The Covid 19 pandemic that occurred in 2020 impacts all areas of life, especially in the economy. The restriction of community activities causes a decrease in income that the government, business sector, and the community is not only felt by the government. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and ability of homemakers in managing family finances in the covid 19 pandemic period where many families' income decreases so that a mother as a financial manager must have knowledge and skills in family financial management. This activity was carried out at the Cisitu Village Office, attended by 20 participants consisting of homemakers and RT RW Cisitu Village. This activity went smoothly. The method of this service activity uses counseling and discussion methods. This activity shows that participants better know how to manage family finances by making household budgets, making spending priorities so that the income earned every month can meet all needs to avoid debt and start saving.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, mekanisme corporate governance yang terdiri dari kepemilikan manajerial dan komite audit, serta profitabilitas terhadap penghindaran pajak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Sampel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan total 65 sampel yang diambil berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite audit dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Selain itu, ditemukan hasil kepemilikan manajerial dan corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak.

At the beginning of 2020, the whole world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus, namely the corona virus which was suspected to be a new type of SARS COV-2. The Indonesian government has made various efforts to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, including plans to provide a Covid-19 vaccine, but the public's main concern is on the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine, and whether the vaccine will be considered halal. Therefore, according to the review above, the researcher wants to carry out community service related to the perception of the covid-19 vaccine in the Benteng Village in order to have access to accurate information about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. This community service method is counseling and assistance to partners. The results of the activity showed that the community was very enthusiastic about participating in the Covid-19 vaccine counseling according to an Islamic view which contained information about the vaccine program, safety, halalness and effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine and actively participated in discussions and Q&A with companions. In conclusion, the Covid-19 Vaccine health education can increase public knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine according to the Islamic view

This study aims to map and model the determinants of food security. Mapping is done by cluster and biplot analysis, while modeling is done by non-linear path analysis. This research is mix-method research that combines quantitative and qualitative research. In the qualitative method, this study applies a qualitative Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) approach. Sources of DNA data come from various information in cyberspace (mass media, journals, articles, etc.) that are in accordance with the research context. In DNA data processing, statements, actors, concepts/issues, sentiments, along with the origin of the organization will be generated. As for the quantitative method, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis, biplot, cluster, and non-linear path analysis (square and cubic). The coefficient of determination for both quadratic and cubic path analysis is 0.88, which means that the influence of the independent variable simultaneously on the Y variable is 0.88, which is very strong. Thus, the model formed is quite good because the predictor variable is able to explain food security by 88% while the rest is explained by other factors outside the model. The originality of this research is the reconstruction of non-linear path analysis which is more flexible (no need for assumptions of normality and homogeneity) and is equipped with a measurement model.

Understanding the development of immunity in the early life of fish may help improve the effective management of diseases in aquaculture. However, little is known about the timing of the appearance of different immune-related genes in African catfish C. gariepinus, an important aquaculture species in Africa and Southeast Asia countries. The current study examined the transcriptional onset of immune-related mRNA expression during the development of C. gariepinus and analyzed their expression after pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila infection. The results showed that the important innate and adaptive immune components mRNA transcripts were detected since the unfertilized eggs of C. gariepinus. The initial development of immune-competence in African catfish was predicted during 30–60 dah. Immune and stress genes were widely expressed in all tissues but mainly in the lymphoid organs and the liver. After the A. hydrophila challenge, the immune genes were modulated rapidly in the liver, spleen, and head kidney. The obtained findings are giving important information in understanding the immune maturation, and for the development of disease management in the African catfish culture.

Community Service Activities in Rakik Azizah in Padang City are carried out to identify and solve problems faced by owners in managing and developing Rakik Azizah's. Some of the problems faced by the owner are related to obtaining business licenses, managing business finances, using packaging and marketing. The technique used in carrying out this service activity is through counseling and assistance for the owner of Rakik Azizah. Counseling was carried out during the period the activities were carried out at the Management Department, Universitas Andalas. This extension activity will be followed by demonstration and practice as well as consultation during the period of service to better provide understanding and application of the materials provided in the extension activities that have been carried out. Furthermore, mentoring activities carried out using the vocational method where the community service activity team directly accompanies the operational activities of Rakik Azizah's at the operational location of the business. The activity results are files to administer IPRT, Packaging with attractive labels and increased on line marketing.

The background in this study is divorce outside the Religious Courts conducted by couples who have a history of higher education (bachelor). In-Law Number 1 of 1974 Article 39 and Compilation of Islamic Law Article 115 which states that "Divorce can only be carried out before a Religious Court hearing after the Religious Court has tried and failed to reconcile the two parties". The existence of these laws and regulations applies to all Indonesian citizens who are Muslim. Although it has been explicitly explained in the legislation regarding the necessity of divorce before a court hearing, in reality, the law is still ignored. Just like what happened in Renah Sungai Ipuh Village that the people in this village are still conducting divorce outside the court, from the data obtained by the author from 2013-2017 there were 24 couples who had divorced outside the Religious Court and 7 pairs of the perpetrators of the divorce were couples who have a high educational history (bachelor). The method used in this research is to use qualitative methods, namely analyzing the data that has been obtained. The conclusion of this research is first, that the causes of divorce outside the Religious Courts are 1. because they follow customs, 2. because they want to maintain their good name, 3. because of coercion from parents and 4. because the litigation process is too long and difficult. Second, the response of BP4 to the practice of divorce outside the Religious Courts, BP4 felt very concerned about the condition of the community who did not want to register their divorce in the Religious Courts, this BP4 has carried out its duties and functions to the maximum extent but has not been successful.

The aim of this study is to determine the accounts receivable turnover rate and inventory turnover have an influence on profitability both partially and simultaneously in a company. The object of this study is a consumer goods industry sector manufacturing company that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The source of the data in this study is secondary data, in the form of financial report data (balance sheet and income statement) related to variable in this study. The results of this study indicates that accounts receivable turnover has an affect on profitability. While inventory turnover does not affect on profitability. The results of the study simultaneously indicates that accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover influence together on profitability.

A man 44 years old with metabolic syndrome and chronic kidney disease was presenting acute COVID-19 cardiovascular syndrome. The condition was aggravated by presence of ureterolithiasis and gout. After treatment, hemodialysis and ureteroscopic lithotripsy-double J ureteral stent, the patient was recovered from his condition

Background: Patients with severe COVID-19 always coincide with high mortality rate, meanwhile, inflammatory immunity parameters in COVID-19 infection such as Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) reflect the infection progress. These are used by clinicians for early identification of patients at high risk or to determine when it is a serious disease. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of NLR as a marker of COVID-19 pneumonia severity.Method: This study was conducted using a retrospective cross-sectional analytical design at the Regional General Hospital of DR. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh from June to September 2020. Patients' demographic characteristics, comorbidities, clinical manifestations of COVID-19 infection, chest x rays, examination of blood samples at admissions such as leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils and NLR were extracted from medical record data. The patients were divided into four groups according to the disease severity, namely mild, moderate, severe and critical.Result: A total of 105 medical records were collected for COVID19 patients, meanwhile, 51 to 70 years was the largest age group (60.8%) with twice male than female. Moreover, fever, cough, shortness of breath and weakness are the most common symptoms found in treated patients while almost two-thirds of the patients have bilateral pneumonia. Generally, the levels of leukocytes, neutrophils, NLR were found to increase while the levels of lymphocytes decreased, in addition, more than half of the COVID19 patients were severe. There was a strong relationship between an increase in NLR levels and COVID-19 disease severity (95% CI, α: 0.05, p = 0.001)Conclusion: Based on the results, NLR is applicable as an early inflammatory marker which reflects severe and critical COVID19 infection and also suitable as an objective basis for early identification and management of severe COVID-19 pneumonia.

Stroke was a disturbance in part or all brain function caused by abnormal blood flow to the brain, disrupting bodily functions such as muscle weakness. One of the efforts that could be done to overcome muscle weakness in stroke patients was the Range Of Motion (ROM) exercise which could be done independently or assisted by health workers. The purpose of this literature review was to identify the effect of range of motion (ROM) exercise in increasing muscle strength in stroke patients. This study used a descriptive method with a literature review approach. The search strategy used six international journal databases: PubMed, JSTOR, Wiley Online Library, Sage Journal, ScienceDirect, and Taylor & Francis Online. In addition, a search was conducted on one national journal database, namely Google Scholar. The selection was conducted by assessing articles that met the inclusion criteria, such as publication range from 2005-2021, in English, Indonesian, and other languages that can be translated and opened full access text. After the selection process, nine articles that met the inclusion criteria were obtained, with 197 respondents assigned randomly and grouped into 58 control groups, 55 intervention groups, 84 combined groups. The results showed that the ROM exercise method positively affected increasing muscle strength in stroke patients. Based on these results, it could be concluded that this nurse's independent intervention needed to be carried out in stroke patients to increase muscle strength

BACKGROUND: Breast engorgement is a common problem of breastfeeding. The combination of nursing interventions is expected to prevent and reduce breast engorgement promptly. AIM: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cabbage leaf compress and education on lactation management for reducing breast engorgement in postpartum. METHODS: This study was a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample was 60 postpartum women (n = 30 the intervention group and n = 30 the control group) selected by purposive sampling. The instrument was the Breast Engorgement Scale. The intervention included giving compress on women’s breast using the cabbage leaf and educating them about lactation management, while the control group was given treatment according to hospital standard procedures. The study was conducted in a national referral hospital for West Java Province areas, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon sign-rank test and the effectiveness of intervention tested using the NGain score test. RESULTS: There was a difference in breast engorgement scale before intervention with median value ± min max (3.00 ± 2-6) and after median ± min max (2.00 ± 1-2), while in the control group the breast engorgement scale before treatment showed the median was ± min-max (2.00 ± 2-5) and after treatment, was ± min-max (2.00 ± 1-5). The effectiveness of intervention was 77.56%. CONCLUSIONS: The combination interventions of cabbage leaf compress and lactation management education were effective in reducing the breast engorgement in postpartum. This intervention can be used as an alternative intervention to solve the breast engorgement problem in postpartum women, especially for a developing country like Indonesia, because the cabbage leaf is cheap and easy to get in the traditional market. Further research is expected to conduct research on a qualitative design to understand women’s experience after interventions and the possibility to apply this intervention at home.

Anemia is a condition in which the concentration of hemoglobin or the number of red blood cells is below normal. The occurrence of anemia can be caused by damage to blood cells as a result of strenuous exercise which generally causes loss of iron (Fe) so that hemoglobin (Hb) levels decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of Dutch eggplant juice on hemoglobin (Hb) levels in nursing students, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This study uses an experimental method, using a pre-experimental design with a pretest-posttest design. The results showed that there was a difference in hemoglobin (Hb) levels before and after being given the Dutch eggplant juice with p value = 0.000 (

The use of BIM within construction industry is experiencing development. However, the development of BIM in Indonesia is still very limited. One of the inhibiting factors in the development of BIM is the inadequate availability of BIM specialists and professionals in the construction industry so that an active role of students is needed as the main target in meeting the needs of the construction industry in Indonesia. This research was conducted to analyze the perceptions of students of the Sriwijaya University in the civil engineering and architecture study programs regarding perceptions of knowledge, benefits, adoption, and development of BIM. This study used a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. It was stated that ‘BIM technology and concepts are important for students to learn’ was to be the highest rank with an average score of 4.70 for Civil Engineering and 4.56 for architecture students. The result shows that the benefits of BIM that influence the most in the construction industry are to improve the quality of construction and enhance design visualization. The most significant driving factor on the development and adoption of BIM is education and training on using BIM software. In addition, the most significant inhibiting factors that influence the development and adoption of BIM are lack of education or training on the use of BIM and lack of knowledge on how to implement BIM software.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant contribution to the economy in Indonesia, but a phenomenon that often occurs is the problem of business actors who do not use financial reports in running their business but their business is still running, this study aims to find out how the financial intelligence of small entrepreneurs in managing finances his efforts.This research is a qualitative research, data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Selection of informants using purposive sampling method based on the criteria that the informants are small entrepreneurs who have run their business for at least 5 years and do not make financial reports.The findings of this study indicate that the importance of financial intelligence in the financial management of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is considered to be still poorly understood by entrepreneurs and still lacks understanding of financial reports. Small and medium entrepreneurs are still working on bookkeeping to the extent of recording income and expenses. As a result, the company's net income and income tax estimates are difficult to know. This becomes a difficulty for many small entrepreneurs to determine a business development strategy.

Background : Stunting is a major nutritional problem in children under five years old which has an impact on slowing growth by reducing the number and development of body cells, including brain cells and other organs. Pregnant women are one of the groups who are vulnerable to nutritional problems, related to the process of growth and development of the fetus in the womb. The role of education and nutrition is important during pregnancy because it has implications for the health of mothers and children in later life. The aimed of this review was to identify research about effect stunting prevention and education and nutrition to pregnant women. Methods : A database review undertaken using Pubmed, CHINAHL and Google Scholar from 2011-2021 to collect focused study on education and nutrition research on pregnant women to prevent stunting. A total of 1788 articles were identified. These were scaned and 18 articles were retrieved with 13 articles shortlisted for to in depth review. Results : Education with using audiovisual media, moringa leaf ice cream and early nutrition has proved effective in increasing pregnant women knowledge regarding stunting prevention. Providing nutritional supplements/nutrients for moringa oliefera, folic acid and iron, specific nutrition, LNS, PM2A PROCOMIDA, nutrition before pregnancy, supplements antenatal iron and folic acid, prenatal micronutrients have an effect on reducing children stunting. Conclusion: Audio visual education can convery health knowledge because easily to facilitate the reception of health message for pregnant women. Continuous education and monitoring of the of pregnant women diet every month during pregnancy classes at the posyandu are needed to prevent stunting in children.

This study aims to determine environmental accounting for waste management as a form of social CSR responsibility in PT Sugar Group Companies. This type of research is descriptive research. Data analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of environmental accounting to waste management at PT Sugar Group Companies has been carried out well. However, environmental costs are not measured in detail, such as the cost of implementing labor and the cost of water and electricity which are totaled in terms of production activities. PT Sugar Group Companies have run a CSR program better known as PKBL (Partnership and Community Development Program), PKBL is carried out in a series of planned and measured activities.

Hunting for birds in the Aru Islands as one of the Wallacea regions is a crime that must be overcome to prevent the destruction of Wallacea bird species in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how the criminal policy of hunting Wallacea birds in the Aru Islands. The research method used is normative jurudic, i.e. analyzing library materials or searching documents related to the problem under study. The approach used is the statutory approach and conceptual approach. Source of data used are secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data collection methods are the study of literature and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that hunting birds on the Aru Islands if left unchecked would threaten Wallacea bird species. Efforts to control the crime of bird hunting can be done by using means of punishment and non-punishment. Non-penal means that can be applied through the application of Sasi Cenderawasi and Sasi Walet as a form of local wisdom of the Aru people in maintaining the balance of nature in which they live. While the means of punishment through the application of legislation relating to hunting animals (birds). It is hoped that the Government can add forest police personnel or Nature Conservation Center officers, improve facilities / infrastructure as support activities for the protection and supervision of the nature reserve area. In addition, community participation must be increased through awareness to obey the Sasi rules as local wisdom.

Purpose The fracture resistance of dental post systems is influenced by the material of the post. The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to assess if there is a difference in fracture resistance between prefabricated dental titanium posts and fiber posts. Methods An online electronic search was performed using the PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases for in vitro studies published from 2010 to 2020 in English. The retrieved eligible studies that compared the fracture resistance of titanium and fiber posts on human teeth were selected. The pooled standardized mean difference (SMD) with a 95% confidence interval was calculated. In addition, the trial sequential analysis (TSA) was performed to test if the available studies are sufficient to make conclusive evidence. Results Of the 1165 retrieved studies, 17 studies were included in the qualitative analysis, while 16 studies were included in the quantitative analysis. Because of the high heterogeneity among studies, data from 10 studies were pooled and submitted to TSA. A total of 852 teeth were evaluated for fracture of the posts in 27 independent comparison groups. The pooled effect of the residual studies revealed no significant difference between titanium and fiber posts (SMD = -0.12; 95% CI = -0.30, 0.06; P = 0.20). Results of the TSA revealed no conclusive evidence. Conclusions The results of the current evidence revealed no significant difference between fiber and titanium posts. Listening is one of the skills in teaching English. Listening is not passive ability but active communication. Listening aims to understand and respond to what we hear. When we hear, we always give response either through direct spoken language or body language. To get maximum results, teachers must be able to use media that can facilitate and motivate students in the learning process of hearing. In this case, the media that is currently being used is podcast audio. Podcasts come from the words "iPod" and "broadcast" which produce audio and video files episodically that can be downloaded and listened to by personal computers, tablets, smart phones, or other audio/video device and listeners can listen and learn all the interesting material they need. The purpose of this study is to introduce the use of audio podcasts as a media portable for listening learning, in addition to this research aims to apply audio podcast media in the process of teaching English the 8 th students at SMP 181 Jakarta. The teaching process through; interviews, observations, literary studies, and the internet. Additionally, to collect results from significant differences before and after using audio podcasts, the authors used pre-tests and post-tests during observation. The study's findings include: 1) the advantage of teaching Listen through audio podcasts is that authors find that podcasts can help students feel comfortable while they listen to questions. Students can repeat listening to missed or unheard sentences. 2) Through audio podcasts make it easy for teachers to teach students online without offline process, 3) through audio podcasts are very effective in improving students' ability in listening skills for the 8 th students at SMP 181 Jakarta. Through the Audio Podcast, the author makes students enjoy and happy to listen. Because, audio podcasts make students easy to be applied

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence, the effects of human resources competency, the implementation of the institution accounting system and the internal control system on the quality of financial statements in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. The number of samples used in this study were 185 respondents with the method of determining the sample is the purposive sampling method. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to financial officers who are in 173 work units under the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. The results of this study indicate that the effect of human resource competence, the effects of human resources competency, the implementation of the institution accounting system and the internal control system have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap peran kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem akuntansi instansi dan sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Instansi pemerintah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 185 orang responden yang bertugas pada bagian keuangan. Semua responden berasal dari 173 satuan kerja dibawah Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara empiris ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan instansinya.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leverage and firm size on earnings persistence with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample selection method used purposive sampling criteria, while the data analysis methods used in this study were multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. Before analysing the data, first perform the classical assumption test, after the data is declared to meet the test criteria, then a hypothesis test is carried out consisting of multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R-squares), simultaneous significance test (F-test), significance test partial test (t-test) and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that leverage had a positive effect on earnings persistence, and firm size had no effect on earnings persistence, while managerial ownership was unable to moderate the effect of leverage and firm size on earnings persistence.

Since the enactment of the restriction in 2020, Puskesmas Cicalengka has been faced numerous healthcare delivery problems, which led to the failure of achieving the target of the healthcare program. It is important to identify the factors which caused the healthcare problems to compose a plan for years to come. Identification can be accomplished using a logic model framework consisting of input, process, output, and environment. This study was conducted to identify the input factors that play the roles in healthcare service delivery output in Puskesmas Cicalengka during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This study was conducted as a qualitative study using a case study design. The study was done by analyzing related documents, observing and interviewing staff. Data was collected in March 2021. The result shows that Puskesmas was once closed in April 2020 due to the pandemic. In May 2020, Puskesmas reopened and started to provide healthcare services by following the new regulation from the Ministry of Health. The input factors which affected healthcare delivery in Puskesmas Cicalengka during the pandemic of COVID-19 in 2020 were man, money, material, methods, minutes, and information. Machine was the only factor that did not affect healthcare delivery since it was in good condition. Further research must be completed with quantitative research to reach a comprehensive point of view.

This article aims to explore representation of the content knowledge of historical Malay manuscripts by extracting the event features using an event ontology framework. The manuscript used during the testing is Sulalatus Salatin (Sejarah Melayu ) by Abdul Ahmad Samad and it was published at University of Malaya Digital Library database. In aligning to a domain-specific ontology, the Simple Event Model (SEM) model is adopted and an event-based ontology for historical Malay manuscripts is designed. Information extraction approach is done manually to extract events from the manuscript and mapped into Protégé editor. Competency questions were constructed and submitted to the Protégé editor using SPARQL to check the ontology capability of providing answers as well as to examine its correctness. Event-based ontology model assists in discovering and representing the content knowledge of historical Malay manuscripts and supports organisation of knowledge. All the main concepts are extracted from selected Malay manuscript and 17 concepts used to develop the event-based ontology model. The knowledge was verified by three domain experts in Malay manuscript. In the findings, the interrater reliability for Event and Actor instances is 84%, which means 16% of instances and its type are incorrect and need amendment. For Place, interrater reliability is 95% and 99% for Role. Meanwhile, the experts achieved 100% agreement for Time. In addition, the experts agreed that the concepts, properties and instances for Malay Manuscript Ontology and complied with the criteria of consistency, completeness, conciseness, expandability and ease of use. The development of the event-based model of an ontology-based system with a high level of semantic granularity reflects the various cultural riches and intellectual aspect stored in Malay manuscripts. This will enable systematic research of the knowledge embedded in the manuscripts and make it widely and easily accessible by everyone.

The wire-mesh capacitance tomography (WMCT) has been applied to visualize 2D of the distribution of electric field intensity in the treatment planning system (TPS) of electro-capacitive cancer therapy (ECCT) using human head model. WMCT is proposed in this study to estimate accurately the distribution of electric field intensity which is the main optimum factors of ECCT in order to compensate the inaccuracy of TPS ECCT simulation. The experimental and simulation studies were conducted with wire-mesh sensor consisted of 8×8 wire matrix of copper in human head model using two type of helmet ECCT. The result of electric field value at the intersection wire-mesh have been compared between experimental studies and simulation studies. The electric field average value resulted from ECCT helmet-1 is higher than ECCT helmet-2. The average electric field generated by the ECCT helmet-1 is 1585.72 V/m in an air medium, 97.43 V/m in grey matter and 80.58 V/m in the cancer. While the average electric field generated by the ECCT helmet-2 is 1413.28 V/m in an air medium, 64.20 V/m in grey matter and 52.65 V/m in the cancer. ECCT helmet-1 and helmet-2 result the different of electric field distribution pattern. ECCT helmet-1 is more optimal for used to patient has cancer position in the right and bottom, while ECCT helmet-2 is more optimal for used to patient has cancer position in the top and bottom.

E-commerce is one of the innovations that has started to become a new norm in this millennium. Due to the time-consuming physical shopping activities, the increase in living expenses, and the increase of responsibilities, people tend to find new ways to adapt to this new norm. Thus, buying groceries online has also been the preferred way for many people nowadays as it could save time and reduce daily hassles. This paper discusses the design and development of a web-based Groceries Ordering System with QR Code that was built using the web-based applications such as PHP, HTML and MySQL. The design and development of the prototype system involves three main phases, which are the system design, system development and system testing and took into consideration five criteria of the end-user satisfaction of an online shopping system, which are the system’s content, accuracy of information, format of the information displayed, ease of use and timeliness. The prototype system will also incorporate the QR code technology where it provides functions for information of products’ purchases and transactions. Upon completion of the prototype system, testing for usability among potential end-users was conducted, where it focusses on system’s usefulness, information quality and interface quality. Forty participants have completed the usability testing, and the results have showed that the Groceries Ordering System with QR Code has fulfilled all the five criteria of end user’s satisfaction

BACKGROUND: Health protocol compliance among family members can help curb the spread of COVID-19. However, not all families or family members can easily navigate the changes brought about by the pandemic;hence, minimizing virus transmission remains a challenge. AIM: Therefore, observing how families implement health protocols in daily life will reveal the challenges and opportunities, and inform public health policies. METHODS: We conducted a qualitative study by collecting data through phone interviews from November 2020 to February 2021. Eighteen families with a total of 30 individuals participated in this study. The interview data were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using thematic analysis. RESULTS: The analysis shows that participants were actively involved in implementing protective measures to prevent transmission among their family members. Five themes emerged from the data, namely fundamental concerns, restraints and constraints, pandemic roles, compromises, and intergenerational attitudes. The themes described the families’ lives during the pandemic, their efforts in protecting family members, and the dynamic within the families related to the implementation of COVID-19 protective measures. CONCLUSION: This study indicates that families could play a key role in both protecting and compromising the health of their family members. Families respond to the health crisis actively, but at times increase the risk to virus exposure because they have to continue going about their daily lives. © 2021 Ni Komang Ari Sawitri, Indah Mei Rahajeng, Luh Putu Eva Yanti, Ida Ayu Agung Novi Jayanti.

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a government program that aims to improve the welfare of the community. However, the facts on the ground show that many people do not use it properly, so this has an impact on dishonesty which has an effect on the religiosity of the beneficiaries. Therefore, this study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program and review the impact of religiosity. This type of research is field research, with quantitative methods. The data in this study comes from primary data in the form of assistance data from the Family Hope Program in Solok district and secondary data from data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Social Affairs. Two models of analytical tools used are simple mathematics to measure the level of effectiveness and product moment correlation from Pearson. The results of the study prove that the impact of the Family Hope Program assistance in poverty alleviation in Solok Regency with a predicate of 81% and is in the very effective category. However, the output indicators on the items of responsibility in the religious sector are still less effective because awareness for increasing faith is still lacking.

Pregnancy makes women experience a lot of changes. Changes in the body and mind can cause discomfort in pregnant women. In addition to the physical discomfort felt, psychological discomfort is also common. Problems with common prevalence include anxiety and depression in pregnancy. One intervention that can reduce anxiety can be physical exercise such as yoga. The benefits obtained from yoga include providing a sense of comfort, decreasing stress, reducing labor pain, self-efficacy in childbirth, increasing quality of life, interpersonal relationships, autonomic nervous system function, and shortening the duration of labor. The purpose of this service is to introduce to the public the benefits of pregnancy yoga in reducing maternal anxiety in dealing with labor and accelerating the first stage of labor in women giving birth in Pekanbaru city. This community service was carried out for 3 months. This service program has several activities, namely: carrying out pregnancy checks for pregnant women, carrying out yoga exercise activities in pregnancy and assessing the results of yoga exercise activities in pregnancy. This service is carried out in the work area of ​​the Payung Sekaki Health Center with a total of 30 pregnant women who are trained in yoga exercises. Participants in this training are pregnant women whose pregnancy is in the third trimester. The output of this community service is the formation of a yoga gymnastics community in the Working area of ​​the Payung Sekaki Health Center. From the results of the implementation of yoga exercise in pregnancy, it was found that yoga exercise in pregnancy can reduce the level of maternal anxiety during childbirth. And by doing yoga exercises, the mother's 1st period of time during childbirth is 6 hours.

This Study to determine the effect of lovation on Consumer Shopping Behaviour of Grandlucky Superstore Jakarta. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence between the location of consumer shopping behavior at grandlucky Superstore Jakarta . The Population in this study were consumers at Grandlucky Superstore Jakarta , the determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula obtained a sample of 50 people. The variables examined in this study consisted of location factors as independent variables and consumer behaviour as dependent variables. The data used in this study were collected using a questionare that had previously been tesyed for the level of validity and reliability. Analysis of the research can be done using a linear regression formula and test the coefficient of determinant by using the help of SPSS 23 Software the result of the correlation coefficient of 0.859 indicate the relationship between location/ place against consumer behaviour. The determinant test obtained by R Square is 0.737 or 73 %of the variables of consumer behaviour are influenced by location / place variables, while remaining 27 persen is influenced by other factors.the same regression test is obtained by the regression equation Y= 7.105+0.794X, if the location/place coefficient is 0, then the consumer behaviour is 7.105 Keyword : Location/ Place, Consumer Beauviour

This paper presents understanding da’wah and khatib. Da'wah contains the meaning of an activity to invite people in a wise way to the right path for good, whether in oral, written, or deed, which is done consciously and planned in an effort to achieve welfare and happiness in this world and in the hereafter. In line with that, da'wah according to the term (semantics), contains the meaning of activities that are coaching as an effort to maintain and improve something that has existed before; and can also be defined as development as an activity that leads to renewal or holding something that does not already exist. Khatib in certain situations are sometimes the same as ulama, who as the informal opinion leader are not only considered as Islamic leaders, but are often treated as leaders of social groups or communities whose influence extends beyond the boundaries of religious areas, penetrates into political, social, political aspects, culture, and government.

The announcement from the Indonesia Stock Exchange on april 11, 2018, revealed that 70 companies have not submitted audited financial statements as of December 31, 2017, six of which are included in the trade, service, and investment sectors. Facts related to the rise of companies experiencing audit delays have been researched by several studies, but there are differences in results between researchers. Analyzing the effect of solvency, company size, company age, and audit opinions on audit delays is a research objective. The approach applied is the quantitative research method. The data processed comes from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was 119 and a sample of 72 companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange trade, service, and investment sector where the selection of samples using purposive sampling. The method used for statistical testing is the Logistic Regression and obtained solvency results, company size, and audit opinion do not affect audit delay, while the age of the company affects audit delay. The limitation of the research is to only process data based on data from the official website of the indonesia stock exchange trade, service, and investment sector for the period 2017-2019 and focus on research variables. This research is expected to be input and consideration for companies to report their report on time and for investors to be considered to decide their investment decisions and can contribute to filling the literature gap related to audit delay with the latest data 2017-2019.

Background Hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine (HCQ/CQ) treatment for COVID‐19 was associated with QT interval prolongation and arrhythmia risks. This study aimed to investigate QTc interval and ventricular repolarization dispersion changes, as markers of arrhythmia risks, after HCQ/CQ administration with/without azithromycin (AZT) during COVID‐19 pandemic. Methods A prospective observational study was performed in two academic hospitals in Indonesia. Adult patients who received HCQ/CQ alone and HCQ/CQ + AZT concomitant treatments for COVID‐19 infection were enrolled. Baseline and post HCQ/CQ treatment electrocardiograms were obtained. Baseline and post HCQ/CQ treatment QT interval by Bazett (B‐QTc) and Fridericia (F‐QTc) formulas and ventricular repolarization dispersion indices by Tpeak‐Tend (Tp‐e) interval and Tpeak‐Tend/QT (Tp‐e/QT) ratio were calculated and analyzed. Results The study enrolled 55 (HCQ/CQ alone) and 77 subjects (HCQ/CQ + AZT concomitant). F‐QTc interval significantly lengthened in subjects with HCQ/CQ + AZT (mean difference 11.89 ms [P = .028]). The incidences of severe B‐QTc and F‐QTc lengthening were 13.1% and 12.3%, B‐QTc and F‐QTc prolongation were 25.4% and 12.3%, and severe B‐QTc and F‐QTc prolongation were 6.2% and 3.2%. Tp‐e interval lengthened significantly from baseline to posttreatment in HCQ/CQ alone and HCQ/CQ + AZT (mean difference 10.83 ms [P = .006] and 18.73 ms [P, HCQ/CQ + AZT concomitant treatment caused significant F‐QTc lengthening, significantly increased Tp‐e interval and increased Tp‐e/QT ratio. Whereas, HCQ/CQ alone only caused significantly increased Tp‐e interval. The incidences of severe QTc lengthening and severe QTc prolongation, as well as arrhythmia, were similarly low in HCQ/CQ alone and HCQ/CQ + AZT concomitant.

Stakeholders have their own characteristics in their approach to understanding their interests. In balancing the needs and desires of stakeholders, there are various obstacles, one of which is the level of stakeholder influence, namely stakeholder salience. This research was conducted on companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 through the official website www.idx.co.id. The population of this research is 632 companies. Samples are taken using purposive sampling technique as many as 43 companies with 129 observational data. The research analysis technique is linear regression analysis and two way ANOVA test. The results showed that shareholders and environmental groups had a positive and significant effect on the disclosure area of ??the sustainability report, while consumers and the mass media which had the attributes of legitimacy and power had a negative and significant effect on the disclosure area of ??the sustainability report. This research aims to find out the factors that determine liquidity and profitability as well as the contribution of Sharia banking to the economic growth in Indonesia. The study used quarterly data for the period 2009-2019, a multiple regression model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis method. The results revealed that capital, financing and third party funds are factors that determine the liquidity of Sharia banking. Sharia banking profitability is influenced by capital and inflation. The role of Sharia banking on economic growth occurs through financing activities, large capital and utilization of Sharia monetary policy instruments. Efforts to control liquidity at optimal levels can be done by taking into account the capital factors held by Sharia banking. Efforts to achieve maximum value of profitability can be implemented by benefiting price stability in the macroeconomic. Efforts to boost economic growth are carried out by utilizing rising prices and limiting the profit value of Sharia monetary policy instruments. Moreover, Sharia banking is able to increase the share of financing channeled.

BACKGROUND: Carica papaya leaves (Carica papaya L) have been used empirically and traditionally as a galactogogue, but their mechanism as galactogogue is still unknown. AIM: This study aimed to analyze the effect of ethanol extract from papaya leaves on blood prolactin levels, prolactin receptor (prlr) gene expression, the number of breast alveoli and lobes of lactating rats. METHODS: This in vivo true experimental study with a post-test control group design was conducted on 24 rats with the same lactating period. They were divided into four groups consisting of six rats each. The control group was given daily standard food, whereas the three treatment groups were, respectively, given additionally ethanol extract of 0.95 mg, 1.9 mg, and 3.8 mg/200 g BW/day from day 1 to day 14 of lactation. On day 14, all of the rats were sacrificed, blood prolactin levels were measured by ELISA, prlr gene expressions were measured using RT-PCR, and numbers of breast alveoli and lobes were microscopically observed through staining histological specimens. A statistical analysis was carried out using one-way ANOVA, Tukey's test, Games–Howell test, and path analysis at 95% confidence level. RESULTS: Levels of blood prolactin levels, prlr gene expression, the number of breast alveoli, and lobes of all treatment rat groups were significantly above those of the control group (p < 0.05). The increases of all parameters were consistent; the most effective dose was 1.9 mg/200 g BW. CONCLUSION: The Carica papaya leaf ethanol extract had a galactogogue effect on lactating rats by increasing blood prolactin levels, prlr gene expression, and numbers number of breast alveoli and lobes.
