology. Points cloud data of MFC reactor was accessed by hand-held laser scanner. The space surface and entity model were reconstructed accurately, and the structure of the reactor was optimized based on Imageware and Solidworks software. The reactor model was manufactured by RP machine. The optimization efficiency of MFC reactor was improved based on the combination of RE and RP, which has a good reference value for the development of MFC technology and products.

A new type of 5-DOF drill grinder based on the tripod parallel universal wrist is introduced. Due to the simple mechanical structure comparing the grinder with the existing conventional CNC machine tools, it should be easy for the PKM to manufacture at a low cost. Aiming to solve the problems of selection of driving motor parameters for this series-parallel hybrid drill grinder, the three-dimensional entity model of this machine tool is established by means of UG software, and then the assembly model is introduced into ADAMS/View. The dynamic simulation is conducted and the driving forces of all driving links are found. The dynamic properties of the drill grinder are thus obtained, which provided an important reference to the selection of motor.

This paper proposes a modular approach as a technique to enhance Virtual Prototype (VP) in conceptual ship design. The methodology proposes a preliminary modular ship division, which is made according to the ship systems functionality. The modules obtained from ship division are analyzed in relation to how they interact among themselves (compatibility) as well as how relevant they are for the efficient performance of a mission (performance). An entity model is virtually assembled and evaluated, feeding an application that is able to simulate all possible module’s arrangements and list the better ones regarding the customer requirements. In doing so, we ended up having a ship modularization methodology, an application to handle the assemble process using VP, and a methodology to evaluate how suitable an entity model is for accomplishing a mission. The approach is exemplified through a preliminary offshore support vessel case, where the methodology is implemented in a preliminary virtual prototype application, which enables the parameters and requirements set, assisting the assembly process, visualizing the modules as well as the entity, electing the most suitable arrangement for the initial conditions established by the user.

In this paper, a new knowledge representation formalism, called the entity model, is introduced. This model can be used to address knowledge diversity by making the modeling assumptions of different knowledge representations explicit and by rooting them in a world representation. The entity model can be used to: 1) detect the possible ways in which the diversity appears in ER models and therefore improving their representational adequacy; 2) make the modeling assumptions behind different ER models explicit; 3) combine the different ER models in a unified view, thus enabling data integration.

Implementing a flexible configuration of the QoS parameter in a distributed computing network has become a problem due to the weak scalability of current approaches. In an effort to solve this problem, an inner basic model of an intelligent agent (IA) is presented. The IA functionality was extended by introducing a primarily mobile agent. A QoS guarantee scheme was subsequently designed and implemented based on the model as well. By utilizing the proposed scheme, the IA can sense, predict and configure the data flow traffic. Since the communicating ability was considered and provided, the competition among different devices could be eliminated effectively and the global traffic can be optimized. The results of the simulations have shown that the proposed model can provide a QoS guarantee.

Integrated modelling has become an urgent issue of urban drainage and wastewater treatment planning. The scope of integrated modelling, system boundaries and disciplines to be involved are addressed in view of future developments and new paradigms in urban drainage, demanding the inclusion of the full urban water cycle. A system analysis is demonstrated to identify relevant sub-systems and components, processes and interactions within the urban water system. The permissibility to exclude subsystems or neglect interactions is evaluated. Integrated modelling of urban water system is characterised as an ambitious task in regard to system complexity, heterogeneous scales and interface problems. The methodical status quo is characterised in preliminary approaches towards integrated modelling. It is concluded that it does not seem promising to create and apply one entity model for the scope of integrated urban water modelling. Instead, the development of adequate and efficient IT frameworks is identified as the key issue of integrated modelling. Harmonising interfaces to facilitate the linking of existing models is presented as the objective of a European research project HarmonIT and the U.S. EPA Multimedia Integrated Modelling System project MIMS.

Previous research on soil compaction effect mainly focused on single pile, and the analysis of the effect in the group piles was less. In the actual process, though, the design and construction of pile foundation engineering are based on the form of group piles. In order to further study the effect of construction of group piles on an underground pipeline, a three-dimensional entity model is adopted. The displacement penetration method is used to complete the process of piling. The friction between piles and soil, pipe and soil, large deformation and nonlinear factors are taken into account. The process of piling is more in line with the actual process. Taking the penetration of row piles for example, the numerical simulation of the static pressure pile is carried on under the condition of different piling sequences and the change of stress and displacement are analyzed. The results show that all kinds of stress and displacement of underground pipeline produced by the penetration of row piles increase cumulatively as the penetration of each pile and the stress and displacement of pipeline produced by the penetration of each pile are related with the sequence of piling.

In order to study the stress and strain characteristics of working mechanism for a full hydraulic backhoe loader, a 3D entity model of the working mechanism was established by Pro/E, by importing the 3D model into ANSYS, the finite element model of organ was built by the interface of Pro/E, and three main parts of working mechanism were analyzed by FEM (finite element method).
